Police attacks on the Liebig-34 squat in Germany have been going on since 15 September. Three days ago, around 2,500 police attacked the
squat and forcibly evacuated 50 people living in the squat, but the resistance continues with the anarchists' not leaving the street where
the squat is located and their call for solidarity: ---- "They cannot imagine the determination they awaken within us. This act of violence
will explode into them as counter violence and self-defense. There has already been a lot of solidarity lately, in months and years, and
we've shown what we can do. This release is a moment of radicalization. We can use this moment and show our hatred for this nonsense together. "

Liebig-34 squatting house, established on Liebig Street, is one of the oldest squatters built after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1999.
Since the establishment of the "anarchist, queer feminist" occupation house, which was founded by anarchists and has been fighting against
gentrification, capitalism and patriarchy for 21 years, "There is no God, no state, no patriarchy!" responds to attacks with the slogan.

If you are facing redundancy it is important you get organised. You should talk to your co-workers and organise a meeting as soon as
possible. If necessary meet outside to ensure social distancing. If your workplace is unionised you should contact your union branch. You
should also collect phone numbers and other contact details of your co-workers. It is important that everyone keeps in touch throughout the
dispute, so consider setting up a WhatsApp group or something similar. Remember, your employer will try to divide you by getting you to
compete for any jobs that may be available. Be positive from the outset, stress the need for unity constantly and focus on the failing of
the employer.

Get to know your rights

The redundancy process can be quite complex so make sure you have a basic understanding of the procedure and make sure your boss adheres to
the law. But remember that employment laws in the UK are feeble. Legally your employer can pretty much make you redundant just as long as
they follow a "fair" redundancy process. Similarly, only those who have been employed for over 2 years are entitled to statutory redundancy
pay. Under the law casual workers, such as most people on zero-hours contracts, have few rights when it comes to redundancy.

The legal requirements your boss must follow, therefore, should only be seen as a starting point to your campaign. If you are going to win,
you are going to have to do much more than ensuring that your employer adheres to employment laws on redundancy.

You can find a basic introduction to the laws on redundancy here:
http://liverpoolsf.org/coronavirus/your-rights-at-work-during-the-corona...

Get to know everything about your employer

You need to know as much about your employer as possible; for example, how much profit they make, how much they earn, how many homes they
own, what type of car they drive and so on. Demand that your employer opens their books so you can examine their finances. The injustice of
an employer or director awash with money, while their workers are thrown on the scrapheap, can act as a powerful emotional driving force in
your fight against redundancies, so gather information about your employer's business.

Get a clear idea of what you want and organise democratically

Your aims can vary according to your circumstances but from the outset you need tohave a clear idea of what you hope to achieve in your
fight against your bosses. Without a clear aim your campaign will lack direction. You need a clear idea of what you want and a plan of how
you are going to achieve your aims.

You also need to organise in a democratic and inclusive way. Getting everyone involved and reaching a decision by consensus, with everyone
having their say, is the best way to run a dynamic, effective campaign against redundancies. You will fail if only a small number of people
get involved and take part in any planned actions.

Always hold a meeting prior to any meeting with your bosses.

Organise a campaign

You need a campaign plan. This should start with what sort of action you can take as workers. One of the most effective actions you can take
is an occupation of your workplace. Occupying your workplace will act as a dramatic focal point, attracting enormous attention and piling
pressure on your bosses. Occupations also draw in outside support; for example, in the past, outside supporters have often supplied food,
drink, toiletries etc. to workers occupying their workplaces.

If you are not in a position to occupy, there is still plenty you can do. Organise regular protests or pickets outside your workplace.
Produce t-shirts, stickers and badges and begin to wear them to work. Organise noisy, highly visible protest marches, consider occupying the
road, organise slow moving car cavalcades near your workplace or bosses' homes. Occupy or protest outside other buildings or workplaces
owned by your employer. Target shareholder meetings or other events run by your employer. Organise boycotts of your workplace and any other
businesses owned by your employer.

Make sure your plans include ways to attract publicity. Organise a Facebook page and a Twitter account. Put together a regular press release
and send them to newspapers and online news sources. Contact radio and TV stations, provide information and offer to do interviews. Give out
leaflets on busy high streets and outside workplaces.

You also need a plan of how you will build support outside of your immediate workplace. Make a list of friends and relatives who are willing
to help support your campaign and invite them to meetings and think of other ways to get them involved. Contact union branches and union
offices, left wing and radical groups, community groups and any other groups who you feel might be sympathetic to your campaign. Do not rely
on emails, always try to speak to people face to face or failing that, by phone. Provide focal points for outside supporters, such as demos,
pickets and boycotts.

Do not let the politicians off the hook. Bombard them with information about your dispute and your demands. Occupy local council offices or
organise protests and pickets outside MPs surgeries. Do not let politicians fob you off with empty messages of support, demand concrete
action from them. If your local politicians refuse to support your campaign make sure everyone gets to know about it.

Regularly review your campaign and constantly look for new ways of increasing its effectiveness. If your boss comes up with an offer, hold a
meeting to decide if you want to accept or reject the offer.

Vangelis Pallis has been a consistent fighter for a number of years against the destructive conditions of detention and for the defense of
the rights of prisoners for life and dignity. He led a number of mobilizations, including the uprisings in the infernos of Malandrino and
Trikala and the hunger strike of the prisoners in 2008. they did not manage to bend his strength and fighting spirit to continue the fight
inside and outside the walls. ---- "I will talk a little bit about tomorrow's prisons, although what I envision is their destruction and a
society without prisons. A way must be found to liberate the poor devils, because it is the army of powerful bosses or drug dealers or
organized crime, the bravos. Find a way for those who can talk to these people. To say to them, "These are your rights, these are the
possessions, these we must preserve, these we must claim in struggles, so that you too may feel that, at some point, you will find with
dignity your freedom or the breaths you are entitled to. "[...]I feel very happy to be here, because I started in 1996 knowing the prisons
all alone and I am now among you."

The development of changes in today's Belarus resembles their development in Poland in the 80s. last century. The ruling circles there also
retained power, but at the same time completely lost the support of the people. For several years they held out on bayonets, not even so
much of their own as on Soviet ones, and then the latter were removed, and the power in Poland changed. Most likely, something similar will
happen in Belarus. Lukashenka as a dictator is doomed. This, however, does not remove the question of what awaits the Belarusians next and
how this will affect their lives. On the contrary, it makes it even sharper.
In Poland, for example, the changes were not at all what the industrial workers wanted, who were there the main force in the struggle
against the old regime. The new government closed a significant number of businesses, turning their workers into "shuttles" and workers in
restaurants, hotels and beaches. The share of highly skilled workers fell, while the share of low-skilled workers increased. After that, the
struggle for a better life became impossible. Not because life has become better, but because the idea of a better life has become dimmer.
For the sellers and photographers are not that they are more stupid than mechanics and trolleybus drivers, they just need less knowledge and
skills for their work, and therefore their horizons are narrower. And if the workers of the shipyards felt the strength to rule the country
better, party officials,

The same thing happened on the ruins of the USSR. The local workers and engineers perfectly saw all the stupidity and helplessness of the
Kremlin elders. But the changes did not lead to a change in the power of party members to self-government of qualified workers, but to the
replacement of the latter by bandits and market workers. After that, the bandits partially killed each other, partially became the new
government, and market sellers and loaders are sure that it could not be otherwise.

Most likely, the stupidity of the leftists and anarchists in Western Europe and North America is connected with the same (this idea is not
mine, I first met it at Shraibman's, but after thinking, I agreed with him). The industrial industry left these regions, replaced by the
entertainment industry, that is, again, workers and workers of the counter and the pole came to replace the workers and women of the motor
and machine.

However, the development of production led not only to the flight of industry from rich countries, but also to the emergence of high
technologies. And their employees, no less than shipbuilders and physicists, feel their superiority over the state apparatus. This is what
led to protests in Belarus, where old skilled workers remained, and a large number of military personnel appeared .. But there are two ways
out of this situation. You can change a system that is too stupid for the people, or you can change a people that is too smart for the
system. Closing the factories and squeezing out VT. After that, mainly rural and service workers will remain in Belarus. The level of which
will fully correspond to the level of the system. Moreover, this can happen under Lukashenko or his successor, and under the new government,
which will come on the wave of protests.

What then, what now lacks a revolutionary idea. All kinds of liberals, conservatives and social democrats in all their most varied and
bizarre combinations did not offer, and now do not offer anything except the rule of bureaucrats, financiers and businessmen, again in the
most varied combinations or in pure form (such as radical Stalinists are supporters of the rule of only one bureaucracy). In the 90s. in
Poland, and in the USSR, there was no one who would suggest something that went beyond the framework of this system. Or, there were, but
there were so few of them that almost no one heard them. This determined the position of the workers, who, within the framework of this
system, do not decide anything themselves, except perhaps who exactly is given the right to decide everything for them ("which member of the
ruling class will represent and suppress the people," in the words of Marx).

It cannot be said that nowhere and never did the workers grope themselves for a way out of the system. One can cite as an example, for
example, the Yasnogorsk capture strike of 1998-1999, when the workers of the machine-building plant held the plant in their hands for almost
a year and carried out sales of their products themselves. But these were all separate, timid and belated attempts.

The anarchist movement is quite strong in modern Belarus. If it can convey to the protesters any ideas about going outside the system, there
will be a possibility of such an exit. If not, if the Belarusian anarchists now, like the KAS in Soviet times, confine themselves to the
struggle for democracy, then everything will end with the collapse of the economy on the model of the "dashing 90s" in the Russian
Federation. Moreover, as already mentioned, regardless of whether Lukashenko, his successor or the opposition wins.

One more point must be understood. The fact that, for example, the average webmaster or robotics engineer knows and can do more than the
average waiter does not mean a rigid hierarchy. Any social group is in some way inferior to others, and in some way superior to them. And
the same agricultural workers, being inferior to VTshniks, for example, in the ability to network coordination, are superior to them in
something else. Maybe in the ability to communicate better "live". Maybe in the ability to solve everyday problems - in the ability to make
a belt drive from old tights or to fix a tractor with only a sledgehammer and some kind of mother. Maybe just the ability to quickly recover
from a brutal beating. Maybe something else. But they are superior in some way. The same applies to factory workers and service workers. At
the same time, communicating with each other, acting together, workers usually combine their best qualities. This is generally a law of
nature. "Ruff" is stronger than both beer and vodka, gunpowder is more explosive than its individual components, alloy - as a rule, is
harder than the pure metals of which it consists, hybrids - usually healthier than their parents. The same applies to social processes. The
most revolutionary processes were launched by just such social alloys. M. Bukhchin drew attention to this, writing that "the revolutionary
spirit of the early proletariat was caused precisely by its impurity." In Russia at the beginning of the twentieth century, the working
class consisted partly of hereditary highly skilled workers and partly of people from the countryside. And the most revolutionary were the
areas where in large villages and small towns one could find both the early proletariat and the communal peasantry. A similar situation was
in Spain in the 1930s. the same century. And in the IRM, in the Argentine FORA, and in the Ferrari factories in the 50-60s, we see the same
fusion, a synthesis of workers of different cultures.

If Belarusian VT-shniki, factory and agricultural workers create such an alloy, it will also be extremely revolutionary. If they act
separately, then each of these groups will retain both its advantages and disadvantages. and their expectations from changes are likely to
be different. With all the ensuing consequences.

Around the world, megaprojects are legion. Under the guise of territorial development, energy, tourism, they serve above all to enrich
entrepreneurs eager to conquer new territories to plunder and exploit. They are often the first interface then allowing other economic
projects to take root, such as the mining industry. Mexico is not excluded from this dynamic. ---- In the southeast of the country, the
latest colonization tool invented by the Mexican government is called "the Mayan train". This megaproject is a 1,500 km rail loop linking
Mayan archaeological sites and seaside resorts in the states of Campeche, Chiapas, Quintana Roo, Tabasco and Yucatán.
Estimated at eight billion dollars, the project aims to transport 600 to 800,000 new tourists per year, to develop tourist and hotel
infrastructures in the various towns and sites of the peninsula and subsequently to bring about a more global economic development, in
facilitating in particular the work of the extractivist industry to create new mines in the region. It is presented by the government as a
point of community development, as an instrument of social well-being. This capitalist dream would make it possible to develop employment,
trade, modernization of infrastructure ...

A disaster foretold
But from the point of view of local people, a whole different story rings out. The railway project is seen as an invasion of their
territory, even going as far as the appropriation of the name of their people, and planning to displace and destroy the lives of the people
who live in the areas along the railway line. In the communities, agricultural activities support no less than 146,000 indigenous people in
this territory. The indigenous peasants evicted from their land will then have no other choice but to go and work for these hotel and
tourist consortia providing precarious and temporary jobs.

In addition, tourist complexes will generate multiple pollution (overexploitation of local resources, production of waste of all kinds).
Drinking water resources will be used for swimming pools and hotel sanitary facilities rather than for use by local populations who already
lack them, whether for domestic use or for agricultural and food purposes.

In ecological terms, the train is a threat to the largest remaining tropical forest in Central America, the Calakmul reserve, considered the
second most important biosphere after the Amazon for its oxygen production. This territory will then be colonized by a tourist-industrial
complex and new technologies, as evidenced by the project to create a bandwidth of the 5G network over an area of 15 km on each side of the
railway.

The Mexican government also revealed on June 9 that the train would run on diesel, all the more polluting for the populations, fauna and
flora living near the train route. The Mexican state did carry out consultations with the populations, but they were rigged, partial and biased.

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights noted that "the consultation, the protocol and the information presented
only referred to the possible benefits of the project and not to the negative impacts it could cause" . He also noted "that as a result of
the way the project was presented[...], the people of the communities expressed their agreement with the project as a means of drawing
attention to their basic needs[...], a logic which affects the free nature of the consultation" [1].

"No to the Mayan train and the destruction project"
"We will no longer be workers, nor your cheap labor, nor your servants. We are and will be the resistance and the rebellion »Zapatista poster.
Finally, it should be noted that the participation was very low (mainly notables, under-representation of women ...). In the international
context of the Covid-19 health crisis, the Mexican president, asked about the progress of major works across the country, wants to "stay the
course to revive the economy and create jobs" . In Mexico too, the next day boils down to a productivist headlong rush to restore profits
and relaunch capitalist growth.

Tricks, threats and paramilitaries
The indigenous populations have been fighting for several years against this deadly project and have already managed to suspend it
temporarily. But it is a phenomenon which is reproduced everywhere on the planet: the pseudo "democratic" consultations and the legal
actions which are valid only when they serve the capitalist interests! Discussions are already underway to modify the law and prevent
appeals from delaying the start of work. And when that is not enough to discourage opponents, the good old methods are in order (threats,
divisions, criminalization of the movement to defend the interests of the population, recourse to paramilitary militias, etc.).

The eruption in 1994 of the EZLN and the implementation for more than twenty-five years of an egalitarian, feminist and anti-capitalist
model of self-managed society in Chiapas is a thorn in the side of the Mexican and American leaders. Their fight for land and freedom,
despite certain limits, is a source of inspiration for many peoples and reminds us that local struggles and international solidarity can pay
off. It is important as internationalist libertarian communists to popularize and support this struggle !

Let us continue to fight the big capitalist firms and their offshoots here, whether it is the extractivist and destructive industries as
well as the neocolonial tourist activity and of consumption, here as there.

Sub-commander Marcos already supported him a few years ago: "The best way to support us is to make a revolution at home!"" .

Let us give the floor to the Zapatistas, directly affected by this mega-project in their territory: "Megaproject means destroying an entire
territory. All. The air, the water, the land, the people. With the megaproject, the beast makes short work of entire villages, mountains and
valleys, rivers and lakes, men, women, others, little boys and girls. And once it has finished destroying, the beast goes elsewhere to do
the same[...]. So, as Zapatistas that we are, we make it clear that only a fool can say that megaprojects are good." [2]

During his speech on October 14, Emmanuel Macron was, as usual, the spokesperson for an employer at bay, worried about its profits.
Advocating "common sense", in reality it only takes decisions that will least harm the smooth running of the economy. And all this, with no
regard for our health and our social life. We have more to offer ! ---- It's announced ! For several days, Macron's comm team had been doing
the job to pass the pill of a curfew in the mainstream media. Thus, in 9 metropolises (Paris region, Lille, Rouen, Aix-Marseille, Lyon,
Saint-Etienne, Grenoble, Toulouse, Montpellier), a curfew is introduced at 9 p.m. from Saturday.
The curfew against our sociability
The health situation in France is problematic. The level of the epidemic is rising quickly, and hospitals are already preparing to be
saturated. Faced with this, several possibilities. The one chosen by the government is the worst. A curfew means that our social
interactions are the target. They have also been singled out: "private" meetings would be the main place of contamination ! We believe we
are dreaming, when we know that, according to the figures of Public Health France, the main clusters are companies and schools! Not to
mention public transport, where workers crowd to go to work. Of course, the journalists of the employers' television do not oppose these
embarrassing figures to Macron ...

The curfew may therefore be ineffective. But that's all the government can find to somehow contain the virus. While students, teachers and
education staff cram into undersized classrooms, while at work workshops and offices are often poorly ventilated, while the public hospital
cries out its rage and his despair at the lack of means and personnel, Macron, the president of the bosses, proposes to limit our social
life. This absurd measure serves only one thing: to give an impression of strong action, for a government widely criticized for its
mismanagement of the epidemic last spring, while allowing the employers to continue economic activity, by making us to work for profit.

Their common sense and ours

Their way of regulating the epidemic is to cut corners on everything that makes life spice, everything that brings us together, everything
that strengthens our solidarity and does us good. And this will cause many victims, in addition to those of the epidemic. The mental health
of many today is particularly damaged by the destruction of social bonds and this is likely to worsen.

We oppose this managerial common sense, our common sense, that of all those exploited, a way that is both more rational and more humane to
manage the epidemic. What is needed is to recruit in the health sector and increase the salaries and means of caregivers. What is also
needed is to use the gigantic profits made by large groups in recent years to finance the slowdown or shutdown of business activity in order
to limit outbreaks of contamination in the workplace and in transportation. The workers, those who keep society running, must not be the
victims of either the economic crisis or the health crisis. What is needed, finally, is to maintain and consolidate our links, strengthen
our tools of struggle, resistance and solidarity,

A huge part of the agriculture of the south-east has suffered the effects of "modernization". From the worst of intensive practices to the
virtual serfdom of workers, it is with the support of Europe that injustices from another era are taking place. But it is on this soil, and
for more than 20 years, that the Codetras has been fighting. ---- It is in the context of a "modernization" of agriculture (concentrated
farms, accelerated mechanization, increasing use of fertilizers, increase in irrigable areas, etc.) that the work of agricultural labor has
evolved since the Second World War: National Immigration Office contracts in 1945 (Morocco, Poland, Italy), then labor introduction
contracts from the International Migration Office, up to activity mission contracts agriculture, via temporary employment companies (ETTs)
based in Europe. And, always, undeclared work of undocumented migrants.

Supposed to meet the permanent need for "temporary" labor on French farms, the annual presence of these foreign workers is in fact an
invariable basis of intensive agro-industry. Indeed, this "seasonal" status does not describe a reality linked to the cycle of the seasons
but to the capitalist need to reduce labor costs. All too often this leads to labor relations close to serfdom and social relations
bordering on apartheid. It is in reaction to this intolerable situation that the Codetras (Collective for the defense of foreign workers in
agriculture) was formed.

Le Codetras , a large and radical collective
Intensive arboriculture in the Hautes-Alpes, vegetable crops in greenhouses on the banks of the Rhône, immense areas of orchards and
vegetables in irrigable soil in Val-de-Durance, Crau and Camargue... The fight of Codetras takes root in this soil . Its object is the fight
against the exploitation of foreign labor, against the denial of rights, discrimination and against all forms of exploitation in
agriculture. It brings together peasants, unions, associations, activists, researchers, journalists, lawyers and jurists.

In 2000, the European Civic Forum (FCE, international solidarity network), organized a fact-finding mission in Andalusia following the
racist riots of February in El Ejido. In August 2001, a meeting brought together under the title "The exploitation of labor in intensive
agriculture in Europe today and tomorrow" a great diversity of participants. The birth of Codetrasis part of the continuity of this story
which has forged links between militants and militants of the FCE, southern Spain and south-eastern France. When it was created in 2002, the
collective focused on discrimination in agricultural employment in the Bouches-du-Rhône, to which Moroccan and Tunisian workers were victims
under seasonal contracts introduced by the French Office for Immigration and Immigration. integration (OFII).

Codetras' action has since been extended to the defense of posted workers recruited through service providers mainly located in Spain,
Italy, Portugal, Romania and Poland. Based on European law, posting allows mobility within the European Union and has been, for the past
fifteen years, the employment framework for foreign workers in Europe. In agriculture, it establishes ever more flexible and precarious
employment contracts: which can be broken overnight, they allow employers to pay less social security contributions and to place collective
"orders" of workers for specific missions. .

In 2017, five Moroccan and Spanish agricultural workers filed a complaint against Laboral Terra, an ETT specializing in agricultural work,
and eight French contractors presenting themselves as "organic", who hired them through this service provider. Farmers in Vaucluse,
Bouches-du-Rhône and Gard regularly hire foreign workers posted to the production, packaging and distribution of their products. These facts
are unfortunately not exceptional, but this complaint is one of the few to succeed.

Combat the excesses of posted work
This complaint relates to the grounds of concealed work, non-payment of hours worked, non-compliance with people, the labor code and
collective agreements. Targets of intimidation, pressure, violence, largely insecure and isolated, victims often do not have the means to
denounce to the courts the illegal, inhuman, sexist and discriminatory practices suffered. The Codetras stands alongside their struggle and
documents these facts of exploitation to condemn inequalities in treatment, qualification and remuneration, while strengthening solidarity
with and between workers in the land.

In the fields of the Crau plain, farmers have massive recourse to posted work: a flexible and insecure workforce.
MARC SALVET
Wrestling fields
The health crisis linked to Covid-19 has put the "agro-industrial" model in difficulty, but the workforce cannot once again be its
adjustment variable, nor always suffer the logic of exploitation, racist, sexist and class. Now, turning a deaf ear is no longer possible.
Monitoring the composition of agricultural work in the coming months and its effects beyond the pandemic which has disrupted the
transnational recruitment of labor will make it possible to understand the issues of "free" movement of workers to ensure "free circulation
»Goods in the single market. While the crisis has shed light on the centrality and performance of these intra and extra-community foreign
workers in European agriculture, how can this parenthesis open up a struggle for those first and foremost concerned, and consolidate the
mobilizations of solidarity networks? and actors of the peasant world?

Our comrades in Malaysia, have been arrested for putting up anti-government banners criticizing election policies in the era of the pandemic
which caused a spike in Covid19 cases in Malaysia. ---- As in many other countries, in Malaysia the character of the ruler also does not
care about the working class and the lower class. Instead of providing necessary assistance, the Malaysian government has actually forced to
hold elections in the Sabah region which resulted in a spike in cases of Covid19 which had previously been under control. ---- We stand with
our colleagues who are consistent against the authority called the state and must face repression in Malaysia, solidarity without limits!

We were told by friends in Malaysia that the transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic has gradually subsided since the pandemic struck earlier
this year.

Until the Sabah state election was held on September 26. Power-mad politicians have campaigned in Sabah which at that time was spreading
brutally this pandemic.

Politicians from Peninsular Malaysia, who originally came from controlled areas, entered Sabah which at the time was experiencing a
contagious outbreak had campaigned to ensure their party won. And then brought the epidemic of the disease back to the Peninsular thus
triggering new infections and clusters when the virus spreads again.

As a result of politicians not taking care of these SOPs and quarantine, the situation in Malaysia today is getting worse where the people
are restless with the new wave that is hitting soon. Politicians are blaming the people again for the new wave as if the people are not
following the SOP and social distancing.

Malaysians to some extent began to reject these irresponsible politicians because they did not take seriously the issue of involving the
health of the people.

The people are fed up with dirty politics and political coups that are more important than the health of the people. Because of that, the
people began to show their dissatisfaction through various mediums, to make politicians aware of the courage to take responsibility for the
no and the mistakes they have made.

Friends there demanded that these politicians step down from their respective seats because they had failed in managing the well-being of
the people.

Salute Malaysian friends!

In solidarity,
Cempaka Collective

The Tangerang Vandalism Case: The Court Decides Guilt Despite Torture and Inaccurate Application of Articles ---- Monday, September 28,
2020, the Tangerang District Court (PN) Panel of Judges read out the verdict of the trial of alleged vandalism. The Panel of Judges
sentenced Muhammad Riski Riyanto Bin Abdul Syukur and Rio Imanuel Adolof Pattinama Ad Petrus Adolof Pattinama to prison for 10 (ten) months
in case No: 1136 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PN Tng because they were considered legally and convincingly by the panel of judges broadcast false news
or notifications, deliberately publishing disturbances among the people as regulated in Article 14 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 Year 1946
concerning Criminal Law Regulations.

Meanwhile, Rizki Julianda Als RJ Als Zonee, who was tried separately in case No: 1135 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PN Tng, was sentenced to
imprisonment for 8 (eight) months because he was deemed proven legally and convincingly committed in public orally. or writing inciting into
committing a criminal act, committing violence against a public authority or not obeying either the provisions of the law or a position
order given based on the provisions of the law as regulated in Article 160 of the Criminal Code (KUHP).

Previously, April 9, 2020, Rio Imanuel Adolof Pattinama Ad Petrus Adolof Pattinama (23) and Muhammad Riski Riyanto Bin Abdul Syukur (21)
were arrested by the police for doodling using piloks at several points around Anyer Market, Tangerang, as a form of protest against the
state because of policies that did not side with the people during the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Rizki Julianda Als RJ Als Zonee (19),
was arrested in Bekasi because he was considered an anarcho-syndicalist group that would make trouble.

This decision was considered by the three attorneys to be a heretical decision. The attorney said that the judge issued a verdict without
fully considering the facts of torture and the legal facts revealed in the trial.

"The judge ignored the fact that there had been torture to the accused, violations of procedural law and the violation of rights of the
accused so that a series of investigations, prosecutions until the investigation at the trial should be considered flawed because it uses
the evidence obtained from torture (fruit of poisionuss tree)", said Shaleh Al Gifari, one of the defendants' attorneys.

In addition, the attorney also considered that the judge did not analyze the elements of crime by using legal theory and doctrine and tended
to interpret the article broadly.

"The criminal verdict against Muhammad Riski Riyanto and Rio Imanuel Adolof Pattinama is clearly inappropriate for the judge to use Article
14 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 Year 1946 because based on the facts revealed in court, they should only be subject to administrative
sanctions in the form of an oral / written warning by The local government is considered to have violated public order as regulated in
Article 7 of the Tangerang City Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2011 concerning Public Order. In addition, the writings or messages conveyed
by both of them are valid criticism and are part of the response of citizens to the country's failure to protect all the blood of the
Indonesian people in this pandemic condition, so it cannot be said to be fake news, Add Gifar.

Meanwhile, in the case of Rizki Julianda, the judge should have acquitted him because all the alleged charges were clearly not proven in the
trial.

"The judge decided to use Article 160 of the Criminal Code against Rizki Julianda. This article is a material offense as decided by the
Constitutional Court through the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 7 / PUU-VII / 2009 dated 22 July 2009 and explained by the
expert presented by the defendant's legal counsel at the trial. Material offense means that the perpetrator can only be convicted if the
prohibited consequences arise. However, the judge interpreted that the defendant's act of creating a telegram group eventually resulted in a
doodling incident in Tangerang. This is clearly a very broad interpretation and is not based on the facts of the trial, where the scribbles
were spontaneous actions by the defendants Muhammad Riski Riyanto and Rio Imanuel Adolof Pattinama for their anxiety over the handling of
the corona pandemic by the Government. " Said Gifar.

The 2020 Tour de France saw the first participation of the Israeli cycling team Israel Start-up Nation created with the aim of promoting the
country and legitimizing its policy. ---- This year Covid crisis obliges, the 107 th edition of the Tour de France took place in staggered
from 29 August to 20 September. This cycling competition, the most followed in the world, remains a popular sporting event par excellence
because of its free admission. If the teams of the runners are generally financed by large companies, one of them denoted by its eminently
political character. ---- Indeed, Israel Start-up Nation created in 2015 and present for the first time on the Big Loop, is financed by the
Canadian billionaire Sylvan Adams who does not hide his desire to contribute to the influence of Israel through sport: "  My brand, it is to
promote the land of Israel. Is this a diplomatic gesture ? Yes, we are proud of our country. I'm proud to see Israel on the shirts.  "
Backed officially by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government of the extreme right, the team and his patron had already made
about them by integrating in 2018 the Giro (Tour of Italy), publishing the first three of stages were held in Israel, with a big departure
from Jerusalem.

A few months after Trump announced the transfer of the United States Embassy to the city, the Hebrew state had succeeded in enforcing the
withdrawal by the organizers of the mention "  West Jerusalem  " as the city of departure on the official map of the course estimating by
the voice of his Minister of Sports that there is "  only one unified Jerusalem, the capital of Israel  " .

A manifest violation of international law showing the stake for Israel of legitimizing its colonial policy through sport. During the 18
other stages of the Giro 2018 in Italy, roadside protesters displayed support for Palestine and the boycott of Israel, visible to tens of
millions of viewers around the world.

Colonialist soft power
In parallel, the billionaire also ensures the presence of Israel in Formula 1. It is a real "  blue-washing  " in all areas which is being
established (in reference to the color of the Israeli flag). This "  soft power  " of the Hebrew state goes so far as to astonish Rudy
Barbier, a French runner of the Israeli team when he mentions his first visit to the country: "  I expected to do physical tests, things
really related to my work, he says. But ultimately, it was purely to let me know the country, with visits to museums, churches, war
commemorations ...  " [1].

You could call it indoctrination, but instead we hear the words of "  positive publicity  " from our media around the Israel Start Up Nation
which makes runners real ambassadors. And this is likely to continue. Indeed Christopher Froome, British cyclist four times winner of the
Tour de France, has just signed up for the Israeli team.

On September 20, in Bazemont (Yvelines), a team from the Libertarian Communist Union deployed a banner denouncing the communication
operation under the "  Israel start-up nation  " jersey .
Yet it is impossible to ignore the discrimination that Palestinians suffer, even in their sports practices. On July 18, five Palestinian
cyclists were attacked and injured by Israeli settlers in the northern West Bank. To denounce this participation of Israel Start Up Nation,
several actions of solidarity with the Palestinian people took place on the route of the Tour de France 2020.

Blood under the wheels
Through sport, the Israeli government thus intends to normalize and conceal its criminal policy. Recall that last July was to start the
annexation of new Palestinian territories in the West Bank provided for by the "  Trump plan  " (see article in AL of March 2020). While
this was temporarily postponed by Netanyahu in order to allow the normalization of relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, it
remains on the agenda. "  I brought peace, I will achieve annexation,  " the Israeli prime minister recently said.

Ironically, Israel Start Up Nation now aligns itself in major cycling competitions alongside two other major formations linked to states,
which are Gulf countries: the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, with which Israel standardizes its relationships. They are UAE Team
Emirates, the team of the winner of the Tour de France 2020 Tadej Pogacar, and Bahrain-McLaren, initiated by Prince Nasser bin Hamed Al
Khalifa, a torturer of opponents during the crackdown on the uprising of 2011 [2].

The real news in Palestine continues to be obscured by the Western media:

- The blockade of the Gaza Strip intensified this summer, with the Israeli military bombing the territory for 11 consecutive nights and
barring the entry of all goods and merchandise.

- In the West Bank, the Franco-Palestinian lawyer Salah Hamouri, already imprisoned for 8 years, arrested again in early July 2020 and then
released, has just been notified of an eviction notice from Jerusalem when he was born there !

Many actions took place across the globe as part of ICL's month of action in solidarity with workers dismissed in Bangladesh by Dragon
Group, between August 15th and September 15th. ---- Despite the difficulties imposed by the current health emergency, the response by our
sections and contacts has been impressive. During the month, actions have taken place in Germany (Hamburg, Dresden, Freiburg and Bonn, among
others), the Iberian Peninsula (Iruña, Valladolid and Aranjuez), Argentina, Brazil, Ireland (Belfast and Derry), Sri Lanka, Myanmar and the
United Kingdom. ---- At the same time, and coincidental with the month of action, workers in Bangladesh have held a multitude of events,
demonstrations and rallies, even laying siege to the labour ministry.
In addition, German comrades have created the website unitedagainstthedragon.info to make it easier to send complaints to the brands.

However, despite this pressure, the company refuses to make any concessions. Negotiations have broken down and the bosses are using a
nationalist rhetoric, branding the workers "unpatriotic".

For all these reasons, ICL's Asia working group will maintain and increase the pressure on the company in the coming weeks, with different
initiatives. We hope to have your solidarity for this endeavour, as has been the case this far.

Big thank you to all our internationalist comrades who have participated in the different actions. Without a doubt, solidarity is still our
best weapon in these difficult times.
