To fight the COVID-19 epidemic that we are going through, important sanitary measures, including social distancing are necessary. Claiming
to respond to it in the strongest possible way, the government has instituted a state of health emergency. If certain measures may seem
inspired by common sense, the others are simply liberticide, allowing under cover of fight against the epidemic a turn of liberticide and
reactionary screw which we fear the perpetuation at the exit of confinement. ---- Here are a few: ---- Major restrictions on the right to
travel ---- In the absence of masks and tests, there is a sanitary logic to never go out and to practice maximum social distancing. However,
containment takes on an extremely repressive dimension which other countries have not adopted. Rather than the good will of the population,
the main tool for respecting confinement is police repression accompanied by a mass denouncement movement. Police violence has increased
with, at the time of writing, five deaths during confinement checks. In addition, the respect for confinement has a racist dimension with a
severe severity in the popular suburbs and a laxity in the beautiful districts like in Paris where the prefect Lallement allows to hold a
fundamentalist Catholic mass in disregard of the health instructions.

Major breaches of labor law
The state of emergency law offers the employer the possibility of unilaterally limiting leave and RTT, modifying schedules, and increasing

effect of exacerbating the phenomenon of in camera and omerta.

Reduced access to abortion

In prison, worsening conditions of detention
Prison in normal times is already an area of exception and restriction of liberties. We are witnessing, in this exceptional period, the
elimination of all the small spaces of freedom and pleasure that may exist for a prisoner.

---- Tracing the new "normality" of modern fascism ---- This collective effort is the culmination of a series of internal discussions. In
mid-March, deciphering the "step-by-step" state management, by the WHO. declared a pandemic, we realized that a completely new political,
economic and social condition was before us. On March 23, this condition was confirmed. ---- In a few days or weeks from today, some of the
restrictive measures imposed by the regime may be lifted. In our view, such a move by the state is expected in the short term and does not
alter the core of its long-term planning, and therefore not the corresponding tracing of modern fascism that we are attempting through this
brochure.

Some of the texts contained in this brochure were compiled in part earlier than its final form and inevitably contain elements that have not
been revised in relation to current data. Especially on the issue of the characteristics of the pandemic, we deliberately did not update the
medical and epidemiological data, considering that they do not significantly modify today, the basic picture we had acquired since then
(early-mid-April).

Any minor changes in the epidemiological data and the characteristics of the virus have not invalidated the data of the police management of
the population within the borders of the Greek state, nor the basic macroeconomic data. The reason we proceeded to write the texts in
sections, structuring them on individual topics and ending up in this form of brochure and not in a -even long- text of political
announcement, is that as we deepened our discussions, we found behind each a separate theme that we tackled, a common skeleton of the
overall treaty to emerge.

We have found that this skeleton that binds and coexists all the manifestations, all the individual images of dystopia that we are
experiencing at this time, is modern fascism. We have tried to approach and describe some of its aspects. It is absolutely certain that
there are other aspects that we have either touched in a rudimentary way or have not touched at all, such as digital totalitarianism and
applied biopolitics, both in the Greek state and globally.
In the future, we may need to update the content of this collective effort and enrich it with some additional topics. At this time, we hope
to have made a positive contribution, albeit to a lesser extent, to clarifying to the world who are fighting collectively and organized
against state, capital and patriarchy, some basic dimensions of this new treaty, but above all the long-term design and its implementation.
