In early November, information about workers' strikes was again received from
various regions of Russia. The main requirement is the payment of wage arrears.
Transport workers, builders, representatives of other professions are on strike.
Sometimes they manage to get their demands fulfilled. ---- An example of a strike
for the payment of wage arrears is the strike of bus drivers in the
Vyatskopolyansky district of Kirov, which began on November 9. They work for the
municipal carrier Krasno-Polyanskaya Avtokolonna OJSC. The company's vehicle
fleet has not been updated for several years. the number of passengers is
decreasing. In these conditions, the administration, as usual, saves on workers,
including by stealing money earned. As a result, the bulls have not received
their wages since September. The team notified the management of the OJSC in a
letter about the start of the strike
(https://kirov-portal.ru/news/poslednie-novosti/voditeli-avtobusov-v-vyatskopolyanskom-rajone-obyavili-zabastovku-iz-za-nevyplaty-zarplaty-30489/
). In September alone, the workers did not receive 400 thousand rubles. The
provision of transport services has been discontinued. However, the head of the
district denies the fact of the strike and declares. that there is simply no
fuel. The prosecutor's office requires the administration to stop violating labor
laws
(https://www.newsler.ru/politics/2020/11/11/prokuratura-trebuet-ot-administracii-vyatskopolyanskogo-rajona-vyplatit-dolgi-avtokolonne-i-vozobnovit-perevozki)

Sakhalin builders are also demanding to pay wage arrears. On the morning of
November 13, about 50 employees of the "Sakhalin Mechanized Column No. 68" did
not come to work. Some of them came to the company's office to demand payment of
their salaries - since August they have not received money. The debt to everyone
(builder, machine operator, driver, etc.) is about 150-200 thousand rubles. The
builders had to go to the construction site of a five-story building on
Bolnichnaya Street. At the same time, the director of "Mekhkolonna" Alexander
Veklich denies that the company has such an object, denies the fact of the strike
and refuses to meet with the protesters. The prosecutor's office also intervened.
At present, the amount of wages owed to the employees of LLC Sakhalin Mechanized
Column No. 68 is over 20 million rubles (https://sakhalin.info/news/198282 )

An example of a successful strike is the strike of route taxi drivers # 86 in
Chelyabinsk on November 9. Drivers have gone on strike because the ticket price
is too high, as is the name of the work permit that the driver buys from the
carrier. By the evening, it became known that the carrier agreed to a price cut ,
and work resumed from 17.00

In the wake of the Islamophobic reaction following the heinous assassination of
Samuel Paty, the government deemed it relevant to repeat the 2015 experience of
criminalizing the speech of children on an issue as complex and traumatic as the
terrorist context. current, as long as it is deemed to be inconsistent with state
propaganda. ---- While a national tribute to Samuel Paty was scheduled for
Monday, November 2 in all schools, the ministry warned that no "slippage" would
be tolerated and that all reports would be reported to the rectorate and the
prosecution. Following this recommendation, there are at least 400 reports to the
rectorates[1], and even if not all have had a legal follow-up, we believe that
the criminalization of the comments of children, even if they are displaced, and
this has yet to be proven, is never justifiable. It is an authoritarian drift
against which we must rise up and resist collectively, especially since this
drift is based on racist bases since it is the Muslim children or supposedly such
who are above all targeted by these judicial measures[2].

So, what child has never said, to varying degrees, inappropriate or serious
words? What other response should adults provide if it is not kindness and
pedagogy? So how can we accept that this benevolence is not applied to all children?

In fact, one of the processes that is at work behind the criminalization of
certain children is based on a documented racist bias that consists in perceiving
racialized children as adults, this process thus depriving them of the right to
innocence, to freedom. exaggeration and errors of judgment, to childhood in
short, by attributing to them malicious intentions which must be punished at all
costs.

It is this bias which explains why, the chain of dilution of the responsibility
once again worked frightfully going from the report by the professor, to that of
the establishment, until the placement in police custody. children, some of whom
are not more than ten years old and who will remain traumatized by the brutal
intrusion of justice into their lives, minimized by the Ministry of the Interior
which boasts of a video " decryption "(sic!) to justify their actions.

We cannot tolerate this judicial and police violence even though the Minister of
National Education has refused teachers and educational teams a moment of
consultation and the time necessary to listen to their students and resolve with
them the issues surrounding the murder. by Samuel Paty. A minute of silence
imposed on students without prior discussion prevents education, this is what has
been imposed. Which does not pay homage to Samuel Paty, nor does it serve
education. The result was predictable and undoubtedly sought after by Jean-Michel
Blanquer. Instead of rallying educational communities around condemnation of the
murder of a teacher, the method imposed by the ministry paved the way for
politically unacceptable reactions in schoolyards and classrooms.

We encourage teachers, teachers and education professionals not to give in to the
Islamophobic directives of institutions and to protect their students from these
serious authoritarian abuses. In a capitalist, racist and patriarchal society,
school is a tool for reproducing inequalities and oppressions, it is everyone's
responsibility to resist with their means against all forms of discrimination
prejudicial to children. More than ever, let's protect their right to make mistakes!

This compendium of writings appears as a first approximation of working together
with several anarchist assemblies that arose throughout the territory dominated
by the State of Chile, to make visible the collaborative effort that we are
making, to express our experiences and attitudes regarding the celebration of a
year of the October uprising, and thus being able to also foster spaces for
encounter, dialogue and articulation between anarchists. The assemblies that meet
here share the need to build open, uncritical organizational spaces, with a
territorial and social emphasis, that allow diverse, broad and convening
participation. In addition to fruitful collective ideological / theoretical
reflection and permanent and honest praxis.
All of these assemblies, which were born in a context of revolt, focused on
various works of agitation and propaganda, each with the tools that best suit you
to tension the current social conflict in your territories. The permanent crisis
of capital, which was so naturalized, was questioned by many, and it is from this
generalized questioning that several expressions of protest emerge, as well as
several spaces that have positioned themselves since the self-summoned,
self-organized, without parties or governments, for the defense of territories
and the political projection to satisfy our needs in a self-managed way.

The revolt and the whole year that has passed leaves us full of teachings and
challenges that we may not yet be able to measure in their entirety, but that
made us meet and organize to analyze, assume and face collectively. Step by step,
without haste, but with the conviction that times of struggle and dispute will
come and that anarchism has and must contribute with ideas, tools, proposals and
actions that encourage the strengthening of organized communities and the
development of widespread self-management in social life, dismantling the logic
of patriarchy / state / capital and its hierarchies.

A year from the revolt, we know that there is still much to be done, that the
possibilities are open and that this is just beginning.

May Anarchy live!

In Lannemezan in the Hautes-Pyrénées, the sawmill project of the multinational
Florian is part of a destructive forestry policy. Associations united in the
collective Touche pas à ma forêt are leading the fight. ---- Sunday September 6,
at the call of the collective of associations Touche pas à ma forêt, nearly 500
people attended to participate in a walk in the forest in Lortet in the
Hautes-Pyrénées, against an industrial sawmill project. This project is part of
the national forest and timber program, the national framework for forest policy
in France. ---- The State, which has been dismantling the National Forestry
Office (ONF) for several years, plans to intensify the exploitation of "forest
resources". Initiated by the community of communes of the Lannemezan plateau and
entrusted to the multinational wood company Florian, the project provides for the
installation of a mega industrial sawmill in Lannemezan, the objective of which
is to transform 50,000 cubic meters per year of high-grade beech. quality.

According to the SOS forest Pyrénées collective, the installation of such a plant
would involve "selling 350,000 to 400,000 cubic meters of wood, more than double
or even triple what is currently practiced".

The absurdity of over-exploitation
The installation of the plant requires an investment of 11 million euros.
According to SOS Forêt Pyrénées, "the Florian group would only provide 40% of
this investment, the rest being public funding". Socialize investments, privatize
profits, we know the refrain ! And after the massacre, Florian will go and shave
elsewhere.

This plundering of the Pyrenean forests to produce timber for export will not
benefit residents or even local timber professionals - this already fragile
sector of activity should not survive there. The elected officials, and the PS
mayor of Lannemezan in the lead, are therefore preparing to spend more than 6
million euros of public money to create 25 jobs and initiate overexploitation of
already weakened forests.

As members of the collective recalled, the forest is not only a carbon sink that
limits the effects of global warming: it protects soils from erosion, maintains
high biodiversity, provides wood, food, plants used in medicine, etc. But the
"pragmatic" vision of the supporters of sustainable development theorizes the
economic value of the "services provided" by the forest ...

As long as we approach things from the sole economic angle [1], as long as we
consider the forest and each ecosystem in terms of sectors and products, as long
as we entrust to others the care of deciding for us the future of our
territories, our cries and our anger will remain in vain.

Touche pas à ma forêt is organizing a wrestling weekend on October 10 and 11 in
different places in the Pyrenees. On the program: events, conferences, and
presentation of an alternative forest management project [2].

WHEN STATE AND CAPITAL MAKE THE PANDEMIC OPPORTUNITY, THE ONLY SOLUTION IS THE
REBELLION ---- It has been clear since September that this winter, with the
second wave of the pandemic starting and the economic crisis coming after it,
will be extremely difficult.  ---- Some may have hoped that the government would
have, within 5 months of the first lockdown to date, made some sort of
preparation for this second wave, which everyone knew was coming. That he will
have drawn up a plan, that he will have taken care of tests and tracking of
cases, that he will have ready measures to support those affected, that he will
have built ICUs, will have hired health personnel and will have organized primary
health, that he will have serious a plan to open schools by hiring teachers and
finding buildings to relieve congestion, that she would somehow have bothered to
do anything about protecting the social base, other than shifting all
responsibility with her well-known candy " individual responsibility ". These
people today have already been refuted.

On the contrary, we have seen millions of donations to the media, to the members
of the Training Centers with the "propeller shafts", to the long walks, etc. We
have seen thousands of cops and EPOs being hired and billions being spent on
military equipment. We saw the opening of tourism without tests so as not to
upset the big travel agencies. We saw a vulgar communication war about the crowds
in the squares along with the complete distortion of the reality about the crowds
in MMM, workplaces, schools, churches.

THE PANDEMIC AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE STATE AND CAPITAL

On the contrary, the government did not hesitate to pass laws that attack the
social base. The  new bankruptcy code  is coming to give the final blow to the
first house, continuing the work of SYRIZA. The  new labor bill  abolishes in
practice the 8 o'clock, dissolves the system of resolving labor disputes for the
benefit of the employer, of course, facilitates the dismissals even more and
promotes the employers' lockouts and strikes, trying to destroy what is left of
the labor union. The law on the regulation of the marches, which the government
passed earlier, also in conditions of the spread of the pandemic, essentially
abolishes the right to protest, authorizing the police to decide which marches
will take place and on what terms.

One could say that this government is incompetent. But this is not entirely true.
The government has a specific program and also a tactic to be able to carry it
out. Its program is the curtailment of labor and social rights, the seizure of
public wealth and the strengthening of capital. The tactic that follows is the
obscuration of reality and the sweeping communication attack, which is easily
achieved as the vast majority of the media incense it from morning till night.

THE CRITICAL SITUATION THAT HAS BEEN CREATED

No matter how great the media support for the government is, what has been
happening in recent weeks cannot be hidden. The dozens of people who die every
day from the coronavirus, the crowded ICUs, the tents set up outside the
hospitals of Thessaloniki, the spectrum of hunger that threatens a huge
percentage of society is a reality that can no longer be hidden from Bakoyannis's
lanterns and Zervas.

The inability to draw consensus on the horizon paves the way for growing
repression so that the regime can reproduce itself. The statement of
Chrysochoidis that "EL.AS. is the NSS of the pandemic "has this meaning. The
seasick government is facing the consequences of what it (did not) do to manage
the pandemic. He tries to put the blame again on the easy goals: the young people
who are having fun, the unruly ones who do not comply with the measures, the
squares, the picking of olives. As the ridiculousness of government arguments
grows, so does repression. The police invasion of the National Technical
University of Athens and the repressive orgy that followed in Exarchia will be
the rule from now on if we remain inactive.

THE ONLY SOLUTION OR REBELLION

The only effect that the regime of the parliamentary oligarchy has on being
characterized as "democracy" is the relative freedom it gives to the social base
to organize, claim and "control" even a little the arbitrariness of Power. When
this relative freedom is curtailed then only the naked truth of the State
remains: the imposition, coercion and service of capitalist interests to the
detriment of the working class and the subordinate classes. The social peace that
is imposed is nothing but the triumph of death that the Power imposes on the
social majority.

Banning the Polytechnic is a decisive step of the State in this direction. What
is left for us is not to accept death. To break the ban by taking a decisive step
towards overthrow, towards Freedom. 47 years after the uprising of the
Polytechnic, the slogan "DOWN WITH THE POWER" that adorned its railings in those
days remains not only alive but also necessary for us to be able to have the life
we deserve. And because as the slogan says "Only the people will save the
people", we will do it by protecting ourselves and those around us, strictly
observing all health protection measures.

In 26 years, dictator Lukashenko has built a system aimed at suppressing any
political life. The coronavirus and a number of economic problems have greatly
changed what is happening in the country. In a few months, Belarusians have
learned to self-organize. The presidential elections provoked a wave of the
largest protest in the country's history! But the tyrant does not want to give up
his throne. At least 5 people were killed (some died under strange
circumstances). Thousands of people were beaten and disabled by the violence of
the police. More than 15 thousand have been detained and sentenced on
administrative cases. More than 500 criminal cases have been initiated. At least
200 people are awaiting trial in the pre-trial detention center (including at
least four anarchists and four anti-fascists).

Since the first days of the uprising, anarchists have been actively participating
in street demonstrations and various initiatives in their places of residence.
Activists are agitating for self-organization and decentralized protest. Some
organized a partisan group. The determination and persistency of anarchist
movement of the country has made us one of the most organized political forces in
the fight against the dictatorship.

But the anarchists are not ignored by repressive structures as well. Because of
the problems, some of our comrades were forced to go underground and quit their
jobs. Left without the means to exist and their place of residence, they now live
solely on the solidarity of their comrades! With resources scarse we are forced
to callour comrades and friends outside of the country for the support. The money
for many things are quite urgent and we would appreciate every contribution from
small to big!

For today, constant help is needed with:

payment for safe housing, rent of meeting rooms and other
infrastructure;
purchase of protest equipment (megaphones, walkie-talkies,
personal equipment, medical kits, etc.),
printing leaflets/stickers/pamphlets,
supporting those who now live in the underground and cannot earn money,
support for activists who have survived violence by the Belarusian state.
* To make it clear, this is not the campaign to support legal costs and lawyer
fees. For this specific type of contribution you should donate to ABC-Belarus
directly via abc-belarus.org

BACKGROUND -- In October 2020, Polish protests followed the 22 October 2020
Constitutional Tribunal's ruling banning one of the three reasons allowing legal
abortion in Poland. On 27 October Ogolnopolski Strajk Kobiet stated that the aims
of the protests are: ---- full women's rights: legal abortion, sex education, and
contraception ---- Rejecting the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling -- the return
of a real (independent) Constitutional Tribunal -- the return to a neutral
(independent) Supreme Court of Poland that is not controlled by the Law and
Justice party (PiS) --- the appointment of a real (independent, not someone from
the ruling party) Polish Ombudsman, to replace Adam Bodnar, who reached the end
of his term.

IMPLICATIONS
The number of legal abortions in Poland totaled 1100 cases in 2019. In Spain, a
country with a similar population, this number was over 90.000.
The three instances in which a woman can have a legal abortion are:
In case of rape or incest
In case of threat of death of the mother
In case of fetal complications
In 98% of those 1100 cases the reason for the abortion was fetal complications,
which implied very low likelihood of survival after the birth, or otherwise
severe illness or disability. This reason for abortion has now been declared
unconstitutional by the Polish Constitutional Tribunal.
Banning abortion does not mean stopping abortion, it only makes it less safe.
Polish abortion law was already one of the strictest in Europe and Polish women
were already going to neighboring countries like Germany or the Netherlands in
order to get this procedure. However, this option is only available to those who
can afford it. Polish women could be now forced to turn to highly unsafe methods
of abortion.

DEMANDS AND GOALS
Our politics is complex and corrupt. That is why in solidarity with Ogolnopolski
Strajk Kobiet we will also keep in mind the 13 demands and goals of OSK. Those
are amongst others; full women's rights and abortion on demand, LGBTQ+ community
are not an "ideology", stopping fascism, stopping climate change, modern
education, funding psychiatry, support for mobility, stopping media propaganda.

SAFETY
Keep 1,5 meter distance from each other at all times
Please wear facial masks at all times
Follow the instructions of the volunteers
Screaming and singing is not allowed due to the possibility of spreading COVID-19

Against lockdowns and bans, the memory of the Polytechnic uprising and our
struggles stay alive ---- The relentless struggles that took place in total for
the fall of the seven-year dictatorship of the colonels, culminating in the mass
uprising of the Polytechnic, are a great legacy today. The uprisings and
struggles of the past are not just a series of accomplished events but a rich
process of confrontation, conflict and battle with the ruling class. They are
part of the rich history of social and class struggles that have been given, and
act as a compass, for both the struggles of today and tomorrow. At the same time,
the uprisings are a constant reminder: nothing was given away by any power,
everything was won by the struggles. The uprising of the Polytechnic University,
in 1973, was characterized by the vigor and self-sacrifice of thousands of
fighters, who, despite the harsh repression, imprisonment, torture,

Today, the far-right government of ND, stepping on the path paved by the previous
government, launches a ruthless attack, resulting in the impoverishment of the
social majority. With multi-bill "rollers" he comes to sweep every social field,
dissolving all social and class acquis, trying to suppress collective struggles.
All the previous time and in conditions of emergency, he passed a series of
anti-educational bills, thus making the conditions of education difficult for all
levels. While at the same time it prepares working middle working conditions for
all the people in our class (abolition of the 8 o'clock, electronic voting, file
of trade unionists, prevention of the declaration of strikes). Finally, it
upgrades the legal arsenal with the passage of the bill banning demonstrations,

All of the above is happening at a time of pandemic outbreak, where the crisis of
the bankrupt capitalist system is evident. At the time the virus plagues
humanity, no measures have been taken to boost public health, such as recruiting
medical staff, conducting mass tests and setting up ICUs. On the contrary, the
state is taking measures that are not related to dealing with the pandemic but to
disciplining them from below and denervating the games. It is obvious that the
state administration is completely indifferent to human life and prioritizes the
market economy and the interests of capital, as it chooses to give millions to
the media canals for their ideological manipulation from below and money to the
police for repression. of our struggles.

In universities, e-learning was used from the first moment of the virus, a
measure that on the one hand excluded many students from the educational process
due to lack of material equipment and on the other hand led to the sterilization
of universities and their detachment from any concept of collective struggle.
Assemblies, squats, etc.). At the same time, e-education was a measure to
suppress the student squatting, which broke out in the previous period, with
basic demands for protection measures, the recruitment of teachers and cleaning
staff. This proves that e-learning is in fact a measure to suppress future
occupations and strikes, as the educational process can continue smoothly through it.

Continuation of the same policy are the proposals submitted last week at the
"meeting" through a teleconference between the rector, the prime minister, the
minister of education and the minister of civil protection. The conference
discussed the upgrading of repression and control within universities.
Specifically, it was proposed the creation of a special police force for
universities, the implementation of a mandatory face control / student identity
regime at university entrances, the installation of cameras and security systems
and the tightening of the penal code for disciplinary offenses within
disciplinary offenses.

The rulers in the context of the complete implementation of the doctrine of Law
and Order, do not hesitate to take out of the drawer, at this time, their plans
for the complete abolition of asylum and the full subordination of universities
to the appetites of the market. A wish of decades, which in times of pandemic,
generalized lockdown and bans, comes in combination with the communication game
of the reproduction of the theory of the two extremes, to become a reality. The
rulers, adhering to the neoliberal doctrine of the theory of the two extremes,
seek to cultivate a climate of social consensus to pave the way more quickly for
the criminalization of any organized and collective expression of class
disobedience and struggle against the existing exploitative system. We against
any misleading bourgeois narrative,

The state management of the pandemic, by incorporating the characteristics of an
emergency regime, with traffic bans, generalized lockdowns, exorbitant fines and
suppression of rallies, aims to establish a climate of funeral silence and
capitalist regularity. The obedience of the movement and the affected social
majority to the announcements of Chrysochoidis, for a ban on the anniversary
demonstrations of the Polytechnic, will be a move of public retreat for the world
of the struggle. The movement, taking into account the peculiarities of this
treaty, should break in practice any attempt to ban demonstrations and
criminalize the wider resistance, while ensuring all the necessary measures of
collective and individual self-defense against the coronavirus pandemic.

Against an attempt to universally denigrate the struggles inside and outside
schools, against the prohibition and criminalization of student, labor and social
mobilizations, the total abolition of asylum, the policing and surveillance of
universities, the intensification of repression, the further and the removal of
our acquired rights and freedoms, the acceptance of distance education -
teleconference - telework in our lives, we are called to contribute to the
continuation of the struggle. The anniversary of the Polytechnic is a timeless
call to preserve the memory and to continue the struggles given by the dead
people of our class and the previous generations. For all these reasons, we call
the student and not,
