The atrocious murder of Samuel Paty, a history and geography teacher, perpetrated
in the name of Islamist fundamentalism, aroused intense emotion in the whole of

Today, the information made public [2]. indicate that it is people linked to
Islamic fundamentalism and registered in the networks of the fascist far right
who are involved in the events that led to the murder of Samuel Paty. Abdelhakim
Sefrioui, founder of the Cheikh Yassine collective, is a notorious anti-Semite
[3]. These individuals are among our worst enemies and all progressive forces
must protect themselves from their criminal actions.

The murderer's twitter account had been reported to the authorities in August
[4]. A whole society, shocked, is wondering about what led and allowed an
18-year-old young man to commit such a crime. For this, school staff, like
students and their parents, need time for discussion and listening which cannot

Recent events allow us to summarize what we are most likely to see in the not so
distant future. In other words, the changes taking place in these weeks reveal a
much deeper and more lasting restructuring than the spread of the virus. Three
interconnected elements are intertwined into the skeleton of this new society
that now stands before us. ---- Deglobalization ---- When news of the virus began
to spread and China took the first steps to contain it, something completely new
happened: the closure of one of the major manufacturing powers, one of the
locations that supplies production to the multinationals for half the world. This
situation gave us the opportunity to personally and directly observe the tendency
that has emerged recently, with the change in relations between capitalist economies.

Until very recently, the capitalist system was based on what was called
globalization, because the system of exploitation was global and it was possible
to produce in any part of the world, exactly where it was most convenient.
However, globalization has led to the problem of interdependence between powers:
the production of one separate country, even as powerful as the United States,
began to depend on production in other countries, for example, in China. Its
suppliers of materials necessary for the production of material goods, and not
just suppliers of raw materials, turned out to be tied by relations with other
states. The fragility of this connection was exposed when a long arm of control
over data and information in their own country became apparent over the trade in
services and technology. Therefore, in recent years, a country like the United
States, who made imperialism a characteristic feature of their own identity,
began to put pressure on other countries to get everyone to close their doors to
Huawei in building 5G networks, while at the same time invested billions of euros
in finding suppliers of raw materials and parts on their own territories by
imposing tariffs on goods from a country like China. In other words, one of the

de-globalize, return to exploitation at home, as the era of globalization began

restructuring of internal exploitation necessary to preserve the industrial model
of production?

The first answer is to create a market for cheap labor, first of all, easily
amenable to coercion, as, for example, in the guise of migrants. Recent
international policy measures based on border closures and outright rejection are
having a big effect - an increase in the number of undocumented "illegal" people,
in short, people who are even more vulnerable to blackmail. All states know that
they cannot stop the flow of people, especially when they are fleeing, unable to
return. But they know very well another thing: the more repressive and difficult
the policy they pursue, the worse the situation is for those people who manage to
come - they turn out to be illegal and even more vulnerable. These people are a
"vaccine" in the form of almost free working hands.

The second answer is labor automation. Large companies like Amazon have long
invested in such automation. A machine partly replaces an employee (for example,
a drone can replace a courier), and partly controls and guides a person (for
example, using bracelets equipped with a heart rate sensor, it is possible to
determine whether an employee is performing his duties at the right time and
within a set time) ... Now it is no longer a person telling the machine what to
do, but the machine, based on algorithmic calculations that measure efficiency
and performance sensors, guides the person, controlling his actions.

In other words, market production, partially relocated within national borders,
becomes profitable thanks to the robotization-automation of labor. Which reduces
the number of jobs (because fewer people are required) and makes productive
activities more efficient, thanks to the presence of increasingly vulnerable and
precarious workers. 74% of industrial robots are concentrated in 5 countries:
China, South Korea, Japan, USA and Germany.

Isn't this job cuts and robotization of labor leading to social unrest that can
be exploited?

SOCIAL CONTROL

When the Chinese government ordered the closure of entire regions and
restrictions on movement, it used a very interesting system of color-coded
traffic lights that allowed agents at train stations and other checkpoints to
determine who could and who could not. This information about faces came from two

such as 5G, the smart city and the Internet of Things is based on the placement
of sensors throughout the territory. These objects support communication with
each other and with us through devices that we will soon find it difficult to
abandon - "smart phones" and other "smart" things. This is the skeleton, on the
basis of which each state can ensure capillary control over the territory in the
event that the restructuring we have mentioned above creates any problems for
public order.

However, the experiments carried out on us today also give us an idea of this
control: if the tools used on a daily basis prove insufficient, the state should
be able to resort to repression in a more classical form. Let's think these days:
what measures have been taken in the most diverse areas? Telecommuting, from
home, over the internet, online learning in schools, home isolation with limited
ability to communicate with each other telecommunications, skype interviews with
rebellious prisons, closing any meeting places. In other words, all places where,
voluntarily or involuntarily, there are connections between people, are closed.
At the same time, "technology is doing an important job: eliminating social
gatherings." These places where we go, places that are, for the most part, places
of exploitation and slavery, such as our workplaces, the school or the bar where
we take refuge for a drink, are at the same time places of meeting, contact,
exchange. We may find that even our neighbor on the opposite balcony has the same
hatred for the boss, that my deskmate can be my ally, and that the neighbor on
the bar in the bar is just as angry as I am. In short, history teaches us that
these places of exclusion have also become and continue to be places of possible
rebellion, because they always open up the possibility of socialization. But if
tomorrow we are offered to work from home via a computer or study on an online
platform ... - perhaps we don't want this to come tomorrow? In short. The state

Understanding what is happening today encourages us to think about what will
happen tomorrow so that it does not catch us off guard.

Today at 7 am, employees hired by the Darex company entered the premises of ROD
"Bogdanka" at ul. Pulaski with the intention of commencing the liquidation of
some of the allotment gardens included in the area of the GDP. ---- The Darex
company maintains that it owns a plot of land with several gardens and buildings.
However, the ownership of the liquidated part of the plots of ROD "Bogdanka" is
still not clarified. There is still a warning in the land and mortgage register.
According to its content, Darex is not the real owner of the real estate on which
the plots are located. Despite this, the company filed a lawsuit for the release
of the property from its current owners, i.e. gardeners. The case has not yet
been examined by the court.
After many months of pressure and pressure from Darex, more than a dozen families
left the ROD areas, who had been using them for years. Today, in the face of
illegal actions by Darex, we are forced to defend the green area, which is part
of the western green wedge, against devastation.

The current situation results directly from the omissions of the Poznan
authorities. Since the end of World War II, they have acted as the rightful owner
of a plot of land that is now claimed by Darex. For decades, they collected fees
from allotment owners for perpetual usufruct. As a result, the authorities met
all the features of the definition of the owner of the disputed plot of land.
However, as soon as Darex put forward a claim for ownership of the plot, the
authorities followed up on its arguments.

Therefore, we demand that the authorities of Poznan, which represent the state
treasury as property manager, to:

- have started to progress as the owner of the plot and have taken steps to block
its wild privatization currently being carried out by Darex,

- have taken steps to protect the entirety of the western greenery wedge and its
buffer zone, through appropriate provisions in the local land development plan,

- creating a draft resolution to protect all wedges of greenery in Poznan from
development.

Despite the assurances of officials, petitions submitted to them and meetings
with residents, other areas that are part of the green wedges are developed. The
authorities of Poznan, by enabling Darex to take over the disputed plot, enable
even more intensive development of Solacz. Today's attempts to start demolition
by Darex are actually a prelude to starting construction work.

By blocking the activities of a private company today, we strive to ensure that
the allotment gardens retain their current common good character. Thus, we oppose
the domination of development companies that achieve their profits through the
devastation of nature.

The disputed area at ul. Pulaski has been used as allotment gardens since the
post-war years. ROD "Bogdanka" borders on the Wodziczki park and together with it
constitutes an important part of the western green wedge. The wedge, on the other
hand, is an integral part of the most important environmental system in our city.
The presence of green wedges is included in every planning document of Poznan,
including the draft document "Adaptation of the city of Poznan to climate change".

Subsequent investments build up and break the wedge in subsequent places. An
example of this may be the construction of the "Zielony Solacz" apartment
buildings on the northern side of the Bogdanka River, which have the name "green"
because they occupied the green area located there before.

Stop the illegal devastation of the western wedge of greenery, which occurs as a
result of the omissions and inaction of the Poznan authorities!
