The union asks in 15 points the paralysis of all non-essential productive activity where telework is not possible, to reinforce the
essential sectors, as well as social measures for care. ---- From CNT we see how all the measures that have been taken by the Government
have been insufficient for most of the workers, leaving their willingness to implement measures such as teleworking, exposing the staff to
the employers to situations of risk in the transport or performance of your non-essential work. We also show a concern about the weakening
and helplessness in which it leaves the sectors that are most facing the health crisis situation due to Covid-19. ---- Thousands of workers
have already been victims of ERTEs, productive layoffs and termination of contracts, as well as false freelancers and freelancers have seen
their jobs disappear overnight . The uncertainty, the risk situation and the helplessness of so many millions of other people in the Spanish
state. The measures in this regard provided for in RD 8/2020 of March 17 look very good on paper, but they clash head-on with the primitive
mentality of the Spanish business class.
For this reason, the CNT demands that the government take immediate measures to guarantee that the working class is not the most affected by
this situation. Starting with security, forcing teleworking when possible and when not, and being a non-essential activity, with the
suspension of the activity; canceling layoffs, hiring directly in the jobs necessary to overcome the crisis and putting special measures in
sectors such as domestic workers. In addition, CNT looks to the future claiming that training should undoubtedly be among the immediate
actions taken.
In the same way, the care capacity of people must be guaranteed. It is time to boldly and decisively unfold the rights to reconcile work and
family life. We also demand the protection of people with the extension of Temporary Disability to those who are part of a risk group,
release prisoners over 65 or with chronic diseases and the closure of the CIEs. Some measures that will have to be reinforced by obtaining
funds from those who have the most with a special tax on large fortunes.
The 15 points that CNT requires:
1. Immediate implementation of telework in all those companies where it is technically possible
Teleworking should be extended not only where it was already a practice or where it was to a lesser extent implemented, but companies must
be required to immediately adapt to this form of organization. The royal decree of the government opens the doors to the most lazy companies
to avoid adapting to telework and continue to risk the health of their staff and the rest of society. And indeed, this is what is happening.
For this reason, all companies must adapt all possible structure to teleworking and for this they will study and provide themselves with all
the technical means necessary for collaborative remote work.
2. Immediate and automatic cessation of all non-essential productive activity in those cases where it is not possible to implement telework
Automatic pass for 30 days from all staff to paid leave with pay in all those companies that have recorded a minimum profit of € 3,000 per
worker hired during the last year. Application of ERTEs by force majeure in those companies that have not reached these profit margins and
after 30 days of permission in those that have.
For these purposes, the services of the Labor and Social Security Inspection will be expressly declared an essential service.
3. Extraordinary training measures
For all those working people whose work cannot be done remotely, we need to take imaginative and innovative measures. Since at other times
there is talk of a training deficit that hinders innovation in the economy; since in other contexts, workers are blamed for their lack of
employability for lack of training; Since we are constantly encouraged to prepare for changing labor relations, we must understand training
as a continuous process. It is time for companies to design and implement massive distance training and updating programs for the part of
the workforce that cannot carry out their work remotely.
Consequently, all companies must give effective and immediate development to article 23 of the Workers' Statute to cover the time off from
activity with wage maintenance through the development of distance training programs for their staff.
4. Extraordinary measures of work organization
It is time to boldly and decisively unfold the rights to reconcile work and family life. The measures in this regard provided for in RD
8/2020 of March 17 look very good on paper, but they clash head-on with the primitive mentality of the Spanish business class. It is vital
today to tend to the distribution of employment, reducing it, to facilitate the tasks of caring for the most vulnerable people, to
facilitate the work of health services and the distribution of basic and essential products and services, and to be able to resume activity
after confinement.
For this reason, the reorganization of hours where it is necessary must be taken into account in all companies and the design of new
schedules, shifts (adding them where necessary), hourly bags, etc .; stop when containment measures can be stopped.
5. Making available to the private production system as necessary
It is urgent to face the fact that it is possible and essential to adapt work in certain companies and sectors to help face this health
emergency. It is necessary to give a massive channel to all those popular initiatives that are designing and manufacturing basic medical
equipment with 3D printers, that manufacture basic masks in sewing workshops, that create community aid networks for the most vulnerable
people, etc.
Being an unprecedented situation, ambitious measures are needed. We must bear in mind that some ERTEs are going to waste resources that in a
moment of sanitary collapse it is essential to reuse. In the same way that hotels are enabled to receive patients and their staff is trained
to continue with their work, being essential, we believe that other industries must adapt to produce and provide services to meet the
circumstances: equipment and facilities must be cleaned up; you have to make single-use masks, gloves, gowns, respirators; disinfectants
must be manufactured; food must be brought to those who cannot move or move ...
Therefore, at the local level, companies will be inventoried and executed to adapt, regardless of their sector, to put their resources at
the service of the public health sector, social services and any other organizational activity. , planning and management in the context of
this health alarm, always keeping in mind the reduction of people affected by ERTEs.
6. Reinforcement of essential services through direct and immediate hiring of all necessary personnel
To guarantee the full performance of these essential services and the companies made available, while guaranteeing respect for the labor
rights of all workers, the workforce of these companies will be expanded by putting ongoing contracts between unemployed staff selected by
the employment services.
7. Strengthening of protection measures for essential service workers
Implementation of new work protocols and additional preventive measures. In the face of the absolute failure of third-party prevention
services, all the third-party prevention services operating at this time will be made available to the public, which will be conducted under
the National Institute for Safety and Health at Work and the institutes regional occupational health and safety.
8. Immediate development of new conciliation permits
As established in Article 39.3 EC, that "Parents must provide assistance of all kinds to children born in or out of wedlock, during their
minority and in other cases where legally applicable", the permit will be extended with Article 37.3 ET salary to all people who need to
care for their children and dependents.
9. Radical invalidity of all dismissals produced during the state of alarm
In order to protect the rights of workers and avoid abusive practices by companies, all dismissals produced in any company will be declared
null and void, except for those that expressly accept force majeure measures and have the corresponding authorization from the labor
authority. . This measure will be active during the entire validity of the state of alarm and of any subsequent declaration of emergency or
site, and during the 180 days after the end of the validity of said states.
10. Extension of Temporary Disability to all risk groups
In all sectors that are of an essential nature, workers who belong to or are within a risk group (people over 60 years of age, with
cardiovascular diseases and high blood pressure, with diabetes, with chronic lung diseases, with cancer , immunocompromised, pregnant
women), to protect their health and their lives will immediately pass to the situation of temporary disability due to professional
contingency. All people who go into this situation will continue to receive 100% of their remuneration and no grace period will be required.
11. Specific measures for domestic workers
The same protection measures will be applied to salaried and self-employed domestic workers as to other male and female workers and
self-employed, including unemployment benefit.
12. Taxation of great fortunes
An exceptional tax will be imposed on the great fortunes so that they are the ones that take charge of the social spending that will suppose
the exceptional situation that the working class suffers essentially.
13. Suspension of payment of rents, mortgages and basic supplies
A moratorium will be established, for at least the entire duration of the alarm states or those that may be in force at the time, for the
payment of rents and mortgages for the first home. In the same way, the payment of basic supplies (water, electricity, gas and
telecommunications) will be suspended during the same period already mentioned for the first homes.
14. Strengthening of public health and social services
Private health intervention without financial compensation. Move from the management of nursing homes to public hands so that the dignity
and right to life and health of the entire population is guaranteed.
15. Social and human rights measures
Prisoners over 65 years of age and those with serious chronic diseases who do not have serious crimes such as rape or sexist killings will
be immediately released. All CIEs will be closed, deportations will end, and the repeal of the Aliens Act will be undertaken.

On March 20 we took part in a teleconference with Amazon. The company presented to us its proposal of a bonus of 4 zloty before taxes (0.61
euro net) for every hour worked between March 15 and April 30. Amazon was not open to negotiating the bonus amount or conditions. ---- We
demanded the immediate shutdown of Amazon warehouses (and that during this shutdown, Amazon pay all workers their full salary), because work
inside the warehouses puts us in danger of contracting the virus and spreading it further to society. We already forwarded this demand to
government representatives. Amazon refused to talk about shutting down the warehouses in Poland. In this situation, we demanded negotiation
of the work conditions inside the warehouses in the coming days. We stressed that health, safety and the lives of workers and their families
are our top priority. Amazon refused to talk about workers' health and safety concerns. The company presented to us its non-negotiable 4
zloty pandemic bonus policy, giving us only an hour for discussion.
For the past week and a half, both unions have been demanding an emergency meeting with Amazon's decision makers. While thousands of people
work every day at the warehouses, commuting from all over the country, managers were not able to meet with shop stewards due to their own
concerns of contracting the virus on site.
Amazon is making money on the global health crisis. The company is only focused on continuing its operations and making sure that workers
show up, sick or healthy, for 4 zloty more. We realize that online sales are bringing in record profits in this time of crisis, but as
workers we also know that these profits will not be going into our pockets.
We wanted to talk with the company about paying out a 15% monthly bonus that would also go to workers who are on sick leave or in
quarantine, as all of us need money in these difficult times. We also wanted Amazon to make a financial contribution to support Poland's
public health care system. To all of these demands, Amazon said "no".
Without restrictive safety measures in place, Amazon warehouses must shutdown until the pandemic is over! Workers and unions must be taken
seriously. We demand real negotiations with Amazon's decision makers, like Marian Sepesi, the company's regional director for Central
Europe. We are aware that Amazon workers throughout Europe are facing the same problems and also demanding that the warehouses shutdown. At
the moment, Amazon workers in warehouses in France and Italy have organized wildcat strikes. Together, we will push Amazon's top decision
makers in Luxembourg to protect the health and safety of all workers.
Please report any cases of the virus or of company violations to your union shop stewards: ipamazon@wp.pl and amazon@solidarnosc.wroc.pl.

We are in the middle of a huge humanitarian and an unprecedented social crisis, as the spread of the global pandemic is revealing in the
most emphatic way the state and capitalism's criminal nature. On one hand, the social majority is facing new and yet harsher terms of
exploitation and repression. On the other hand, the state is defending its power and the accumulation of wealth in the hands of the bosses,
by expanding the state of emergency and depriving society from the necessary resources to deal with this disaster. In this condition,
thousands of immigrants and refugees are piled up in concentration camps under horrible living conditions, without any available means of
protecting themselves against the pandemic. The state of exception imposed on them leads to their extermination and consists a state and
capitalist crime.
War and fascism are the only "response" the system can give to its own deep and total crisis, to its own contradictions that result from its
basic principle - the oppression and exploitation of one human being by another.
At a global level, the political and economic bosses are attempting an unconditional attack against the people of the capitalist periphery
through war, military operations, subversion of regimes and enforcement of new ones, aiming to control whole areas, sources of wealth, even
whole populations. This is a condition in which millions of people are condemned to poverty, sickness and forced immigration as a
prerequisite for ensuring the over-accumulation of wealth in the hands of global financial elites and for the rearrangement of geopolitical
balance of power in the context of international competitions between global, regional and local powers.
The thousands of dead refugees and immigrants at land and sea borders, all those locked up in modern concentration camps under abject
conditions, those imprisoned in a racist state of exception, are the effects of the murderous anti-immigration "deterrence" policies and the
building of Fortress-Europe.
The "walls" that are raised are not only useful for keeping the outcasts, the "surplus populations", out of Europe by all means, but also to
promote the fascistization of western societies, to establish a condition of fear, control and hate, aiming at the acceptance of their
exploitation by the bosses.
Against the bankrupt world of the state and capital, against the war declared by the dominants on the repressed of this world, as
anarchists, we struggle with class and internationalist solidarity as our weapon, promoting the organization of the counterattack of the
exploited for the destruction of this decayed world. Locals, immigrants and refugees, all together, let's fight from below against poverty,
impoverishment, repression, subjugation, let's strengthen and defend all fields of social and class resistance targeted by repression and
organize new ones. Against fascism, intolerance, war, repression and exploitation, the cause of global Social Revolution, of building a new
society of solidarity, equality and freedom on the ruins of the world of authority...is always alive!

The Corona pandemic is affecting all of our lives at the moment in one way or another. However as always in our society some people are
affected particularly hard.Todaywe want to ask ourselves - apart from the medical fight against the pandemic - what tendencies we can
currently observe in the field of democracy, neoliberalism and solidarity. We look at the recent curfews, DNA sampling and telecommunication
surveillance, who is affected particularly and what creatives forms of action and solidarity people take to tackel the situation.

As always, in times of crisis, war, violence or pandemic, the authoritarian base of states is revealed. What Emmanuel Macron is currently
managing is no exception. It is a time when the population is under pressure and trying to comply as much as possible with the
epidemiologists' demands to limit the spread of the coronation, which the French government has decided to put the country back into a
"state of emergency". The goal is clear: to give the executive more power! While it cannot help the homeless, while mistreating the
incarcerated in prisons and the CRA, while refusing to provide health resources, should it grant more power to the French state? Moreover,
what power does not seek to force us not to fight the capitalist machine? Work, consumption, restriction? Self-restraint, while useful, is a
test in itself, further isolating people.
For those who dream of mastery of class and power, the measures needed to tackle the virus are another trick: make it difficult for you to
protest against this abuse of power in the midst of a pandemic!
Nothing today requires an emergency on the ground. Just like nothing has been imposed since the attacks in 2015. However, it lasted until
2017. We, as anarchists, know very well what the goal is: as the government did in 2017, Macron and his minions are dreaming of including in
the current law extreme measures.
Once again we are told that "it is for your good and these measures will be lifted as soon as everything is back to normal". And should we
believe them? If once we didn't believe them before, now we don't believe them ten. No, we are not fooled! In solidarity they use clubs, in
health they prefer profit. Nothing new, the states are rotten. Yesterday, as today, tomorrow, as in a hundred years, death in the states,
death in the border, I wish mutual help and freedom! We fight and organize for our ideal world!

We have translated and republished two announcements (the first on 17/3 and the second on 19/3) of the French-speaking Fédération anarchiste
(IFA) on the current emergency, pandemic and emergency situation in France ---- Mutual assistance is not a blank word ---- Announcements of
restrictive measures made last night by the French president are useful and we will not deny it. On the contrary, we, organized in the
Anarchist Federation, know that one of the most important values is mutual aid. Mutual help also means caring for the weakest and most
vulnerable in our society. There is no real freedom without taking into account others. ---- We can only reject the logic that today only
the police and the military will be the solution to following the instructions in view of this pandemic. If, weeks ago, the French
government had not underestimated things, refused to heed the warnings of health and scientists, we could have a strong collective
conscience from the beginning of the epidemic. The biggest hoax is to hold elections. But, as always, business is above human for the state,
which is primarily concerned with protecting the rich.
At the same time, we are frustrated with the selfish and sick attitude of those who plundered stocks of masks, antiseptics or even
supermarkets, sometimes driven by fear, often with a sense of individual survival. They have deprived those who need most of the necessary
protection or food and this is unacceptable. Solidarity also requires a form of self-discipline against risk.
The Anarchist Federation stresses that there is much that has been forgotten in all of this: prisoners are not effectively protected, as are
people without a fixed home, without papers, casual occupations, etc. … They are hundreds of thousands who have to endure the measures
without being able to protect themselves. Unfortunately, this is only the continuation of the society in which we lived before the
coronation. It is more than unacceptable to us. It is also up to us to provide mutual assistance as soon as possible.
We give our full support and thank those who continue to work because their work is essential: health care providers, those who help
maintain supplies, cleanliness workers, etc.... You are the hundreds of thousands who are taking risks to guarantee that we can live
comfortably at this time. The risk has increased due to the inability of employers (private and public) to guarantee safety. How many masks
for all those mentioned? How many liters of antiseptic? How Many Distances for Health Insurance? How many place reorganizations? We will be
able to remember all the bosses who made people work in unnecessary positions, just to guarantee their profits, endangering their employees
and their relatives. But those who run the state and who have underestimated the dangers of this virus so as not to slow down the capitalist
machine. We call on those who can exercise their right to strike as soon as possible! Do not die for the capitalists! Again, this pandemic
is no joke. Since the Middle Ages we know that isolation measures have been effective in stopping the evolution of diseases. Let's apply
mutual aid: let's protect ourselves, protect our loved ones, our neighbors, and basically protect all of us. Again, this pandemic is no
joke. Since the Middle Ages we know that isolation measures have been effective in stopping the evolution of diseases. Let's apply mutual
help: let's protect ourselves, let's protect our loved ones, our neighbors, and basically protect all of us. Again, this pandemic is no
joke. Since the Middle Ages we know that isolation measures have been effective in stopping the evolution of diseases. Let's apply mutual
help: let's protect ourselves, let's protect our loved ones, our neighbors, and basically protect all of us.
The time will come when this deadly period will pass and we will get rid of those who for years have killed solidarity by selling everything
in the private sector and undermining social and health protection. We will persecute them in the same way as the crown. And we will be
particularly cautious and vigilant after the crisis, in view of the liberal and repressive measures that will undoubtedly come up once again
as necessary.
Solidarity, mutual help and courage

Despite the atmosphere of general hysteria, calls for solidarity with "their" governments and emergency measures, with the help of which
those in power around the world strive to curtail civil liberties and dampen the intensity of social protests of workers, workers in various
countries do not intend to quarantine class resistance . We give an incomplete chronicle of the speeches of workers who do not want to pay
for the current crisis: ---- AUSTRIA ---- March 18: Despite the ban, a spontaneous strike and protest of workers in
Linz-Bindermihl-Käferfeld broke out, outraged by the company's refusal to provide safe working conditions. ---- ARGENTINA ---- March 18: In
the large port of Urgara, from which grain is exported, unrest occurred. They threatened a strike if they were not provided with a
sufficient guarantee against infection with the virus.
BRAZIL
March 17: Port workers in Santos, San Vincenti, Guarruj, and Cubatao announced the immediate cessation of all work during the quarantine
period announced by the state government of São Paulo. They announced that they will be engaged in loading and unloading only goods of vital
importance.
March 20: Almaviva do Brasil workers in Consolasan (one of the largest call centers in the country with 37,000 employees) stopped working
and blocked the road. They demanded the distribution of disinfecting gel to all employees.
ICELAND
March 13: In order to protect themselves from infection, bus drivers began to let passengers in only through the side and back doors,
without asking them for a ticket.
SPAIN
March 17: 1000 employees of the Balai firm in Zaragoza forced the administration to close the enterprise against its will due to a lack of
appropriate labor safety measures.
March 18: The Aeronova enterprise in Berantevilla (Alava province) temporarily stopped working after workers protest marches the day before.
ITALY
March 12: In the morning, workers at hundreds of factories and firms went on strike and left their jobs. They demanded that working
conditions be adapted to safety standards. Spontaneous strikes broke out at enterprises, shops and retail centers in Piedmont, Liguria,
Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria and Pulia. Reform unions are trying to act as intermediaries.
CAMBODIA
March 17: Nearly 800 workers at the Global Textile Mill in Kampongspa Province forced the administration to pay them a delayed salary and
bonus. The factory was stopped in mid-February due to an epidemic of coronavirus.
CANADA
March 14: Windsor Fiat Chrysler car assembly plant in Ontario goes on strike.
PANAMA
March 20: Stormy riots of more than 6,000 Minera Panama workers after the first cases of the virus. The company refused to take safety
measures at workplaces and locker rooms.
USA
March 17: General Motors, Ford and FCA workers demanded that management close the plants for 2 weeks due to poor sanitary and hygienic
working conditions. The administration refused, although most managers now work remotely. Workers temporarily closed the paint shop of the
Chryslers Warren assembly plant near Detroit.
March 18: A spontaneous 24-hour strike of public transport drivers in Detroit. They protested against the lack of disinfection measures and
facilities. Throughout the day, transportation throughout the city did not work. Unions reluctantly announced that they are supporting the
strike.
The same day, spontaneous strikes took place at the Fiat Chrysler assembly plant in Sterling Heights in Michigan after the virus was
detected in 2 workers. As a result, the company was stopped.
TURKEY
March 19: Workers of the Sarar textile mill, contrary to the union's opinion, stopped working for half an hour, protesting against taking
measures to ensure their safety in the workplace. They demanded guarantees of disinfection of the premises and the dining room.
March 20: Workers at the Galatport dock in Istanbul went on strike, as it repeatedly ignored the administration's demands to take action
against the threat of infection.
March 21: Postal and telegraph workers went on strike after the administration of a regional office allowed permanent workers to stay at
home, forcing 200 sub-contract workers to work overtime.
FRANCE
March 16: Workers at the Neuhauser bread factory in Folshwiller (one of the largest in the country) forced the administration to close the
factory 24 hours after one of the employees discovered the virus.
March 17: After a coronavirus was discovered on the eve of one of the employees, Amazon employees in Montelimar, Chalon-sur-Saone and Douai
went on strike, demanding sanitary and hygienic safety at workplaces. Workers gathered in front of the Severe branch, keeping their
distance. On the same day, hundreds of workers at the Atlantic docks in Saint-Nazaire quit their jobs because they were not provided with
safe working conditions.
March 17-18: 20 glass workers and more than 40 finishing workers (Saverdeck) went on strike at the Saverglass company in Fekier (Oise
department), since the security measures established for senior personnel were not extended to them.
March 18: Spontaneous strike by ID Logistic employees in Le Erbier. They demanded the right to stay home with full payment of their salary.
March 20: Amazon workers in Lille continue to fight against non-application of safety standards.
