At the end of November, we began to promote the idea of self-organization in the regions by means of stickers. Photos of street stickers
we received so far from 17 towns and villages: Banska Bystrica, Bratislava, Lucenec, Kalna nad Hronom, Levice, Nitra, Nove Mesto nad Vahom,
Povazska Bystrica, Samorin, Surany, Trencianska Tepla, Trencin, Trnava, Trstena, Vrbove , Plant and Žilina. Gradually we publish them in an
event on FB. ---- Photo preview (more in FB event ): ---- In the coming weeks, we also plan to publish texts with our attitude to the
elections. We will conclude this election with an open meeting with our association on the election day in the Bystro community center in
Bratislava.
The annoying election campaign of political parties is still under way. If you think it is important to organize independently of the state
and capital, we will be pleased with your support and the expansion of stickers and other texts. And if you want to pursue similar
activities in our region as we do, we would still prefer.

Of course, we will send the stickers free of charge, just contact our contacts . You can download posters here: NVN_2020_plagaty .

Yellow vest activists in France took to the streets across the country on January 25 as part of the next "63rd act" of protest. Before this,
on January 24, there were massive interprofessional protests against pension reform. ---- In Paris, where authorities again banned protests
in a number of key areas of the city center, thousands of protesters marched from Place de la Nation on Parmantier and Jean Jaures Avenues
to North Station and Villiers. The ban on demonstrations extended to the Champs Elysees with the presidential palace, the Ministry of
Internal Affairs building, the residence of the Prime Minister, the central island of Cite, the National Assembly building, the Trocadero,
the Champ de Mars, the Senate building, Les Alles, Saint-Lazare station and the Big Shops. In short, the rulers did everything to keep
people's anger away from themselves: a real triumph of democracy!

The demonstrators were surrounded by a dense police cordon, which clearly got on the nerves of the participants and was, as usual, a
provocation from the powers that be.

Demonstrations of "yellow vests" declaring their intention to continue the fight were also held in Bordeaux, Valence, Caen,
Clermont-Ferrand, Lyon (gathering before the town hall), Marseille, Toulouse (gathering, as usual, at the Jean Jaures metro station) and
other cities.

In Valence, demonstrators damaged the office of a candidate from the ruling party in the municipal elections. Clashes broke out in the
center of the city between protesters and tear gas police. In Toulouse, where authorities blocked access to the central square of the
Capitol, many thousands of people gathered for a demonstration. Among the slogans you could find the following: "Macron is at war with us,
the police too, but we are still determined to block the country!" The situation was initially calm, but exacerbated by the end of the day
when the demonstrators tried to break into Matabio Station. The gendarme cordon started the gas. A group of protesters tried to block the
movement of vehicles, but the police drove them off with new volleys of tear gas, from which, to the great delight of the demonstrators, it
itself suffered!

A correspondent for the Federal News Agency marched along with the demonstrators on Marseille at the 63rd "yellow vest" protest in France.

The action took place against the backdrop of a nationwide strike demanding the abolition of pension reform. And to a certain extent, it
overshadowed the protest movement of the "yellow vests", which appeared in November 2018 and whose main demand remains the resignation of
French President Emmanuel Macron . At the same time, activists of the "yellow vests" also support the demand for abandoning pension reform.

On the eve of Marseille, there was a thousands of demonstrations against pension reform. Therefore, it was difficult to expect a lot of
activity on the shares of the "yellow vests" the next day. Nevertheless, hundreds of Marseilles came to support the demand for the
resignation of their president.

The rally was held in the Old Port under the Steel awning of the British architect Lord Norman Foster , which is a mirror-polished steel
sheet with a length of 46 and a width of 22 meters, mounted on tall posts.

Thus, everyone who entered the tent and raised his head up sees his reflection. "Yellow vests", taking up all the space under the awning,
began to occupy the surrounding area. On it, they posted their large posters with slogans such as "Retirement pension reform."

Under the tent, they wrote a new poster, "Forward, Macron, to the Pension Fund." So they beat the name of the presidential party - "Forward,
Republic."

After each performance, songs were sung by a choir or ensemble. Many danced. The orchestra of drummers also performed. Many yellow vests
brought with them various pieces of wood and helped the musicians by knocking on the hollow metal poles that hold the awning.

There were few police in comparison with similar actions in Paris. Six police cars were parked on the nearest Baie de Sufran Street. Five
gendarmerie minibuses were located 150 meters from the tent on the Por embankment, and in front of them was a live chain of gendarmes with
shields. Some of them were holding respirators, gently hinting at the possibility of using tear gas

On January 30 we have to mobilize, echoing the demands of the pensioners movement throughout the State, especially in support of the General
Strike called in Euskadi and Navarra. ---- This strike, legalized by the unions of the Social Rights Charter of Euskal Herria (ELA, LAB,
ESK, CNT, Etxealde Steilas and Hiru) and convened by its more than 100 organizations, the result of a coherent process, has not deserved,
without However, the CCOO and UGT contest. They will see. ---- Because in the last 25 years we observe how our labor, wage and social rights
are increasingly cut thanks to the voracious capitalism that markets with our lives based on euphemisms such as "mobility", "job creation",
"market competitiveness ", etc.
But it is hard for us to react to this great farce. By simmering, this plot prevents us from jumping scalding to what is the theft of
pensions, enhancing private Pension Plansand / or business, which are nothing more than another hoax to workers: a plan to fatten the
bellies of financial capitalism and the yellow unions of the system that are part and participate with their signature of this network from
which they obtain large Benefits.
In case the perverse maneuver of separating pensions from the General State Budgets is not enough, the Toledo Pact - using social value as
solidarity with people who worked all their lives - simplified the system, to the taste of those who pursue the decapitalization and
annihilation of the system. But it is more than a simplification, it is essential for us to swallow the abandonment of the responsibility
that the state has in guaranteeing the rights of the entire population and its capacity to solve it.
It is a plan similar to the one that has already been carried out, and it is intended to strengthen more and more, in other sectors that are
fundamental for the working class, and that should be an untouchable right for everyone, such as housing, education, health, transport ,
social services, dependency, ... and guaranteed by the State through a public and powerful social services system. On the contrary, what is
being done is to undermine the basic social structure and then argue its losses and deficiencies. Argument then used to justify the
injection of private capital.
Where does this same private capital come from? Well, it comes out of the same workforce that we each invest in this complex system for the
benefit of a few pockets that, hungry for power, reuse this productivity against the population, increasing their private and individual
benefits.

We do not need private and individual pension plans. We already have a pension plan: It is called the Public Pension System. The only one
that can guarantee a lifetime pension, a redistribution of wealth and protection against speculation.
And, in addition, remember that not even the Toledo Pact has been respected in one of the few reasonable questions it raised: the adjustment
of pensions to the cost of living (CPI). The functional freeze perpetrated by the 2013 reform means putting pensioners now and tomorrow at
risk of poverty during these social winter days.
And we cannot forget its deficiencies: as the huge salary and pension gap suffered by those who suffer a salary difference or labor
marginalization throughout their lives: women of the most disadvantaged classes, because - after two Feminist General Strikes - there are
still differences in pensions, according to gender, whether contributory, widowed or non-contributory.
This pension bias is not a surprise: Today, it is a consequence of the worst working conditions of women, of the greatest precariousness:
Copando the statistics of part-time contracts, by dependents, accumulated throughout the working life .
And it also goes unnoticed in this simmer, the effect of migration, which simply by the fact of being it, reduces, when not eliminated, its
chances of acquiring minimum rights that guarantee its present and future situation. The precariousness of classless evades taxes and
contributions based on work without a contract, without rights, without protection and without a future. Being a migrant is already
synonymous with precariousness.
And what about the labor and pension reforms of 2012 and 2011 respectively, putting new obstacles, demanding more years of contributions,
delaying retirement and forcing an increase in years of contributions that collide with a "labor market" that hinders maintenance of the job
by lowering the dismissal, with wages of misery, impeding millions of working men and women to subsist with dignity, and where corporate
fraud is the king.
Yes, this labor market identifies us as disposable and interchangeable products that can be devalued at any time through the degradation of
the indefinite contract in others of lower cost for entrepreneurs: internships, training and learning, temporary, fixed contracts.
discontinuous and relief, work and service, etc.
Then: Who will be able to contribute to qualify for a full pension? Who will be able to save to pay for their "splendid" private plans?: We
don't.
Companions, partners:
The struggle for decent pensions is not a struggle for the elderly, it is our struggle, the struggle for the defense and conquest of our
rights of an entire social class that produces the wealth enjoyed by a few because now they want to take away and deny us any rights,
including the modest income from the effort of a lifetime.
FOR THE GUARANTEE AND DEFENSE OF THE PUBLIC PENSION SYSTEM
We demand that public institutions guarantee public, dignified, fair and sufficient pensions.
° Guarantee the public pension system and its financing through:
° Creation and maintenance of stable and quality employment
° Improvement of Social Security contributions by employers
° Tax equity
° Social Audit
° Ensure decent and sufficient public pensions:
- Repeal of the regressive aspects of the 2011 and 2013 pension reforms
- Repeal of labor reforms
- Automatic revaluation of pensions based on at least the real CPI, guaranteed by law
° Minimum pension of € 1080
° Minimum Interprofessional Salary of € 1200
° End gender inequality in wages and pensions:
- For equal work, equal salary - Widow's pension 100% regulatory basis
° Early retirement without penalty
° Repeal of health co-payment and medicament
° Eradicate energy poverty
° Control housing market
° Participation of pensioners in decisions that affect us

From the General Confederation of Labor we join the public complaint of the arrest of fellow Miguel López Vega by the bad government on
January 24 on the outskirts of the General Secretariat of Government, for an alleged order of apprehension that neither taught nor reported
at the time of his arrest. ---- Miguel López Vega, is a delegate of the National Indigenous Congress , a member of the community radio
station in Zacatepec, and part of the Front of Peoples in Defense of Land and Water of Puebla, Morelos and Tlaxcala . ---- From CGT we
denounce the arbitrary detentions and human rights violations that the Mexican State practices with impunity at its different levels of
government. The Government of Manuel López Obrador, who calls himself the transformer and defender of the original peoples, continues with
the arbitrary detention of persons, torture and injustice of the previous governments.

We express our solidarity support to the companions, comrades and companions of the CNI-CIG who so dignifiedly stand up to bad government,
to defend the waters of the Metlapanapa River against life-destroying capitalism.

IMMEDIATE FREEDOM FOR MIGUEL LÓPEZ VEGA!

AGAINST VIOLENCE AND IMPUNITY OF THE STATE!

AGAINST MEGAPORYECTOS OF DISPOSAL AND DEATH!

We tackle a cycle of articles on "cities of the future": at the heart of these, the use of digital data, but also a permanent reorganization
of urban space. ---- The traditional cities, with a city center occupying a preponderant place, are gone since the era of mobility. The
cities have spread out enormously and the spaces have become considerably different. These are the cities in which we live today, with their
commercial zones, their dormitory districts ... There is no organization of a coherent space, we move to go from one place to another. This
city made of odds and ends was not built by its inhabitants but by urban planners ; the spaces were imagined upstream and not developed
collectively by the users. Such a city is sprawling and concentrates many people on a small space, an anti-thesis of the elementary
principles of ecology.

Build world cities
One of the new aspects that modernity brings to the city is the development of the digital space. More and more connected objects are
invading our intimate space permanently1, but it is also buildings, vehicles or various urban furniture that connect to each other. At the
head of the gondola for the connection objects of the "intelligent building" is the Linky meter which centralizes the electrical data of the
building, but also of the objects of each dwelling. Tests are carried out in France on connected districts: permanent data flows calculate
consumption, optimize energy distribution and "increase performance»Of cities (and reduce EDF's losses, for example). Another great aspect
of modernity is the "modular city": the architects who built buildings with a function will more and more be led to make buildings empty of
meaning and modular. We can already see these areas blooming, growing like mushrooms and as ugly as depersonalized. Urbanism here is still
owned by elites, cities and big companies, and housing very poor in diversity is bound to become hollow and movable, or modifiable.

One would think that energy-efficient neighborhoods, with modular functions, making it possible to transform habitats rather than destroy
them, could make urban space more respectful of the environment, more ecological. At least that is what their promoters claim, in a
capitalist logic. But these developments do not change the logic of growth. The cities are still growing, and we have just passed a new
speed in the destruction of agricultural land: the surface of a department now disappears every five years under the concrete. The uniform
space individualizes and divides us more and more. With the 'smart city», We will no longer really live in the city, our data will be its
raw material and it is she who will calculate our way of living.
