Last week we went to the demonstration in Colmenar Viejo in which the need to reopen the emergency services of the municipality was demanded
as well as the demand for more resources, not only at the municipal level, to be able to face the crisis of covid-19. We also wanted to
express our solidarity with the working-class confined neighborhoods. We leave you the article that our colleague Elena Martinez wrote for
Senda Norte. ---- The situation of hospitals and the collapse of Primary Care in this autonomy, with the highest numbers of contagion by
coronavirus in Spain, has unleashed a wave of generalized indignation.
Demonstrations and rallies spread through the towns of the north of Madrid. The situation of hospitals and the collapse of Primary Care in
this autonomy, with the highest numbers of contagion by coronavirus in Spain, has unleashed a wave of widespread indignation, not only in
the southern neighborhoods due to the selective confinement, but also in the north, where more protests are emerging in front of health
centers every day.

Since last September 14, Tres Cantos, Collado Villalba, Alpedrete, El Escorial, Galapagar, Miraflores de la Sierra, Torremocha del Jarama
and Colmenar Viejo, to name a few municipalities, have taken to the streets demanding the immediate opening of emergencies , closed since
March, and sanitary reinforcement measures.

The Anti-Privatization Coordinator of Health has called to gather every Monday at 8:00 p.m. to meet in participatory assemblies where people
can express their concerns and denounce the situation that exists in the different municipalities and neighborhoods of Madrid.

In the mountains of Madrid, the centers that were closed during the spring and summer are opening, 39 local clinics out of 53, just when the
increase in the population in the area is very important. The telephones do not stop ringing and the sanitari @ s are completely exhausted.
The waiting lists go up, the queues at the doors are endless and people sometimes wait hours, both those who come to have a PCR, as well as
those who need another type of attention or require some administrative procedure, with the risk of contagion that this supposes.

Luis Blanco, a family doctor at La Cabrera, told us: "Now there are fewer closed clinics, they have been opening as the usual staff has
recovered, they are not long-term decisions, but are influenced by whether the staff is present or if it is not. From one day to the next
they close and from one day to the next they open. It is very untidy. Primary is not a business, it is not something interesting for them.
They are interested in concentrated business such as large hospitals, pharmacy purchases. Primary is the front door. Primary Care is
intended to save hospital costs. "

This past Friday, September 25, it was the town of Colmenar Viejo that took to the streets. More than three hundred people demonstrated
demanding urgent measures. Both on weekends and holidays and every day from eight o'clock in the afternoon, this population of more than
50,000 inhabitants does not have an emergency service in either of the two health centers located in the town ".

The demonstration, originally called by Ganemos Colmenar and PSOE, had the support and participation of various groups and unions, passed
without incident and respecting all security measures from the North Health Center to the Town Hall Square.

PSOE Colmenar and UGT, decided at the last minute to disassociate themselves from the call. Paloma Maroñas, spokesperson for the PSOE in the
City Council, in statements to this medium, affirmed that "they value the recommendations of the Spanish government to avoid crowds at
public events due to the danger that more infections may occur, but we maintain our commitment to the neighbors of Colmenar Viejo, calling
on the CAM to activate the usual consultations in the two health centers and demand the immediate reopening of the emergency service ".

IU Colmenar Viejo, Podemos Colmenar Viejo, Public School Platform, Conocer Colmenar Caminando Association, CCOO, CGT and CNT Sierra Norte
did join the call.

Mariano Martin, spokesman for Ganemos Colmenar was outraged by the accusations of the last plenary session on September 24. "It seems
completely out of place for us to be reproached by the right wing in Hive for exercising a fundamental right in a demonstration that is
authorized by the Government Delegation and that is going to be held with all security measures. They say that it is an act of
irresponsibility, but we think quite the opposite, that it is a duty and an act of responsibility to go out on the street to demand that the
Regional Government provide a solution to all the problems that are being generated in the health system, among other things due to lack of
personnel ".

We cannot allow business to continue with our health. More sanitari @ s and cleaning staff are needed in the Primary Care centers. The
management of the crisis of the pandemic that is being done in the Community of Madrid is disastrous. The marking of the working-class
neighborhoods of the south and the measures applied violate the dignity of everyone and are a nonsense to common sense. We demand an urgent
change of course.

From CNT Sierra Norte, Iñigo González is very clear about it: "We cannot allow business to continue with our health. More sanitari @ s and
cleaning staff are needed in the Primary Care centers. The management of the pandemic crisis that is being carried out in the Community of
Madrid is disastrous. The marking of the working-class neighborhoods of the south and the measures applied violate the dignity of everyone
and are a nonsense to common sense. We demand an urgent change of course. The repeal of Law 15/97 that opens the door to privatization and
Article 90 of the General Health Law that allows the diversion of public money through agreements with the private sector. We will not allow
people to be beaten and detained for defending their rights. This is called repression ".

At the end of the act, a manifesto was read which pointed out the dramatic situation in Madrid's health sector. "Confinements of difficult
justification are adopted, as in the working-class neighborhoods of the south. Nor is it understood what epidemiological criteria support
the closure of the parks, while the betting houses are opened. Again it seems that the criteria are rather economic and political, and not
strictly limited to those of public health. "

During the tour, slogans such as "Public Health", urgencies now, for Colmenar "," more health, less police "and" freedom detained in
Vallecas "were chanted.

The 2008 economic crisis, followed by the austerity imposed by the European Union, devastated the public health service in Greece.
Self-organization has taken over. Little is known in France of the network of self-managed social dispensaries that was created there. An
experience about which the anarcho-syndicalist doctor Manolis Fragakis, director of the social dispensary in Chania, Crete, tells us. ----
When, on April 23, 2010, Prime Minister Geórgios Papandréou announced the country's submission to the IMF and to the European Union Support
Mechanism, we immediately thought of the disastrous consequences that these austerity policies had previously had in Argentina, especially
on the health system. The Greek National Health System (SNS) was already suffering long before the crisis, but it was the blow that allowed
the government to abandon the project of public and universal health system.

The Greek government then made drastic budget cuts: public hospitals experienced a budget reduction of 40%, while they faced, at the same
time, a 30% increase in demand. Indeed, they had become the only recourse for the population, the Greek average salary having fallen by 22%
between 2008 and 2017 according to the OECD. And, at the start of the 2010s, over a quarter of the Greek population had limited access to
Social Security.

The health consequences did not take long. Life expectancy has fallen by three years and the rate of children vaccinated has fallen sharply.
The reduction in support programs for drug addicts and the increase in prostitution, linked to the social crisis, have pushed the AIDS
epidemic forward. The mental health of the population has also deteriorated, and between 2009 and 2011, the number of suicides jumped by 40%.

Although it is difficult to scientifically prove the link between social crisis and this deterioration in mental health, we can afford to
correlate them. At the same time, sickness and disability allowances have decreased and their access has been restricted. Migrants have been
almost completely excluded from the health system, only having access to hospital for life-threatening emergencies. The inability to legally
work has permanently excluded them from Social Security.

Faced with this disaster, a massive movement of solidarity appeared in 2008, with the birth of social dispensaries and social pharmacies. In
most cases, they have been associated with other alternative solidarity movements: social grocery stores, bazaars, vegetable banks and
social centers.

Anarcho-syndicalist Manolis Fragakis
is director of the social dispensary in Chania (Crete).
Areas granted by public actors
In great diversity, these structures have been put in place by municipalities, by local medical associations, by the Orthodox Church, or by
the social movement. To ensure the legal existence of social dispensaries independent of municipal authorities, their operation has
sometimes been placed under the responsibility of health professionals. The dispensaries, however, operate through the voluntary action of
individuals of all ages and from all professional backgrounds. Many of the structures have therefore not bothered to give their dispensary a
specific legal form.

Most social clinics operate in areas that have been granted to them by public actors - municipalities, work centers or the Church. There are
then two types of structures: dispensaries which have premises, and those which operate in a network. Only two are housed in hospital
buildings; all others rent their own premises or receive free accommodation in unoccupied private buildings. Social dispensaries in the form
of a network refer patients to private clinics where doctors volunteer to treat them on a voluntary basis.

The money for the purchase of equipment and medicines comes mainly from actions organized by the structures themselves, by unions, as well
as by the Solidarity for All collective. Aid also comes from international solidarity. All the structures resulting from the social movement
have established criteria for the selection of financial support, excluding funds from the State, the European Union, the Church, political
parties and large companies.

The Elliniko social dispensary, in the suburbs of Athens,
which treats thousands of patients, is threatened by real estate speculation. At the end of February, its 300 volunteers received an
eviction order. Their 200 m 2 building must be demolished, without any rehousing proposal, to allow the construction of a huge shopping
center. The opposition to this great useless project provoked a vast ecological and social mobilization.
Primary medical care, vaccination ...
The actions of social dispensaries have evolved over the years, depending on the social context and needs. They mainly relate to primary
medical care, homeless care, vaccination of children and free medical care for the poorest.

Social clinics have also been on the front line for helping migrants arriving in large numbers from 2015 onwards. They have worked in the
eastern Aegean islands, which have welcomed castaways by the thousands. In addition to providing care, they provided refugees with
accommodation, clothing and food, as well as legal support. At the same time, members of social clinics have participated in political
rallies, in Greece and around the world, to brandish solidarity as the first line of resistance.

All these years, there has been a lot of discussion about these initiatives, and their real usefulness. On what criteria can we consider it
a success ? We have, through these social dispensaries, brought an experience of solidarity to people of all ages, all colors, all sexes,
all religious beliefs, all sexual preferences. In doing so, we made them touch an alternative societal perspective to capitalism,
indifference and charity. As such, the dispensary movement is a success and a real weapon in the fight for justice and equality.

On September 18, 2013, the anti-fascist rapper Pavlos Fyssas was murdered by members of the criminal organization Golden Dawn. The trial on
this murder and other assaults, such as those on migrant workers and trade unionists, has been delayed for many years, but has finally come
to an end. ---- Golden Dawn has always been a Nazi-organizaion with a military structure that formed trained militias and tried to control
the neighourhoods of Athens by the use of violence and with the open tolerance of the Greek police. Golden Dawn has run several criminal
operations, ordered and carried out by its members. The murder of the rapper Pavlos Fyssas was one of the crimes for which they have been
under investigation, in addition to attacks on immigrants, LGBT people and leftists. The verdict of the trial will be announced on October 7.

"The time for ruling has come. October 7, 2020 at 11 a.m. Seven torturous years since the murder of Pavlos, for us there is no other option
than the conviction of the entire leadership of Golden Dawn's criminal organization", the family stated when the trial finally ended on
September 4.

Golden Dawn is part of the largest international insurgence of the far right since the Holocaust. All over Europe fascist movements and
far-right parties are spreading their hate. In the Netherlands, Baudet is building Forum voor Democratie on a neofascist basis, while
Wilders tries to steer anger about austerity against muslims and refugees.

Lock up the nazi criminals of Golden Dawn
No to fascism, no to racism
Solidarity with the refugees

We are asking you to join us on October 7 in a solidarity demonstration that will take place at the Dokwerkerstatue (JD Meijerplein
Amsterdam) at 5.00 p.m.Please wear a facemask and keep a distance of 1.5-2 meters from each other.

WHY DON'T WE JOIN THE STRIKE CALLED BY DOCTORS OF CATALONIA? ---- The Trade Union Section of CGT-Primary Care in Barcelona is aware of the
need for mobilizations and the vindictive desire of all workers in the health community exists. ---- If before the pandemic working
conditions were already improving, the health crisis has worsened to unbearable limits in our day to day work. Therefore, since last April
we are holding assemblies, meetings, meetings and events to gather the needs of all professional categories and coordinate the different
union sections of Catalonia. ---- 1.- WE ARE A TEAM . ---- If anything the pandemic has shown is that Primary Care is a team. Over the last
winter, all the workers in all the categories have worked side by side , sharing the risk of getting infected at work and giving everything
to continue serving the population. All the people who work in the Primary Care Teams have had to adapt and carry out a lot of tasks that we
didn't carry out until now.

The financial compensation assigned to us "in gratitude" for the work done during the pandemic (the CORONAPAGA) has been absolutely unequal
and unfair , evidencing a class system that does not correspond to the degree of involvement and professional commitment that we have all
shown each of the people we work with within the EAPs, regardless of their professional category.

The overload that all professionals have endured, as well as the management that we are doing of the uncertainties of the moment, makes us
believe that the complaints that we have to make to the administrations must be common and shared.

That is why we believe that a joint strike is necessary that benefits us all and not just a certain group.

2.- THE STRIKE OF 2018.

Everyone remembers the one-week strike of the 2018 EAPs. We can't forget many things that happened:

Although the strike was called by the Metges de Catalunya union and the CGT, neither the Department of Health nor the colleagues of Metges
de Catalunya made any effort to reach an agreement that would benefit all workers . The demands made by CGT, representing some of the
movements in defense of Primary Care as "Primary Care Rebellion" were completely ignored, despite our efforts to dialogue.
The Metges de Catalunya union called off the strike on Thursday , once an agreement had been reached which was the main and only improvement
for the medical community . Our union continued the strike until Friday because we see clearly that it only benefited one group and even
harmed others.

More than a year later we found that we were not wrong. In fact, the agreements have not even improved the working conditions of the medical
community.

3.- Health crisis and social crisis.

The emergency that began to be health in March has ended up transformed into a social crisis. We understand health as a global concept
beyond healthcare. Housing, work, climate, food ... have a very important global concept in our well-being. That is why the CGT of Catalonia
will discuss the crisis on October 10 and 11, because capitalism makes us sick as much or more than the virus.

4.- United, stronger.

Our section has actively participated in platforms that demand the improvement of Public Health, we have forged alliances with sectors that
play a very important role in the health of the population but are not considered Primary Care workers as family workers, medical transport
or the SAD ( Home Care Service) and other combative unions.

During all this time, we have not seen from the Metges de Catalunya union the intention to participate in any protest or to coordinate with
other movements in defense of Primary Care .

For all these reasons we will continue with our class struggle, participating in the platforms in defense of Public Health and we will work
to be able to call a strike that will benefit us all.

On Friday, October 2, Macron presented the outlines of the upcoming bill against "separatism" which it is clear that this is a large-scale
Islamophobic campaign aimed at further stigmatizing people who are Muslims or assigned as such. The UCL will take part in all the
mobilizations aimed at combating this Islamophobic bill. ---- On Friday, October 2, Macron presented the outlines of the upcoming bill
against "separatism" which it is clear that this is a large-scale Islamophobic campaign aimed at further stigmatizing people who are Muslims
or assigned as such. ---- While layoffs number in the hundreds of thousands and the health crisis bares the destruction of the public health
system orchestrated by capitalist policies, it is "true separatism", that of social inequalities and discrimination, that it is urgent to
impeach. It is the legacy of colonial racism that must be combated.

A veritable festival of Islamophobic clichés worthy of a reactionary commercial café, the apotheosis of this speech will have been the
abstract denunciation of bus drivers refusing "indecent outfits"... even though Minister Blanquer prides himself on having an opinion
"republican"on the size of the skirts of high school girls !

Not a word has been spoken on the attacks and degradation of Muslim places of worship, not a word on the attacks on Muslims, not a word on
the racist remarks and the recurring incitement to racial hatred that pollute the mainstream media. listen.

On the other hand, for several months the public debate has been saturated by the denunciation of this so-called "separatism". Ministers
have made it their main hobbyhorse, foremost among which is the Sarkozyste Darmanin (still in office when accused of rape) stands out.

For several months now racism and xenophobia have taken hold. The sower of hatred Zemmour, at the head of the racism gondola, condemned
multiple repeat offenders, continues to pour out his poison.

It is urgent to react and we must welcome in this sense the common position taken by the trade unions CGT, FSU, Solidaires, Unef and UNL of
September 25 denouncing this bill on separatism as a desire to divide the popular classes and a attack on secularism such as it is defined
by the law of 1905. Several organizations as different as Attac, Free thought, LDH or the Collective of November 10 against Islamophobia
denounce the campaign on "separatism" led by the government.

The UCL for its part will take part in all the mobilizations aimed at combating this Islamophobic bill.

History has its beginning somewhere. The beginning of this appeared in February this year, during the Costume Ball - a benefit event for the
activities of the Food Instead of Bombs at Rozbracie collective. Back then, no one had to be stressed about COVID-19, so we thought how to
make this event more attractive and amuse its participants and participants. In addition to the traditional competition for the best
disguise, there was also a Quiz / competition on the knowledge of the Defeat. ---- The quiz turned out to be a good one for the first event
of this type, although together we decided that despite the 26 years of duration, Rozbrat itself and the anarchist milieu associated with it
(because the questions also concerned the freedom activities of this milieu) may be a topic too directed at us, and not very accessible and
inclusive for people who are just getting to know our activities. Even then, the idea was sprouting to develop the idea of the Quiz, maybe
some team competitions, and maybe a larger thematic scope, but as it happens with ideas, it took time to mature.
And this is what we invite you to "1 Quiz show on the knowledge of anarchism -" Was Bakunin washing dishes? ";-). The idea of the
competition is to promote knowledge about anarchism, both in its historical, philosophical and practical dimensions. And at the same time,
we don't want to bore you, we don't want to fall into pomposity. We hope that the Quiz will not only provide you with the opportunity to
test your knowledge, but also give you the opportunity to have fun. Attractive prizes will also be waiting for the participants and they
will not be books that nobody wants to buy or T-shirts in sizes that are in stock;-) Since this is the first competition of this type, it is
worth preparing for it. That is why we invite you to like our event today and we will provide further information about the Quiz there.

We invite you to participate, prizes are waiting!

We meet on Friday, October 16, 18:00 at Rozbrat . You will find all the details at the event

FASCISM AND THE SYSTEM THAT GENERATES AND FEEDS HIM CRUSHES IN THE STREETS -- Anyone who does not want to talk about capitalism must not
talk about fascism. -- Horkheimer, 1939 ---- It was September 18, 2013, somewhere in Keratsini, when Pavlos Fyssas fell dead on the ground
after the organized attack of Chrysi Avgi. The anti-fascist musician, a child of the working class, looked the monster of Nazism in the eye.
Once again that night the police showed their real face by rolling their eyes, effectively letting Paul's murder unfold. The role and action
of Golden Dawn is well known. Both inside and outside Parliament, he did what the Nazi parties have been doing for a long time. Pogroms
against immigrants and homosexuals, protection in nightclubs, harassment of bosses in strikes, drug trafficking, backstabbing are just some
of the "anti-systemic" Golden Dawn habits. In Parliament, of course, they were the best exponents of capital. From the first moment, they
spoke and supported tax cuts for shipowners, strikes, while there were also attacks on trade unions. The neo-Nazi identity of Golden Dawn
and its aftermath, such as attacks on immigrants, sexist attacks, attacks on anti-fascist militants and occupied spaces or political
hangouts, but also the killings that the fascists have carried out so far (cf. Sahzat Lukman, Pavlos Fyssas, Petrit Zifle) are known in the
public sphere, despite the efforts of the bourgeois system and its mechanisms (see bourgeois parties, regime media), to preserve and
preserve a useful parastate useful for the ruling class. reserves, such as the fascists and in this case the Golden Dawn.

Fascism is the mastiff of capitalism, which is called upon to take on the task of repressing and attacking the struggling social base, the
militant working class, on behalf of capital. Fascism is the flesh of the flesh of capitalism. To be precise, it is the most violent form of
capitalism, as it consists in the militarization of human labor, the restriction of individual and collective freedoms, the marginalization
of broad social groups, the normalization of death, and is defined by a suffocating and stifling social life, governed by tribal laws,
relentless repression and surveillance. In other words, it is the universal subordination of society under the iron boot of capital, which
uses chauvinism as a tool for enforcing social laws and legitimizing its power.

Reaching today, 7 years later, after the hard struggle of the Fyssas family and the anti-fascist movement throughout the country, the trial
is coming to an end. The ATHEX fascists are trying to change their face by wearing the masks of the "parliamentary party". They faint and
whine in the courts and break up again and again and suck each other. They continue to grab part-time jobs from industrialists and
multinationals, while the slump has no end. We have no illusions about civil justice. Justice in capitalism is not independent, as they want
to drum up all sorts of regime media in order to cultivate illusions and distract the consensus of the social majority towards the imposed
state and capitalist barbarism. Civil justice is clearly discriminated against by those who hold economic and political power, hitting
without hesitation those at the bottom of the barrel who form the basis of the social and productive pyramid. It is worth noting that, if
Golden Dawn is finally acquitted of the charges of criminal organization in the trial, then it will retroactively receive the amount of 8
million euros in compensation!

In such a heinous but possible possibility, the fascist organization Golden Dawn will "collect" them, filling the same funds that received
all these years the generous contributions of the capitalists and the parliamentary funding that is part of the state budget. and derives
essentially from the taxation of citizens.

If anything can defeat fascism it is the struggle aimed at the social revolution aimed at overthrowing the regime that gives birth to it.
The real conflict with the Nazis takes place on the streets, in the squares, in the universities, in the courts, in the workplace.

All these years the anti-fascist movement took care to confront and hit the snake of Nazism many times. Let us not forget that the state
continued to turn its back on the fascists after, on the one hand, it left undisturbed attacks on social spaces and squatters (Libertatia
arson) and on the other, it chased the anti-fascist movement with its claws and teeth, setting up political conspiracies. of the 51
anti-fascists who were found to face 4 misdemeanors and 1 felony because ??? swastikas were extinguished!).

The people of the struggle, however, continue and will continue to fight against the beast of Nazism and until they manage to send the
fascists into their holes once again, they will stop the struggle against the Nazis for a moment. Victory over fascism is a basic task of
the working class in order to achieve its class emancipation. Fascism is the offspring of the crisis and rot of the capitalist system, of
bourgeois politics and of bourgeois democracy, which cares for, protects and perpetuates it, to use it whenever it feels threatened by the
labor movement. We must organize and counterattack on the road until the final and total social condemnation and the total collapse of the
ATHEX.

We must all be on the road to sending the message to the state, fascists and civil justice.

To show that no victory comes in the courtrooms.

The real place of the Nazis is in the wells and gallows!
