With the spread of the coronavirus, governments around the world are taking extraordinary measures to combat the epidemic. Without a doubt,
protecting our lives and health is the most important thing. However, the introduction of the extraordinary law is often accompanied - now
and in the past - by abuse of power. The epidemic crisis hits the poorest layers of our society with redoubled power, when the elites are
able to secure their future perfectly. ---- We have voices from many countries that civil liberties, social benefits and employee rights are
being limited. It may still seem reasonable and even necessary today, but cataclysms of this type are often used to appropriate our common
goods and impose new restrictions. We can be sure that there will be speculators and businessmen who will take advantage of the situation.
New fortunes will grow out of those who are affected by the epidemic. There will be ambitious politicians with authoritarian tendencies,
reluctant to renounce their extraordinary powers.

We cannot be passive and just watch the situation unfold. Not only because the state usually fails in such cases, and society must cope
alone. Also, in the long run, it usually turns out that a state of emergency, restriction of rights and freedoms, is only becoming a form of
protecting power and the greatest fortune, and not a struggle for the lives and health of citizens.

We should therefore actively support and fight all forms of abuse of power, unfair treatment and exploitation of employees. It is not true
that death does not choose. The epidemic will mainly affect the poorest and most vulnerable.

Let us defend ourselves against the epidemic in solidarity!

Mutual assistance instead of a state of emergency!

The Pic-Bois is a regional libertarian information bulletin published in Saguenay since 2010. Distributed by the anarchist Collective Emma
Goldman and her friends, the Pic-Bois puts forward the construction of social alternatives and a popular power to change society here and
now. A rowdy and rebellious bird, the Pic-Bois informs you and raises awareness to break with the established order. ---- This eighth issue
is devoted to neuronormativity, an often invisible aspect of systemic capacity-based oppression. If you wish to distribute the newspaper on
your campus, in your neighborhood or at your workplace, feel free to make photocopies from the file attached here. You will have the chance
to obtain copies of it at future collective events or from its members and supporters.

Neuronormativity: No one is normal!
The philosopher Michel Foucault described how madness was conceived by society and in relation to it, its morality and its norms from the
Middle Ages. It was a question of controlling these deviations from the norm then perceived as a threat to public order. Madness had a
social function through the exclusion structures it created to separate reason from unreason. Despite advances in science and the
pathologization of "madness" due to the rise of modern medicine and psychiatry, it must be noted that the state, medical power and other
power structures maintain today today, such relationships with individuals considered to be deviant from the norm on the neurodevelopmental
or psychological level. It is not a question of categorically rejecting all the work of doctors and psychiatrists, but rather to bring a
critique and to show power relations within current "treatments" and society in general. We accuse the ignorance maintained and perpetuated
through the normalization of idealized neurodevelopmental conditions within human diversity to be responsible for great systemic violence.

Another break with the established order is necessary

This dichotomy between the norm and deviance from it is the very basis of neuronormativity. This standard is not a biological fact, it is
socially constructed. Through culture, social representations, production relationships and the institutions of society, forms of constraint
and coercion are exercised on individuals so that they conform to the perfect neurotypical ideal, presented in the imagination dominant as a
"normal" state in terms of neurological, cognitive and adaptive development. It is believed that the normal specimen would have an unlimited
productivity, like a Stakhanovist, would be constantly filled with relationships with those around him and would shine with happiness in a
sweet apology for the progress of his time and for consumerism. This ideal is in fact only a reflection of alienation in a system where
humans are wolves for their peers. It is not to outsource our very human difficulties that we say that it is the system which has lost its head!

If the perfect neurotypical does not exist, on the other hand, are excluded from this well-defended normality all those diagnosed or
presumed to have a different neurodevelopmental condition. In a non-exhaustive manner, we find in this category: autism spectrum disorders
(ASD), Gilles de la Tourette syndrome, intellectual disability, attention deficit disorder and dyslexia. Neuronormativity has historically
produced social relationships of domination. From religious authorities to the state, and inside medical offices, neurodivergence, that is,
the deviation from the norm, has been the subject of regulation and repression, the perpetuation of which can be observed, through many
changes, until today. The medical authorities have internalized these social norms; science has intervened as an authority to legitimize the
neurotypical social order. When Maxime Bernier, leader of the People's Party of Canada, tried to discredit activist Greta Thunberg by
claiming that she was "mentally unstable", he was highlighting a whole set of stigmatizing social representations of neurodivergents. Author
Nick Walker writes: "The idea that there is a 'normal' or 'healthy' type of brain or mind, or a 'just' style of neurocognitive functioning
is a culturally constructed fiction, no more valid (and no more favorable to a healthy society or to the general well-being of humanity)
than the idea that there is only one or one ethnicity, gender or culture 'normal' or 'just'[1]". Leader of the Popular Party of Canada,
tried to discredit activist Greta Thunberg by claiming that she was "mentally unstable", he highlighted a whole set of stigmatizing social
representations of people with neurodivergence. Author Nick Walker writes: "The idea that there is a 'normal' or 'healthy' type of brain or
mind, or a 'just' style of neurocognitive functioning is a culturally constructed fiction, no more valid (and no more favorable to a healthy
society or to the general well-being of humanity) than the idea that there is only one or one ethnicity, gender or culture 'normal' or
'just'[1]". Leader of the Popular Party of Canada, tried to discredit activist Greta Thunberg by claiming that she was "mentally unstable",

ethnicity, gender or culture 'normal' or 'just'[1]". it brought to light a whole set of stigmatizing social representations of

more favorable to a healthy society or to the general well-being of humanity) than the idea that there is only one or one ethnicity, gender
or culture 'normal' or 'just'[1]".

Under the relationships of philanthropy and tutelage ("protection") of the State and of social and economic structures, the systemic
oppression suffered by neurodivergents is characterized by differential treatment, discrimination, social exclusion, objectification,
marginalization and the constraint to adapt to the norms of communication and neurotypical relationships. It is claimed that it would be for
their good that their freedom would be limited and that it is to protect them from others and from themselves that there are institutional
barriers in access to different services (daycares, schools, transportation , leisure, reproductive health and sex education, etc.). It's
particularly troubling that eugenics, the search for the neurotypical baby according to genetic profiles and its corollary the refusal of
the neurodivergent baby, remains conceivable in our time. On the economic level, neurodivergents have to largely deal with conditions of
poverty. On the job, they have to face an even greater insecurity and undergo neuronormative judgments as to their way of being and their
performance. It is a system that pushes them to homelessness and isolation in much greater proportions than people with neurotypics.
Finally, even today, the ignorance of the police forces leads them to play the role of guardians of "normality" through the repression of
neurodivergents. A recent Ontario study of the hundreds of people with ASD in which the police intervened showed that it had an aggravating
and agitating effect in almost a third of the situations and that there had been physical restraint in 19 % of interventions[2]. From the
use of firearms tickets, the tragic cost of police outages in Canada has been several innocent people "in crisis" shot dead in the past few
years.

For social equality, neurodiversity and inclusiveness

We view neuronormativity as a facet of capacitism. Researcher Dan Goodley defines it as a system of oppression "which aims to exclude,
eradicate and neutralize individuals, bodies and minds that do not fit into the mold of capitalist performance"[3]. It constitutes the
situation of handicap in an abject stigma and outside of "normality", that is to say the imperative of capacity, considered natural, of a
uniform and standardized participation in society and in production relationships. Capacitism is a system of oppression (which affects all
aspects of society) and privileges favoring "able-bodied" people, who are not handicapped (physical, sensory, psychological, etc.). This
form of oppression is part of the production relations of capitalist society since it has been defined around the capacity of an individual
to hold a job and therefore, for a person, to constitute a labor force. It is also embedded in other systems of oppression. "Capacitist
modes of cultural reproduction and disabling material conditions, as Dan Goodley argues, cannot be separated from heterosexism, racism,
homophobia, colonialism, imperialism, patriarchy and capitalism[4]".

Faced with neuronormativity, a movement for neurodiversity has developed to demand full recognition and respect for differences in
neurological, cognitive and adaptive development. This supports the need to abolish the oppressive and hierarchical binary artificial border
between neurotypy and neurodivergence to recognize diversity as a human fact (with all its nuances and peculiarities). It was developed by
Australian sociologist Judy Singer, who mainly focused on autism spectrum disorders. The sociologist wanted to denounce the pathologizing
approach which seeks to medically treat neurodevelopmental disorders rather than seeking the understanding, inclusion and support of people
in an approach to regain power over their lives (empowerment ). It is ultimately a question of fighting the coercion to conform to a society
thought by and for neurotypicals, as well as the situations of inequality socially constructed by the environment and the institutions.

If neurodiversity seems to us to be a promising idea, as anarchists, it seems obvious to us that it is not simply a change of beliefs. To
undermine neuronormativity and capacity building, radical social change is necessary. Since the different social relations of oppression and
exploitation are interwoven within the capitalist system, it is with a broad convergence of struggles against domination, exploitation and
the State, respecting specific needs and self -organization of each dominated group, which we can break with the authoritarian world and
create an egalitarian society. More links are to be built between the anarchist movement and the Crip community(no link with the American
gang). The latter participated in the development of a culture of autonomous organization of people undergoing capacitism which links their
collective liberation to the dismantling of all the other systems of oppression. Finally, here and now, in an activist environment, we must
recognize our privileges as neurotypical and "able-bodied" people and avoid daily contributing to their reproduction.

On December 4th 2019, seven comrades from around the country gathered for the Anarchist Syndicalist Theory Workshop, facilitated by Piper
Tompkins. The Workshop was a project of the WSA Infrastructure Committee. ---- Piper prepared a sweeping overview of the movement as a way
to highlight questions for discussion and debate. She helped the group trace roots of anarcho-syndicalismin the libertarian wing of the
First International - from the Federative ideas of Proudhon and Bakunin to the foundation in 1922 of the International Workers Association.
To this day the IWA-AIT is the oldest continuous anarchist international. She guided the discussion up through the Spanish revolution of
1936 to 1939 and its aftermath.
The group participated in theory questions ranging from the nature of non-anarchist movements in syndicalism, how anarchists in the 20s and
30s viewed Taylorism, anarchist currents among the Zapatista uprisings and libertarian elements within the IWW. The group discussed ways for
the movement to move forward, to not be trapped in outdated understandings of industry and how to build a vibrant and flexible movement that
can address the unique challenges of today.

The Infrastructure Committee will host another workshop in the future, focused on community and workplace organizing.

Since the General Confederation of Labor (CGT), we have raised our voice again against the European Union's migration policies that
outsource its borders to countries that do not respect human rights, such as Turkey and Libya, which have been depriving people and families
of their freedom for years. ---- Meanwhile, the generalist media normalizes the daily number of people who die in the Mediterranean as a
result of these Europe-Fortaleza policies. Yesterday, another drowned child died when a boat sank due to the violent action of Greek patrol
boats. ---- We also denounce the deprivation of liberty in subhuman conditions of people seeking political asylum in Greece and the state
violence exercised by Greek security forces. Freedom of movement is an inalienable right for all people, as well as access to public health,
education and housing. Greece and Hungary have just suspended the Right to Asylum, which is a fundamental human right that cannot be
suspended under unjustified excuses. Again, state violence plagues the most vulnerable people who escape violence from their places of
origin to safeguard their lives.

The shame of the very harsh images that we have seen of people trapped between two fires on the Turkish-Greek border, many of them children
who are being severely suppressed with tear gas and real fire, is being used as a bargaining chip in the interest of Turkey's criminal
regime, whose government pressures the EU with the opening of its borders as a way to support its aggression against Syria.

Even capitalist logic is not able to justify the illegal retention of people on the borders of capital. While countries like Germany have
warned for years about the need for foreign labor to maintain production and sustain the public welfare system, borders are closed and
concentration camps are maintained, which we believed to have been eradicated years ago .

In the Spanish State, we have denounced for years the lack of means and political will to receive solidarity and justice for migrants. These
people suffer an extreme vulnerability that pushes them into the clutches of mafias, who have no qualms about trafficking and profit from
trafficking in people for the exploitation of labor and sexual exploitation. The Internment Centers (CIE) of people are authentic chains
that we continuously denounce.

From the CGT, we join the internationalist cry for the closing of the CIE, for the opening of borders and for the respect for fundamental
human rights. We demand that the Spanish State, as well as the European Union, respect human rights and international humanitarian law. And
finally, we demand that Europe-Fortaleza cease state violence.

We call for mobilization and protest, to remove from invisibility in the generalist media the people being massacred by the Greek
government, including also volunteers and activists who serve refugees, as well as journalists who denounce this situation, while fascist
groups are willing with the approval of the Greek government and its police in Lesbos and on the border with Turkey.

Down the border walls!

For the cessation of violence in Greece against people imprisoned in refugee camps.

Democracy's difference from fascism is that the former chooses who it wants to guard, and the latter who wants to break free. ---- In recent
days we have seen the application of state barbarism to the bodies of immigrants in the Aegean islands and the "gray zone" of Evros.
Hundreds of immigrants and migrants arrive at the water and land borders with Turkey, as a result of the political domination sought by
EU-NATO and Turkey in the Southeast Mediterranean region. Thousands of refugees and immigrants trying to cross the border in search of a
better life, away from the war and disasters caused by transnational rivalries in the countries of the capitalist periphery, are confronted
with hordes of MATs and the army, who stop their passage, choke them with chemicals, beat them, strip them and humiliate them.

In the past weeks, the government has sent MATs to Chios and Lesvos to bolster the protection of areas they want to establish closed
concentration camps, which has created clashes that have been able to get them out of the islands. The government's defeat on the islands
has evolved into national unity, with a handful of residents side by side with police denying a better life to people trying to escape the
horror of war and dying, trying to earn some of their lives and dignity. it has deprived the barbarism of power whether it throws bombs or
builds hellish. The nationalist frenzy is raging, as in Lesvos and Chios, despite the actions of some anti-fascists,

We see, therefore, that the fortification of the borders for the Greek state does not stop at the governmental management of migratory
flows, nor does it run out of hell in Moria and its closed detention centers. The state finds consensus on its strategy on the "chains" of
conservative islands against immigrants, paramilitary groups that send food and go to Evros to stand by the repressive forces. Where
inequalities and exploitation of the individual itself are exacerbated, the most conservative sections of society choose to cling to the
side of capital and the state.

Anti-immigration policy and the conservatism of society are not starting today. The exemption regime as reflected in the concentration camps
and the doctrine of zero tolerance imposed on those who resist constitute the essence of the state and power. The exodus of refugees from
seizures, the killings in Moria, the legal hardship for asylum seekers, anti-abortion campaigns, the announcement of the creation of closed
detention camps, the intolerant nationalist rhetoric disseminated by the state and the social body its mechanisms cultivate social
exclusion, aiming at a direction of conservatism and total subjugation of the social whole. The right to life and dignity is annihilated for
those who are left over, for the weak,

We stand against war, Europe - fortress and transnational anti-immigration agreements, against the killings of refugees and immigrants, the
fascist Greek state policy, racism, nationalism and intolerance and advocate for solidarity and solidarity and dignity. The frontiers, the
war, and the business of establishing modern totalitarianism are an integral part of a world long gone bankrupt, a world that has nothing to
offer to the oppressed and exploited. Social solidarity between oppressed foreigners or locals is our weapon against the exploiters. We
organize and fight with immigrants for a society of equality and freedom.

Hereby, we inform you that this demonstration is cancelled in its' original form. As a collective, we don't know what the risk will be for
the people that wil attend the demo. This is why we have decided to not let it go through. ---- We do understand the concerns people have
about the spreading of the Corona virus, but this does not mean we can take away our attention from what's happening at the borders of
Europe, which the mainstream media seems to already have forgotten about. ---- Refugees stuck on the borderzones of Fortress Europe and on
the Greek islands have been living in dire and inhumane circumstances for a long time. These people are already in big risk of becoming ill,
and no government cares for them. The first instances of Corona have by now reached a refugee camp on Lesbos.
Corona should not be used as a xenophobic instrument to close the borders and to blame foreigners, such as some fascist governments and
media are already doing.

There is already a humanitarian crisis going on in a big part of the world, and even within the confines of the European Union. There is
war, climate breakdown, and poverty crisis, and people rightfully so fleeing from this. The poorest and most vulnerable will always be hit
hardest and soonest by these crises.

We as social movements have to learn from these kinds of events, because this is not going to be the first and for sure not the last one. We
have to find new ways to fight in solidarity with those being affected the most; the poor, the refugees, and the vulnerable. We as radicals
will keep standing in solidarity with these groups.

Bangladesh Anarcho-Syndicalist Federation-BASF, conveys its warmest revolutionary greetings to the secretary and entire membership of the
PPAS-IWA on the occation of your congress! We greet you on behalf of Bangladesh anarcho-syndicalist women's Federation and Libertarian
student federation and other revolutionary forces in our country. ---- We extend our heartfelt congratulations to you for persevering in
using Anarcho -Syndicalism as your guiding ideology in leading the revolutionary struggles of the Indonesian Working classes and people.
---- Your posting in FB Groups & other Media for your Congress raises high the banner of your revolutionary Sacrifices. Indeed, the
sacrifice and total commitment and service of our revolutionary programs have laid the foundation of the growth, consolidation and expansion
of our respective revolutions.

We are comrades-in-struggle. Like you, we are guided by the proletarian revolutionary theory of Anarcho-Syndicalism. We are likewise
fighting against imperialism and local reactionaries, the big landlords and comprador bourgeoisie for the national and social liberation of
the people of Bangladesh.

Our unity is solid because it is based on principles, on common strategies, on common goals. On the principles of the class struggle and of
the class unity. We are guided by the same humanitarian theory and the Anarcho-Syndicalist theory. We are united by the common concern for
the improvement of the workers' life today. We are united by our common position and goal for socialism. This is unity based on principles.
Unity based on values.

We congratulate you for your struggle and mass actions of the teachers, students and other working people for just wages and other civil and
political rights. We are one with you in opposing the government policy of surrendering the national sovereignty to imperialists and
allowing the destruction of the environment and pollution of the soil, thus devastating the people's livelihood and causing their mass
displacement. Like you, we are fighting against destructive foreign mining, especially open-pit mining, which pollutes the waters and the
soil and destroys the livelihood, the health and production of the peasants, workers and indigenous people.
As you well know, Bangladesh is one of the biggest victim of Global warming often attacked by natural disasters e.g cyclone, typhoon & super
typhoon.. in every year Thousands of people lost their lives, millions are homeless, many thousands missing. We condemn the world's
capitalist polluters for causing global warming. We condemn the government for allowing foreign mining, logging and agricultural
corporations to destroy our environment. This regime has plundered public funds. It did not carry out any pre-disaster preparations. After
the disaster, it neglected providing food, water, medicines and other relief to the people. .

As in Bangladesh, people are rising up in great numbers to condemn the ongoing regime and imperialism. We continue to wage the struggle for
the people and the revolutionary programs.

Members of Brighton Education Workers took part in a nationwide strike called by University and College Union (UCU) to fight against the
increasing erosion of Higher Education in the UK, demanding fairer working conditions and an end to casualisation in the sector. Joining the
strike has had a significant financial impact on workers that are already precariously employed and paid peanuts for their labour. So please
enjoy a delicious vegan meal for £5 from 7pm onwards on Saturday 28th March and provided a much needed support to these workers in the process!

Study for Struggle 6 - Police, prison and crime ---- This event was originally scheduled for Wednesday 26th February but due to illness, we
have had to move it to Thursday 26th March. ---- For our second reading group session of the year, we will look to the massively complex
topics of police, prison and crime. This is a controversial subject and one which has a lot of different opinions from a lot of different
people and is one of the most common subjects that is brought up when discussing a world without the State and it's enforcers. We understand
we won't be able to get really into the nitty gritty of this subject in the given time but we think can begin a fruitful discussion on the
reality of policing and prisons and their relations to capitalism, crime and community.
Our next session will be at 7pm on Thursday 26th March 2020, at The Britannia Inn, Darlington. Check out the texts below and we hope to see
you there!

Some questions to consider:-

What is the purpose of the police?

What is the relation between capitalism, the police and the prison system?

How and why does policing disproportionately effect people of colour?

How and why does policing disproportionately effect poor people?

How are international borders related to policing and prison?

Do prisons really work in ‘rehabilitating' people and making communities safer?

What potential alternatives can you see to dealing with crime under anarchist communism?

Check out the texts below and we hope to see you there!

Greece, the border of "Fortress Europe", where since February 28, 2020, a brutal and inhuman geopolitical "game" has been taking place. On
the one hand, Erdogan, President of Turkey, who has led tens of thousands of migrants to believe that the borders to Europe, through Greece,
are open for them to enter, so that Turkey blackmailed the EU into supporting its terrorist campaign against and Kurds in Syria. ---- On the
other hand, Greece, which in order for the extreme right government to extract money from the European Union for prisons similar to
concentration camps for migrants and for defense purposes, closed the borders by arresting anyone who could cross them. ---- And in
no-man's-land, thousands of refugees, used as pawns by governments and the EU, being pushed by Turkish forces who launch tear gas grenades
and fire rubber bullets at the Greek side of Evros at the same time that Greek forces also launch tear gas grenades and use water cannons.
Several reports on the Turkish side say migrants were killed by bullets fired from the Greek side, and it remains unknown whether it is by
the armed forces or by nationalist militias.

Groups of Greek vigilantes in Evros are roaming freely across borders, terrorizing and arresting groups of migrants who manage to find a
hole in the fence, while on the Greek island of Lesbos the groups act like a mafia that has established control points on the banks and in
the center of city of Mytilene (capital of the island of Lesbos), verbally assault all migrants who arrive on the Greek coast in boats,
attack and terrorize volunteers or NGO workers who help migrants, crush their cars or violently attack them. Fascists from several European
countries flew to the island of Lesbos to participate in the crowd that attacks anyone who does not speak Greek, migrants, NGO workers or
tourists. A school for refugee children was also set on fire by this right-wing mafia. Tourism,

And while it may be thought that these despicable acts would not be tolerated by at least most people, the opposite is true. Racists,
nationalists, conservatives, neoliberals, right-wing people, social democrats and even some self-proclaimed leftists came together on a
front, supporting these acts or turning a blind eye.

And when you hear their narrative, that migrants are invaders and not people and that this is a war in Europe, it is impossible not to
remember another time when people were treating other people as if they were inferior, like the enemy and applauding attacks on people based
on different characteristics, applauding the burning of the enemy's schools, shops and books, they laughed at the "enemy's" gassing and
applauded the death of the "other" and then this comes to memory:

"First they chased the communists, and I said nothing, because I was not a communist.

Then they persecuted the socialists, and I said nothing, because I was not a socialist.

Then they came after the unionists, and I didn't say anything, because I wasn't a unionist.

Then they persecuted the Jews, and I said nothing, because I was not a Jew.

Then they came after me and there was no one else to defend me ".

On Saturday, March 7, 2020, thousands of anarchists, anti-authoritarians, antifascists and sympathetic people in Athens, Greece, did just
that. Elxs chose to speak loudly, in defense of humanity and against fascism, in defense of a world without borders, in defense of those who
have no voice, because it was smothered by tear gas, weapons and barbed wire fences on the edge of the "Fortress Europe".

The movement launched on December 5 made it possible to strike hundreds of thousands of workers, especially on the days of demonstrations.
Several sectors went on a long, renewable strike. But the movement launched in particular by the transport sector (SNCF and RATP) has
unfortunately not been generalized. On March 31 we restart the machine ! ---- The mobilization continues ---- Workers remain strongly
mobilized as evidenced by regular participation in demonstrations. Public support is confirmed by media surveys and donations to the strike
funds. ---- The mobilizations and the renewable strike in some sectors made it possible to push back the government which granted the clause
of the grandfather to the railwaymen and railwaymen and of the regimes specific to several professions. The government ceded these crumbs to
avoid the general strike. This is proof that we can stop the reform !

The date of March 31 gives us enough time to organize a field campaign to prepare for an interprofessional and renewable strike in as many
sectors as possible. Our best weapon for obtaining retirement from points is the freezing of the economy by the strike in production. If all
sectors get involved at the same time, the government will give in, and quickly !

leaflet to download in pdf
Preparing for the strike
To achieve this, we must immediately do the preparatory work by organizing:

the general meetings of unions and local unions to motivate members, adherent, activists and militants
the union tours in unionized sectors are not union members
of joint tours between the different sectors to show that we are in a common interprofessional struggle
the visible picketing with banners and fire pallets
the general assemblies of strikers to organize the strike and coordinate at the city level

To build a massive and renewable strike, we can also rely on the mobilizations that are announced by then : there was the day for women's
rights, March 8, there is the struggle that s 'organizes in college or the "black week" from March 14 proposed by some. The mobilizations
against the application of 49.3, which proves once again that the government is absolutely not seeking democratic debate, but which also
shows the dead end of parliamentarism, can be a point of support.

This interprofessional practical work must be done from local inter-unions bringing together militant fighting teams from all available
unions according to local and professional realities.

And beyond the withdrawal ?
Winning withdrawal is the first step. With the balance of power established, it will be a question of continuing for a real and rapid
improvement of the current pension system with a return to the 60 years for 37.5 annuities over the ten best years, the maintenance of the
particular regimes with the taking into account account for particular hardship. But also for the end of all social regressions.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, a group of women occupied Tomoslawice coal mine in central Poland in the early morning hours
of Monday. The occupation began at 5:30 and successfully prevents the operation of the mine. The employees of the mine show no resentment,
on the contrary they show slight sympathy. The women broke into the unfenced apocalyptic-looking territory and reached the mine machines
without the slightest difficulty, not counting the fact that they had to wade through deep mud for about eight hundred meters. Then they
unfolded three banners and attached themselves to the steel creatures in such a way as to make their operation impossible. Two more women
climbed the roof of a giant excavator. The event is organized by Zielena Fala (Green Wave) and the main slogan is "Ziemia jest kobieta"
(Earth is a woman). It points to the fact that

Tomoslawice Coal Mine is located about 160 kilometers west of Warsaw. It is the largest coal store in Poland and has an annual production of
around 2.6 million tonnes of coal. In addition to contributing to the destruction of the entire planet by providing coal for combustion, it
is also a serious threat to the surrounding villages and the nearby protected area of the European Natura 2000 network. The mine was only
opened in 2010 and preceded by protests and environmental organizations. In addition to the aforementioned negative effects, it also
consumes outrageous amounts of water. So far, the operation of the mine has caused the 30 kilometer of Notec stream to dry up, and the level
of the two adjacent lakes has dropped by four and five meters, respectively. This has greatly contributed to the severe drought suffered by
locals and farmers,

Paraphrasing the words of Italian Communist Antonio Gramsci, as the new world of universal human emancipation and generalized
self-management is still struggling, through the incessant efforts of the subordinate strata, to be born through the dissolution of its
cruel and cruel old world barbaric, so we will continue to live in the age of monsters. All social woes have material causal causes, which
can be traced back to the roots of the capitalist system itself. Capitalism is the system of class antagonisms and social inequalities that
result from the private possession of the means of production by a handful of parasitic capitalists, backed by the individual state
mechanisms, as well as a range of means of enforcing the dominant ideology and mentality that are at work (see institutional education,
church, media regimes, etc.). This undeclared human-to-human system of exploitation, governed by insatiable competition, individualization
and securing private profit through the reproduction of capital, derails the surplus value of socially generated wealth, produces poverty,
poverty, poverty, poverty and war.

In recent days we have been sitting on burning coals, watching over the Aegean islands and the Evros border. Thousands of refugees have been
trapped at the Evros border, surrounded by Greek and Turkish police and soldiers, smothered in chemicals, confronted with auras and real
fires. Those who manage to cross the border are abducted by the Greek authorities and by paramilitary elements (see plates without plates)
and transferred to police stations. In Lesvos and Chios, anti-immigrant pogroms are emerging from "resentful" residents who are openly
supported by nationalist groups and local New Democracy. At the same time,

The cauldron is boiling... At the heart of this ruthless barbarism lies the oppressed of this world, the refugees and the immigrants, who
are desperately searching for a better fate for them and their families. They have been displaced from their homes because of the
imperialist wars and the rapid economic downturn. However, the response they find from Western capitalism and its states is banishment,
social exclusion, entrapment and racism.

The media regimes, under the full guidance of the bourgeoisie and the government, reproduce the narrative of the irresistible invasion of
irregular migrants, turning the issue into an imminent threat to the Greek sovereignty. In an effort to completely renounce their
responsibilities, the propagandists and their subordinate media are trying to disperse racism and re-energize the conservative and
nationalistic reflections of society. Once again the powerful and the privileged attack the pariahs and the weak, disorienting public
opinion, reinforcing chauvinism and social cannibalism.

But the fish smells from the head. So let's see through a sober, classical view of who is responsible and who is so cynically portraying the
unmarried ... In the so-called immigration crisis, the executioners and their close associates are systematically trying to blame their
victims, public sphere as being responsible for undermining working conditions and prospects, as well as for deteriorating the standard of
living of local populations. But in social life, those who hold economic and political power, the privileged and the pillars of the
capitalist system do in fact.

Initially, NATO, the imperialist, transnational, military union of which Greece and Turkey are members, is responsible for a series of
military interventions in the Middle East and North Africa. These war interventions aim to reshape the geopolitical chessboard by
redistributing energy resources and energy transit flows, opening up new markets and business opportunities through the insatiable
exploitation of raw materials and the laboring hands of the regions in sight. cyclone. Of course, we have to keep in mind that where there
are war fronts and war preparations, the armaments are enriching themselves by equipping the states themselves. Even after the period of
widespread destruction (always accompanied by an imperialist war), which is going to destroy both parts of fixed (means of production) and
variable (workers / workers) capital, there is always a period of capital reconstruction, even if it is carried out on debris and corpses.
This is the most tried-and-tested way capital has to overcome the emerging structural crises of capitalism. The Greek state has been
providing consultations over time to NATO and the US, which it recently ratified, even more emphatically, through the Greek-US agreement to
upgrade existing NATO bases in Greece, with the prospect of new bases and open-ended use of time. all NATO installations in the Greek
territory. Tense imperialist rivalries in Europe's south-east have turned Greek territory into a vast US-NATO base. The Greek frigate
"Spetshe" sailed from the port of Toulon, to accompany the French Charles de Gaulle on the Strait of Ormuz, to patrol the Persian Gulf and
the Gulf of Oman with cannons directed at Iran. Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias has said Greece is ready to send its troops to Libya to
"restore order" to the imminent civil row between the official regime of Islamic Prime Minister Fayez al-Sharajin, and the US Army. who
heads the Libyan National Army. Alongside, From February to August 2020, the largest NATO exercise of the last 25 years is to take place,
dubbed "Defender of Europe 20" and will extend along Russian border lines and in countries that host major US administrations; Nato. 37,500
NATO troops will participate in this exercise (20,000 from the US mainland and 9,000 US troops camping in Europe!). So, with tangible
evidence, how NATO is entangled in so many wars that bring about destruction and uprooting as it prepares for its next bloodbath. 500 NATO
troops will be involved in this exercise (20,000 from the US mainland and 9,000 US troops camping in Europe!). So, with tangible evidence,
how NATO is entangled in so many wars that bring about destruction and uprooting as it prepares for its next bloodbath. 500 NATO troops will

Crucial to the existing management of the migration issue is the shameful EU-Turkey agreement, which on the one hand allows for the
repatriation of immigrants, on the other, renders the Greek territory a storehouse of souls and a "fortification zone of the states" of the
EU. The potential seems to have been covered, which is why the institutional façade that allows the free passage of migrants to EU countries
has been closed for years. The Europe Fortress, Europe closed borders, land-plus and sea? - fences, concentration camps, FRONTEX military
patrols and national armies. The EU is therefore responsible for the over-crowding of refugees on the islands, for drowning and wrecks in
the Aegean and the Mediterranean,

The Turkish state, on the other hand, is clearly trying to exert pressure on EU states to provide their political, economic and military
support to Turkey's imperialist intervention in Syrian territories and its recent conflict with Russia. In the last month alone, Turkey's
military operations in Syria have, however, caused 1 million refugees. Erdogan is blackmailing and threatening the EU because, as he said,
the terms of the EU-Turkey agreement have not been complied with, which, among other things, provide for a $ 6 billion financing of Turkey
by 2016. euro to keep refugees in its territories. Turkey claims, however, that it has not received any financial assistance. Now it has
been promised by the EU to pay 1 billion euros, however, the Turkish government remains skeptical. At the same time, the Turkish bourgeoisie
and Erdogan are trying to pressure the bourgeoisie of Greece and the Mitsotakis government on the energy front on the issue of delimitation
and exploitation of EEZs (see Turkish-Libyan pact, drilling and exploitation). plot).

The Greek state, bound by the chorus of Euro-Atlantic imperialism, is obliged to discipline itself in the dictates of NATO and the EU. Its
policies are in full compliance with the guidelines of the above imperialist organizations. But let's look at the writing examples presented
by the present government of the New Democracy, which took over the anti-immigration - and anti-popular - policy from SYRIZA. . Since July
2019, when elected, the New Democracy government has so far merged the Ministry of Migration Policy with that of the Citizen Protection
(something that the government a few days ago revoked as being inadequate) in blocking the issuance. newly-arrived asylum seekers, that
deprives both access to basic health care and education - as well as children who are not vaccinated are not accepted in schools - and to
work - as well as having a PWD is required for legal recruitment - as well as vacations - overproductions of immigrant / refugee seizures
etc. The highlight is the asylum bill, which passed - after a shamelessly non-existent 'public consultation' - which neither abolishes nor
substantially abolishes' formalities anymore. "open rights" supposedly defined by international treaties and national law so far (in
practice of course, this has always been for those who have both watermelon and knife in hand, issues of "interpretation"). In a few words,
this bill aims to further reduce the already degraded access of immigrants / refugees to health care, to "speed up" and to tighten the
reception and asylum procedures so as to disregard any particular features of each case (medically, psychologically) or other), but to sneak
into fast track procedures, greatly increasing the time allowed for detention, while also introducing the principle of "non-cooperation", an
outrageously cloudy and arbitrary category that would legalize (without quotes now) any arbitrariness on the part of the Greek state. The
next step planned by the government is the creation of closed detention centers from the construction of which the following contractors
will be treasured: TERNA SA, AKTOR SA, MYTILINEOS SA, having, of course, huge tax breaks. Massive deportations of immigrants will be
launched from these closed detention centers.

The entire communication mechanism of the government and the media of the neo-oligarchs have unexpectedly and intensely cultivated
xenophobia and racism lately, nourishing a warlike and chauvinistic climate. In fact, immigrants are currently trapped in the vanguard of
imperialist competitions and capitalist dictates. They are used as bargaining papers by the respective state authorities. The task, then, of
the labor-populist movement, the task of everyone who wants to be called a human being, is to exert political pressure on the imperialist
centers and the Greek state, to stop the oppression and suffering of the oppressed, to stop the wars that have begun. . Refugees and
immigrants are the flesh of the shackled populace and as such we must defend them against all forms of arbitrariness and barbarism of states
and capitalists. We therefore have to stand firmly on the side of refugees and immigrants. We demand that the borders be opened immediately
and that immigrants be released. We demand the provision of public care and housing for those wishing to stay in Greece and the necessary
documents for those wishing to move to other European countries. We are demanding the closure of migrant-concentration camps now and lifting
barriers to asylum procedures, social exclusion and the deprivation of labor and welfare rights by immigrants.

Let us actively engage in the issue of social liberation, to write the epitome of statism and capitalism, to inaugurate the era of
emancipated humanity through the construction of a disordered-extremist society, a libertarian communist society based on liberalism.
equality, solidarity and self-organization, focusing on meeting the needs of the community and on the free exercise of each individual. We
can and must create a world for everyone and not for a few, as long as we rely on our collective strengths.
