In these times that we are living and without wanting to fall into pessimism, I have the feeling that the fight for women's rights, and
specifically in the field of prostitution, is as if a silent war was being waged that is not Wants to talk. ---- In the midst of the
capitalist crisis and within this patriarchal world, many voices are beginning to be heard about the regularization of prostitution without
taking into account and listening to the majority of those women who live within such a horrible world. ---- After 10 years collaborating
with a small NGO that supports women at risk of social exclusion, most of whom come from prostitution, giving them a roof over their heads,
helping them with literacy, courses, psychological support, information on their rights, company and countless aid, I am going to allow
myself the luxury of an opinion on this matter.

I find it shameful to call the most brutal form of exploitation and gender violence work and in some cases to have to hear that we
abolitionists are "prudish", just as it is still necessary to explain that abolition is not the same as prohibition.

As it is possible that only that small group of women who have freely decided to dedicate themselves to it is advertised, what happens with
all women (most of them, up to 90%) who come from other countries, that nobody knows exist, Of those that nobody cares, those that are only
looked at or criticized and nobody bothers to help, those are not given a voice, they are not listened to or is it that they do not interest?

It is very hard to listen to women who spend hours and hours a day confined to flats, streets etc... without any control. It is tremendous
to hear how being with a man for half an hour is as if it were a whole day, dedicated to satisfying the compromises of men who use them to
do what they want with them since they have carte blanche to insult, rape, threaten, attack them, to penetrate them uncontrollably, even to
requests to take drugs during services and so that that money can only be used to pay for those rooms that pimps rent to them and thus never
be able to leave that sad and cruel world. I believe that it is an invisible group and because of this it is vulnerable to experiencing
situations of violence in all its dimensions, such as trafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

I think that regularizing prostitution would not bring more than an increase in human trafficking, worse living conditions since this would
create a more cruel sub-world and this sexual exploitation would only imply more profits to the Spanish state and the big mafias, abusing of
the sexuality of women and girls, and revoking their rights to dignity, equality, autonomy, and mental and physical well-being, not to
mention the women who would probably kill and that unfortunately no one would know.

Reflection, prostitution is a question of patriarchal power and money, not sex and with this power they can buy a yes to any humiliating
relationship that destroys the lives of millions of women and girls in the world, never helping them to get out of poverty.

"An interior rapist, an accomplice to justice": one slogan among others that could be heard in the feminist demonstrations which took place
all over France during the announcement of the Castex government. Regarding Darmanin, accused of two rapes, the case is heard. The new
Minister of Justice claims to be "feminist". ---- While there is nothing in particular to be expected from the appointment of a government,
the announcement of the appointment of Gerald Darmanin and Éric Dupond-Moretti to two key ministries of the Interior and Justice made the
effect of a cold shower for feminist activists. The presence of these two ministers will, moreover, absolutely not be counterbalanced by the
Minister responsible for Equality between women and men (among other responsibilities), Élisabeth Moreno, a senior executive of
multinationals who believes in "complementarity men and women" and the inevitability of sexist coffee machine jokes.

Dupond-Moretti, new Minister of Justice, vigorously defends his colleague Darmanin (in the name of the presumption of innocence which we
will recall that this is not the question[1]) and accuses feminists of being too much. He was able to declare: "I am for the feminist fight,
not for the feminist fight led by some, some who behave like ayatollahs." Dupond-Moretti draws its hollow simplistic conceptions of
feminism: the one that bothers the established order on the one hand, and government feminism right on the other. The lawyer resolutely
sides with the latter camp.

An anti-feminist lawyer
His legal career has given him opportunities to show his anti-feminism. In 2018, he deplored the "hysterization"[2]of public debate in
general. And declared "that whistling a woman, it becomes a criminal offense, it is astounding. Decency should rule that, not the law. We
all know that when it comes to sexism, a friendly reminder to men of the rules of decorum is very effective. Not sure that fines are more
effective without prevention" .

He also made fun of the term feminicide, and criticized #Metoo in these terms: "#Metoo has freed the floor and that's great. But there are
also "folasses" who tell bullshit and pledge the honor of a guy who can not defend himself, because he is already crucified on social
networks." We are still looking for the name wrongly accused celebrities.

In rape cases, his defense strategy typically consists of asserting that the victim was consenting. After all, his job as a lawyer is to try
to exonerate his client. However, nothing obliges him to mistreat the victims. In defending Georges Tron at his trial, he declared: "at 30,
you are not a vase unable to say no to a man who takes you off" .

After joining the government, Muriel Salmona (Association Mémoire traumatique et victimologie) took stock of his years of advocacy: "He
distinguished himself by not taking into account all the psychotraumatic aspect of victims and his very abusive attitude. in the courtrooms
vis-à-vis the latter. Beyond all his thunderous outings on sexist outrage, he is a man who conveys the whole culture of rape. This is a very
bad signal sent to victims."

Male solidarity

From his appointment, Dupond-Moretti nevertheless claimed to be for the total equality of rights between men and women and therefore to be
a feminist. The problem is that a number of mistreatments against women are not resolved by equal rights, however total. The case of
violence is emblematic: no one has the right to hit or kill the person who shares their life. Yet the police and judicial system of a
patriarchal society allows men to do so. It is therefore not an evolution of the law that is sufficient (in law, women are now more or less
equal to men), but by a much more fundamental questioning of the patriarchal system which produces and legitimizes oppression. .

His first interventions before the National Assembly revealed the extent of his ignorance in matters of violence against women. When
questioned in the Law Commission on the low rate of convictions of perpetrators of rape and attempted rape, he questioned the origin of the
figures produced by his own ministry and questioned their reality " [3].

It is on the disappearance or not and the use of assize courts that he will be able to prove his commitment against gender-based and sexual
violence. Assize courts (however bad one thinks of class justice) are characterized by a long time, full debates and a popular jury. For
lack of means, cases are corrected (underqualified) to go to criminal court ; mainly rape cases, which are then treated as sexual assault.
An experiment is underway and has recently been expanded with criminal courts that try crimes punishable by 15 to 20 years imprisonment,
among which is rape.

The lawyer Dupond-Moretti affirmed to be attached to the courts of assizes; the minister will have to be judged on the spot. The first
embryo of a policy change: he reaffirmed his commitment against gender-based violence. The "repression" against male perpetrators of
domestic violence is one of its priorities: "I want men suspected of domestic violence, if they are not referred, to be summoned by the
prosecutor and to receive a formal judicial warning."

The new government is anti-feminist. Appointing a minister accused of rape (proceedings in progress) and a notorious masculinist is a clear
message: violence committed against women by men, I do not care. I blah a bit, it's trendy, and I'm first and foremost a trendy product. But
what matters to me above all is solidarity between couillus. White and well-off.

Christine (UCL Sarthe)

This Tuesday, September 29, 2020, more than fifty Indigenous and non-Indigenous people gathered at the Native Friendship Center on the
unceded territory of Nitassinan (so-called "Saguenay") in order to reflect after the death of Joyce Echaquan, a young Atikamekw from
Manawan. The day before, the latter died in Joliette hospital under racist comments from nursing staff during a Facebook live. The
invitation to the vigil was launched by the Saguenay Native Friendship Center. During the event, there was prayer and chanting as a banner,
inscribed with "Justice for Joyce," enthroned above the improvised stage. ---- The context surrounding Joyce Echaquan's death leaves no
doubt as to the relevance of bringing the fight against systemic racism back to the fore. Governments can no longer ignore the appeals of
Aboriginal communities on the treatment reserved for them by Quebec and Canadian societies. In recent years, several surveys have shown that
the Canadian health care system is plagued by systemic racism. Indigenous people face discrimination, racism and prejudice by hospital
staff. The testimonies are legion and demonstrate, for example, the mistreatment suffered by the members of the First Nations: emergency
room employees "playing" at guessing the alcohol level in the blood of native patients (who had not necessarily consumed alcoholic
beverages) or nurses who do not believe the symptoms or the symptoms. ailments of native patients trying to explain their situation to them.
Systemic racism, which affects all sectors of society, must be fought. We must build an anti-racist and inclusive society. For
non-Aboriginals, this means listening to Aboriginals and their groups already in struggle. Learn about their reality and be accomplices and
allies in the fight for the abolition of systemic racism and colonialism!

Justice for First Nations People!

Justice for Joyce!

Solidarity in the struggle of students! ---- Today, Friday 2/10/2020, we made a symbolic intervention with posters and T-shirts at the house
of the director of the Experimental School of the University of Thessaloniki, Eleni Rossiou, in the area of Analipsi, as well as at the
entrance of the Experimental School located at the junction of Alexandrou and Deliazou streets. Wisdom. ---- In this way we want to declare
that the attempted intimidating and repressive actions aimed at stopping the student mobilizations will fall into the void. For our part, we
express our full solidarity with the students who are fighting for public and decent education and health. ---- HANDS DOWN WITH STUDENTS,
STUDENTS AND STUDENT COMPETITIONS
From the beginning of this school year, the irresponsibility of the New Democracy government became obvious in the eyes of all of us and
especially in the eyes of the students. The government imposed a general lockdown in the spring in order to save time and supposedly shield
the public health system. Instead, she chose to give millions upon millions to her acquaintances and friends, major contractors, owners of
clinics and diagnostic centers, owners of KEK (who could forget "Skoil Elikikou") and, of course, the canal managers. 31 million euros was
the gift only to the channels, to curse the "vagrant" students all day and to explain to us how elegant Mareva is. Finally the government
gave the unconditional green light for the start of the tourist season, under strong pressure from the big business treasurers in the
respective sector, resulting in an overwhelming rise in the number of recorded Covid-19 cases. In addition, on the occasion of the Covid-19
pandemic, as long as people were clamoring their homes, the government took the opportunity to level workers' labor rights and strengthen
the bosses in every way (funding and tax exemptions). All this time the workers in the health sector are fighting a difficult battle with
determination and responsibility, but without almost any support from the state. There are still huge shortages of medical staff, ICU beds
and coronavirus tests. resulting in an overwhelming rise in recorded Covid-19 cases. In addition, on the occasion of the Covid-19 pandemic,

time the workers in the health sector are fighting a difficult battle with determination and responsibility, but without almost any support
from the state. There are still huge shortages of medical staff, ICU beds and coronavirus tests.

And then came the big fiasco with the "opening" of schools. Initially, the government considered it reasonable to stack 25 students per
classroom, while in an irrational way it considers that 10 people in a square are a public danger and is chasing the youth who linger in the
squares. Even today, he insists that the reality lived by thousands of students is not what they themselves see with their own eyes, but the
distorted reality that Kerameos presents on the channels, which continue to claim that only the 3 % of classes have more than 25 students.
Then, after publicly pressuring for free masks for students, the government probably chose to "troll" them. as he handed them masks capable
of being used as balloons and "water bottles" which in size do not fit even a glass of water. Of course, for real measures that would really
offer any protection to students and teachers no reason! No need for additional and permanent teaching staff, as well as cleaning staff. No
need for smaller sections.

You do not need to be a political analyst to realize how big the food was around the specific "orders". And while there is no money for
education, there is no money for health; there is probably more for more frigates, bombs, weapons and planes, since on the same days the
government announced, among other things, the squandering of public funds for the market. military service, imposed conscription at 18 and
12 months of military service, announced 15,000 permanent military recruitments and doubled the state budget for military spending (already
2.4% of GDP is spent annually on NATO purposes).

The situation has now reached the point of no return, especially for all of us who somewhere between the unprecedented poverty that is
coming and the repression and totalitarianism that are christened "health policy" now feel that we can not breathe. The anti-labor and
anti-social policies of the government are consistent exclusively with the service of capitalist interests, clearly endangering public health.

After the dynamic mobilizations of the workers in the health sector that continue despite the attitude of the government which u?? is
probably too busy applauding them, to listen to them (!), The students raised their stature towards the government and they occupied their
schools. More than 700 schools are already under occupation nationwide. Pupils join on the street with teachers, students, employees. They
require the operation of departments with a limit of 15 students per class, mass recruitment of permanent teaching staff, cleaners and
support staff (nurses, psychologists), reduction of teaching time and increase of break time,

The massive student mobilization has shaken the government. That is why the government is attacking the squatters so furiously, in order to
marginalize them socially and to suspend the struggles of the students. Let's take a look at the communication tricks the government has
used to cover up its utter failure to curb the Covid-19 pandemic:

a) The narrative of the infamous "individual responsibility". The state has no responsibility. No responsibilities that have not hired
health workers. No responsibility for not making new ICU beds. No responsibility that we do not have a test. No responsibility that he did
anything to shrink the classrooms and actually open the schools. The responsibility is YOURS and is individual: Take the bus, with which you
travel pickled with another 100, go to work, where almost no protection measures are observed, go to school with 25 other children in a
class of a few square meters and 2 guys per desk, go out for a beer, where everything works normally... but if you catch a coronavirus, you
are responsible for that walk you did in the park or that beer you drank in the square with three of your friends!

b) Occupying students are "sprayed" and "conspiracy theorists". The government and the well-paid parrots are doing everything they can to
paint the real demands of the students and to show to the public that the students are squatting because... they do not want to wear a mask!
And with a little bit of sewing in student interviews and a lot of burying the texts and banners that actually mention the students'
demands, they believe that they will cover the fact that, as a student aptly put it, the only one who incites the squatting is the government .

c) to categorically accuse students of laziness, as if the unbearable boredom of the educational process is not entirely justified for all
those who are or have been students. As alumni, all we can say is that getting bored of taking a lesson in an education system that does
what it can to be unbearably boring is a sign of health! With the millions it has recently given as a gift to the regime media and channels,
the government has succeeded in slandering those who resist the barbarity that it imposes on us every day and distorts the context of their
struggles.

d) And of course... with terrorism! State repression, through the courts, attempts to stop the movement of students by spreading fear. With
"prosecutorial investigations", terrorist letters to parents and cops in the squatting, they try to scare the students and force them to
crowd almost 30 people in each class... for their own good! At the same time, Ms. Kerameos probably considers public education to be her own
personal private KEK and utters whatever nonsense comes to her mind, trying to terrorize the students that if they dare to continue the
squatting, they will take classes on the weekends and holidays, will not have school trips... even that will exclude them from distance
education (!), which, of course, has absolutely no possibility of doing so under national and European law. If they think their threats will
take place, they are laughing.

On the contrary, thousands of teachers stand by the students! The Federation of Secondary Education Officials, in fact, issued a statement
in which it made it clear that teachers are not going to obey the demands of the government and become instruments of repression of
struggling students, but will be allies in their struggle. While reactionary herds of "outraged" (= far-right) "parents" trying to "break"
the squatters are shown all day on the channels, the full support of thousands of parents 'and guardians' associations is deliberately buried.

The Experimental School of the University of Thessaloniki is under occupation from 28/9/2020, after the approval of 2/3 of the students
attending the specific school. The principal of the school, Eleni Rossiou, terrorizes the students involved in the occupation, stating in
writing that she will inform the juvenile prosecutor of Thessaloniki, Dimitra Tsiardakli, to launch their criminal prosecution. We take this
move as evidence of authoritarianism, intimidation and repression of the fair fight of students.

The demands of the student squatters are fair.
The demands of the student squatters are also our demands.
Public and dignified access to health and education are issues that concern us all.

For our part, we declare that we will stand by the struggle of the students and we call publicly for its massification and support. We will
not let principals, far-right "parents", prosecutors and conservative teachers terrorize students. We will unite our voices and gait
together with the struggling student movement. They do not scare us, we are not afraid of them!

VICTORY IN RACE student squatters

ONLY SOLIDARITY AND SUPPORT student mobilization can intercept STATE REPRESSION
