This statement expresses a shared political perspective of Muktivadi Ekta Morcha. ---- Anti-Capitalism: ---- MEM stands for the abolition of
capitalist system of exploitation. Against its alienating labor, wage system and dictatorship of the boss, any managerial class or the
state. We stand for control of the industry, its goods and, services by the workers and the communities. ---- Anti-Statism: ---- MEM fights
for the replacement of and hence abolition of the straitjacket of the modern nation states. On the one hand the state is the protector of
the rich and the bosses, crushing the working class, the peasants and the tribal communities whenever the boss class demands. On the other
hand by constant tutelage, control and violence it kills all human initiatives, solidarity and the full development of the individual and
the community.

We are against any form of state, even as a means for worker and human liberation. A state can never liberate anyone and can only create a
new despotism. We fight to replace this system of total control with the administration of things through the federation of community
councils based on voluntary participation.

Anti-Brahmanism:
MEM stands for the abolition of the caste system in all its guises. The capitalist and statist exploitation in India has been casteist
exploitation. This division of human beings and of workers among themselves has crushed all sense of solidarity. Because most people in the
oppressed castes are part of the working class, their liberation won't be complete without liberation from the class system. Nonetheless,
the oppressed castes can make gains through struggles within the existing society, as people of the oppressed castes and as members of the
working class. As with other specific groups within the working class, we support autonomous Dalit and Adivasi organizations.

Mere ultimate social control over industry, land and society of all might not be enough to end this hierarchy of hierarchies. We also urge
worker and community organizations to support the struggles of people who are oppressed on the basis of caste. We support the fight for
economic and cultural equality and integration for the oppressed castes and religious communities today and for total abolition of the caste
for a truly free and anarchist society.

Queer Liberation and Anti-Sexism:
MEM fights against patriarchy that has enslaved women and non-binary people into the worst kind of slavery. Like casteism, the sexism has
divided the workers and human beings into "earner" and "depended", concentrating wealth, privilege and social control in hands of straight
men even within the exploited classes and castes.

Because most women are part of the working class, the liberation of women won't be complete without liberation from the class system.
Nonetheless, women can make gains through struggles within the existing society, as women and as members of the working class. As with other
specific groups within the working class, we support autonomous organization of women.

We seek a social environment where people are not trapped by oppressive social norms but are free to develop sexual expressions, gender
identities, and relationships that are right for them.

Because oppression based on sexuality and gender is distinct from class oppression, though linked to it, we support autonomous organization
to end these forms of oppression. We also urge worker and community organizations to support the struggles of people who are oppressed on
the basis of gender identity and consensual sexual relationships.

The struggle for the liberation of women and oppressed sexualities is part of the struggle for a free and egalitarian society.

Internationalism and Anti-Imperialism:
The boss class and the political elites are united globally to find cheaper resources, labor power and markets. With the support of local
elites they at once strip the people of one nation of basic human rights, control over resources and life and, good paying jobs in other.

At the same time, direct military intervention and occupation in some countries and regions like Kashmir is killing thousands of workers,
artisans and farmers. We support their struggle for political and social autonomy and self-determination, which is essential for any
economic struggle, while also organizing for complete abolition of current political and economic regime without which the liberation is not
complete.

6 Revolutionary Unionism:

To achieve the above stated goals, MEM takes the path of class struggle and revolutionary unionism.

Revolutionary unionism has a two-fold goal of 1) organizing workers for defense of immediate interests and obtaining improvement in their
quality of life and 2) transforming by the means of Social Revolution to a Libertarian Communist, stateless society.

We move towards these goals by creating a structure in which there are neither leaders nor executive power. The revolutionary unions, with
the community organizations are not only the means of struggle in current situation; they are also the foundational structures of the new
and free society that we carry in our hearts.

Current labor movement in India is flooded with hierarchical unions with union leaders becoming an extension of the management and party
affiliated unions, in which the workers are merely a tool for electoral gains. Most of these unions do not support the workers in most
precarious jobs and informal jobs. These unions do not see as their task to overthrow the capitalist system by direct, organized yet
spontaneous actions. They detest workers self organization and spontaneity - workers creative self-activity.

MEM, like other revolutionary unions fights for the abolition of the wage system and for the control of industry by the workers themselves
organizing themselves in a federation of workers unions.

Community Organizing:
The class struggle is not limited to the workplace but also spreads out into the broader community, in areas like housing, gentrification,
transportation, pollution, welfare rights, police brutality. To challenge the dominating classes in society, the working class needs a
movement that can address these struggles and the issues of the day. We support the development of mass self-managed organizations in the
community such as tenant organizations or transit rider unions.

Green Syndicalism:
The imminent climate catastrophe and ecological collapse of much of the natural world will either leave the workers in a horrifying
situation and instability from all sides in an unplanned manner or will give them the challenge of transitioning from fossil fuel economy to
a cleaner one. The process that has already started all over the world will at once be a struggle of survival for the working class and an
opportunity to organize and achieve significant benefits during the transition. The possibility of better jobs and greater workers control
in workplace is a possibility and the prospects of a Social Revolution are also not entirely missing.

Both the radical climate movement and the revolutionary workers' movement share a similar vision of decentralized and regionally federated
society and industry, tactics of direct action and, values of autonomy and pluralism. MEM fights for a Just Transition, more workers control
and the possibility of the Social Revolution during this period of turmoil and decay.

Coronavirus and the effect of the lockdown implemented without proper and adequate planning are proving fatal to the working class. In Delhi
alone, one lakh workers have to sit at home without pay, due to the shutdown. ---- Not only this, due to the closure of public transport
means such as rail and interstate buses, many workers have to return to their villages on foot hundreds of kilometers! This crisis is
equally serious in Madhya Pradesh. ---- Health workers stand in the forefront of this crisis. Due to the negligence of the government
machinery, they do not even have adequate protection equipment. Apart from this, the workers delivering all kinds of essential services to
the people are also facing constant danger.
The Muktivadi Ekta Morcha (MEM) together with the workers demand from the Central and Madhya Pradesh government special protection and care
for these insecure and brave laborers.

Our demands:

1. Companies and the government should ensure that workers in the informal sector, whether their company gives them ‘laborer' status or not,
get a monthly compensation of Rs 7000.

2. High quality safety gear - mask, gloves etc. - should be provided to all delivery personnel, cleaning personnel and workers employed in
all essential services.

3. During this epidemic - and even further - workers like cleaning and delivery workers get regular laborer status and increase their wages,
delivery rates and boost rates so that they do not have to work for 12 hours to sustain themselves.

4. Minimum monthly allowance should also be given to irregularly employed or unemployed laborers.

5. Free ration, fuel, medicines and care should be provided immediately to all the workers' families and their dependents.

Class War is back with the online-only Class War Daily, and it is fucking magnificent. In the lockdown it is important, more than ever, to
have independent news and opinion source and Class War Daily delivers this each weekday complete with a great dollop of dark humour that
punctures the pomposity of the ruling class, the rich and the enemies of the working class. ---- For now, each issue of the paper will be
uploaded to CW Daily facebook page, while a proper CW Daily website is in development. If you wish to contribute a text, please drop an

Britain, Class War Daily Friday 7 April 2020 - Bosses Exploit Corona Crisis

The COVID-19 crisis has made it perfectly clear that the same old class politics of 100 years ago is still alive and well today.

Back in 1919, our ancestors came home from spilling their blood in the wars of empires to lay dying of "Spanish Flu" in some workhouse or
other. Jump forward a century and we see those who've suffered a decade of the Tories' war on the poor are once again sent off to the front.
Once again we'll end up in makeshift hospitals; this time in the vast capitalist cavern of the Excel Centre or whatever other repurposed
warehouse they can find for us.
Once again it is "lions led by donkeys", as the Eton toffs who would have us believe they are "born to rule" prove they couldn't run a
piss-up in a brewery. With 12 weeks' notice, they are still playing catch-up. No clear strategy, no ventilators and no PPE (personal
protective equipment). Once again the working class are being sent over the top by braying toffs. Once again they are woefully
under-equipped. Once again they cough up their lungs on the incompetence of their rulers - only this time it is COVID-19, not mustard gas.
Once again our leaders try to con us it is all in the name of our nation and our families. And once again the reality is that it's about the
ruling class continuing to make their profit on the backs of working-class sacrifice.

For weeks we've been hearing stories of people being forced to risk their health, that of their families and that of their communities and
the health workers who will treat them, as they are forced onto packed trains to do jobs which their bosses claim are essential - when what
they really mean is essential to their bank balance. Workers already exploited in the gig economy, in the bogus self-employment of the
building site, in the call centres, warehouses and distribution centres, are told to work or starve. Not to feed the country or to transport
essential supplies - but to keep the economy running. Plenty of bosses were lined up to claim, like Mike Ashley at Sports Direct, that their
little bit of the capitalist profit-mongering machine was an essential service. Building sites stayed open to build the luxury penthouses
that would forever stay empty as ghost investments for the super-rich. Government offices refused to let workers work from home although the
technology was available - meaning they still had to make the hazardous journey into work, despite their customer-facing functions having
been suspended. Royal Mail refused to suspend lucrative door-to-door (or junk mail) contracts. Every unnecessary job, every unnecessary
worker being forced to travel, is another potential death - and since this is a contagion, an exponential number of deaths leading from that.

And all of the workers who are being forced to work, whether genuine key workers or not, report the same thing in their workplaces. Lack of
hand sanitiser or washing facilities, lack of social distancing and lack of protective equipment. Across the country, it has taken walkouts
to force management to provide the safeguards they are legally obliged to - proving how uncaring and corrupt they are. Like in all wars,
this lack of equipment and these walkouts are downplayed while government ministers talk about the Blitz Spirit and the Queen quotes Vera
Lynn. Fuck off with your nationalist lies! While Boris, Charlie and the other parasites get tested at the drop of a hat, our workmates are
dying! Undiagnosed, uncared for, leaving their families, their children, unable to even grieve, unable to see them buried! Transport
workers, delivery workers, cleaners and health staff; all being sent over the top by the incompetent Old Etonian Generals, coughing and
spluttering their way around the country, to their castles and second homes. Second homes?! The workers they are condemning to an early
grave struggle to afford a home of any description! Just like it was a century ago!

Make no mistake, the working class are heroes. We're keeping this country running, and we're doing this in the face of the bosses' continued
greed and lack of care. You can fuck off with your bleating about people in parks. It's the bosses' lack of care and dereliction of duty
that is putting us at risk - not a couple of cunts with a frisbee.

And although they were unable to plan for the pandemic, the boss class are already planning to take their place back at the head of the
queue when the crisis subsides. Now we see who the real benefit scroungers are! Profiteers sniffing around government contracts.
Billionaires self-isolating on their yachts and tropical islands while getting the government to pay their wage bills. An unending parade of
parasites queuing up to stick their snouts into government's coffers. Well fuck 'em! Not this time. We owe it to our comrades to build a
society that allows us all to dream the same dreams; that allows all our children to thrive. We've seen just who keeps the country running -
and just who cares for nothing and no one but themselves. Fuck the bosses! Power to the workers!

As predicted, Keir Starmer won the Labour leadership election with 56.2% of the vote (275,780 votes). The "left" candidate, Rebecca
Long-Bailey (who expressed a willingness to use the nuclear deterrent) came a poor second with 26.5% of the vote. ---- Starmer won in all
three categories of membership, the unions, the Constituency Labour Parties (CLPs) and individual members. In a campaign backed by the
Blairite Progress group and the ‘old right' Labour First group, two Corbynite local party representatives on the National Executive
Committee (NEC) were replaced and these groups' preferred candate Carol Swell now sits as Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority representative on
the NEC. ---- Richard Burgon, the preferred Corbynite candidate for deputy leader came a poor third.

It was perhaps indicative of disillusionment in Labour ranks that nearly 300,000 eligible voters for the contest failed to vote. This shows
that many who were enthusiastic for radical change via a Corbyn government are now disillusioned and inactive.

As we previously said, Starmer will now take Labour towards the right, and may start a witch hunt against the different Corbynite currents
within the Party. This is indicated by the makeup of his shadow cabinet.

The Blairite Rachel Reeves is now shadow chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster . Reeves has gone on record as stating that immigration could
cause race riots and that Labour was not the Party of those on benefits, and that they could be expected to be tougher on them than the
Tories. Another Blairite, Lord Falconer is now shadow attorney general. Corbynites Burgon, Dawn West, Ian Lavery, Barry Gardiner and Jon
Trickett did not retain their posts in the new shadow cabinet. As a sop to the Left, Long-Bailey became shadow education secretary.

Starmer joined with right wing Labour MPs in 2016 to attempt to overthrow Corbyn. He is now saying that he is not ruling out a government of
national unity in face of the coronavirus crisis and his lieutenants in the shadow cabinet have made conciliatory remarks about cooperation
with the Johnson regime, as for example the shadow home secretary, Nick Thomas-Symonds.

Starmer received the most nominations from CLPs and affiliates receiving nominations from 374 CLPs and 15 affiliates, with Long-Bailey with
164 CLPs and seven affiliates, and finally Nandy with 72 CLPs and four affiliates. This shows that the suggestion by the Corbynite grouping
Labour Transformed that the CLPs can become centres of local activism and mutual aid is a ludicrous pipe dream.

Starmer was knighted for his services to the British establishment when he operated as Director of Public Prosecutions from 2008. A lawyer,
like so many of the political class (Brown, Sturgeon, etc) and a millionaire, Starmer failed to prosecute any police officers over the
killing of the innocent Jean Charles de Menezes in 2005. He also blocked the prosecution of a brutal cop over the killing of Ian Tomlinson
in 2009. He refused to act over the dodgy trial of environmental activists after it was revealed that spycop Mark Kennedy had acted as a
provocateur.

And perhaps most important of all, during the student protests of 2010, as DPP he implemented measures against demonstrators, and in 2012
with the riots that erupted in London and around the country, he implemented 24 hour fast tracking of trials that included one person with
no previous criminal record sent down for 6 months for possession of a stolen case of bottled water valued at £3.50.

Let's be clear, Starmer is no friend of the working class, he is no progressive, despite what erstwhile Corbynites like Owen Jones and Paul
Mason are saying.

Corbynism is finished. Many Corbynites have now tacked to the right and fallen in behind Starmer. Many others, who sincerely looked for
radical change, should now re-consider their membership of the Labour Party. The real fight, as we have constantly emphasised before, during
and after the Corbyn wave, is in the workplace and in the neighbourhoods. It is absolutely imperative that grass roots movements are
constructed there. Diversion towards transforming the Labour Party has been shown to be an illusion.

On Tuesday, April 7, Team 115 activists joined the International Health Day celebration, which this year highlighted the key role of nurses
in the fight against a pandemic by displaying a banner of "Shame on the State, Glory to Healthcare Professionals" in the center of Prague.
---- In their short statement, they said: "The state has neglected health for many years. People working in health care are not sufficiently
rewarded. In a crisis situation, the state could not even provide protective equipment for these brave warriors and fighters. Meanwhile,
this has led to the death of a nurse at Thomayer Hospital and more than a hundred nurses and infections. " ---- International Health Day is
celebrated to mark the anniversary of the World Health Organization in 1948.

In this context, we would like to highlight the very sympathetic Nursing Initiative , which pointed out the ongoing chaos in many health
workplaces at the beginning of April and is pushing for the protection of workers: use - push, let's ask your superiors. Let's review the
reported procedures against government documents, but let's compare them to what we know from colleagues in other hospitals, and ask: if
it's safer elsewhere, why not with us? Let's check, let's check. The reasons for this are serious and unquestionable: (a) our health and
that of our loved ones; (b) only a protected healthcare professional can continue to assist patients. '

The current pandemic in many countries (eg. From de) clearly shows that the neoliberal precepts (about cuts in public services, the need for
privatization and thus interference unprofitable departments, coughing on working conditions and evaluation of employees ...) that we
drilled political elite (especially the right wing) to the heads of the past thirty years, are utterly unusable and downright perverse to
people. We point this out in the long term and we will continue to do so. Quality health and life care must not become a privilege of just
those who can afford it. It must be the right of all.

Since the start of lockdown, we - education workers - have had to carry out our mission in a new professional context for which we were not
prepared.
We organized ourselves, despite the contradictory injunctions of our managers and their total inability to anticipate and guarantee our
security. We work to develop and define our missions despite educational guidelines that sometimes fall - as in the North paris's region - 3
weeks after the start of lockdown, the day before school's holidays. Some of our colleagues fell ill while fulfilling their essential
mission because they did not have the protections necessary to preserve their physical integrity. ---- However, we carry out these tasks
despite our hierarchy which voluntarily ignores the social difficulties faced by our students:
- Confinement in cramped and sometimes insanitary places;
- Catastrophic situations (isolation, insalubrity, hunger) of young people dependent on social services, themselves already without enough
resources for years;
- Frequent lack of computer equipment and internet connection (especially in poor urban and rural areas) allowing the maintenance of a "at a
distance" social life and the maintenance of an educational link.

We therefore demand that the following measures be taken immediately:

- Protection of staff working in educational establishments;
- Increase in social services budgets to allow good human supervision of young people, as well as improvement of their intellectual and
material comfort (purchase of quality food, books, games);
- Immediate and unconditional regularization of all undocumented migrants;
- Immediate requisition of new computer equipment and 4G keys in order to be able to equip the entire population free of charge, guarantee
all students their inalienable right to education, and allow everyone to maintain a social bond;
- Immediate and total free internet access for anyone residing in France. The Internet must be considered as a common good and a public
service and should be freely accessible without condition of resource nor identification.
It goes without saying that these vital minimum measures will have to be extended after the health crisis we are going through.

The public sphere is under the influence of the corona and the measures taken in this regard are radically changing our lives. However, the
state has set its policy on our lives and before the virus, both in health and in all of social life. Retirement increases, black labor
facilities with reductions in fines, but also further degradation of state health structures, paving the way for their privatization are
just a few examples. The only jobs that were born were the thousands of recruits of cops, special guards and bulletins. ---- In Evros, the
beatings, beatings, stripping, robberies and murders of immigrants by the Greek police and FRONTEX, with the wishes and money of the
European mechanisms, are christened heroism. Immigrants, these "unworthy" to live, to escape the war (military and economic) imposed on
their places, were once again the "contagious", the "invader", the " criminals "reminded the citizens why there should be a state. To
suppress, to intimidate, to ensure national and therefore orderly peace by creating enemies, nullifying any reaction, any voice and any act
of resistance to the scourge of inhumanity. At the same time, the rest of the planet, from Chile to France and Hong Kong, was roaring with
revolts of varying scale and intensity.

The central policy of the state is, in any case, the transfer of responsibility to the individual for the hardships that befall him, because
he is unemployed, because he was forced to become an immigrant, because he does not have access to care. Thus, in the outbreak of the health
crisis and in Europe, our daily lives have been hit hard.

As long as the state is pointing the finger at us in order to remain isolated under the pretext of safeguarding public health, it is laying
the groundwork for the annihilation of our resistance. At the same time, doctors and medical staff, who are otherwise applauded on the
balcony, complain daily about the huge shortages in hospitals, asking for the hiring of colleagues, masks and material. On the contrary, the
funds are given to strengthen the private clinics, which are not required, but are double paid. The tests remain available not to those with
symptoms or health problems but to those who have to pay for them. The mass application of non-sick population tests to healthcare staff has
been tested as an alternative to restrictive measures in other countries.

Our social contacts have been invested with fear, our lives have been entrusted to the cards of 8, to experts and pundits. State control is
hidden behind new disciplinary technologies being tested on herd populations. Our pockets were filled with papers to circulate in the city.
Continuous self-monitoring, inclusion in the name of "individual responsibility" for the protection of the whole, our bombardment with
information, the marginalization of vulnerable groups (at class, racial, economic and health level) are the conscious means used by the
system for to make us not see his tragic shortcomings and to justify the heavy hand of his repression.

The public space has been handed over to cops of various kinds who act as sheriffs in empty streets - there has been talk for a long time
about the army, so that the masses get used to this possibility as well. We see this in the midst of a "pandemic", the evacuation of the
occupation of immigrants in Guinea, the arrest of Turkish militants, the cutting of electricity in VIOME, the imposition of a university
permit, the attempted coup d'état , the call of comrades and comrades by prosecutors with fabricated accusations - and the counter continues
to write. At the same time, the shots of the "suffocating" full beach of Thessaloniki, shown by all the media, stink of fiasco and are
refuted by people who inform us and highlight that these were archive shots or tampered with and edited. Really, what is the use of such a
thing, if not in the legalization of worse measures for traffic? It is the prelude to the imposition of responsibility on the masses, when
the hospitals that have been degrading state policies for so many years are completely collapsing.

At work, huge strides are being made in favor of the bosses, who we know very well will not leave the "emergency" situation on their own.
The shift work is being massed, the Easter gift is being mined, the dismissal of thousands of workers is being accepted and everyone is
pretending not to know about the thousands of nominees who lost their jobs overnight, or the "black" workers who they are not entitled to
anything from anywhere, like the large number of unemployed. The abolition of Sunday's holiday was also implemented in supermarkets, but it
was collected by the authorities due to minimal profits for the bosses. Treasurers, deliverers, cleaners, answering machines, storekeepers,

The allowance given to employees is essentially below the minimum wage while electricity, rent, water continue to flow. The rest of the
employees work in the "paradise" of teleworking, which has opened the back door of the annihilation of personal time and space. On the other
hand, if you work in a Teleperformance type cottage, your home will be videotaped and if you want to keep your salary you have to comply!
Otherwise there are so many others in the corner waiting, you're already lucky.

This "above" violence also has its benefits. It leaves all the fans of state choices exposed to the brutality of their choices and removes
the ornamental elements. In short, it reveals exactly what consensus means in perpetuating this system. "Go home, those who don't have to
pay for private care, vote for those whose houses were taken by banks and investors to make them airbnb, slowly turn off those who ruined
your health on the bent workers' 10 hours, vote for those who dared to get on a boat and stare at the freedom of the mass infernos, a West
Fortress. Those of you who revolt in the detention centers and prisons, those who dared to attack capitalist goals and expropriate the few
from the wealth you produce, die silently, extinguish,

At the same time, he brings every peaceful citizen to his responsibilities. Not the "individual responsibility" that all the spokespersons
of capitalism are furiously repeating for fear of political costs. But of the responsibility, both individual and collective, that every
person undertakes by joining a whole that is called society, every day, every hour and in every occasion. The responsibility to refuse to
lift another crisis from behind us to win our bosses. The responsibility to set foot in the depths of exploitation, devaluation, indignity.
The denial of philanthropy, isolation, perpetuation of segregation from below based on gender, religion, color, nationality and sexual
preference. The redefinition of the needs and the way of life that capitalism gives birth to. Our concentration in suffocating urban
environments to the detriment of the balance of ecosystems, the intensification of production for the non-stop consumption, are key links in
the chain that has brought us here. In any case, self-restraint, self-protection, and the basic means of protection were common to most from
the outset.

There is nothing natural in this game of slaughter, nothing to justify, no crisis to solve. Repression is not a cure, it is the dystopian
future reserved for any resistance. We are building networks of self-protection, solidarity and contact in our neighborhood, apartment
building and structures. We remain in solidarity with the struggles that are coming. We have in mind our neighbor and our neighbor,
especially those whose condition of "staying home" is either weak as homeless, immigrant, or more dangerous due to the escalation of
incidents - domestic and non-sexist violence. We break the fear with which we have been wrapped up, because our enemy is not invisible. And
we promise that responsibility will be attributed to the state and bosses as a whole, both collectively and individually.
