For the RATP management, everything failed: the minimum service measures ; the division of personnel into different statutes ; the
recruitment of "  young people from the neighborhoods  " as bus drivers hoping they would be more docile ... In the end, the class struggle
resumed its rights. A new militant generation is called to hatch at the management. ---- After forty days of an ultra-majority renewable
strike, the decline in the rate of strikers has forced some GAs to vote for "  highlights  ", with intermittent work stoppages. The success
of the day on January 24 validates this strategy, with incredible strike rates: 65% on the Pleyel bus depot for example. But already,
several positive lessons can be drawn from this movement which will serve as a historic marker, a founding experience for an entire generation.
Lesson number 1: The "  minimum service  " law can do nothing against the will of workers.

"  Now, in France, when there is a strike, no one notices it  ": It was Sarkozy in July 2008. Eleven years without a majority transverse
strike at the RATP seemed to have proved him right: the obligation for agents the exploitation of declaring themselves strikers 48 hours
before a conflict made many say that "  we would never see real strikes at the RATP again  ". It missed.

Lesson number 2: the cohabitation of different statuses does not however make solidarity and collective action impossible.

It should be noted that agents hired before the age of 35 benefit from the status of RATP staff and the special pension plan. However, those
who were hired ·'re after 1 st  January 2009 are penalized by a discount of 5  % per year if they ask their early retirement. Finally,
agents hired after the age of 35 are not statutory: they have a private law contract. These unfair differences in treatment made many say
that these three groups would never fight together. Still missed.

Lesson number 3: recently hired bus drivers are politicized or combative.

 From 2005, the DRAT of the RATP bus department launched a three-year recruitment plan of 3,000 drivers (so  - called " machinists-receivers
  ") to compensate for retirements, but also to respond to the development of transport . She then set her sights on the "  young people of
the neighborhoods  ", imagining herself doing good business. First, it could give itself the image of a non-racist business, by driving
agents from visible minorities. The latter, she imagined, would consider themselves so privileged to have been recruited that they and they
would never dare to claim or fight (ah ah). Then she ended the "  RATP dynasties When the fathers had their sons hired and at the same time
passed on to them the culture of social conflict and the balance of power. By breaking this tradition, the bus HRD thought to put an end to
the conflict. Finally, persuaded to be dealing with more docile and less politicized agents, she gradually reorganized the bus department
(grouping of units, abolition of 240 regulatory posts, etc.) to gain productivity , in "  competitiveness  ". So far, the bet seemed to have
won. Once again, it failed.

These first three lessons will be usefully pondered by the trade unionists of struggle: the RATP is no longer a sleeping beauty, the
conflict is there ; it can feed the revival of an offensive militancy, to win the next fights.

On February 8, the demonstration of "yellow vests" organized by the movement as part of the "65th Act" of protest turned into real street
battles with the police. The demonstration in Bordeaux was not authorized by the authorities. The police arrested 29 people, accusing them
of throwing objects in the custody of the capitalist order, damage to city property, setting fire to containers with garbage, criminal
gatherings and hiding people. At least 9 police officers and an unknown number of demonstrators were injured (2 demonstrators had to be
taken away by ambulance). ---- Showcases and state property were also affected. On social networks, videos circulate where you can see
scenes of police brutality and cruelty. The march in Bordeaux was a record for the number of participants for many weeks. Protesters
gathered at the Exchange Square at 14.00. According to official figures, there were about 800-1000 of them (including 200-300 "risky" ones)
- in fact, as usual, several times more. The drums rattled, screams and whistles were heard, firecrackers thundered. The beginning was like
a big carnival ... Then the demonstrators moved along the embankments, in the direction of the Burgundy Gate. There they were already

Bil'in, Friday 7 February 2020, the 779th weekly nonviolent demonstration against the occupation, the fence / separation wall and the
settlers had a particular color: it marked our 15 years of common struggles, Israeli and Palestinian side by side, in the context of the
"trump plan" ---- In a rainy winter noon, 20 Israeli activists from the Anarchists Against the Wall initiative joined militants from the
village and the wider region. We converged in the center of the village, but since it was raining, we traveled by car to the oak grove of
Abu Lamun, which is located near the wall. From there we marched to the gate in the separation wall chanting our slogans as usual .... while
adding calls for freedom for Yonatan Polak (1), and against the Trump plan. ---- At the gate, we converged, and since there were no soldiers
to confront us, people lit a big bonfire of used car tires and made some modifications to the door facilities, including by hanging
Palestinian flags there.
After a long time, we walked to the point near the colony to confront the distant settlers.
There, activists lit another big tire bonfire. This act received a response from soldiers who - with a little delay - took up positions on
the hill beyond the door. They fired a few cartridges of tear gas which accelerated the return of activists to the village.

(1) Yonatan Polak, graphic designer of the newspaper Haaretz, is one of the founders of Anarchists Against the Wall. Last July, he was
stabbed to by masked individuals who called him a leftist. He has been arrested numerous times for his activism against the separation wall.
His last arrest dates back to January 6, 2020, when plainclothes police came to arrest him at his workplace, at the headquarters of the
Haaretz daily newspaper of the Israeli liberals, following a complaint filed by the right-wing organization Israeli Ad Kan in 2018, more
than a year before. The far-right organization has accused him of organizing weekly demonstrations against the wall since 1983 and of
inciting demonstrators to assault the Israeli military. In fact these weekly demonstrations,
