On Sunday, January 19, we commemorated the second anniversary of the Turkish invasion of the Syrian region of Africa, which is located in
the west of the semi-autonomous region known as Rojava, in Prague's Žižkov district. In recent years, she has put into practice an
unprecedented experiment of a bottom-up democratic society seeking, among other things, to liberate women and an environmentally friendly
economy. ---- We protest against the indifference of the world in the face of the Turkish authoritarian and nationalist regime killing both
the hope of developing a project of North Syrian self-government and women and men from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The fact that
Turkey is still our so-called ally within NATO is seen as the pinnacle of insolence and cynicism.
Since the beginning of the Turkish occupation in Africa, Islamist and mercenary militias have raged. According to the Rojava Information
Center, the invasion of 543 civilians, 700 cases of torture and about 6,000 abductions or unlawful arrests were responsible for the invasion
in early January. 3300 people are still missing. Up to 300,000 people in Africa fled Turkish soldiers and Turkey trained and paid jihadists.
About 160,000 of them still survive in refugee camps in the Shehba region bordering Africa.
We express our solidarity with people suffering as a result of Turkish aggression, many of whom have lost relatives or homes, or have had to
flee the region or the whole of Syria. In the long term, we demand that politicians stop shirking accountability and take action to impose
sanctions against the Turkish regime. Until this happens, we will be complicit as a NATO member for the suffering of thousands of civilians
and the systematic violation of international law.

had not been discussed ; the program is indeed already quite busy and we had to make choices. But for the librists of the two
ex-organizations, it was essential to quickly propose a reading grid on these issues. ---- A historic vote for the UCL librists ----
Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October 2019, first federal coordination of UCL. The UCL Librism working group presented two texts. The first text
aims to transform the working group (WG) into an intervention committee (CI). While a WG has no concrete weight on the organization's
decision-making and only proposes lines of reflection, a CI develops and carries the voice of the organization on the theme which is
specific to it and actively participates in the federal secretariat. The second text takes up the two librist texts voted by the ex-AL,
presents a synthesis and above all proposes new resolutions, in order to go further without wasting time.
These ambitious texts have been fully adopted ! With these votes, the UCL takes note of the important lines of convergence between librism
and libertarian communism. It marks from its first federal coordination its willingness to engage and progress on these issues.
In essence, the second text can be summarized as follows: first, UCL supports and defends the principle of librism, understood as the claim
of the political character of so-called " digital " technologies - whether hardware or software - and the need for popular control over
these tools and the choices related to them. But we don't stop at these fine words: UCL is committed to using free tools as a priority in
its daily operation rather than private tools. It also undertakes to conduct an ongoing reflection on its dependence on Gafam and to ensure
a presence on the Mastodon social network at least equivalent to its presence on Facebook or Twitter. According to the adage " all work
deserves wages "(until the abolition of the wage earners !), the UCL also undertakes to finance monthly the collectives and associations
developing software and online services (pads, surveys, file transfer, etc.) used internally (today, it means Framasoft and Riseup).
Finally, the UCL refrains from using targeted advertising services, such as " Facebook boosts ", so as not to participate against its will
in the registration of its activists and sympathizers: surveillance capitalism must be combated and a libertarian communist organization
must lead by example. This latest resolution resolves a question that has been the subject of debate during the last year of Alternative
Libertaire's life, and we are delighted with this outcome.

Anarcho-syndicalist feminism (that is, of proletarians who must work or seek money to support the family, if they have one, or for

to those who failed in this plane the emancipatory ideals of men and pro-men (and some women) of anarcho-syndicalism. ---- Prostitution
Liberators ---- The most urgent company to carry out in the new social structure is to suppress prostitution. Before dealing with the
economy or education, from now on, in the midst of an anti-fascist struggle, we still have to radically end this social degradation. We
cannot think of production, of work, of any kind of justice, as long as the greatest slavery remains: the one that incapacitates all living
in dignity.
That the decency of any woman is not recognized as long as we cannot attribute all of them. There is no lady of such, sister of such,
companion of such, while there is a prostitute. Because the one that sustains those titles of honesty, the one that makes that decency
possible, is precisely the prostitute, destined to replace the respectful vacation granted to the chaste courtship, to the healthy
lactation, to the careful gestation of the "decent" woman; the clandestine sexual babble of teenagers from Christian families; the "gray
hair" in the air of the honest parents.
This must be done quickly. And it must be Spain that gives the world the norm. All Spanish women will have to get right now to this
liberating company. No more farce of leagues and speeches "against trafficking in white." No more gloomy convents of repentants. No more
passive commiserations of distant women. It is not their problem, but ours, of all women and all men. As long as he exists, sincerity cannot
be reached in love, in affection, in friendship, in camaraderie.
It is necessary to do immediately what women's associations never did that have tried to emancipate women by organizing some pleasant
lectures, some recitals by elegant poets and poets and preparing some typists.
In several locations we have visited recently we have been told, as a large measure, that they had "suppressed" prostitution. When asking
how and what had been done with the women who practiced it, we have been answered: "Ah, that there they!". Thus, suppressing prostitution is
very simple: it comes down to leaving some women on the street, without any means of living.
Free Women is organizing prostitution liberators , which will begin to function shortly. To this end, suitable premises are allocated in
different provinces, and the following plan will be developed in them:
1st Research and medical-psychiatric treatment.
2nd Psychological and ethical healing to encourage students a sense of responsibility.
3rd Guidance and professional training.
4th Moral and material assistance at any time that is necessary, even after becoming independent from the liberators.
In these days, posters will appear on the streets with precise indications of information and registration in these liberators.
We hope that all workers' organizations, women's associations, political parties and all women and conscious men collaborate in this work ,
