On May 25, 2020, the Afro-American George Floyd was murdered by cops in Minneapolis, US. Another state assassination, product of the
antisocial and racist policies of the US government. Countless state murders, class inequalities, racist discriminations, exclusions and
marginalization of indigenous people and people of color being treated as second-class citizens, the war against migrants, police brutality
and support to fascist para-state organizations constitute the American reality. The recurring assassinations of poor Afro-Americans is the
result of the combination of racist, class and state violence. The land "of the free and the home of the brave" suppresses, assassins, and
impoverishes those who are exposed to the capitalist meat machine. The US is a picture from our own dystopic future. With the excuse of the
COVID19 and the pandemic management, the American state and capital have imposed a permanent state of exception that has intensified
population controls as well as exploitation and submission for the lower classes, broad social surveillance, impoverishment, mass
dismissals, a class healthcare system, and withdrawal of social welfare. In the middle of this neoliberal biopolitical storm, the American
society reached ground zero again: "I can't breathe!". The desperate cry of George Floyd pierces the burial social silence in the time of
cholera. As in the December 2008 in Greece, one cry separates inertia from insurrection. "I can't breathe!".
The rage of the oppressed and exploited took over and turned the streets of Minneapolis into an inferno. Attacks against police targets,
state, and capitalist buildings, expropriations of storehouses, barricades and broad classes with police forces was the answer of thousands
of demonstrators against the murderous and racist policies of the USA. Already one day after the murder, widespread actions took place and
escalated in several states. The insurrection is alive and kicking. The insurrected literally besieged the White House, forcing Trump to
find refuge in the basements of the building. At the same time, in several countries around the world solidarity rallies were organized,
which in many cases ended up with severe classes between demonstrators and law enforcement.
The so-called American state attempted to impose law and order. The rhetoric of Trump is typical of the actions taken by the government. He
involved the national guard to the repression of the rallies, he threatened the insurrected with the use of military force, and he labelled
the most radical groups of the insurrected as a terrorist organization called "Antifa". Evidently, there were also systemic actors on the
side of demonstrators that expressed and demanded a moderate management of the reactions/rallies, arguing for political change in power and
for the democratization of the police. This kind of reaction management aimed to the appeasement of the rallies and the absorption of rage
into systemic models of reaction that have been proved totally harmless to the regime. As we speak, the insurrection is ongoing with severe
classes between demonstrators and the police, injuries by plastic or real ammunition by cops, and new state murders as in the case of
Rayshard Brooks in Atlanta. At the same time, a couple of Afro-Americans and a Latino were found hanging from a tree and cut down, a
practice that reminds us of the KKK.
No matter who the manager of power is, democrat or republican, white, or Afro-American, the war against the poor continues. Who can forget
how Obama's election was portrayed? As the moment of social peace between white and people of color, a crucial step for ending racist
discriminations, at the same time as several Afro-Americans were assassinated by cops. Trump's election just escalated the norm. His
extremely racist rhetoric and politics legitimizes police brutality and makes clear that the suffocating reality of the oppressed, of the
exploited and marginalized populations in the US will get worse as their suppression will intensify in a militarized way. Therefore, the
regime speaks about "terrorists" and builds a wall on the border with Mexico, this is why they build new concentration camps all over the US
and the American penal system is packed with poor people.
This is the reality that people like George Floyd have faced for several decades. In his final words "I can't breathe" was depicted their
everyday agony for life and dignity. His cry made them realize that this could easily happen to them, and rapidly their shock turned into
rage... into insurrection for the protection of their own existence.
The assassination of the Afro-American George Floyd took place during a suffocating socio-political context due to the COVID19 pandemic.
Thousands of virus victims (which in majority come from the lower classes of the American society given that they are excluded from the
private healthcare system), unemployment skyrocketing, and a dark future for the poor, created an explosive mix and sparked the insurrection
that highlighted once more the structural contradictions of the capitalist system.
All over the planet, states and capital murder through law enforcement and deepen social and class inequalities. The state of the US does
not constitute an exception. It reminds us of the Greek state's management of migration flows. Racist policies and rhetoric monopolize the
Greek medial discourse. "Health bomb", "[the migrants]disintegrate our civilization", "intruders", "terrorists", "low quality migrants", are
some of the expressions Greek political officials and systemic "journalists" have used to describe migrants and to instigate racist and
conservative reflexes of the Greek society and to normalize social cannibalism and the antimigration plans of the Greek state and the EU. In
parallel, fascist reserves in close cooperation with state mechanisms attack migrants even on live TV. All these constitute an integral part
of the Greek state's antimigration policies. These policies enabled the construction of concentration camps, deportations, daily
humiliations and tortures, murders at sea and land borders, on the Evros wall, in police stations. The Greek state has nothing to envy the
American state for. This makes clear to us that the reality of the oppressed, no matter which country or continent they are, is suffocating.
The assassination of George Floyd and the waffle about police arbitrariness and/or single event is not new to us. It was December 2008, when
two uniformed pricks murdered 15-year-old Alexandros Grigoropoulos and a country wide insurrection erupted. Even then, the Greek state
attempted to cover the murderous nature of law enforcement by using expressions such as "unfortunate case", "unintentional firing", "bully
cop". Every time that uniformed pricks humiliate, abuse, torture, or assassinate the rhetoric is the same. Those who demand democratization
of the police and punishment for the guilty, intentionally or not, are the other side of the coin because they do not understand that law
enforcement is a suppressive mechanism to protect and preserve the capitalist exploitation system. Suppression safeguards in any possible
way the social and class peace and turns societies into graveyards, so the capitalist growth will unimpededly prevail. Terrorism and
suppression pave the way for the looting of the poor at the same time as they protect the profit and privileges of the political and
economic elites.
THE REALITY OF THE OPPRESSED IS SUFFOCATING
US, Chile, Mexico... spots on the planet that glow from the insurrections of the exploited and the oppressed. The insurrection is the time
and space of the poor, where authoritative normativities collapse, where utopia leaves its marks on now and the way for the total subversion
of exploitation and oppression opens.

In the early hours of Tuesday, July 14, Vassilis Maggos, a 26-year-old partner, was found dead in his home. A month ago, he was horribly
abused and tortured by MAT men. These strong blows, as his family stated, may not have been the immediate cause of his death, but it is a
fact that the Ministry of Chrysochoidis, while not finding a word to say about the ruthless beating of this man, hastened to abdicate any
responsibility. before the body of the dead is frozen. They are ruthless and are shaping the climate for the upcoming state assassinations
day by day. ---- If with the infamous bill[previous announcement of APO here]for the demonstrations made more than known their insidious
desires to disperse the social and class resistances the application of the doctrine unfolded in its entirety at yesterday's anti-fascist
rally in Victoria Square. Fully accepting that the residents 'committees are nothing but state structures, the fascist Bogdanos in
collaboration with Bakoyannis turned their backs on Kasidiaris' neo-Nazis to hold a sad gathering of 20 racists under the tender protection
of the Police. This miserable embers of brainless people who gathered to drive away children and children from the square who ended up
against their will, due to the evacuations of the squatters where they lived or their expulsion from the houses that were hosted,
All that remained in the government's plan to benefit was to disperse the gathering and the unrepentant murderers of the criminal gangs MAT
and DRASI to alleviate their rage by beating anti-fascist militants. In fact, they no longer even use the excuse of some episodes. As long
as you do not fit in, let alone resist the plan for coordinated state-parastate action under the high supervision of the cops. All this
happened one day after the whole country was informed - due to his death - about the torture that Vassilis Maggos suffered a month ago in
Volos. They again showed their murderous intentions, while with their bottomless audacity they did not hesitate to try to load things - as
of course accusations - on the two of the three arrested.
We will give all the battles one by one against all the regime forces: the state, the current government, the previous and the next, their
cops, the parastate and their fascists and we will give them on the road where it will be judged, as always, right. The movement that
Vassilis's parents spoke about against police violence is the movement against the state and the police themselves and it is present. It is
up to us to grow and be victorious. And it will be when the number of people who turn to fall on the praetors to defend a fallen companion
multiplies. We call on all comrades, all the fighters to gather at today's rally in the anarchist bloc. Organization and Struggle. NOT A
STEP BACK.

"Development has been, is and will be an uprooting in the first place. (...) Development is the economic war (with its winners, but even
more with its losers), the unbridled plunder of nature, the destruction of different cultures". ---- The state and capitalist system in its
deep crisis - economic, social, health, environmental, and ultimately value - is increasingly attacking nature, local communities and
workers. Large investment projects for wind farms and hydrocarbon mining creating pharaonic dams, plundering water sources and serving the
needs of industry in large urban centers, restructuring labor relations with the aim of further enslaving workers to bosses in the midst of
a pandemic, all they promise is misery, disease and poverty Plebian strata of society, irreparable destruction of nature, destruction of
groundwater and surface waters, displacement of entire villages. The political and economic bosses, as modern conquistadors, They are trying
to conquer new lands: every piece of land, every mountain, every river, every sea, every island are another opportunity for capitalist
profit with the overall goal of perpetuating the parasitic existence of the state and capital at the expense of nature and society. And as
every other argument seems to have collapsed, this goal can only be achieved in one way: the brutal and organized violence of state gangs
and large corporations that are wasting natural and human resources from one end of the globe to the other. . Each island is another
opportunity for capitalist profitability with the overall goal of perpetuating the parasitic existence of the state and capital at the
expense of nature and society. And as every other argument seems to have collapsed, this goal can only be achieved in one way: the brutal
and organized violence of state gangs and large corporations that are wasting natural and human resources from one end of the globe to the
other. . each island are another opportunity for capitalist profitability with the overall goal of perpetuating the parasitic existence of
the state and capital at the expense of nature and society. And as every other argument seems to have collapsed, this goal can only be
achieved in one way: the brutal and organized violence of state gangs and large corporations that are wasting natural and human resources
from one end of the globe to the other. .
As far as Greece is concerned, this aggression in the current situation, on the one hand, is reflected in the new anti-environmental law of
the administrators of power, which, among other things, provides for express procedures for the licensing and implementation of investment
projects, the substantial abolition of the complete bypass of the will of local communities, the white-collar research on hydrocarbon
extraction in a country with particular seismic activity; on the other hand, it is not expressed in of the underworld and mayor of Volos,
Achilleas Beou,to the detriment of the inhabitants of Stagiata who are struggling to save the resources of their village and have proceeded
to forms of self-organization with the emergence of the general assembly as the only representative body of their collective will and as
happened on May 20, 2020 in Tinos, where MATs were sent to to terrorize the inhabitants of the island who have been fighting for a long time
against the installation of wind turbines in their villages and have managed to stop - even temporarily - the project by blocking the
company's machines.where MAT were sent to terrorize the islanders who have been fighting for a long time against the installation of wind

to terrorize the islanders who have been fighting for a long time against the installation of wind turbines in their villages and have
managed to stop - even temporarily - the project by blocking the company's machines.
It should be noted that the installation of wind farms throughout the country has a prominent place in the wider investment plans for the
new "wonderful" world that the state and bosses promise us, in the name of "green growth" and renewable energy sources that are just coming
to complement traditional forms of energy and, surrounding the mantle of ecological sensitivity, to further pollute the environment with the
construction of the required infrastructure. This is despite the fact that it has been proven that such facilities are extremely expensive
to produce a minimal amount of energy. What does it matter; The only thing that matters is that funds move, money flows, investments are
made that after their completion will leave behind them a vast lunar landscape.
In recent years, in the wider area of Karditsa and Agrafa, a dynamic struggle has been waged against the transformation of the area into a
vast industrial zone by wind farms. Within this framework, dozens of events, rallies, demonstrations, as well as interventions in the
mountains and in the villages have taken place. In August 2019, the auction of public forest land to investors was scheduled at the City
Hall of Karditsa, to pass the licensed power transmission line. Hundreds of residents of the area gathered to prevent the process from
taking place, trying to enter the City Hall which was surrounded by MAT forces. After a clash with the police forces, the people finally
failed to enter the City Hall and the process was completed, followed by a mass march in the city center. A few days later, a meeting of the
financial committee was scheduled to ratify the auction. Once again, there was a mass and militant gathering of people, who, after being
attacked by the police in order to be pushed out of the entrance, managed to block the City Hall and the process was not completed.
On Friday, July 10, in the courts of Karditsa, 4 fighters are being tried for 4 charges (incitement to commit crimes together, attempt to
disrupt the service together, violence against employees together, damage to foreign property together) for the mass gathering and the
events that took place. The specific persecution and the criminalization of the specific mobilization but also of the whole struggle that is
being carried out for the defense of Agrafa from the destructive plans of the state and investors started a few months ago, when the 4
fighters were called by the security for explanations about the mobilization at City Hall, following their alleged recognition by police.
The persecution of militants is a regular tactic of the state for cracking down on the struggle and criminalizing the resistance. They seek
to intimidate those who resist, but also those who have every reason to do so. They seek to impose social silence, in order to unhinderedly
implement their destructive plans - for nature and society.
Today, a total social awakening is needed, the overcoming of assignment, mediation and inaction, the strengthening of social and class
struggles, the formation of broad, self-organized, anti-institutional resistance fronts and the creation of embankments wherever state and
capitalist manifestations manifest themselves. . On the other hand, not expecting anything substantial from the institutions and their
mediators and being deeply aware that the logics of assignment lead to the resignation and defeat of social struggles, we organize our
resistance from below by building embankments in the invasion of state and capital.
For our part, we support the local resistance initiatives, which are essential to the dynamics and development of the struggle, and we
address the wider world of the struggle and society as a whole, believing that these struggles are not about narrow local environmental
issues, but the central political issue of the management of life, nature and society by the state and capital.

The law for the restriction of the demonstrations will be broken in the Street
The world of bosses is shaking. The angry cries of revolt from the capitalist periphery reached its center, while the deafening roar of the
uprising in the heart of the Empire dispelled any doubt that the "quiet days", if they ever existed, were a thing of the past. The regime's
apologists' assessments of the "exhaustion of resistance" of the oppressed are thrown in the trash of history every day. ---- The
state-capitalist disintegration, the total bankruptcy of the system of power is underlined as a universal reality through the consequences
of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the depth of the capital crisis. All over the world, as well as in the already bankrupt Greek state, the
finding is simple: when there are fewer carrots, there are more whips. The greed of the bosses for ever-increasing profits leaves no room
for illusions about the redistribution of social wealth. The thick state funds are not calmed down to the affected working classes but are
invested as bribes in the media, so that on the one hand they produce even more intense and effective propaganda and on the other hand they
remain silent in the face of the slaughter of the social base that has already begun.
The wood in the squares in the period after the end of the quarantine, the occupation of the Exarchates, the evacuations and threats against
the squatters, the breaking of the demonstrations, the first de facto implementation of the ban on motorized labor in Nice on June 11 with
the arrest of 46 The conspiracy against the Kalaitzidis-Mataraga comrades, the continuous anarchist extraditions, the waste of millions on
arming the repressive forces and finally the bill itself to suppress and suppress the demonstrations have one thing in common: the fear of
the authorities dangerous classes, against the stature of the rebellious dignity that the oppressed plebeians of the lifeless world of
exploitation and oppression can and do raise.
The doctrine of "zero tolerance" is being upgraded to a unified strategy of Preventive Counterinsurgency, which is essentially based on
junta provisions. The bosses and the political staff that manages the state and guards the monopoly of violence from it know very well what
a gloomy situation things are heading towards. The looting of the working majority is unprecedented even in the context of the crisis that
broke out in 2010. Their experience from the previous phase of the popular uprising, but also their terror for an even fiercer clash of a
disorganized, revolutionary and better organized social and class movement with their power, puts the prevention of violent repression at
the center of their priorities. This bill demands the European orientation of modern totalitarianism,
After all, the presence of MAT on the islands for the creation of closed detention centers, the corresponding one at the border to deal with
the "invasion" of persecuted immigrants and refugees, the catalytic role of the police during the quarantine, the breaking of the university
asylum with MAT invasion of ASOEE and the armed cop, the constant and increasing presence of the Police in all areas of public space and
social life demonstrates that the mercenary army of the state is being upgraded to a comprehensive and ubiquitous unit of imposing power.
The anti-demonstration bill itself gives the police the power to prosecute, since the Police Director can decide when they try which
demonstrations are characterized as radical and can be dispersed by force. It is obvious that in addition to the broader goal of reducing
the social struggle itself, with this bill the State hopes to dismantle radicalism, the main exponent of which has been the anarchist
movement throughout the postwar period.
This management combined with a set of political choices shows that it is their ardent desire to uproot the culture of disobedience and
rebellion that manifests itself as a constant possibility in the social outbursts of the below. The passage of bills on education and the
environment, effectively in a state of social exclusion in the midst of quarantine, and the junta bill on demonstrations constitute a body
of political reforms to overthrow those aspects of the post-colonial paradigm associated with the larger populist monster of statehood and
capitalism that exterminates people and (alienates) nature.
The bourgeoisie knows better than anyone that the depth of the crisis of the capitalist system has reached unimaginable heights because of
the pandemic, which has a global character. He knows very well that the millions of the destitute will not be able to get enough of the
bosses' propaganda from one point onwards; they will have to take over the bars of the praetors. It is our duty to patiently and dynamically
prepare the social base for a generalized conflict with its tyrants, to upgrade the revolutionary organization at the expense of the
reformist formations that are degrading and selling out the popular struggles. To convince the social body with the example of relentless
struggle, re-entering the front line, in the natural position of every Anarchist proposal, setting up embankments, setting up
fortifications, turning social peaks into revolutionary material. If we live it is to step on the heads of kings.

Women's uprising against power structures has been crucial for revolutions of past and present. Only the revolutions that are spearheaded by
the need for the emancipation of women and their participation and leadership in the life of the community are destined for both social
triumph and the most bloody confrontation, since no state or power structure would bear to be overthrown by women. ---- The Kurdish
revolution and specifically the Rojava experience is one of the most important revolutions of the 21st century, where women are leading the
revolution from the front for the community. We celebrate and pay tribute to 8 years of resistance against fascism and patriarchy with a
fight that is an example for the world, for feminist struggles and for any revolutionary struggle, since not all revolutionary movements are
committed to women's leadership.
However, we must not overlook the trajectory and example of other revolutions that women have and have had at the forefront. The Spanish
social revolution of the 1930s counted on the outstanding association of Mujeres Libres, a group of brilliant women and advanced even for
the anarchist movement in which they had to confront the patriarchy of their time defending reproductive rights, sexual education, and the
protection of sex workers.
Later, in the 1980s, Nicaraguan feminists faced Samos fascism during the Sandinista popular revolution. They had to face the Sandinista
revolution itself where many believed that they were dividing the revolution and being disloyal to the movement, but the women's struggle
was crucial to democratize the revolution itself: to carry out self-defense, go out into the public space, talk about violence towards women
and reproductive rights was a dogged struggle from the start.
A last mention to the women of the Zapatista revolution who have been key to the transformation of the Zapatista movement and the defense of
the rights of indigenous women through the revolutionary laws of women. They defended in battalions the liberation of the lands dominated by
what they call - with deliberate simplicity - "the bad government" of the territory of Chiapas in Mexico.
Much can be learned from these revolutionary movements and from the need to have women at the forefront of the struggle. From urban and
western feminism, it is essential that we defend international solidarity between peoples, learning from the defense of the collective
enjoyment of rights, with a concept of community that leads us to authentic social transformation, while also respecting the
self-determination of peoples and their right to define themselves from different cultures, traditions and forms of expression.
Their fight is our inspiration, our inspiration is their hope.
No pasarán.

On July 9, the government, together with a patchwork of state-owned bourgeoisie and junta caravans, voted with the backs of the "democratic
