Macaroons produced by MAGE-UQAC. ---- This Wednesday, February 12, was held the Job Fair at the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi. An
opportunity for several companies, especially in the engineering and IT sectors, to come and sell their salad to a few students looking for
a job or an internship. It was therefore possible to get in touch for superb cheap labor jobs at Services de Personnel Saguenay (SPS) and
Nordia or to take information concerning a future job in the imperialist forces of the Canadian army or to become a number at the
multinational Rio Tinto. Something to dream about! ---- In addition, this session we had the honor of hosting GNL Quebec, at least, that was
what was planned. But now the company, headed by American billionaire Jim Breyer, has become scared. Management has decided to cancel the
presence of the company for the 2020 Job Fair since it feared the presence of opponents to their deadly project. She said: "After careful
consideration, the management of GNL Quebec has chosen not to participate, as long expected, at the 2020 Job Fair held this Wednesday at
UQAC. We made this decision out of respect for the students, staff and the strong regional institution that our university represents, but
also out of respect for the Saguenéens and Jeannois and for the other companies participating in this event ". This line of communication
only tries to save their face while giving them the beautiful role. There would be bad disturbers who want to disturb their booth so the
people of LNG, by their great kindness, will retire to keep the peace at the Job Fair. At the same time, it didn't take Papineau's head to
guess that there was a good chance that their booth would be disrupted.

Obviously people will try to disturb their activities. They do not want to let them calmly set in motion their plan to destroy the fjord and
the territories that will be mutilated by the passage of the gas pipeline. In addition, the student association, MAGE-UQAC, has a position
against the project and more than a hundred professors have signed a letter stating that they oppose GNL. After the last city council of
Saguenay where more than 100 people gathered to protest against the support of the town hall to I believe in my region, it was not to be
expected that GNL Quebec would be quiet during the Salon de employment. If management did not want to disrupt the Job Fair, you should not
register.

GNL Quebec's secret agents

"In the past few days, credible information has been transmitted to us, and others have circulated in the media, wanting that small groups
of demonstrators, opposed to the Énergie Saguenay project, intended to seriously disturb the event because of our presence , making this
exercise particularly important for the recruitment strategies of several exhibitors, less fruitful, or even downright useless. "- Press
release from the management of GNL Quebec

It is obvious that the management of GNL is playing a bad role. Aside from the publication on the MAGE-UQAC page, there is nothing that has
circulated in the media on a possible action aimed at disrupting their booth: "In the coming weeks, you will see the MAGE-UQAC take action
regarding GNL Quebec, and it starts today?.

The GNL Quebec team will be present at the Job Fair this Wednesday, which is why we invite you to show your disagreement with the Saguenay
Energy project by obtaining a badge or sticker directly from the MAGE-UQAC office ?? .

Wear them proudly! "

Either it does not take much for the management of GNL Quebec to stress or else it took advantage of it to play the line of com 'of the good
promoters in front of the bad ecologists. The third option (with a bit of bad faith) is that GNL Quebec will not create jobs so much, that
management did not see fit to come to the Job Fair since it has nothing to offer . While the management of GNL Quebec remained hidden, we
distributed dozens of leaflets against their project. One thing is certain, the mobilization continues and wherever the promoters of LNG and
its minions go, we must be there too. Let's destroy their lives and prevent this extractivist project worthy of the dinosaur era!

Face of the mayor of Rimouski, former member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. ---- We are sending you this text, which we received by
email. Do not hesitate to do the same and send us your news and opinion letters. Rimouski, February 9, 2020 - Nearly a hundred people
gathered today on the streets of Rimouski to show their support for the Wet'suwet'en Nation, whose unceded territory is coveted by TC
Énergie for a pipeline project. These people responded to an appeal made two days earlier, when the RCMP intensified its invasion of
Wet'suwet' territory by forcibly evacuating the members who defended access to it. This police attack is in addition to a long series of
violence perpetrated against First Nations by Canada, in a logic of historical assimilation.

While the Supreme Court recognized in 1997 the territorial sovereignty of the Wet'suwet'en, the federal and provincial governments of
so-called British Columbia are pursuing their colonial ambitions through an illegitimate injunction issued in favor of TC Energie pour la
construction of the Coastal GasLink pipeline. "We find it sordid and vicious that the Canadian police force is used to defend the interests
of the hydrocarbon industry at the expense of local populations and the environment," said Steve, one of the organizers of the rally. In
response to the violent application of this injunction, a notice of eviction was symbolically filed with the Bas-Laurent RCMP detachment.

While the chiefs of the band council have given their approval to the Coastal GasLink project, the hereditary chiefs have repeatedly
expressed their unanimous refusal of any pipeline project in their territory. However, the territory targeted by the pipeline project is
under the jurisdiction of hereditary chiefs and not of band chiefs. In addition, in the agreement binding them to TC Énergie, a clause
commits the band council to use its leadership to attenuate dissent and discourage public criticism of their community towards the ecocidal
project.

"This insidious attempt at censorship is shameful and lets see the anti-democratic character inherent in quite a lot of projects linked to
hydrocarbons," said Agathe, a citizen who came to demonstrate with her two children. "Capitalism is so unoriginal: as soon as the local
populations oppose a project, a whole machine is set up to silence them, and the media are complicit in their silence around popular
demands. The march took place peacefully, despite some vain provocations from the Sureté du Québec.

On February 10th, seven Russian anarchists accused of the partictipation in "the Network" group were sentenced for terrorist offences to a
total of 86 years imprisonment. Freedom News covered the details of the case and the accusations here. ---- The sentences were harsh. Dmitry
Pchelintsev received 18 years, Ilya Shakursky 16 years, Arman Sagynbaev 6 years, Andrei Chernov 14 years, Vasily Kuksov 9 years, Mikhail
Kulkov 10 years, and Maxim Ivankin 13 years. ---- Since the sentencing, a new wave of protest and solidarity has emerged. Around the world,
people have expressed suspicions that the group were framed, evidence was fabricated, and testimonies were collected under conditions of
torture. Others have protested the verdict and the severity of their sentences.

An open letter published on Scientific.RU on the 12th of February has now been signed by over 3500 academics, professionals, students, and
others, and the number is steadily increasing. The letter states:

"Everything that we know about the "Network" case suggests that it is entirely fabricated. This frankly unjust sentence testifies to the
complete paralysis of the independent judiciary in our country. Unlike the fictitious "terrorist attacks" that the convicts allegedly
"planned" to carry out, the decision on the "Network" case is a real act of terror that inflicts a severe blow to the foundations of Russian
statehood.

We demand an immediate reversal of the sentence in the "Network" case, which, with senseless cruelty, damages the fates of our fellow
citizens. We demand an investigation into the circumstances of the fabrication of this case, to punish the officials involved, and to ensure
strict observance of the law by all law enforcement and security agencies. Terror against their own citizens is incompatible with the
desired development of our country and is detrimental to its science, culture, and education."[own translation]

Internationally, publicity and solidarity have been gaining momentum. Human Rights Watch have called the verdict "deeply flawed", Amnesty
International deemed the sentencing "absurd", and the Memorial Human Rights Centre listed the defendants as political prisoners.

Within the Russian Federation, the Network case has attracted attention which has been unprecedented in recent times. Novaya Gazeta have
reported on a subsequent shift in public discourse (translated here) whereby, firstly, this case has been unique in attracting widespread
discussion in the public realm. The case has not only been reported on in a wide range of publications in Russia, but it has been heavily
criticised. Celebrities and politicians alike have been discussing the case in depth. At protests and gatherings, people openly discuss the
fabrication of evidence, torture by Russian authorities, and the harsh penalties issued.

The growing response to the Scientific.RU open letter shows this in black and white. The majority of responses are from within Russia, with
people's details proudly on display. Comments have poured in with criticism, outrage, emotion, and messages for the conviced.

Note: This article points out our weak position in the global struggles against the state and the system . It tells the readers that the
current system is more advanced and more stronger than before so that using the old methods of struggles do not work, benefiting the state
and the system. Z.B. ---- Capitalism and its pillar, the state, have changed their methods to fight back against the working class movement.
The system with all its structures have amended and adapted themselves to the struggle of their class enemy and have learnt how to tame it.
In fact the way the working class struggle against their employers and the state has actually benefited the capitalist system.
Capitalism is developing. From time to time renewing itself in order to manage better to cope with its internal problems of competition and
external ones to fight back against its enemy. This development is very obvious, especially since the 1980s, but still the working class or
rather the masses fight back in the same way they fought decades ago.
The current global mass movements, in particular the Yellow Vests in France, which has continued for over a year. Countless protests in
Iran, the mass movements in Lebanon and Iraq, which started in October 2019, have achieved little to nothing. This is not because they are
not strong, or because their demands are irrelevant or because they do not have support from different sections in the society.
If we look at the recent global protests, uprisings and movements including the four countries that I mentioned above, they still use the
same old tactics and methods to meet their demands. Surely, we cannot use the old tools and tactics in dealing with this very advanced system.
The subject is not whether we can still win or achieve a little with the old tactics, the subject is how much we can win? Whether winning
confines itself in changing the government or the system?
Let's look into the recent global unrest a bit closer from the Yellow Vests, Hong Kong, Ecuador, Sudan, Chile, Iran, Lebanon and Iraq. The
worst possibility is that they can be defeated and given a negative lesson leading to disappointment. The best outcome is they achieve very
little.
Why is that? The answer is simple. The seeds of the defeat have been carried out by the movement itself. Going on the streets, marching,
clashing with the police, occupying a place or a main square in the main cities and staying for a long time. Doing all of this is okay at
the beginning of protests or uprisings for many reasons. But staying there for so long without further plans take the protesters nowhere.
This weak point must be noticed and addressed to make vital changes in our methods of struggle. We need to expand and transfer our struggle
to the vast majority of the people, involving them to create a mass movement with the rest of the community and society.
The way we struggle is no longer valid anymore and it serves the system, the state and its own bureaucratic administrations more. The longer
the protests continue, the weakest will be drained of energy, blood and less people will be involved. The history of our struggles since
1980s has shown that and is known by many of us.
The most current effective movement is the one in Iraq that started in October 2019. Regardless, the protesters need to expand and spread
their struggles effectively to the masses by organising in local groups and non-hierarchal mass organisations. They need to involve people
in their neighbourhoods, factories, workplaces, schools, universities and offices to set up people's assemblies. To have regular meetings to
bring back the politics to the hands of people by empowering themselves to make their own decisions about every aspect of their own lives
and their communities.
In my opinion this is a very important step and plan. The above methods are necessary for a mass social revolution. I regret to say without
doing these things the fate of the movement in Iraq, Iran and Lebanon won't be better than the one we have already seen before.

The system needs obedient citizens, and it is good to occasionally frighten exemplary punishments so that they do not jump too much.
Download, print and distribute the February issue of the A3 wall paper! ---- What are the general terminological lessons that we do not live
in totalitarianism, that we have a democracy, where we can choose our deputy rulers, when they are in fact irrevocable and when they obey
our obedience by force (whether physical or symbolic)? They are elected and unelected rulers from time to time are grossly dissatisfied with
the people they control. But where to take another? So we have to raise the current one a little and show him where his place is.
Proven recipe has Tsar Putin. His police seized a few anarchists and began to torture them. She had a fancy terrorist organization that
wanted to overthrow the ruler and needed some members. Whether they confessed to torture or not, the court had just given them exemplary
punishments. Indeed, this practice has already been sufficiently trained in Russia, and there is no need to go deep into the past: federal
force structures have abducted and tortured people since the so-called First Chechen War of the 1990s, and human rights organizations have
mapped these cases up to 2016 for the assassination in a Moscow cinema where the police made a terrorist cell out of people who simply lived
in the same hostel.

In our country, we received an educational lesson through Presidential Advocate Nespala. He represents our Tsar Zeman in a well-known court
case with his granddaughter Ferdinand Peroutka. Zeman lied about Peroutka and Peroutka's granddaughter sued for these lies. The most recent
outcome of the dispute is the fine Peroutka's granddaughter has to pay Zeman. The president's lawyer considers this an important lesson to
all who would dare to sue the president "even where he obviously cannot be sued". And that's like fuck where? man asks when these legal
loopholes are prolapsed into the media. Well, where the President is lying, as he prints, curses, ridicules and humiliates, or simply
gibberish, because from the court ruling we also know that the requirements of the presidential speech does not regulate any legislation.

And in order not to forget anyone, the education of the so-called inadaptable will now be provided by the racist Krecek as an ombudsman.
There is no need to perfect the syllables so that every child knows not only that Mom grinds, but also the need to keep up and step!

In our country so nicely and calmly, step by step the gradual normalization of political unculture and cowardly hatred towards the weakest -
people living on the social bottom; unemployed; borrowers of various HomeCredit and other poverty traders; to people stigmatized by the
color of their skin, who, because of the attitude of employers and landlords, "am not racist, but ..." hardly anywhere to get a job or get a
hire; or profoundly hateful clergy of the clergy towards people with a different sexual orientation. Perhaps we can only be comforted by the
fact that we did not jump straight into the head of the anti-fascist shit, as we did in Hungary, for example, which is successfully seconded
by the government in Poland. But we are knee-deep in the mud, and some of the mud is obviously suitable. People on the anti -ababis
demonstrations seem to want to step out of the mud with one foot, but the other firmly stands in the false belief that the "communists" are
responsible for everything. In the face of the billionaires who are following hard, it is a really ridiculous idea.

States learn from each other how to harden, so that those who openly or covertly hold on to the helm, to tighten the screws and not to
plebs, but to keep up and step. Tsar Putin's police and military courts know. By torturing to force a confession and condemn a group of
people to decades of imprisonment, even if they were actually guilty of having different opinions - opinions saying that people should rule
themselves and not leave power to political and economic elites. Who would argue for anarchists somewhat vehemently when they also criticize
the idea that the government of the people is compatible with the existence of a power hierarchy and, by its very nature, of prey
capitalism? So there remains only a warning example by which the powerful give a clear message: Don't fuck with us, and we may leave you alone.
