Once again, the Madrid anarchist book meeting is held, we consider it necessary
to promote spaces where we can bring together the different anarchist positions
both among ourselves and towards society and, without a doubt, because we are in
the most interconnected society and yet in the period when we disconnection
there. ---- We live in times where deepening and debate have become sentences of
200 characters and texts that, individually, are read, as long as they are not
too long ... ---- For this, and much more, we continue to forge spaces where we
can debate, get to know each other and deepen the fight against a childish
culture that encourages individualism and condemns us to isolation through fear
and technocratic-health justification, now that we are condemned to social
distancing It is when it is most necessary to know how to spread and put into
practice the libertarian culture, that of solidarity, mutual support,
responsibility ...
The event will take place onDecember 4, 5 and 6 at the premises of CNT-AIT

Fall and rise of the same political model ---- It is clear that this was always
an inter-bourgeois dispute, between two right-wing factions, each representing
their own interests and political agendas. And in this contest, the one with the
least strategic backing lost. The fall of Vizcarra demonstrates a weakened
Executive lacking governance, because - among other things - it never had a
parliamentary bench to back it up and stop the onslaught of the Legislature,
which did manage to reach a consensus on its attack en bloc under the worn out
ruse of the "anti-corruption struggle», When it was always clear that in both
powers of the State the level of putrefaction is truly alarming. Now, with the
seizure of power by Manuel Merino, who is doomed to convene a ministerial cabinet
according to his parliamentary partners, a new distribution of power begins, let
there be no doubt.
Peru is entering a new political crisis within the generalized panorama of a
health and socioeconomic megacrisis that it was already experiencing due to the
global pandemic. This time, Parliament approved the presidential vacancy against
Martín Vizcarra under the argument of "permanent moral incapacity" due to a
series of indications and blatant accusations about acts of corruption that would
come from the time he served as regional president in Moquegua. Beyond going into
familiar details about the defenestration process of Vizcarra and the
inauguration of Manuel Merino (then President of Parliament), we are interested
in focusing on the political core of the matter and its immediate impact on our
people.
Character of the conflict
It is clear that this was always an inter-bourgeois dispute, between two
right-wing factions, each representing their own interests and political agendas.
And in this contest, the one with the least strategic backing lost. The fall of
Vizcarra demonstrates a weakened Executive lacking governance, because - among
other things - it never had a parliamentary bench to back it up and stop the
onslaught of the Legislature, which did manage to reach a consensus on its attack
en bloc under the worn out ruse of the "anti-corruption struggle», When it was
always clear that in both powers of the State the level of putrefaction is truly
alarming. Now, with the seizure of power by Manuel Merino, who is doomed to
convene a ministerial cabinet according to his parliamentary partners, a new
distribution of power begins, let there be no doubt.
Now, the mess has been eminently political, without disrupting the economic
factor. In this institutional crisis, Confiep has not been affected; on the
contrary, he had no qualms about distancing himself quickly (via public
pronouncement) from the vacant Vizcarra whom they abandon as a replaceable piece,
as a worn out politician without his own party, as a bad strategist who quickly
self-liquidated; and now they welcome Merino, a man with a traditional right-wing
party (Popular Action) and with a clear record in defense of the national status
quo. And in this shebang, the Armed Forces have fulfilled the usual role:
safeguarding the interests of the elite with greater capacity for socio-political
control. While the presidency of Congress remains in the hands of Luis Valdez
(Alliance for Progress),
Regarding the legality of the approved vacancy, it should be noted that two
months ago, in the context of the first presidential vacancy attempt, the
Executive presented a competency claim and a precautionary measure, in which it
was proposed that Congress He could not vacate the President, since the
assumptions of moral incapacity are too lax. The injunction was rejected and on
that issue there is no going back, but the underlying demand still exists. So,
for some analysts, the Constitutional Court generated, in part, this problem when
it did not resolve the injunction on time. If he had admitted said measure at the
time, he would have ordered Congress not to pronounce on any vacancy in
application of the assumption of permanent moral incapacity, as long as the
underlying issue is not resolved in the aforementioned competence claim. And
although the official pronouncement of the TC is still awaited, this could be a
mere formal procedure that would no longer change the course of things.
Left parliamentary and popular clamor
The role of the left - in very general terms - at this juncture has been diffuse,
scattered or inconsequential. During the development of the pandemic, there was a
clear divorce between the parliamentary left and official progressivism regarding
the demands and hustle and bustle of the affected population. There were
processes of struggle or mobilization in neighborhoods and communities looking
for food and basic mechanisms of subsistence; Likewise, union protests were
generated against massive layoffs and labor abuses, but they were neither picked
up by the institutional left nor were policies in favor of these sectors
generated. And today there is talk of moving towards a process of a Constituent
Assembly and a new Constitution. As a political slogan it is encouraging, but on
what basis? About what organized community? On what level of mass representation?
With what left as a consensual vanguard?
Regarding the recent mobilizations in various parts of the country, it is true
that these are citizen marches originally convened against the spurious Congress
and its illegitimate vacancy, it is true that there is a presence of
opportunistic politicians seeking to fish in a troubled river (Guzmán, Forsyth,
Mendoza, Humala , etc.), it is true that its general character is liberal and
functional to the defense of a supposed corrupt and corrupting democracy, it is
true that it is not a protest of the working class. But it is not correct to make
a derogatory analysis or to revile the bulk of the mobilized mass as if it were a
simple bourgeois parade. Right now this mobilization has brought together many
people who are not going to defend Vizcarra, because we see the presence of
workers and students who are not in favor of the vacated government,
There are several detainees who will be processed, there are wounded by tear gas
and pellets, there is generalized repression. And this should call us to
immediate solidarity and to seek to deepen the current scenario of social
conflict. The moment must be tightened to move from institutionalist defense to
popular protest, to move from diffuse indignation to open class struggle,
focusing that the vacancy is irrelevant or harmful if the abolition of the
Fujimori Constitution that we suffer is not considered.
It seems that this social demonstration is clarifying its course of not defending
a particular vacated regime or politician, but rather that it goes against the
seizure of powers by right-wing political sectors interested in polarizing the
country with their own agenda. Then, it could be opportune to continue tense the
moment and lay open criticism from the streets towards the economic model and its
reactionary Constitution.
Therefore, "criticisms" from a certain puerile sectarianism or biased purism
against the demonstrators in action are rejected. We can disagree, we can
question citizen forms, we can - and we must - confront institutionalist demands,
but we do not repeat the attacks of the reactionary right itself, disqualifying
the mobilized people as simple "vizcarristas. It is urgent to have a more
objective and militant reading to interpret social processes that may be outside
our "correct leftist meter", but which are still social spaces of direct
incidence to build demands of greater historical significance. And from this,
Old chips on the new board
Before it became official, it was already known that Antero Flores-Aráoz would
take over as Prime Minister of the illegitimate government of Manuel Merino. And
beyond remembering all the racist, elitist, homophobic, arrogant, defender of the
corrupt and reactionary profile of this character (something that is obviously
true), it would be interesting to see the background and the political message of
this acceptance in that position key.
As is known, Flores-Araóz was a deputy for the Fredemo (ultra-liberal party) in
the early 90s, then he was a congressman for the conservative Christian Popular
Party (PPC) during the Fujimorato, he was also president of Parliament
(2004-2005), He was also a permanent representative of Peru to the OAS (2007),
later he became Minister of Defense (2007-2009) of the second government of Alan
García, and then we saw him running - unsuccessfully - to the presidency of Peru
for the Party Order that he himself founded and disappeared. Today he is vice
president of the Republican Coordinator (a conglomerate of ultra-conservative
politicians, denialist leaders, leaders of "With my children you don't mess with
me," followers of conspiracy theories, retired high-ranking military personnel,
self-confessed fascist, etc.).
So, this recent dispute between the right-wing, between factions of the
traditional oligarchy (entourage behind Vizcarra) and the new provincial
bourgeoisie (partners and immediate surroundings of Merino) in the eyes of big
capital had to come out of its trap and generate an air of confidence to the
owners of the national economy. If already transnational entities such as the
Bank of America showed their concern for the "populism of Merino", Confiep had to
intervene to calm the waters and place a Creole and elitist guarantor for the
attempt of the provincial right.
Therefore, it is clear that the new Flores-Araóz cabinet must radiate confidence
in the national and foreign big bourgeoisie. They should be concerned that so far
no president of the region has greeted them. And it is necessary to see who will
appoint in the Ministry of Economy, Defense and the Foreign Ministry, which are
always key positions that paint the true profile of a regime.
And now that?
Move towards a Constituent Assembly process? Constituent Popular Assembly? New
Constitution? On what basis? Are there conditions of form and substance for such
an aspect? Is there any tangible difference between Vizcarra and Merino that
makes it possible to demand the termination of the current Constitution?
Civil disobedience and insurgency against an illegitimate government? What is the
reading on the correlation of forces in the popular field? What balance to draw
from the recent role of the parliamentary left? Is there a representative left at
the mass level? What is the scenario for 2021?
Everyone leaves? And how do you achieve that? What comes next? Is there a clear
political spectrum to the left that allows us to see what can happen after this
juncture? With what sectors, within the social movements, could a mass
articulation be generated? General Strike to defeat the current regime? What or
who assumes the call? What are the trade union centrals in our country today?
The questions are many and must be resolved in the heat of the developing popular
process itself. An alternative must be built from below that clarifies the
panorama and directs us towards a north in benefit of the interests of the
working class and social movements. It is necessary to move from citizen outrage
to confrontation with the economic model and the political system, in addition to
extending and intensifying popular protest at the national level. Clearly it is
time to bet on direct mass action and solidarity with the mobilized people and
put on the table for discussion the frontal rejection of the Fujimori
Constitution, its defenders and its false critics. Based on this dynamic, it is
possible to prepare a General Strike and an articulated platform of struggle to
establish a viable solution to the crisis generated.

Anarcho-syndicalists in Spain, even in the midst of the "quarantine" in the
spring and summer of this year, promised that the repressive measures of the
authorities would not be able to bring down the heat of everyday class
resistance. Comrades predicted an exacerbation of social and labor conflicts in
the fall. As they promised, CNT-AIT (a section of the International Workers'
Association) has taken to the streets again and is resorting to direct action to
protect the interests of employees. ---- In Granada, on October 31, CNT-AIT
activists held a new picket outside the Mimimi cafe in support of a former
employee who is seeking to pay his back wages. As a result of the action calling
for a boycott and distribution of leaflets, the restaurant's terrace was empty.

From 2 to 8 November, at the call of the interprofessional union CNT-AIT Marina
Alta , an international week of fighting against the company Adelante Costa Home
Service was held. The cause of the conflict, which the union officially announced
on July 30, was the deterioration of the working conditions and wages of one of
the employees, comrade Roxana. In Marina Alta, pickets were held in front of the
Adelante House. Anarcho-syndicalist unions in other cities in Spain and elsewhere
have sent messages of solidarity and protest against the firm's abuses ( http:

The trade union CNT-AIT Toledo announced a victory in a labor conflict with the
administration of the Academy "Advance" in connection with the illegal dismissal
of a comrade. During the conflict, pickets were held at the entrance to the
institution, which were successful, despite all the efforts of the police and
lawyers. An international solidarity campaign was also organized. As a result,
the administration was forced to recognize the dismissal as unauthorized and
agree to the payment of the due compensation ( http:

On November 18, a labor conflict with the administration of the Diagrama
Foundation began in Toledo: the trade union section put forward demands by the
administration to comply with the terms of the collective agreement and to pay
transportation costs to the employee .
In Barcelona, there is a labor conflict with the CEX company, which trades in
electronic goods, CDs, video games, etc. Protesting against arbitrary changes in
the firm's work schedule, CNT-AIT activists picket its stores ( http:

On November 11, a group of CNT-AIT Madrid activists held rallies outside the
offices of two institutions that violate workers' rights - Plan International and
the ASISPA Foundation. The protesters demand the abolition of the practice of
temporary contracts, unpaid overtime, etc. They criticize NGOs that refuse to
acknowledge the existence of an anarcho-syndicalist trade union among their
employees and try to further worsen working conditions. After a two-hour picket
rally outside Plan International headquarters, activists moved to the ASISPA
office to condemn the persecution of the CNT-AIT union delegate at the facility.
The action attracted the attention of many employees who were informed about the
abuses of the management (http:

previous ASISPA picketing took place on 22 October ( http:

The Relations Commission of the International Anarchist Federations (CRIFA)
expresses its internationalist support and solidarity with the struggles of the
Belarusian people against the dictatorship of Alexander Lukashenko, a mass
movement in which our fellow Belarusian anarchists participate. The situation in
Belarus refers to the autocratic dictatorship that has lasted 26 years and the
current economic, health and public service crisis. A wave of protests has filled
the squares of the country to demand the withdrawal of the dictator. As
anarchists, we are not passionate about the debate about whether the last
presidential elections were fair or not. It is simply clear that the people in
Belarus are saying 'enough is enough': they no longer want a government that
starves them, beats them and oppresses them.
We stand in solidarity with the political prisoners in Belarus and demand their
immediate release. We also demand the reinstatement of all workers who have lost
their jobs for participating in strikes or protests, and we urge an immediate end
to the repression. We denounce the violence and the abuses of the current
policies, and of the military or paramilitary forces of the regime, which
arbitrarily detain, beat and torture their political opponents. We demand the
fall of an authoritarian power that is a sad remnant of the totalitarianism of
the former Soviet Union, which continues to serve as a weapon for the military
strategy of Putin's Russia that uses its neighboring country as a military foothold.
However, in the same way that we oppose Russian militarism in Belarus, we also
oppose the militarism of the Atlantic Forces (NATO) in the Baltic Republic, along
with all the armies and all the wars that the States wage against the people.
Likewise, we do not believe the current rhetoric of Western "freedom", or a
possible mediation role for the European Union. The only role the EU has is to
manage the interests of European capitalism and that is why, as
internationalists, we oppose this institution.
On the contrary, we call for international solidarity between all workers,
oppressed peoples and all social movements committed, in the East and in the
West, with trade unionism and workers' rights, with the right to freedom.

the environment against speculators, with solidarity and mutual aid of people,
with the occupation of spaces, with the production of alternative culture and
with the defense of civil society, with all freedoms, against exploitation and
authoritarianism (to name just a few of our favorite axes of social intervention).
Only the direct participation of the people in the struggles from below can make
a difference and produce a movement that goes beyond the replacement of an old
government by a new one, more or less corrupt, more or less authoritarian. Among
all the other challenges humanity faces, the current pandemic has confirmed that

We commemorate November 17 as the beginning of the end of the Bolshevik rule.
There are those who yell at this day under the slogan " thanks that we can ". But
there are also those who have no reason to be happy due to their social
situation. They certainly do not thank them, that they can lose almost everything
in execution, that they can be thrown out on the street, that they can then be
buzzed at every turn of the pharmacy, that they can barely make a living, even if
they have two jobs - and so on. Such people don't really thank them for traveling
around the planet or studying when they don't and probably never will. And they
probably don't even thank that they can vote for those who keep the execution
mafia alive and come up with antisocial laws and ordinances.
November 17 thus became a double reminder. By the end of one chapter in the
history of non-freedom and at the same time by the beginning of disappointed
hopes and the continuation of the history of social inequalities, capitalist
exploitation and maintaining the status quo of bourgeois democracy in the
election cycle, if they could change anything
It was out of the question to take to the streets this year. So how can we
remember such a day, so that it is not just a sigh over the fact that we are at a
time when a former state security agent is at the head of the government, in
order to insure his billionaire estate? What about staring at those who were
somehow pushed to the margins from the happy story of the end of the dictatorship
and are now on the street or are heading for this fate? Instead of crying with an
unpleasant taste that the defeat of one elite brought a new elite to power, what
could show solidarity in practice? After all, it is precisely solidarity and
mutual assistance that are one of the principles on which we would like a society
that could rightly be called free to function.
Burger benefit
On Tuesday, November 17, the Pilsen team of the global anarchist initiative Food
not Bombs (FNB) prepared a charity event "Buy a vegan burger!". The members of
the group combined their culinary skills, lit a grill and prepared a bunch of
delicious vegan burgers. Those interested could order them in advance, but also
during the day itself. They could then pick them up at námestí Míru, at several
pre-determined times in námestí Republiky, or have them brought home. The
recommended price was a hundred, but the rule was more. In addition, the event
could be used to provide material assistance to the needy, such as winter
clothes, sleeping bags, veils, etc.
The FNB-Plzen team finally prepared about 170 vegan burgers, of which over 50
were donated directly to homeless people. Boarders' contributions for burgers
totaled over CZK 30,000. Proceeds from the event go to the activities of the team
and is a really welcome support, given that the number of people who go for
regular Sunday outings for food has increased. It was also possible to cover a
significant part of the costs associated with the veterinary treatment of dogs of
friends from the street.
"We are very grateful for such a huge wave of support. In this difficult time, it
is nice to see that solidarity is still between us, "say activists from Pilsen
after the successful event.
In an emergency
Although there seems to be no room for social activities in an emergency, the
example of the above action speaks to the opposite. However, it must be said that
this is far from the first activity of its kind.
InfoPavlac in Prague in Žižkov organized a solidarity lunch on October 10 in
support of the autonomous Zapatista team Yochin Tayel Kinal, which is currently
facing an attack by a paramilitary group (more HERE ). Furthermore, a "Pavlacový
window" was set up in this area. For example, on Saturday, November 14, those
interested could stop by for the fried spicy delicacy Sambal Goreng Tempe and
thus make a beneficial contribution to the operation of InfoPavlac. The week
before, "tofish and chips with tartar and hot peas" were served and continue
every Saturday.
The Prague-based FNB Group has been doing its benefits on a similar principle for
some time. In addition to a collection of clothes and sleeping bags, in which
Moment, Cross, Cíl or Sabotage vegan bistro participated as contact points, it
came up with the successful challenge "Bake a cake for Food not Bombs" in
October. On November 1st and 2nd, beneficial "Vegan burger days" took place in
the space39, when you could either pick up the food at the dispensing window or
have it delivered. The menu of burgers was diverse, including their names, such
as Chiapas, Rožava, Kronštttt or Salé. Over 500 burgers were served on both days,
and a beautiful CZK 36,666 was collected for charitable purposes. The Prague team
commented: "The amount chosen surprised us a lot, it is much more than we hoped.
That is why we agreed to donate CZK 5,000 from the money raised for the
organization Ciocia Czesia - for a group of volunteers,
Another upcoming event of a similar kind is the "Vegan burger day for Chiapas"
scheduled for December 7 at 39 in Žižkov. Proceeds from the burgers will be
donated to Zapatistas in Mexico's poorest state, Chiapas, which has now been hit
by very severe floods. The Zapatistas are fighting poverty, the poor living
conditions of the local population and equal rights for all. They form
self-governing communities with their own educational, health and social systems
and are an inspiration to all who strive to function independently of government
and in accordance with the environment.

The management of the health crisis has given rise to changing measures, partial,
contradictory, sometimes fanciful and not always supported by scientific
evidence. If there is one constant, at the time of the second wave of Covid-19,
it is that management is first and foremost economic and not health. ---- The
second wave of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic is here. It has already claimed the lives
of many workers. Meanwhile the government, after promulgating prefectural decrees
to close bars and restaurants, has imposed a curfew in the major cities most
affected. These measures focus on free time whereas the clusters are mainly in
companies, places of study and, of course, places of treatment. Where are the
measures for those who work, study, take care of or seek treatment? Health and
economy, who leads the raft?
Since September, we have been attending the guignolesque balancing act of the
Ministers of Health and the Economy with each announcement of restriction of
freedom to, allegedly, stem the epidemic. The reality is that the Ministry of the
Economy has placed that of Health under supervision, conditioning the bans on
preserving the economy at all costs.
Proof of the ineffectiveness of these measures, the factories are closing one
after the other, the social plans follow one another, in particular in
aeronautics. They do not prevent the circulation of the virus since areas where
leisure activities are restricted continue to have crowded public transport where
barrier gestures are difficult or even impossible to enforce. Besides the fact
that there seems to be a consensus among infectious diseases and epidemiologists
to say that these measures are ineffective and will not replace massive testing
campaigns, they absolutely do not respond to the absolute urgency of restoring
the health system, who is already sounding the alarm !
Make those who gorge themselves pay and organize us
On the side of the bourgeoisie and the leaders of companies and of the State,
nothing to fear! All the deductions of taxes and social contributions allowed
them to preserve their sacrosanct profit. The crisis has been paid for by the
most precarious, for lack of work or care. Even in the economic measures that
benefit the bosses, they are taken directly from the state budget and therefore
from our taxes. What was the contribution of big capital in this planetary
ordeal? There is nothing to be expected from a state that only knows how to
oppress, monitor and punish. The only valid measures are those which relieve the
health system, leave the possibility for all the people who work, study and
struggle to meet their needs and to protect themselves collectively from this
disease.
This is why it is urgent to implement a drastic reduction in working hours to
avoid congestion in transport, to open up more outlets for millions of
unemployed, to increase the number of classes and to hire massively in the
sectors. schools and universities, and launch a massive investment in the
hospital and a change in governance so that the people who work there decide how
it works. These are measures that would be able to defend ourselves against this
pandemic and build, collectively, a more just and egalitarian society.

As we know that we continue to reach an international audience of comrades around
the globe we have for long been wanting to translate more of our texts and
publications to the English language. We are very happy that we are now able to
announce that two of our most important publications are finally available for
English speakers too!
https://www.dieplattform.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/KE1%20englisch.pdf The
first edition of our brochure series "Kollektive Einmischung" ---- was the launch
statement of our organization in December 2018 and presents an assesment of the
political and social status quo in the German-speaking region to the reader. It
continues to observe the current state of the anarchist movement in this region
and concludes what is needed in a new, revolutionary anarchist organization.
The forth edition of our brochure series is a comprehensive FAQ
https://www.dieplattform.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/KE4%20englisch.pdf about
our organizations views, structures and practices.
We believe that both texts are worth a read also for an English-speaking audience
and we hope to stimulate the international discussion around anarchist
organizing. Feedback is very welcome!
Have a good read!

Black conscience day is not a random date, it is a day that marks the brutal,
bloodthirsty and cowardly murder committed by the Brazilian State against the
revolutionary leader Zumbi dos Palmares. Zumbi, whose history is marked by
legends and myths, was a hero and a prominent figure in the construction of a
libertarian, anti-racist, anti-colonial and fraternal society called Quilombo dos
Palmares, which served as a refuge for blacks and blacks who ran away from the
horror of enslavement. ---- The zombie murder, in 1695, is an important memory,
as it is also a mark that has nothing to do with the past and illustrates the way
in which the Brazilian capitalist state dealt and continues to deal with black
bodies, marks the process of violence, persecution, marginalization, torture,
segregation and genocide to which black, poor and peripheral populations in that
country are subjected.
On this day of black conscience that marks a year in which so many Brazilian
women - and especially so many black women - were murdered by racist and
anti-people management in the biggest health crisis in history, it is also a day
marked by yet another "Isolated case" of Brazilian racism. Once again, a
multinational company uses its foremen to stalk, choke, torture and murder
another black man.
This is not an isolated case, a deviation of character and or an "excess". The
case of time has everything from Brazil: it is outsourcing that tries to release
the company from liability, it is the "notes of regret" full of cynicism, the
investigations that deny the racist character of the murder, it is police
corruption at the service of private profit , are closed doors and vehicles in
front of the market for fear of the popular response.
It is an explicit, almost didactic, mark of how racial structures operate in that
country, the last country in the world to abolish the regime of slavery, a
country that never guaranteed the right of memory and reparation to enslaved
peoples, a country which murders a black person every 23 minutes, a country where
the judicial system operates in the service of capital using its armed arm to
systematically exterminate the bodies and territories of peripheral youth.
That country cannot, on such an important day for the memory of the struggle of
the black people, produce anything but more of the same: a brutal murder on a
symbolic date.
As a revolutionary political organization that aims to destroy capitalism and all
its accessories for the domination of the people, including the racist system
that consolidates the Brazilian State, we will continue to build a rebellious
indignation in the face of this case; we extend our shoulder in radical
solidarity not only to the family of yet another gaucho killed by violence, but
also to all and all black people who are victims of racist terror.
We raise our fist for justice and for reparation, we demand that the deaths of
the black people are not beaten and are not in vain and that the voices that
rebel are not silenced. It is with popular struggle that aggression against the
people is answered, it is with direct radical action that all attacks we suffer
are answered.
Today, at 6 pm, we will be on the street with our fists raised, but we will also
be with our fists raised every other day, vigilant and building a network of
indignation that is capable of creating the popular force necessary to bring down
the racist and colonial system that prevails. in that country.

They form
self-governing communities with their own educational, health and social systems
and are an inspiration to all who strive to function independently of government
and in accordance with the environment.

freedom, and anarchism is more than ever the option that we put forward to
achieve this.
