With the containment and complete lack of preparation of the State, public-private partnerships with the Gafam or with "young innovative
high-tech start-ups in France" are multiplying and strengthening. National education, higher education, hospitals: all our public services
are threatened. ---- At the end of April, the InterHop collective, which promotes interoperability and the free sharing of algorithms in the
French hospital sector, denounced in an open letter [1]a government decree forcing hospitals to transmit their patient data to Microsoft .
---- In higher education, some disrespectful university presidents have opted for remotely monitored remote exams, relying on spyware
deployed by start-ups like Manaxegam or Proctorexam. These choices have been strongly condemned by Solidaires Étudiant · es, SUD Éducation
and La Quadrature du Net [2].

The total lack of preparation of the Ministry of National Education has pushed a number of teachers, yet sometimes very critical of Gafam,
in the arms of Google Drive, Discord, Zoom and other Klassroom (product of a French start-up which hides its quest for profit behind
beautiful speeches on data protection) [3].

What the department seems to very well accommodate since its response - the opening of the platform Apps.education.fr offering services
based on free software - was so late that it will probably have no effect; after two months of hardship, which teachers will take the
trouble to change tools again without having been trained ? And these examples are far from exhaustive.

Shock strategy
Unfortunately this hardly surprises us: we had already denounced in these columns this type of partnership [4]. The Gafam and their little
sisters, the "innovative start-ups", are deploying a real shock strategy. They take advantage of the dilapidation of the IT services of our
public services to impose with great blows of communication and promotional offers - sometimes, "the first dose is free" - the use of their
services and, consequently, the capture and the resale of our data for advertising and monitoring purposes.

Unitary press release from political organizations calling on the entire population to join the health mobilization day on Tuesday, June 16.
"The" next world "can only be built by mobilizing us for an alternative to a system, capitalism, which shreds our lives as it stifles the
planet." ---- The health, social, political and ecological drama that we are going through does not only originate from a global pandemic
... The destruction of our health system, with its layoffs, its closings of beds and services in hospitals, its attacks One of the
amplifiers was incessant health insurance. ---- For several years, this government, like the previous ones, has not wanted to listen to the
mobilizations of the world of health, nursing homes, the medico-social sector or psychiatry. Thus, a year ago, long before the Covid-19
pandemic, the emergency room movement was already sounding the alarm about the degraded state of hospitals and the suffocation of our health
system and its personnel.

As part of this health crisis, the caregivers and all employees in the "front line" sector have fulfilled their mission and continue to do
so under difficult conditions. Like many employees in recent months, they had to work for life to continue when health security measures
were not respected, that there was a shortage of protective equipment, staff and places ...

A healthy mobilization began in hospitals in favor of deconfinement to demand in particular better working conditions, a salary increase to
the tune of 300 euros as well as the reopening of beds, in particular in intensive care.

What does the government say ? An interminable concert called "Ségur" from which no concrete answer emerges ... and medals to reward "the
heroes" !

We applauded these health personnel daily during the period of confinement, but that is no longer enough: we must now be by their side
because their fight is ours. By defending the public service, by mobilizing for salary increases, they fight for a more egalitarian society,
to roll back the law of the market and accounting management, for another distribution of wealth.

Our political organizations intend to support these mobilizations and call on the entire population to join them on the occasion of health
mobilization day on Tuesday, June 16, to participate in the various rallies and demonstrations that day, while respecting the protective
measures.

We will be there to demand that the responses to health emergencies be finally brought:

free distribution of masks ;
free testing and accessibility ;
requisition of factories and companies with the capacity to produce masks and medical equipment ;
the patents of the drugs and of the future vaccine against Covid-19 placed in global public good...
We also relay the demands of the personnel mobilized, their unions and collectives. Beyond that, we require an emergency plan for the public
hospital:

massive hiring of staff, starting with 100,000 public service recruitments ;
salary increase of at least 300 euros ;
cancellation of site or service closure plans ;
reopening of 100,000 beds deleted in 20 years ; cancellation of activity pricing (T2A) which forces hospitals to operate as businesses ;
questioning of the Hospital Patients Health and Territories law of 2009 (known as the Bachelot law) and of the power of regional health
agencies (ARS) for a democratic operation of public hospitalization involving medical and paramedical staff, users, territories ;
cancellation of hospital debt and increase in their budgets.
We also need a public service for the elderly who are losing their autonomy, which involves exiting the market in this sector and upgrading
the staff of nursing homes and home help.

Concerning Social Security, we demand the reimbursement of the scandalous exemptions, by increasing its resources and by restoring
democratic management.

The "nextworld" can only be built by mobilizing us for an alternative to a system, capitalism, which shreds our lives as it stifles the
planet. The day of Tuesday June 16 for health and social protection is a must.

Signatory organizations:

Diem25 ;

Together ! ;

Democratic and social left ;

Generation-s ;

France rebellious ;

New anti-capitalist party ;

For a popular and social ecology ; Republic and socialism ;

The presentation ---- The Anarcofeminist Libertarian Front (in) appears at the roots of the metropolis of Rio de Janeiro. Autonomous and
horizontal organization with the objective of strengthening and promoting the dissemination of anarchist content and direct action against
patriarchy. ---- Understanding that capitalism is the material basis of all inequalities, and female emancipation will only happen through
the extinction of the State and the class system, we continue to fight for the right to autonomy over our bodies and potential, the right to
our LIVES. ---- While mainstream thinking says that social life, specifically in a complex society, could not exist without structures of
authority combined with a coercive power to impose it, anarcho-feminism, as part of an anarchist movement, abhors the need for political
authority able to guide the population; stresses the need to deepen the intersectionality of oppression by gender, ethnicity, class and
sexual identity - the end of these structures is the path to women's liberation.

We understand acracia and horizontal forms of organization as the only genuine path to liberation, and only from the ruins of capitalism
will freedom germinate.

Anarchists, Survivors and Combatants against ALL types of domination and exploitation!!

" If the revolution is always late on evolution, the cause is the resistance of environments .. . - The geographer and anarchist Élisée
Reclus. (1) ---- The revolt that engulfed the United States of America (USA) after the assassination of the African-American George Floyd,
asphyxiated by a white police officer in Minneapolis on May 25, was grafted into the double crisis the United States is going through: the
health crisis linked to the pandemic, which has highlighted the deep inequalities in American society by hitting the African-American
community much harder, and the serious economic crisis that has resulted. Social inequalities that stem from a long history of
subordination, exploitation, discrimination, contempt, in short, racism towards African-Americans.
 From the end of slavery to the establishment of the system of racial segregation

" If there is progress, there can also be a setback and if the evolutions tend towards an increase in life, there are others which tend
towards death . - Élisée Reclus

President Abraham Lincoln did not abolish slavery out of pure kindness as some history books suggest. Numerous slave revolts and a major
abolitionist movement preceded the Civil War (April 12, 1861 to April 9, 1865) and the abolition of slavery. In addition, as Howard Zinn
points out in A Popular History of the United States from 1492 to the present (2): " The American government had fought against the slave
states in 1861 not to end slavery but to keep intact the huge national territory with its market and resources. (Zinn, p.229). It was not
until the summer of 1862 that Lincoln resolved to abolish slavery and it was only on January 1, 1863 that his proclamation of emancipation
came into effect.

After the Civil War, the former slaves continued to work mainly in the plantations. Under the presidency of Andrew Johnson (former Lincoln
vice-president and fierce opponent of civil rights), the southern states even installed a "black code" which transformed former slaves into
real serfs. After the attempted dismissal and finally the defeat of President Johnson in the Democratic primaries, the Republican Ulysse S.
Grant was elected president. The southern states must now, to be admitted to the Union, have approved the new constitutional amendments (3).

In the years following the war, blacks formed associations in addition to obtaining the right to vote and to send representatives to the
chambers of the States and to the Congress, while remaining largely minority. The Congress introduced in the south a system of free and
mixed education. However, it was only for a short time (reconstruction). The occupation of the old southern states by the Union army
postponed the reactionary process for a while. Even that, it does not succeed in stopping the violence organized by the white oligarchy of
the south and the appearance of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) whose members organize raids, lynchings, fires and physical attacks. In Kentucky
alone, the archives record 116 acts of violence between 1867 and 1871. (Zinn, p.236)

After the compromise of 1877, which put an end to the litigation of the presidential election of 1876, the federal army was withdrawn from
the southern states, the white Democrats who returned to power set up a system of racial segregation (in schools, public transportation and
utilities) through Jim Crow laws. " The compromise of 1877 did not restore the old order in the south, but it guaranteed the white leaders
of this region political autonomy and non-intervention in their racial policy while transferring part of the benefits of the new economic
order(Zinn, p.239). For its part, the Supreme Court reintroduced discrimination fairly quickly by canceling a decree on civil rights of 1875
which prohibited discrimination against blacks in public services and places. The Supreme Court then declared: " That the personal
interpretation of the rights of the individual is not regulated in the amendment .»(Zinn p.236). In 1896, the Supreme Court, with Plessy v.
Ferguson, institutes in American law the system of segregation with the doctrine known as "Separated but equal".

In 1900, all southern states included the abolition of the right to vote and segregation for blacks in new constitutional laws or statutes.
Although not legally stipulated, black subordination and racist prejudice existed just as much in the north. Remember that at the end of the
American Civil War, 19 of the 24 northern states still did not give blacks the right to vote. In addition, the 200,000 or so black soldiers
who made a major contribution to the Union's victory were paid less than the white soldiers and the hardest tasks were left to them.

Racial riots and the civil rights movement

" Revolutions can be carried out peacefully, as a result of a sudden change in the environment, causing a flip-flop in interests; similarly,
developments can be very laborious, interspersed with war and persecution ... "(Recluse p.35)

In 1955, in the town of Montgomery in Alabama, Rosa Parks refused to give up her place to a white man in public transport. This event marks
the beginning of a vast movement of boycott and civil disobedience which led to the ban in 1956 of segregation in public transport.

The years 1964 and 1965, during which Congress passed civil rights laws, were marked by numerous riots across the country: Florida
(assassination of a black woman), Cleveland (assassination of a black preacher), New York (young black shot), Rochester, Jersey City,
Chicago, Philadelphia. In Los Angeles, the National Guard is called to suppress a riot triggered by the arrest of a young black driver. The
National Guard uses weapons, resulting in the death of 34 people and hundreds of injuries.

In the summer of 1966, the National Guard was once again mandated to put an end to a revolt by the black community in the cities of
Cleveland (4 dead) and Chicago (3 dead).

For the year 1967, a report by the National Advisory Committee on the Urban Disorder numbered eight major riots, 33 serious uprisings and
123 minor disorders which led to the death of 83 people mainly in Detroit and Newark (Zinn, p.521) . The rioters and rioters attacked the
symbols of authority and property in the black neighborhoods.

The assassination of Martin Luther King in 1968 led to new riots across the country. The federal government invokes the Insurrection ac t,
which authorizes the president to deploy the American army in Washington DC, Baltimore and Chicago. 35 blacks were killed.

Other racial riots have broken out in the United States in recent decades. Whether in Miami in 1980, in Brooklyn in 1991, in California in
1992 - the last time a president had recourse to the Insurrection act - in Ferguson in 2014, in Baltimore in 2015 or in Charlotte in 2016.
The year 2012 marks the creation of the " Black Lives Matter " movement following the acquittal of Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin case.

The stutters of history

President Donald Trump's reaction to the new racial riots was to wave the club and call for order. In the past few days, the 45th President
of the United States has expressed his desire to send the army to come to grips with what he has called "internal terrorism" and has
declared his intention to make the anti-Fas illegal (diminutive for antifascist). All this in order to satisfy its electoral base for the
presidential election next November and to the delight of religious conservatives, white supremacists and members of the Alt-right.

296 p.

(2) Zinn, Howard. A popular history of the United States. From 1492 to the present day. Agone, 2002

(3) The 13th amendment prohibits slavery while the 14th stipulates that all individuals born in the United States are citizens. Finally, the
15th amendment prohibits the denial of the right to vote based on skin color or previous conditions of servitude.

Report from the Streets of Glasgow

Just back from the End Hotel
Detention Demonstration in
George Square, Glasgow. It was
hosted by Glasgow No Evictions
Campaign, who were there to
show solidarity to the many
asylum seekers who are placed
in hotels under Mears and are
refused their special dietary
requirements.

Many groups came in solidarity
to this peaceful protest, only to
be confronted by extreme rightwing groups, neo-Nazis and
right-wing football hooligans.
To add insult to injury Police
Scotland led the peaceful
protesters right into the middle
of this highly aggressive and
threatening crowd and allowed
them to run towards us and
violently attack us.

Police Scotland had no control
whatsoever, and some protesters
were physically attacked, yet
no arrests were made - except
when fellow activists defended
themselves and THEY were
arrested! We were then kettled
into the side of George Square,
(no social distancing applied)
where the fascists were given,
once again free to roam on our
city, as we were all boxed in.
Police also removed an Antifascist flag from a protester
explaining that it was causing
aggravation from the fash -
thus giving justification for
the fash violence and police
incompetence.

Another matter that should
be questioned is why Police
Scotland allowed violence
against protesters by the fascists
without even lifting a finger?
That glass bottles were thrown
before they began coming at us
extremely violently. Why are
Fascists being given free roam
in our city, have police Scotland
learned nothing from the events
of Sunday14th of June, where
the far right attacked members
of the public? The media do not
report the real stories behind
the racist presence in Scotland
under lockdown, so why have
so many far-right organisations
congregated in George Square?

We'll tell you: they came in
their bus loads, from not only
England, but Ireland too! Oh, it
gets better - they also sent a bus
load of cops up from England
too! One has to wonder if this
was a planned incident between
the cops and the fash.... as little
was done to prevent them from
using violence. We would also
argue that if it had been ‘leftwing' violence, the cops would
arrest us without hesitation.
Well done to everyone who
stood their ground and refused
to be intimidated by the Nazi
scum, the demo went ahead
regardless, and we even took to
the streets afterwards clapping
and chanting to make sure
everyone knew that we would
not be silenced! And shame
on Glasgow City Council and
the Scottish government for
allowing such violence on the
streets of Glasgow.

Maybe it is time for the
reclaiming of our city from
these nasty individuals, as they
do not represent the views of the
many - only the brainless few!
Fascism is becoming a huge
issue that we all must stand
firm and face, yes Scotland is
still on lockdown but if these
fascists remain on our streets
wreaking havoc -so will we, to
oppose them at every turn! Oh,
and our anarchist flag that was
grabbed was recaptured and is
now reunited with its rightful
owners. Well done folks!

One and a half months are left till Lukashenka's re-election in the country. Every 5 years, new candidates appear in the political arena to
save Belarus from dictatorship. In many cases, the candidates are not well known to the public. For anarchists the names of opposition
politicians may seem familiar somewhere, but in most cases all these candidates are new faces in the big politics of the struggle for power.
With the exception of Lukashenko's Sergei Gaidukevich, so far none of the candidates has been nominated against Lukashenka several times.
This, understandably, is connected to the repressive apparatus, which in 2006 put one opposition candidate in jail and in 2010 almost all of
them. But not just with repression. Most opposition politicians are well aware that it is impossible to win Lukashenka's elections.

Anarchists have been calling for years for a boycott of the elections. Presidential and parliamentary elections now exist in the country as
a legitimization of Lukashenko's regime. But an empty election rooms don't really embarrass Lidia Yermoshina. All elections were held in our
country and democracy won.

Parliamentary elections are steadily attended by over 70% of the population. The official turnout in the local council elections in 2018,
despite the boycott and empty voting halls, was 77%. Our population is so active that it exceeds the turnout figures in countries where
votes are still considered: for example, at the last parliamentary elections in Poland the turnout was 61% (and before that in 2015 - only
50%). In the 2016 U.S. elections, won by Donald Trump, the turnout was only 55%.

All of this indicates that not only the results of the elections have been manipulated, but also the turnout at these very elections. The
absence of the entire politically active part of the population in the elections will not particularly affect the 80 percent turnout in
August this year. According to anarchist experts, a low turnout may have a negative impact on the growth of the president's mustache and the
harvest.

But even under these conditions, we still call for a boycott. It is the least people in our country can do to fight the dictatorship. And
even if we never know the truth about this or that percentage, a real low turnout can at least spoil the mood of the first and only
president. If you have more energy for political activism, then you can safely start calling friends, relatives and acquaintances to boycott
the election and organize yourself into anti-election campaign groups.

At the same time, we should not forget that anarchists are against not only this presidential election, but against any president in
general. The Belarusian people have long known that power corrupts everyone. Lukashenko may be replaced by an opposition politician, who
will keep power in the country and continue repression against his own population. We must rise up not to get a new president, but to live
without presidents. Decentralization of power should be a key factor in the transition from dictatorship to a free society. It's not enough
to choose a new nomenclature for parliament. We need to completely destroy the opportunity to form a ruling elite. And this can only be done
by destroying the institutions of representative democracy and replacing them with direct democracy processes.

Because they were also on the front line during the crisis, exploited, poorly housed, detained or on the street. Because it is also about
racism and police violence. Because undocumented migrants opened, on May 30, the first breach for the right to demonstrate. Because it is
about equality, freedom, solidarity. Below is the unitary call to demonstrate on Saturday June 20, which was joined by the Libertarian
Communist Union (UCL). ---- Undocumented migrants and migrants were on the front line during the crisis, exploited in the worst conditions
in sectors that continued to turn (cleaning, delivery, construction, personal service, catering ...) or losing their jobs without
unemployment partial, retained in CRAs, living on the street or accommodated in often insecure and unsanitary accommodation.

The refusal of the power to regularize all undocumented migrants to give them access to the rights and conditions making it possible to
fight against the spread of the virus, to close detention centers and to requisition empty buildings and accommodation to house all the
homeless and poorly -logéEs has highlighted the hypocrisy of its "health" discourses . With his willingness to ignore their contribution to
the work which made it possible during this period of health crisis and allows this country to function every day, he voluntarily leaves
undocumented migrants exploited, without rights, in a situation of inequality and total injustice.

However, the crisis has shown that these measures of justice and equality are also essential measures to build a more united and safer
society, including in terms of health.

On May 30 in Paris, and in more than a dozen other cities, thousands of undocumented migrants were at the forefront of the fight against
attacks on liberties in the name of "health emergencies". They have defied the ban on demonstrating alongside supporters to request their
