2020 has entered its last quarter. What a year, not to forget. Personal experiences of all kinds, endearing, sad, unforgettable,
dispensable, but it cannot be ignored that this year the term Covid-19 leaves us stored in a preferential place on that hard drive that we
carry on our shoulders ... who does not Has the well-known virus upset your agenda? ---- The unforeseen tumble caused by something we do not
see but perceive forces the most impatient to get answers even before asking questions. This is how they emerge enlightened, with a Master
in Bocachanclas, whose main merit is to pretend to lecture on subjects they have no fucking idea about. Why spend time paying attention to
epidemiologists and / or rational virologists if you have already found the Messiah who says what you want to hear.

When the expansion of Computing began to bring it closer to homes, I remember that I had in my hands a book whose title was something like
"Computing for clumsy". This publication tried to familiarize the elementary terms of the field of microprocessors to make them more
accessible to the knowledge of people outside the world of computers. It was the basis of what we call user computing, which today is part
of the communicative habit of practically the entire population.

I do not dare to say whether an edition of "Covid-19 for clumsy" would be appropriate at this point. I think it is too late, not because its
publication seems wrong to me, on the contrary, but because, encouraged by experts in everything who do not know anything, the social
division driven by nursery reductionism has already formed, dedicated to configuring two sides: the denier and the ruling party. Denying the
complexity, the changing realities and the many variables that intervene in the world of viruses and epidemics, ignorance succeeds and
simplifies the field. Whatever you say, whatever you ask, your A or B label is ready.

There are funny people everywhere, but I have to admit that the conspiranoids, integrated into the deniers' club, have caught my attention.
It is as if today they were trying to discover the wheel, an aspect that would not hurt if they applied that geometric shape to the square
of their heads.

Talking about conspiracies in a system based on the struggle for power is not risking much either, therefore, I define the conspiranoic as
one who "gets wet" with the conspiracies that are too big for him, usually distant and crazy, but does not lift a finger. versus those in
front of your nose that affect you directly. What if 5G, what if Bill Gates, what if laboratory virus ... Do not let your imagination fly to
such confusing spectra.

The conspiracy that I know closely is called Labor Reform. It is applied, rather, it is imposed, in the image and likeness of the wishes of
the Employers' Association and the Bank through an executing arm called the Government, formed by one or more Parties.

If there is something to thank Covid-19 with the alteration it has caused in this sleepy society, it is that it has brought out the concept
of Class Struggle. Understanding the notion of Class Struggle, the easier it is to access the Working Class mentality. All this awareness of
those of us who generate social wealth ends up buried each time that an adjustment plan is the repressive recipe that is applied to the
Working Class. And that loss or limitation of our rights is not the result of a windy weekend. It is the result of the office meetings of a
few whose decisions determine the way of life of thousands of families.

You see, you don't have to go far or float in imaginary terrain to find out about home-based conspiracies that you can tackle. Are you going
to continue taking refuge in unreachable intergalactic conspiracies that are nothing more than an excuse to hide your placidity?

Bankruptcy of financial management applied to the hospital, bankruptcy of state management, inventiveness and dedication of workers in the
face of the Covid-19 crisis. Wouldn't a unified, socialized, self-managed health system have been more effective in the face of this
scandalous mismanagement ? ---- For years, healthcare workers have denounced the lack of beds, staff, reduced access to care, queues in
emergencies, postponed interventions and examinations, suffering and low salaries, administrative sanctions , precariousness... Meanwhile,
private clinics and hospitals are making juicy profits on the backs of health insurance and patients (for those who can afford a good mutual !).
As a result, we lacked everything during this crisis: gowns, masks, respirators, tests, staff, etc. This shows how dangerous it is to let
"the market" decide where and how to produce what is necessary for public health.

State management has been equally disastrous. The purchase of equipment was hampered by bureaucracy and the very cautious management of
expenditure by the directorates. These managers have remained in their dogmas of the race for money, while squeezing staff, understaffed, to
the detriment of their health and safety.

The solutions are to be found on the side of hospital staff in the field. Faced with the crisis, the nursing, medical, administrative and
technical staff demonstrated their inventiveness and combativeness. And he's not going to be muzzled by a bounty or a junk medal.

The revaluations of salaries and careers claimed by caregivers must be weighed against the intolerable profits made at the expense of the
population by private laboratories and hospitals or manufacturers of medical equipment. The patron state, like the capitalists, has shown
their incapacity. It is towards self-management and socialization that our eyes and our discussions must turn.

For a large public health service and self-managed social security
Self-management of the hospital means putting power back into the hands of the patients, the population and the hospitals in order to
jointly decide on the working and care conditions, from a human administration of the hospital to the service Population.

This involves a questioning of the current management of Social Security, gradually state-controlled, with increasing funding through taxes,
while its autonomous funding, through social contributions, is undermined by the exemptions made to employers. Here too, the insured must
regain power: it is we who contribute, it is we who decide.

This involves the requisitioning of laboratories, private hospitals, medical equipment companies and their regrouping within a self-managed
public hospital service.

This fight is a necessity. A necessity which is part of a larger project: to end the race for profit, the exploitation of men and women and
the planet, the construction of a better world based on the reality of our experiences.

On the occasion of the second referendum organized on October 4, 2020, the Kanak people have once again very broadly confirmed their desire
to end French colonization and gain independence. The result is amplified in this sense compared to the result of the first referendum of
November 4, 2018. Press release from the Solidarité Kanaky collective of which UCL is a member. ---- The results, where the Kanak people
mainly live are eloquent: 84.3% of "yes to independence" in the province of the Islands and 77.8% in that of the North (29.1%, in the third
province, that of the South). ---- Overall result: 46.6% for access to independence (43.6% in 2018). It incorporates the votes of thousands
of people directly resulting from the settlement policy of the colony applied for years by the French state, and ignores the many and many
Kanaks who, once again, could not vote.

The member organizations of the Collective Solidarity Kanaky are in France, in the colonial state, not in Kanaky. We do not intend to act or
decide for the women and men of Kanaky. It comes down to the Kanak people !

Extending our anti-colonialist commitment, which is that of a part of the French trade union, associative and political movement, our role
is to inform about the colonial reality, to stand in solidarity against repression, to support those who fight for their independence . The
right to self-determination of the Kanak people is inalienable.

We come together in the Solidarité Kanaky collective to support the struggles of the Kanak people ; in particular, the associative, trade
union or political movements which act for the right to self-determination of Kanaks, for the independence of Kanaky. We are fighting
colonialism. Our objective is to make known and understand the colonial situation which is that of Kanaky, to inform about the struggles
carried out on the spot, to support the local independence movements. This action is part of a global internationalist and anti-colonialist
framework.

On Saturday October 3, 2020, Les Deux Cités, a bookstore claiming to be "conservative and independent", opened in Nancy. Its political
orientation is overtly nationalist, anti-feminist, racist and anti-Semitic. The mobilization to impose its closure is under construction and
a large collective is organizing a demonstration in Nancy on Saturday, October 17. ---- A dangerous project of fascist inspiration ---- The
ambition of this bookstore is to become a "place of life" for all the far right of the Grand-Est, by organizing signings and conferences by
poor authors, tastings of "local products", but also meetings of small groups like the 'Action Française (an old royalist and anti-Semitic
organization), the Cocarde Étudiante (violent far-right student organization), or even the reactionary conferences of the Club du Mercredi
(local emanation of the Cercle Aristote de Pierre-Yves Rougeyron).

One of the two founders, Sylvain Durain, writes and publishes nostalgic works and promoters of a fantasized patriarchate in accordance with
the most reactionary Catholic and royalist values (the name of the bookstore referring to St Augustine). He regularly participates in the
far-right magazine L'Incorrect. His works and articles have been relayed since 2011 on Alain Soral's Égalité et Réconciliation site.

A nice fachos gratin for the opening
The first conference which was to inaugurate the place was postponed due to health restrictions, but the bookstore intended to immediately
display the color by appealing to "godfathers" like Jean-Marie Cuny (former candidate of the National Front, traditionalist Catholic,
regionalist and monarchist), Pierre Hillard (conspiratorialist close to Soral) and Alain Pascal (frenzied conspiratorial author).

Without an official opening, the bookstore still opened its doors on Saturday, October 3, and well-known figures of the far right in Nancy
were noticed there. We will thus note the presence of Pierre-Nicolas Nups, currently member of the political bureau of the Party of France
and candidate for Jean-Marie Le Pen in the legislative elections of 2017. Former member of the Autonomous Nationalists of Lorraine, of the
GUD or of Lorraine Nationalist, Nups was sentenced in January 2015, confirmed in cassation in 2017, to 8 months suspended sentence for
"death threats because of sexual orientation". In fact, in 2014, during the Nancy Pride March, he participated in the deployment of a banner
on the roof of an overhead car park on which was inscribed "Go burn in hell". On the other hand, breaking fagot". [1][2]

Another figure present on October 3 also gives an idea of the beautiful people who came to discover this bookstore: Julien Chivoret, former
close to the GUD and leader of the Mouvement d'Action Sociale in Nancy, already convicted in 2001 for inciting racial hatred, then in 2013
to 2 years in prison including 1 closed for having, with two other low-fronted acolytes, attacked and beaten a person just because she was
wearing an associated jacket, according to Chivoret, on the far left. [3]

Collective anti-fascist watch
For several months, an informal collective has been closely following the fundraising campaign launched on the Ulule platform to finance the
opening of the Deux Cités. Collective vigilance has made it possible to highlight the intimate links that the two founders of the bookshop
have with the fascosphere. A well-argued leaflet was thus able to be drawn up and distributed during the union demonstration on September 17
[4]. The informal collective proposed a large information and organization meeting open to trade unions, politicians, as well as
associations of struggle and the cultural milieu. More than fifteen organizations responded to this meeting.

Diversity of actions
To put pressure on the public authorities and impose the closure of the place, various actions are planned. Focused on the population, a
work of information and deconstruction of the ideology carried by the bookstore will be carried out collectively. As such, a press
conference of the mobilization collective was held on Saturday 03 October in a building near the Deux Cités. [5]

Questioned by the PCF on the subject, the new municipality of Mathieu Klein (PS) took a public position on the same October 3: an assistant
to the town hall specified in the local press that the City of Nancy "takes note of this commercial opening.", That"the values carried by
this bookstore are visibly at odds with those of the municipal majority and most of Nancy, who live in an open and humanist city"and that
the City would have the authority to intervene in the event of disturbance in the city. 'public order.

An anti-fascist collage with "Nancy anti-fascist city" or even "Feminists, Internationalists" was operated on the window of the very nice
trade on the night of October 4 to 5. It is clear that the bookstore is not welcome in the city, and the two founders know it, a press
release from the bookstore also shows their annoyance at this growing hostility, the two booksellers announce that they are "victims of the
gratuitous violence of totalitarian extreme left groups"and that they file a complaint by name against the secretaries of the Local Union
and the Departmental Union of the CGT as well as against the spokesperson for Solidaires 54. [6][7]

The collective is already organizing a demonstration in Nancy on Saturday, October 17, the day the bookstore brings in Stanislas Berton, an
entrepreneur born in Nancy, who recently spoke on the extremist re-information site. right Breizh-Info and there develops the idea that the
"French people" backed by "powerful genuinely patriotic forces[...]will definitively drive the Anti-France forces from power" ... a fine
program all right left the Vichy regime.

For the libertarians who get involved in this campaign, it is clear that only the broadest popular mobilization can change the situation and
make a decisive contribution to imposing a favorable balance of power on our social camp, and the diversity of actions that take place.
develop the construct. Do not let the extreme right gain strength and divert the attention of the population, in this sense many of us are
organizing ourselves, opposing the resumption of measures favorable to the capitalists (gifts to companies, dismissals , etc.) and to defend
and develop real social values and solidarity in the context of a pandemic.

Let us refuse that the most discriminatory ideas of the extreme right are disseminated in broad daylight in the city of Nancy ! Let's force
the closure of the Two Cities !

Liebig 34 is an anarcho-queer self-organized housing venture threatened with evacuation on Friday 9/10. ---- Liebig 34 as well as hundreds
of other homes in Berlin are owned by Gijora Padovicz. State and capital are known to be in good and continuous cooperation, in order to
achieve their goals. The landlord expels the squatters who cover a basic need, that of housing, to fill his already stuffed pockets and the
state suppresses a struggle structure, a space that promotes libertarian ideas. ---- Occupancies are places where the desires and needs of
those below find a home, literally and figuratively. They are fertile ground for the establishment of relations based on equality, mutual
aid, solidarity, away from the authoritarian relations that are reproduced in the existing system. They are centers of resistance and
struggle against the oppression of our lives by capital and the state. That is why we will defend them everywhere and always.

SOLIDARITY IN THE OCCUPATION OF LIEBIG34

On Saturday, September 19, the one-day anti-fascist festival Riot over River took place for the fifth time, on the outdoor and indoor stage
of the Cross club in Prague's Holešovice. The festival's annotation has traditionally shown that there is no place for manifestations of
racism and fascism in music or culture in general. With its idea, this event follows the Rock against Racism campaign, which was well
received in Great Britain in the 1970s. ---- The surroundings of the outdoor stage of Cross were already full of life in the early morning
hours. Stands of individual organizations and groups were built, among which, among others, Kolektiv 115, Nakladatelství AF, Zádruha, Sea
Shepherd and Limity were not missing. The weather was good for the organizers and the sun lasted all day. Vegan snacks from Food not Bombs
were soon available, as well as Zapatista coffee, so the first visitors were in good spirits.

Music production began outside after one o'clock, and with increasing afternoon began to alternate with production inside the club. The café
hosted lectures on a variety of topics, such as the history and legal aspects of the FNB, the climate crisis (Limits by We activists spoke)
and the protection of the oceans and the fight against shark fishing (Sea Shepherd). After 6 pm, the third stage of the reggae genre started
in the club's underground. After the last band played outside the club, the program continued with productions of techno, jungle and d'n'b.

In Indonesia, violent protests erupted by workers and students against the October 5 package of "employment" laws, popularly called the
"omnibus law." The authorities argue that the approved measures are intended to "reduce bureaucracy" and "stimulate investment", which, in
accordance with market dogmas, should create new jobs. However, the workers themselves say that the law encourages the arbitrariness of
entrepreneurs, increases the powerlessness of workers and the harm caused to the environment. Indonesian anarchists take an active part in
the protests. In turn, the International Workers' Association expressed solidarity with the struggle of workers against the new laws.

The package of laws includes 1000 pages and amends 79 existing acts. Provided are, among other things, the abolition of industry minimum
wages, a reduction in severance pay from 32 to 19 monthly payments, an increase in the allowable level of overtime work to 4 hours a day and
18 hours a week, the removal of many restrictions on agency work and outsourcing, and a relaxation of environmental standards ( https:
//www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-54460090 )

Already on October 6, the unions called for a 3-day general strike against the new laws. Protest demonstrations began in various cities of
the country, and on October 7, they covered 12 cities. Police seized more than 400 protesters, some of whom were armed with knives and
Molotov cocktails. Of the total number of those detained, 183 people were arrested outside the parliament building in Palembang, South
Sumatra, and 200 in the country's capital, Jakarta. To disperse the protesters, the police used gas, water cannons and rubber bullets. In
Semarang, angry protesters smashed windows in the local parliament. In Jakarta and Bandung, students threw stones at the forces of the
capitalist order and erected barricades from burning tires ( https://www.reuters.com/article/us-indonesia-economy-protests-idUSKBN26S0JS).
Protesters demand the repeal of new laws.

On October 8, rallies and demonstrations took place throughout the country. Tens of thousands of people took to the streets, and the
protests became more and more violent. In Sumatra, police used gas and water cannons against young protesters throwing stones at her; there
were wounded among the police and demonstrators. The clashes took place in western Java. In Jakarta, hundreds of students and workers
gathered to demonstrate in front of the presidential palace. They threw stones at the police, who used gas and water cannons. Protest
marches reported in Yogyakarta, Medan, Palembang and Makassar
(https://www.dw.com/de/proteste-gegen-arbeitsrechtsreform-in-indonesien-m%C3%BCnden-in-krawalle/a-55199340)

In Jakarta, clashes between riot police and stone-armed protesters erupted near the presidential palace. The police tried to disperse the
workers, high school students and students. As the protesters began to approach the palace, the police fired tear gas, and the surrounding
streets turned into a battlefield shrouded in smoke. The demonstrators responded with a hail of stones and bottles.

At nightfall, they set fire to an underground kiosk in the city center, painting the sky orange. Demonstrators also burned down roadblocks,
cars, a movie theater and damaged various government offices. Police blocked roads to parliament, preventing groups of workers from holding
rallies and arrested at least 200 students trying to enter the site where the building is located. The building of the Ministry of Energy
and Natural Resources was damaged.

Similar battles took place in Yogyakarta, Medan, Makassar, Manado and Bandung.

The authorities issued threats to the protesters, citing, among other things, the dangers posed by the "pandemic". But Indonesia Students'
Alliance spokesman Andi Hyarulla said the protesters will continue to take to the streets until the laws are lifted (
https://time.com/5898380/indonesia-labor-law-protest-violence/ )

Police announced that they had arrested thousands of people in connection with clashes in central Jakarta.

The spokesman for the National Police, Chief Commissioner Yusri Yunus blamed the unrest on the anarchists from various organizations,
"especially" Anarko "", who "infiltrated" the ranks of workers and students. Many of them, according to him, are unemployed, specially
arrived in the capital for the riots.

The South Sulawesi police chief said the same was happening in Makassar, with anarchists infiltrating the ranks of the protesters, he said,
especially after police drove them away from the overpass and the local parliament. Police authorities have banned demonstrations under the
pretext of the coronavirus epidemic
