Many organizations (associations, unions and collective) do quality field work locally. But it must be seen that many of them are scattered
in Metz and around, thus losing the visibility they should claim. ---- The concern of the locals remains the main topic of far too many
organizations. This reflects the recent closure of two eminent places in the local scene: La Chaouée and Château 404. ---- Yet the city of
Metz and the surrounding communes have many empty buildings (public or private) that would house all these organizations. ---- This is why
the CNT Moselle calls for a wide call to the network of militant organizations in Metz and the Moselle in the fields of social, emergency
aid, ecology, feminism, culture, equality of rights, labor rights, popular education...
We propose the creation of a union of local organizations, association or collective, in order to unite the forces and means of each. e in
the project to open a self-managed place in the territory of Metz and surroundings.
This call is also being launched to militant militant organizations already in place but wishing to develop, all or part of their
activities, in this project.
We propose that you start a joint thinking now to prepare a round table on the topic soon.

The municipal authorities once again demonstrated the impasse of the electoralism. Nearly 60 % of voters did not show up at the polls, a
record under the Fifth Republic. This does not prevent elected officials from continuing to claim to be legitimate. If we are delighted to
see certain cities, strongholds of the conservative and reactionary right, switch to alternation, we have no illusions about the policies
that will be carried out there. The cosmetic and discount ecology announced by the various programs is far too far below the changes
necessary to cope with the coming disaster. And the masquerade that these elections represent will not be able to withstand long the
economic crisis which has only just begun.
We cannot take any more of this electoral system
One of the lessons to be learned from this election is the exhaustion of representative democracy. No election happens without breaking a
new abstention record. If the result of the first round of municipal elections could be explained in part by the legitimate fear of an
acceleration of the SARS-COV2 pandemic, the government's posturing was not enough to reassure the voters for the second tower.
The pandemic is clearly not the only culprit in this lack of interest in a system which consists only in dispossessing people of their
capacity to decide by and for themselves. The ruling class shows us their dramatic ignorance and unbearable corruption and provokes the
disgust of at least 60 % of the voters. The message is clear: the long-standing aspirations of direct democracy and social justice brought
to the fore by the Yellow Vests movement and more recently by the movement against police violence and state racism are not and will not be
absolutely not satisfied by the electoral system. Social conquests are achieved through struggle and not through the ballot box.
Green capitalism remains capitalism
The pseudo-victory of Europe Écologie Les Verts and of the Socialist Party at the municipal level will not be up to the ecological and
social catastrophes that lie ahead. The experience of Grenoble, won by EELV in 2014, is not very encouraging for the working classes. City
policy has mainly focused on the wealthy middle classes and the bourgeoisie, leaving the most oppressed. Budget cuts have continued and,
despite some cosmetic measures to please downtown residents, no concrete measures have really come to the aid of those who need them most.
Without a radical change of system, where the people concerned are directly involved in decision-making, the planning of capitalism to make
it eco-compatible will be on the back of the "first eras of drudgery" and will only serve those and those who are already taking advantage
of it.
Let's change society not its leaders
For ecological and social issues to be really taken into account, especially in this period of great instability, the first and first
concerned must be able to decide.
The organization of popular decision-making assemblies at the scale of a district or a municipality would make it possible to directly
involve the inhabitants in their daily life. On a larger, inter-municipal or city scale, the decisions taken by these assemblies could be
debated by councils of persons mandated by them. These mandates would only have the role of transmitting these decisions.
At the level of a region or a department, coordination could be put in place to ensure the means of subsistence necessary for all the
inhabitants: enough to find accommodation by requisitioning empty accommodation, enough to feed by producing only what is necessary, etc.
And at the level of a country, a federation of autonomous regions could ensure these means of subsistence by sharing and transporting the
wealth produced from one end of the territory to the other towards those who need it.
At each of these scales, the people responsible for making decisions would have a mandate revocable at any time by the popular assemblies
that mandate them, preventing attempts at corruption or grabbing of power.
This is what libertarian communism offers, a revolutionary project where those who make the decisions are directly concerned with them and
where each and everyone would get involved according to their means and will receive their share according to their needs.
Against electoralism and leaders who serve only themselves, social and libertarian revolution

Dear friends and comrades, ---- Here is our newsletter reviewing the months of Mai and June 2020. In the following, we want to share with
you some information on the actual situation of the Revolution and about the ongoing Turkish war of aggression in Basur (Southern Kurdistan,
Irak) and in Rojava. As well we share with you our last publications from the Internationalist Commune, of Make Rojava Green Again, and of
the campaign RiseUp4Rojava. ---- You can also read our newsletter on our website with better format and pictures. ---- ---- # Worldwide Call
of Actions for the 18th and 19th of July! Stop the Turkish invasion of Basur and the attacks on Rojava! ---- As detailed below, Turkey is
right now invading the Free Mountains of Basur (South Kurdistan, Irak) and continues to bomb and attack Rojava, the Maxmur refugee camp in
Irak and the Êzîdî region of Sengal, all places where democratic confederalism is put to practice. Against those
attacks, the Internationalist Commune and the campaigns Women Defend
Rojava, Rise Up 4 Rojava and Make Rojava Green Again made a Call for two
Global Action Days the 18th and 19th of July. Make Rojava Green Again
also made a special call to all ecological groups and movements, and to
all people who feel and see themselves as ecologist to join the demonstrations and actions, explaining why all ecological struggle should
also be a struggle against all wars of aggression.
Join the actions of the 18th and the 19th! Block, Boycott, Occupy!
# Current Political Situation - Open war in Basur, Turkey starts an
illegal invasion of the mountains
In our last newsletter, we were describing how the illegal war of
aggression that the Turkish state is raging against all democratic,
ecologist and feminist movement in the Middle East is an alternation of
"hot" and "cold" phases of war. Indeed, the war never stops: it
alternates on the one hand between intense phases of fast military
confrontations that lead to exchanges in territories and on the other
hand of phases of low military actions but high diplomatic and
intelligence work.
If the start of 2020 was more on the level of psychological and
propaganda warfare, this phase is now over, letting place to full
military attacks from the fascist Turkish state. The premise of the war
started the 15th of June, when more than 30 Turkish planes bombed again
the refugee camp of Maxmur, the Yezidi region of Sengal and the
mountains of Qandil in Irak - all places where democratic confederalism
is put to practice. Some days later, the military offensive started when
the Turkish army sent a massive amount of ground troops, supported by
planes, helicopters and drones over the borders of Irak in the Kurdish
region of Haftanin, trying to invade this guerrilla-held mountainous
region. Since then, ferocious fights are happening there as the
resistance of the guerrilla doesn't allow the Turkish army to progress
in the heart of the mountains, inflicting the invaders big losses. The
23rd, Turkish drones also stroke a house in Kobane, Rojava, killing 3
civilians members of the Kongra Star (the umbrella organization of th
e women's movement), while the 25th a Turkish drone stroke a picnic area
in the region of Suleymaniya (Basur, Irak), wounding civilians. Both
those strikes against civilians produced big waves of protest in both
Rojava and Basur against the Turkish invasion(s). The three women, Sehid
Zehra Berkel, Sehid Hebun Mele Xelîl and Sehid Amina Waysî, were all
active members of the Women's Movement and have been buried in the
cemetery of Kobane. Until today (04.07.2020), the war continues in the
Mountains of Basur.
Turkey follows 2 main goals with those attacks. The first one, is the
will of Turkey - tolerated, if not supported, by NATO, the US and Russia
- to crush the democratic, ecologist and feminist movements and places
of the Middle East. Indeed, the Autonomous Administration of
North-Eastern Syria (Rojava and the liberated Arab areas), Maxmur,
Sengal, the guerrilla-held Free Mountains of Basur and Rojhilat and the
attempts in Bakur (North Kurdistan, Turkey) to organize democratic
municipalities are all part of the same struggle and have the potential
to spread democratic confederalism in the Middle East and in the world.
Therefore, they represent a threat to the Turkish state nationalist,
imperialist and patriarchal politics and it also opposes the development
of capitalism in the region. On the other hand, Turkey is also pursuing
its Neo-ottoman goal to recreate a Turkish empire according to the
borders described in the Missak-i-Milli (the Turkish National Oath,
written by Turkish nationalists at the beginning of the 20th century and
that Erdogan still claims to follow in official meetings and on the
presidential website) which comprises Rojava and Basur. And this could,
if not for the guerrilla, become reality as the foreign minister of
Turkey recently said they would not stop their invasion till they would
arrive to Suleymaniya (which means to take all Basur).
In all those actions, we clearly see an attack on democratic
confederalism everywhere. The actions are carried by Turkish troops, but
it could never be implemented without the agreement of NATO, the US or
Russia. Indeed, Turkey is now invading and regularly bombing civilians
on both Syria and Irak national land, against all international laws.
US, Russia and NATO allow it and furthermore also push for it. It is a
permanent attack from the capitalist modernity forces on the achievement
of the Revolution.
As part of the forces struggling for democratic modernity, we need to
take to the streets to stop those attacks!
# Corona Crisis - 7 videos to analyse and organize
In a time where most countries start to de-confine and where life seems
to get back to the old capitalist "normality" with all the pollution and
the exploitation of nature and of humans that it implies, it is
necessary to analyse what happened during those last months of
quarantine to see what we can learn from it in an ecological and social
perspective.
In a series of 7 videos, our members of the Make Rojava Green Again
campaign in Rojava, Poland, Uk, Italy, Switzerland and Germany discuss
the authoritarian and anti-democratic way Nation-States faced the
crisis, on the other hand what was the popular and grassroots answer and
what could be the way to organize in the future to build an ethical and
ecological society.
On the Corona crisis in Rojava, we had the chance to make an interview
with an internationalist health worker which describes how was the
crisis here, but also presents the challenges of the embargo and the war
on the health sector.
# Reflections and perspectives from and for the revolution
At the forefront of the Rojava Revolution is the Women's Movement and
the new science that they developed: "Jineoloji" (the science of the
women). The concept of Jineoloji is often poorly understood in the west.
Therefore we shared an amazing video made by Jineoloji.org where a
comrade explains what the Science of Jineoloji stands for. We also
posted an article on how Jineoloji and Internationalism are connected.
On another topic, we sadly received the news of the martyrdom of a great
comrade Sehîd Kasim Engin, Kurdish revolutionary who grew up in Germany
and worked there for the development of internationalism before he
joined the Kurdish Freedom Movement. We published two articles in his
memory, the first describing his life as a pioneer of new
internationalism and a second that Sehîd Kasim had written in the memory
of a socialist fighter: Sehîd Bager Nujiyan, a German comrade who fell
Sehîd in a drone attack in the Free Mountains of Kurdistan.
#Make Rojava Green Again
The campaign has been quite active in the last months practically and
theoretically. We of course had our general maintenance work at the
Commune campsite that we shared in our Picture gallery of April-Mai, but
we also went to help with the coriander harvest in the village of
Carudi. In the video, we give an idea of how function this almost
entirely cooperative-driven village.
On a more theoretical level, we shared an online only additional chapter
to our book Make Rojava Green Again on Jineolojî and Ecology - links
between women's liberation and nature. Indeed, our book lacked this very
important aspect of our ideology. Democratic Confederalism, the system
on which Rojava is based and that has been developed by the Kurdish
philosopher Abdullah Öcalan, is more than just ecology and radical
democracy; it's third and essential pillar is the Women's Liberation.
We also shared a online presentation we made for Rete Kurdistan about
the ecological situation in NE Syria and the Make Rojava Green Again
campaign. In it, we show:
How human caused the desertification of the region.
How the policies of the Syrian Ba'ath regime are responsible for the
many ecological problems of today.
How the invasion war of ISIS and of the Turkish army and proxies are a
threat to both the population and the nature.
Finally, we celebrated the success of the Water for Rojava campaign of
our partners from the Solidarity Economy Association, which has been
able to raise more than its planned goal of 100'000 Pounds in support of
water projects in Rojava!
# RiseUp4Rojava
The RiseUp4Rojava campaign has become an important reference point for
many people who feel connected to the Rojava revolution and who defend
its achievements. Since the war time of last octobre and during the
fierce attacks on Rojava, the campaign made the global solidarity with
the revolution visible and united the democratic forces against Turkish
fascism and the occupation of Rojava.
Read their worldwide call to defend the Rojava Revolution, as well as
their Statement and Call regarding the recent attacks by the fascist
Turkish state and their Audio message from Rojava, 20th June 2020 where
they explain the link between the Rojava Revolution and the Free
Mountains of Kurdistan and why we have to support both as part of one
same fight for Democratic Modernity.
#New YouTube channel - songs of resistance and internationalism
Music is an important tool to spread the passion for the revolution as
well as for recovering and keeping alive our history of resistance.
Through this YouTube channel, we want to share songs and videos of
resistance and internationalism from the Free Mountains of Kurdistan and
from all over the world. We started by charring "Cenga Haftanin - The
War of Haftanin" that narrates the resistance of the guerrilla against
the first and unsuccessful attempt of the Turkish state to invade the
region in 2019. Haftanin shall not fall! We then shared the song
"Revolt" in Sorani, which is an internationalist call for resistance and
uprising "from Chile to Rojava". Lately, we shared "Rojava Marsi", "The
March of Rojava", written in honor of the women and men who took back
Kobane from the hands of ISIS in 2015.
Subscribe to our channel "Internationalists Rojava" to see our future
songs.[embedyt]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rb_M6YjbYe0[/embedyt]
# Keep updated and spread the word - media channels on the Rojava
Revolution
The war in Kurdistan is always also a war for public opinion. If
nobody's looking, the leader of Capitalist Modernity and the fascist
Turkey will for sure not hesitate a second to liquidate the Revolution.
But if people are following the situation, spreading the news and
organizing resistance, it represents a very important pressure that
maybe cannot change everything by itself, but surely changes the
diplomatic situation.
Therefore, we want to share some pages with you, where you can get
information in different languages about the developments in Rojava,
Kurdistan and the defense of the revolution in Europe.

On the evening of July 2, demonstrations and clashes with carabinieri took place in various parts of Chile. The call for protests was
distributed on social networks. The population was invited on the evening of 2 and in the morning of July 3 to arrange "protests of empty
pots" (kaserolasos) to express outrage at the disastrous socio-economic and medical situation in the country against the background of the
epidemic. However, there were calls for an immediate general strike. Pans boomed on Thursday evening, and in many areas of Santiago, people
began to take to the streets. ---- In Villa France on Central, people staged protests and erected barricades. The police used water cannons
and tear gas to disperse the crowd. Protesters also burned the Transantiago bus.
"We went to Caserolaso at 5 pm," commented one of the villagers, Villa Francia. "Less than 10 minutes later, the carabinieri arrived with
their water jets, vans and wedges. She attacked us completely disproportionately."
Protests were also noted in other areas of the capital: Puente Alto, Pudauel, La Victoria in Pedro Aguirre Cerd and in the former Olympic
village in Newnoa, where police attacked the protesters in the midst of Caserolaso and began to gas them. In Penyalolen, about 200 people
attacked a police station.
Demonstrations were recorded not only in the capital, but also in other regions, where carabinieri and the military also intervened.
Protests took place in San Roque de Valparaiso and in Rodelillo. In Valparaiso, workers burst into the territory of the Carlos Van Buren
Hospital, recalling the 9-month-old Amelia, who died without waiting for treatment. The demonstration and the "casserole pump" are noted in
Antofagast, Aric and Concepcion. In Antofagast, repressions were reminiscent of the times of Pinochet: police broke into houses in the La
Caccimba area.
An open meeting was organized in Antofagast on Friday, convened by the Committee on Emergency and Rescue in order to coordinate the actions
of workers in the face of the crisis. Representatives of trade unions, youth and public organizations are invited. the organizers said that
entrepreneurs should pay for the crisis, not the working people, who are being cut and laid off.

Bourgeois democracy always respects "democratic rights" if it can "sell" them more expensively than it "buys" them. ---- But we live in a
time when "democratic rights" can be expensive. We are living in another episode of an escalating economic crisis that began a decade ago
with fiscal collapse, memoranda and commissions and is now enriched with a number of other crises, such as health, geopolitics,
immigration... Huge challenges are coming so much for the state / capital as well as the social base. In such circumstances, the people's
choice to take to the streets can determine developments in directions that the state avoids. That is why the state is targeting the
protests. As a while ago, he targeted Exarcheia. Or as he did with the right to strike. With the squatting. Just like he hired thousands of
new cops. As he bought auras and tons of new chemicals. If one does not see that the other side is being equipped, while at the same time
trying to disarm us, he is voluntarily blind.
This is not the time for "democratic rights". They cost a lot and, after all, a right-wing government does not easily find buyers in its
audience, it cannot even sell them. On Thursday, the Parliament passes a bill that practically abolishes the right to demonstrate. We are
not the ones to be surprised by such a blatant violation of the letter and spirit of the supposed "democracy". However, it is worth noting
something unprecedented: although it is part of ND's election program, this new legislation has long since disappeared. It is of particular
importance because it has been re-released and ended up being voted on under public pressure by a major capitalist through the
(pro-government) media he owns. This is a rare time when the interaction between capital and the state becomes so obvious. And it makes
sense. The capital is well aware of what will happen to the millions of unemployed, what will happen to the empty funds of tourism
businesses, what will happen to new quarantines, whatever form they take.
In fact, their goal is not so much to gather the social base, if it comes out on the street. They are well aware that state power cannot
confront the majority with the sheep of democracy when it rises up. Their goal is to stop the sparks that can ignite fires. Their goal is
the political and social structures of struggle. Organized forces from the entire opposition spectrum, uncontrolled unions, movements and
assertive struggles. They are the best they can do to defend their interests. Having an army of propaganda parrots, they are trying to cut
off the social media's channels of contact with its radical spear. They are trying to divide the social base.
In such a challenge there is neither half-heartedness nor any possibility of choice for any force on the part of many. The choice is one.
Open, public and fully aware of the possible cost of refusing to comply with the new law. Every organization, every formation of a struggle
must come out in public and declare its disobedience. To declare it both to the state as a proud and honest act of resistance, but also to
the social base as a promise and commitment. As the Anarchist Federation, we clearly state that we will not respect the new law. We will
demonstrate whenever we choose and the conditions demand and we will face any cost that this choice brings. In each case, they have seized
it, despite obstacles we can scarcely imagine. " And by achieving something like this, it will prevent the reduction of the forces of our
class in the battles that are coming and from which the future of ourselves and our children will be judged. The plans of the government
will not pass.
The juntas are really for the crises.
But the uprisings are for the juntas, let the junta never forget that.
Everyone on the street!

Rapid advances in artificial intelligence technology at the heart of Google Ads make PPC marketing an entirely different beast — one that may be easier to tame in 2020. You may already be familiar with Smart Bidding, which is a Google AI-led bidding strategy you can use in any campaign type. By comparison, Google Smart Campaigns demand even less of you. In fact, you don’t even have to provide Ad Groups — Google can do that by itself.
