On June 27, the day before the presidential election, 3 people were arrested, one of them was arrested at the train station while returning
from vacation - un uniformed policemen waited for his arrival and then transported him to Torun. The remaining people were detained in the
vicinity of their residence in other localities. The apartments were searched almost immediately - the police seized, among others, their
phones and cash. On the same day, the detainees heard the accusation of damage to the vehicle to the detriment of the Election Committee
(Article 288.1). The next day, after a night spent in a hole, they were taken to the Torun Center West District Prosecutor's Office, where
the prosecutor charged them with defamation of a candidate for the office of the President of the Republic of Poland (Article 212.1).

CAN A FASCIST BE OFFENDED BY CALLING HIM BY HIS NAME?
When asked about his connotation with fascism during the election campaign, Krzysztof Bosak answered evasively, realizing that sympathizing
with him openly could have a negative impact on the image of a country-conscious, balanced speaker who tried hard to create before the
election. His previous political attitude and statements, however, point to something completely different. Some time ago on his profile, in
one of the social networks, Bosak even posted the results of his political affiliation test, commenting on it with the words "there was no
surprise". The result was "fascist". Therefore, the presidential candidate should not be offended, because he was named in the way he often
described himself. As for the allegation of a puncture,
There is also an unanswered question on the basis on which these specific persons were selected for detention. One of them was detained when
she returned from a vacation by the sea.
Preventive measures were applied against the suspects. Until the end of the proceedings, the first suspect will not be allowed to leave the
country with the obligation to issue a passport, he must also pay a PLN 1,000 bail, and under police surveillance five times a week to
appear at the police station (one day concerns a different case). The other two suspects are also forbidden to leave the country, they must
report to the police station twice a week and pay PLN 200 bail. All accused face up to 5 years in prison.
POLITICAL CAMPAIGN IN DEFENSE OF THE BROWN BOSAK
The spectacular action of capturing, and now bringing charges against the detained, probably results from the pre-election fever. It is
strange that the victims of illegal evictions or re-privatization scandals cannot count on a similar effectiveness of law enforcement
agencies. Only a few days ago, one of the infamous heroes of the re-privatization scandal in Warsaw, Marek Mossakowski, left the arrest.
Similarly, in Poznan, despite the legally valid sentence, Piotr Sruba, the well-known house cleaner, still has not been sent to prison.
We believe that the accused must be acquitted immediately, and public attention should be directed to the dangerous phenomenon of
normalizing fascism, and not to scapegoating.
LET'S NOT PRETEND THAT THERE ARE NO FASCISTS IN POLAND
We fully understand the people who, seeing the consent to the presence of fascists in the media and the presence on our streets, simply
react in the world. They can always count on our support. Acting through direct action is grabbing radical measures. However, this form of
action is most often adopted when others fail. In a situation where the elite or opinion-forming media are warming up the image of fascist
politicians, disagreement must be shown in a strong way.
We have come to a situation where liberal circles willingly host right-wing fascist extremists in their television studios, radio stations
or in the pages of "opinion-forming" magazines. Media figures of the extreme right, not only in the person of Janusz Korwin-Mikke, can
preach racist, homophobic or misogynistic views there. At the time of the election, the more totalitarian demands of the far-right
representatives were hidden in the closet, in favor of enchanting liberals and so-called free marketers with economic freedom, tax
reduction, removal of social protection, or employee rights wrapped in oratory and a tailor-made suit. Thanks to them, the candidates who
until now were political plankton supported only by the most detached individuals from reality, they gain support in the order of a few
percent, both in the parliamentary and presidential elections. We know perfectly well the analogous situations from the first half of the
20th century in Germany, where the Nazis forced themselves to power through the parliament - with the quiet consent of the capitalist state.
Mateusz Morawiecki wrote on his Twitter.
"The car @krzysztofbosak was destroyed. I asked Minister Kaminski to look into the matter. There is no consent to aggression in the name of
political struggle and the presidential campaign. Everyone has the right to their own views - their freedom is and will be under special
protection in Poland "
What Krzysztof Bosak answers
"Thank you for your reaction. I would like to remind you that we have been paying attention to the repeated excesses with the participation
of antifa militias for years. We reported the matter to the police yesterday. After 2 hours, we brought the bus to working order and went on
the road.
It turns out that democracy has been "defended" once again, the only question is who will protect us from its alleged representatives?
Antifascism will always be our position. We will not pretend that the opponents of tolerance, democracy and freedom, calling for hatred,
inviting representatives of European fascist groups to their marches, after wearing a suit and using a few image tricks, cease to be
fascists. The best verifier is still expressed by them views and spreading hatred, stinging on "lefties", threatening with "LGBT ideology",
"wave of refugees", and now also "forced vaccination" and "taking away the freedom of citizens". It is a typical fascism game on human
emotions and appealing to irrational fears. In the face of such activities, antifascism must always manifest itself in action and active
opposition.

The "88th act" of protest by the "yellow vests" movement took place in France on 18 July. In Paris, the demonstration of "yellow vests"
began at 2 pm at the Sacré-Coeur on the Place Saint-Pierre in Montmartre in the 18th arrondissement under the slogans "Precarization kills"
and "For tax, social and economic justice." Calls for a demonstration were spread on social media. The march participants marched to
Republic Square. ---- In Beaumont-sur-Oise (department of Val d'Oise), "yellow vests" took part in a march in memory of Adama Traoré. "Let
us breathe!" The demonstrators chanted. ---- In Rennes, the "yellow vests" gathered at 17.00 at the town hall to protest "against reforms
going against our demands, against precarization and a decrease in people's purchasing power." The rally was carried out, despite the ban of
the authorities, was not crowded and lasted about an hour.
In Lyon, the "yellow vests", activists of the "Adam's Committee" and environmentalists gathered at 2 pm for an unauthorized demonstration at
the Palace of Justice. Despite the presence of the police, the participants marched through the city through the Romain Roland Quay, Rue
Griffon, Capuchin and Serjean-Blandand to the Places of Terreau and Pradel. Anti-police slogans were chanted. At 5 pm, demonstrators took
the metro to Place Bellecour to protest the police violence. No incidents were reported.
Along with the demonstrations, the "yellow vests" resumed picketing of intersections and roundabouts throughout the country, such as at Mude
in Bessin (Deux-Sèvres department), Perrigny (Lons de Saunier in Jura), Gran-avarium in Saint- Few, etc.
In Montpellier, participants in the movement organized a weekend protest camp at the Pre-d'Arens roundabout. Discussions were held in the
"yellow village" on burning topics, including the state of the health care system.

Prior to this, the "yellow vests" planned to organize marches and protest rallies on the anniversary of the French Revolution, July 14th. In
Paris, the authorities, as usual, banned demonstrations on the Champs Elysees. On his way to the official event, President Macron was booed
by "yellow vests" in the Tuileries Garden. A demonstration of protest by nurses and "yellow vests" took place in the afternoon from Place de
la Republique to Place de la Bastille
(https://actu.fr/ile-de-france/paris_75056/en-direct-14-juillet-a-paris-une-manifestation-de-soignants-et-de-gilets-jaunes_34936085.html).
Similar demonstrations took place on this day in other cities of the country.
On a number of occasions, the July 14 protests were accompanied by clashes with the police; several police officers were injured. In Paris,
clashes took place, first of all, near the Champs Elysees and the Place de la Concorde, where demonstrators were denied access. The Yellow
Vests tried to break through. Others organized a rally against police violence in front of the National Police General Inspectorate building
nearby in District 8. The unions' demonstration of nurses also turned into clashes, when the gendarmes and police officers who surrounded
the rally were attacked by more than 150 people dressed in black and with hidden faces near the Place de la Bastille. The tear gas did not
confuse the protesters. Under a hail of stones and other objects, the forces of the capitalist order were forced to retreat, several of them
fell to the ground, where a hail of stones continued to fall on them. 44 activists of the "black bloc" were arrested.
The night before, major clashes took place in Evreux (Normandy), where mobile gendarmes were deployed to assist police units. During the
night, 8 gendarmes and several police officers were wounded by a hail of stones and incendiary devices.
Fights broke out between youth and mobile gendarmes in Besançon; there was a large number of damage and arson attacks on city property. In
nearby Montbeliard, the mayor's office imposed a curfew after the first night of city unrest. In Etampes (department of Essonne), a
firefighter is wounded.
In general, attacks on gendarmes and police have been registered almost throughout the country

The demonstrations on Tuesday 2 and Saturday 13 June initiated by the Adama Committee mobilized 40,000 people, as did the one for Lamine
Dieng on 20 June. This balance of power is unprecedented, never had a mobilization against police violence mobilized so much. Let's stay the
course. ---- The current mobilization is not only an echo of the American situation: it had started a little earlier - in the eyes of the
media at least with the controversy triggered by the words of Camélia Jordana on May 23, but had in fact responded to the death of a dozen
people in France because of the police during confinement, as well as the dissemination of videos of violence and other humiliations. The
disclosure of a WhatsApp recording where police officers from Rouen assume their racist and fascist ideology has driven the point home ; the
state can no longer pretend! The day after June 2, the speech began to change, Castaner announced measures. But provoking the ire of the
police unions, he backpedaled: the choke key is still not prohibited, and if it should be, it will be replaced by ... the taser !).
Mobilizations and denials of justice have been numerous during the decade: Wissam el Yamni, Amadou Koumé, Babacar Gay, Angelo Garant, Gaye
Camara ... resulting in classification without follow-up, dismissal, releases or reprieve ... The Adama Committee, which continues the
mobilization since 2016, and whose activists and their families have suffered fierce repression, with several trials against Assa Traoré,
and three of his brothers in prisons, has shown that his strategy is yielding results: arrest and balance of power vis-à-vis the left,
alliance with the yellow vests, numerous trips to the neighborhoods and weaving of networks. They obtained the hearing of two key witnesses,
claimed for four years, refused until then.
With the scale of the global mobilization, SOS Racisme will attempt a recovery on Tuesday, June 9, but it will be a failure ; moral
anti-racism has run out of steam ! But the reaction opposite is violent: the police are mobilized through several gatherings at the Arc de
triomphe, the reactionaries surely feeling the wind turn, stir and shout their hatred on all sets. Faced with media-political defamation
against his brother, Assa jointly filed a complaint against Marion and Marine LePen, Jean-Jacque Bourdin and other journalists.
Install the UVP app !
The battle is also daily. As for George Floyd, it is the fact of having filmed the control which allowed the implication of the agent
Chauvin. The group Urgence notre police assassine (UNPA) developed during confinement an app to quickly disseminate violent police
interventions and break the isolation: the Urgence Violences Policeières (UVP) app, which must be made known and disseminated. The cases of
assault continue, recently, a campaign for Gabriel, a young Rrom of 14 years beaten by the police in Bondy, was also launched.
After the Yellow Vests mobilizations last year, then retreats this winter, which suffered an unprecedented repression and aroused an
awareness of police domination by populations traditionally spared, the populations of lower-income neighborhoods now find themselves again
in first line, 15 years after the revolts of 2005, even if it is in less isolation than at the time - and we should be delighted ! But
barriers have yet to be broken down, convergences will only be possible by ceasing to deny the specificity of the racist dimension, which
induces invisibilization and relations of subordination, because we are not all equal in the face of police violence. We must move forward
in this voice in order to keep this breach open.

On Sunday, July 19, a giant flag of the Rožava women's militia YPJ and a banner with the inscription "Rise up 4 Rojava" appeared on the
railway bridge that crosses the Vltava in Prague. Their posting was organized by the local Committee for the Defense of the Revolution in
Rojava (VORR) to commemorate the eight years since the beginning of the Rojava Revolution. The following is the statement made by the
Committee: ---- On Sunday morning, as part of the RiseUp4Rojava international campaign, we commemorated the eighth anniversary of the
beginning of the radical democratic revolution in the North Syrian region known as Rojava. It is a unique island of ethnic and religious
tolerance, ecology and women's rights in a region plagued by wars and dictatorships. As we have been warning for a long time, the Rojava
democratization project threatens the aggression of Turkey, a NATO member state.
When the SDF troops in Rojava - the main part of which is the YPG and YPJ militias - fought against the so-called Islamic State, the Czech
Republic and other NATO countries supported them. Now that the Turks have been constantly attacked by the Turks and tyrannizing the people
there by Islamist militias, Western governments have given up their hands on the Kurds and other Rojava residents. But we refuse to forget
and just kick off allies defending the unique left-wing democracy. That is why we hung, among other things, the eight-meter flag of the YPJ
women's divisions on the Vyšehrad railway bridge.
We insist that Turkey is an extremely untrustworthy "ally". Turkey was not satisfied with the occupation of the African canton in the spring
of 2018, nor did it occupy the belt between the northern Syrian cities of Tell Abyad and Serê Kaniyê last autumn. There is no doubt that its
goal is to destroy the Kurdish emancipation movement as such. Evidence of this is the massive attacks on the positions of the Kurdish
Workers' Party (PKK) and its Yazid allies in northern Iraq in recent weeks, or the assassination of three members of the Kurdish women's
movement near Kobanê in recent weeks.
Besides the Kurds, Turkey is pursuing all opposition. In addition to tens of thousands of local activists and intellectuals, two Czechs,
Markéta Všelichová and Miroslav Farkas, are also imprisoned for the fact that they wanted to build a field hospital in Rojava as part of an
absurd accusation of supporting terrorism.
The VORR has long called on politicians to stop closing their eyes and act before the oppression perpetrated by our formal partner. The
short-sightedness of the submissive attitude towards Turkey has become fully apparent in the refugee crisis, when the Turkish regime is
cynically using the refugees to put political pressure on Europe. At the same time, he is constantly deepening the Syrian catastrophic
situation with his steps. Among other things, he cut off hundreds of thousands of people from the water at the time the Covid-19 pandemic began.
We are seeing an increase in authoritarian and nationalist tendencies around the world, unfortunately also in our country and in the
countries known as our allies. We are of the opinion that we must oppose the predatory policies of people like Turkish President Erdogan,
and any similar dismemberment and terrorization of the innocent, with international belonging.
We saw an example of such international solidarity recently, when we managed to raise over 105,000 pounds (about 3.1 million crowns) to
restore water resources and other infrastructure in war-torn northeastern Syria. Another fundraiser is underway, under the heading "Art for
Jinwar" - here the goal is to raise 30,000 euros for an ambulance for a woman's ecologically functioning village in the cave canton of
Jazira in Rogava. A similar form of support makes it possible to circumvent the bureaucracy of humanitarian organizations, whose help all
too often is dismantled by the regime of Syrian dictator Assad.
What really anyone can do against the occupation of Rojava is not to take part in the industry co-financing Erdogan's war machine: in short,
not to go on holiday to Turkey. But it's not just about money. We have long believed that it is not enough to express support for the
struggles thousands of kilometers away from Prague, but that we need to put into practice the ideas of autonomy, mutual assistance, ecology
and gender equality that we share with the people of Rojava.
Long live international solidarity!
Let's defend the revolution in Rojava!
Let's defend the women's revolution!

In 1969 the LGTBQI + collective decided to complain spontaneously and express their disagreement and anger against one of the many police
raids that took place at the Stonewall Inn Pub. It is important to remember that Marsha P. Johnson, a black trans woman, threw the first
brick in the Stonewall riots and Stormé DeLarverie was the first black lesbian to launch the first hit. These black women risked their lives
to fight for LGBTQI + rights at a time when they were not even well received in gay pubs in the city, inviting them to leave these pubs amid
insults and assaults. ---- 51 years have passed and (...) in a shameless attempt to put capitalism into the soup and try to obtain economic
benefit by emptying of content any act that might have it, the institutions try to assimilate the struggle of the movement that claims
sexual liberties outside pathologies and corsetting, turning it into a bath of glitter, floats, pounding music and logos of multinationals
that pass through the arch of triumph, labor rights and decency. The institutions, companies and the occasional group strive to celebrate
each year a white, class, wealthy Pride that plays within the established laws so as not to disturb too much, leaving aside and without
voice the most marginalized and racialized sectors.
On 28J, where is the CNT pride? Our anarcho-syndicalist center has been specializing in direct action and mutual support for more than a
hundred years. We know that our occupation is the defense of people's labor rights, so that someone has the guts to step forward and claim
what is theirs and unless they work in a furniture store, are they really expected to do so? do from a closet?
It is important to emphasize that currently seven out of ten LGTBQI + people hide their sexual orientation at work and it is the obligation
of our union to live up to the circumstances, defending and claiming 28J as it is done with 1M.
The 28J must be a key day in the calendar of our struggle, because they represent the before and after of a riot of people, once again with
stones against the police in between, which paid off at a slow but firm pace: the Homosexuality stopped being a disease in 1990 and
transsexuality became depathologized in 2018.
There is so much to do. The Bolivian, bisexual, pansexual and gay affiliation that we have experienced lesbo / bi / transphobia, we know
that the repair is still far away. And trans people, who had to undergo psychiatric diagnoses UP TO TWO YEARS AGO for being who they were,
may have even more to say on the subject.
Therefore, people of fluid gender, gender dissidents, trans, cis, women, men, bisexuals, pansexuals, lesbians, gays, asexuals and
heterosexuals of the CNT: from the first minute when someone enters our premises, we make them feel whose side are we on Let's show what our
bet is: to explicitly celebrate the breadth and variety of identities. Let's get rid of "fagots" and send people to "take it up the ass"
when it seems a "pain in the ass" to us. (...) But above all, let us ALWAYS act that we see lesphophobic, homophobic or transphobic
aggressions, because as I don't know who said, neutrality and making us Swedes out of laziness and irresponsibility, always places us on the
side of the oppressors. Who are you with?
This 28J we would like to hear loud and clear that from the CNT PRIDE.
