Once again, the State takes advantage of this period when mobilizations are made
particularly difficult to vote for ever more liberticidal reforms. At the same
time, he continues to distribute billions to bosses as layoffs multiply. ---- The
" comprehensive security " bill paves the way for widespread facial recognition
and mass surveillance of our streets by drones, and bans police filming. It is a
strong signal of impunity for the police, who received the message and evacuated
with great violence the migrant camp installed on the Place de la République in
Paris on November 23. At the same time, an amendment to the research programming
bill criminalizes mobilizations in universities (up to 3 years in prison and €
45,000 fine), as if there were no other issues for currently research! And it is
probably not over yet. We can legitimately fear the worst, because in each state
of emergency, whether linked to terrorism or to the health situation, individual
and collective freedoms are always weakened.
A recovery plan at the service of employers
Faced with the economic crisis, the government announces a recovery plan of 100
billion euros. We could then imagine that this money would go in priority to
health, to education, to the upgrading of the trades which showed their
usefulness during the crisis (nursing assistants, nurses, cashier · S, farmers
...) or to ecological transition ! But no, it's all for the employers and without
the slightest consideration.
Thus, 650,000 jobs were lost in the first half of the year in the private sector
according to INSEE. Auchan made 1.25 billion profits in the first half of 2020,
or 13% more than in 2019, the equivalent of 70,000 annual minimum wages. 1,500
jobs will be cut there. Bridgestone makes a net profit of 168 million euros in
the first quarter of 2020, the equivalent of 9,000 annual minimum wages. They cut
893 jobs by closing their Béthune plant. In 2019, they received € 1.8 million
from the State under the competitiveness and employment tax credit, and € 100,000
from the Hauts de France region.
At the same time, the ultraliberal policies which have contributed to weakening
our health and social protection system are being renewed. Macron announced the
increase in the number of places in intensive care, from 5,000 to ... only 6,000
places. But at the same time, hospital restructuring plans are multiplying, there
are no hires of caregivers and they are demoralized because they feel despised by
the Ségur de la Santé.
Sanofi for its part continues to outsource factories producing drugs that are not
profitable enough (two more in France, or 1,200 employees, by 2022). As a result,
in 2020, 2,400 drug breaks were noted by the National Medicines Safety Agency,
six times more than four years ago. It is hoped that a reliable vaccine will be
available soon. But for now it is the race for profits between the pharmaceutical
companies, which multiply the announcements without providing the least
scientific proof, just to increase their price on the stock market.
Their priorities and ours
The health crisis has proven the importance of public services, particularly
health and education. It also proved that the essential professions were not
those put forward by the liberal elites. Nobody considers HRDs, advertisers,
accountants or traders as essential jobs, so why do they have the best income ?
This difficult time shows us which areas of activity are vital and indispensable
and highlights the incredible waste of resources on unnecessary or harmful
activities. More than ever, we must move towards productive autonomy in order to
have real control over our collective destiny.
Free us from the profiteers !
Let us collectively take over production, whether agricultural, industrial or
energy. But all this will not be done without a fierce struggle against the
interests of the bourgeoisie zealously defended by a government on guard, so we
will have to mobilize and organize ourselves to impose another future !

Facing the crisis: put businesses under popular control
Why not just nationalize the companies ?
Nationalization is when the state buys a company, or becomes a majority in its
management. But this is often a way to bail out a business, separate profitable
and unprofitable sectors, before re-privatizing. This is the case with Air
France: the government openly announces that it will resell its shares once the
crisis has passed.
On the other hand, the fact that the company is nationalized does not at all
guarantee collective control over it. The state generally appoints technocrats to
manage them, who are there only to reduce costs, not to guarantee a quality
public service. Hospitals are a good example: the regional health departments and
agencies are only there to reduce the number of beds, send patients home as soon
as possible, and rent their rooms to freelance surgeons.
Socialization instructions for use
Socialization means that the means of production and exchange are social
property, a " common good. From all of society. Production is thus under popular
control: the people, through their representatives (elected representatives who
can be dismissed and / or drawn by lot, representatives of user associations) ,
decides in conjunction with the workers of each industry, who know best how it
works, on the production priorities of each company. This democratic planning
will thus manage an investment fund financed by a social contribution on wages,
on the model of the Social Security, which will make it possible to get out of
the law of profit. The question of the usefulness of each job, each company and
its possible ecological conversion could thus be debated.
What is self-management ?
Self-management is the act of a group of individuals collectively making
decisions concerning them. So the self-management of a company is when all the
workers of this company organize the activity of this one, via assemblies with
total freedom of expression and democratic votes. Self-management makes it
possible to abolish the hierarchy between professions and the fragmentation of
work. The elimination of unnecessary tasks (managers, small bosses, etc.) thus
enables redistribution and a massive reduction in working time. Every worker must
be able to participate in the design and decision-making, for the production
process and for its purpose.
Have there been any experiences of self-management
During the revolutions of 1905 and 1917 in Russia, workers seized companies to
run them and themselves. Then it was in Spain, in 1936, that the most successful
organization on a territory existed with the peasant municipalities of Aragon and
the management of factories conducted under the aegis of the unions. Argentina in
2000, was confronted throughout the country with a major economic crisis. Many
bosses abandon their factories and workers recover their work tools and put them
back into operation, such as the Zanon earthenware factory and the Bauen hotel in
Buenos Aires. More recently, in France, the SCOP-ti cooperative in Marseille
(formerly Fralib) or La Belle Aude in Carcassonne (formerly Pilpa) restarted
their factories following their closure.

AGAINST THE WESTERN REALITY CULTURED BY STATE AND CAPITAL ---- The far-right,
neoliberal state administration is showing its teeth in society once again, in
the worst phase of the pandemic and in the midst of a lockdown. After the
"development polynomial bill" of October - former Minister of Five-euro Admission
to Hospitals and current Minister of Development (of the profitability of the
capital) - Adonis Georgiadis, after the recent new bankruptcy law that abolishes
once again the protection of After the adoption of the new repressive bill for
the demonstrations, it is the turn of the new bill-abortion for the labor that
has been put in "public consultation".
Ten days after the universal ban on rallies throughout Greece and the
unprecedented -military- suppression of the demonstrations on the anniversary of
the Polytechnic - and while they observed all the sanitary measures, the state
mechanism chooses to attack again the Plebian strata of society, announcing the
final form of the labor bill and announcing its submission to parliament for a
vote. Apart from introducing measures that hinder trade union action - as a
continuation of the laws passed under the SYRIZA government - such as the further
digitization of the electoral systems for announcing strikes and the registers of
union members, this bill, abolition of 8-hour work and its replacement with
10-hour work,
And all this during the second wave of pandemics due to the pandemic, with the
government constantly shifting the responsibility for its utter failure to manage
the health of the lower strata of society. At the same time, it is scattering
state funds in planters (see big walk), strengthening the army and security
forces, in huge subsidies of millions on channels and airlines (see Aegean), as
well as failed e-learning projects and oversized masks. Of course, all these fat
grants will not be borne by anyone other than the world of work. Measures are
therefore being taken, one after the other, which have nothing to do with the
effective protection of health, but are only necessary for the self-preservation
of state power during it.
So the state administration is trying in the middle of quarantine to seize the
opportunity and further prepare the ground for the promotion of a deeply
anti-social political agenda. Both by suppressing the organized political
resistance it can not manipulate, such as the anarchist and wider revolutionary
movement (with the passage of the bill banning demonstrations and the recent
suppression of rallies on November 17), and by shielding it in general. of the
lower classes of society with bills such as the bankruptcy and the work in question.
The purpose is clear: the absolute elaboration and intensification of labor, with
modern terms of slavery and the abolition of labor acquis of more than a century.
It is now clear that the state power is not only completely indifferent to the
health of the working society but uses the extremely difficult position in which
it finds itself to further accelerate the process of its complete bleeding. Once
again the state has nothing better to offer us than repression and death! Let us
not give them a shred, not a small piece of our dignity, not a minute of our
lives. To oppose their plans in an organized way, to confront them with
self-denial, to organize anti-hierarchically and outside the sold-out trade
unionism. With self-organized grassroots unions and trade unions to advance a
world of freedom and equality against the arrogant, individualistic and
oppressive construction of power. Putting Anarchy into practice.
THEY WILL NOT PASS THEM. NO ABOLITION OF OUR WORK ACQUIS.
ONLY THE PEOPLE SAVE THE PEOPLE!

What is happening today on a planetary scale is undoubtedly the end of the world.
But not in the sense that it is invested by those who are trying to manage it in
accordance with their interests - in the sense of a transition to a world more
responsive to the new needs of the human community. The era of bourgeois
democracies with its rights, constitutions and parliaments is over. ---- But,
along with the legal shell, which, of course, is also important, the world is
ending, which began with the industrial revolution and grew to two or three world
wars and the totalitarianism that accompanied them - tyrannical or democratic. If
the powers that rule the world have felt that they should resort to such extreme
measures and measures as biosecurity and sanitation terror, which they have
caused everywhere and without any reservations, but which now threaten to spiral
out of control, it is because they apparently feared that they had no other way
to survive. And if people took arbitrary measures and unprecedented restrictions
to which they were subjected without any guarantees, it was not only because of
the fear of a pandemic, but, presumably, because they more or less unconsciously
knew: the world in which they lived before so far, could no longer go on. He was
too unjust and inhuman.
It goes without saying that governments are preparing an even more inhuman, even
more unjust world. But in any case, from one side or another, it was somehow
predicted that the old world - as it is now beginning to be called - could not
continue further. There is undoubtedly a religious element in this, as in any
dark foreboding. Health replaced salvation, biological life took the place of
eternal life, and the church, which has long been accustomed to compromise with
worldly needs, more or less explicitly agreed to this replacement.
We do not regret this world that is ending; we have no nostalgia for the idea of
the human and the divine, which the ruthless waves of time erase like sand on the
shore of history. But with the same determination we reject the naked, mute and
faceless life and religion of health that governments offer us. We are not
waiting for a new god or a new man - rather, we are looking for here and now,
among the ruins around us, a modest, simpler form of life that is not a mirage.
After all, we have memories and experiences, even if hostile forces in us and
outside us each time plunge it into oblivion.

Members of Kolektiv 115, together with several friends, expressed their
solidarity with the current protests in Poland on Tuesday morning, November 24,
by hanging a banner with the words "Strike the Women" from the railway bridge
under Vyšehrad. Another banner with the words "Pieklo kobiet" was hung elsewhere
in Prague. Photos from this event were published a day later on the International
Day against Violence against Women. ---- They followed a protest, which they
organized on Friday, October 30, when with a picket and banner "Feminism, or
barbarism. Against the patriarchal church and state. For Physical Self-Government
"they met in front of the Polish Embassy to express their support for women and
all people in Poland who are fighting against the clerical-fascist alliance of
the Conservative government, the hateful Polish Church and the far right.
An amazing show of solidarity is the initiative of Ciocio Czesia, a group of
volunteers who want to help Poles with abortion in Czech clinics (more in the
article HERE ).
https://a2larm.cz/2020/11/skupina-dobrovolnic-chce-pomahat-polkam-s-interrupci-na-ceskych-klinikach/
The Ostrava team Food not Bombs prepared patches and printed T-shirts and
sweatshirts, the sale of which is a benefit on the initiative of Ciocio Czesia.
And as we have already informed HERE , on November 1st and 2nd, the Prague FNB
team organized "Vegan burger days", a charity event from which CZK 5,000 went for
Ciocio Czesia.
The Anarchist Federation has published a thematic issue of its wall monthly A3
entitled "Women Against the Dark", which anyone can download , print and paste or
otherwise distribute in their surroundings.
Recall that on October 22, 2020, the Polish Constitutional Court upheld the
ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party and issued a decision declaring the provisions
of the Act on Abortion in cases of serious fetal harm unconstitutional. This de
facto prevented legal access to abortions in Poland. Since then, the country has
been shaken by massive protests. Most recently, on 18 November, the Sejm
discussed Zbigniew Ziobr's (Solidarnia Polska) proposal that women whose fetal
damage was confirmed should be placed in special centers until the time of birth,
thus preventing them from traveling abroad for abortion. In these centers, women
would be cared for by doctors, psychologists and clergy. They tried to prevent
the protest, which was planned for this day, by brutal intervention by the police
force. Non-uniformed police officers from the anti-terrorist unit appeared among
the protesters and beat them with telescopic batons. Tear gas was also used.
It is necessary not only to be in solidarity with women in Poland, but also to
oppose similar dark tendencies in the Czech Republic. Collective 115 points out
that, for example, the wannabe Movement for Life campaigns are just a cover for
the ultra-conservative agenda of restricting women's free choice, and therefore
calls for: Let's defend women's reproductive rights! Let us be in solidarity with
women from countries where reproductive rights are restricted (eg by supporting
the self-help network Ciocia Czesia)! Let's fight against patriarchy! "

Since October this year, the Union of Syndicalists of Poland has been campaigning
against the management of the Preschool Center and the Tumiraj Therapy and
Diagnosis Education Center at ul. Regulska 86 in Warsaw in the Ursus district.
---- Three former employees of the center have taken up the fight and are
demanding the payment of outstanding remuneration, payment of a holiday
equivalent, correction of employment certificates and sending Z3 documents to the
Social Insurance Institution. One of them is pregnant and deprived of her
livelihood by a dishonest employer. ---- Here is a conversation with the injured:
---- Two ZSP pickets have already been held outside the center. The pickets were
registered and carried out in accordance with sanitary regulations, which means
that they were fully legal. However, the former boss of the defrauded female
employees decided to report to the police the alleged violation of public order
with "shouting, noise and alarm", trying to intimidate the female employees and
persuade them to stop their legitimate protest. The accusations are clearly
unfounded as legal demonstrations do not violate public order. However, the
workers were forced to visit the police station.
The Union of Syndicalists of Poland will fight until their demands against the
fraudster employer are met. There is no tolerance for salary theft!

The Power announced open-ended and incomprehensible prohibitions under the name
of Covid19 measures. The Power, which applied the ostensible measures during the
pandemic, did not implement realistic measures. It applied the measures by
separating the lives of the poor and rich. This segregation was not only
economic, but also turned into a social segregation by favoring it's own cultural
segments. This is evident in the latest pandemic prohibitions announced by the
president. While workers are working in workshops, factories and constructions,
bosses maintain their isolation. While coffeehouses and cafes are closing,
shopping malls remain open, and the religious services continue their operation.
These clearly show us this segregation. These restrictions have nothing to do
with Covid19. Prohibitions are a product of the effort to control the society
that is faced with the crisis and to hide the crisis by making it
incomprehensible and imperceptible.
14 Points of Akp19 Crisis:
1. Crisis at Foreign Policy: Akp19 increases tensions with its aggressive war
strategy outside, in order to protect its power. It does not hold his desired
position by attacking every "neighbor" around it in foreign relations from Libya
to Cyprus, from Iraq to Syria. It cannot avoid being the little brother who is
scolded and beaten by it's brothers USA and Russia. The aggressive war strategy
that ended in a fiasco continues with a loss of charisma.
2. Crisis at Internal Affairs: The government, which reduces its existence to a
matter of survival for the existence of the state, tries to delay a possible
early election. While attacking the internal relations of the opposition, it is
clearly concerned about the disintegration of its internal relations. It is
afraid of the MHP's ability to let it down. It knows that the unavoidable rise of
the dollar and euro will result in the resignations of ministers one by one.
Unable to find new excuses, he tries to create new repressions fields by opening
the closed politic juridical files. Now, with the excuse of Covid19, It is after
a social pressure. It attacks the counterculture on the streets with its guard
and police.
3. Economic Crisis: Problems in the economy such as the devaluation of the TL,
loan increasing, increasing of the unemployment and inflation got deep with
Covid19. While the Minister of Economy said "I don't look at the dollar", "We can
reduce the foreign currency if we want, we don't want it" The crisis, which
seemed obvious with the resignation of that minister, is now portrayed as a
crisis of businesses closing in Covid19. But shut down businesses, millions of
unemployed workers are the result of Akp19's economic strategies that steal,
enrich the rich and make the poor more poor.
4. Economic Crisis: The prohibitions will mostly affect the sectors in which
young workers work. Young means dynamism, it means action. Akp19 does not want to
be seen as the cause of the problem by young people. Because of that, it tries to
distract young people by showing the cause of the crisis as the Covid19.
5. Sectoral Crisis: During the Covid19 pandemic, there was an excessive increment
in some sectors, while there was an extreme decrement in some sectors. While
courier and cargo companies, grocery etc. have booming, tea houses, cafes,
restaurants, cinemas and theaters had decreased. Many bankruptcies have taken
place. The unemployment of workers in these sectors has also affected workers in
other sectors. Increasing outside unemployment means cheaper labor for bosses.
Inside, it results in the worker silence because of exploitation and fear of
being unemployed.
6. Segregation Crisis: Economic separation became evident with the prohibition of
the age of 19-65, the restriction of the lives of individuals without economic
surplus was shown as an important measure of the government in the Covid19
pandemic. In fact, it was just a show whether these individuals, who had obvious
economic burden for the government, were locked at home. The fact that workers
relatives were faced with the possibility of carrying Covid19 by who were outside
the house all day showed that the restriction was logically meaningless. This
forbidden individuals falling into depression with the increase of anxiety, fear
and the psychology of confinement.
7. Organisation Crisis: The Power wants to prevent another crisis with Covid19
prohibitions. Defining the physical distance that will be necessary in the
one-to-one relationships of the society as "social distance", is intended to
prevent the talk of the crisis experienced by the wearing of the socialization
spaces with great pressure and the finally closure. It is requested to prevent
communication of individuals by closing the coffee houses, cafes, locals and
cultural centers in the neighborhood. Shopping centers are open, socialization
centers are closed; workshops, factories are open, activity centers for the
workers of those factories are closed. The Power, which prevents us from talking
about the crisis with these prohibitions, maybe soon "Covid19 pandemic spreads
with speech!" Probably it will also want to prohibit speaking.
8. Organisation Crisis: Places where Akp19 spreads cannot be closed. Whether
Covid19 spreads or not, the government continues its activities and rallies. It
can arrange bread or tea stampede. Thousands can still be transported by buses to
the openings turned into shows.
9. Media Crisis: TV series, movies and competitions in the media sector continue
with hundreds of workers in front of the camera and behind the camera. The media
cannot and does not stop due to its position. Because the media is the
indispensable power of the government.
10. Media Crisis: The knowledge of the pandemic is deliberately distorted.
Information about the pandemic is both distorted and the necessary and
unnecessary information is published at the same time, preventing the
understanding of the people. The Power also wants to suppress the information of
the society beyond its control with harassment and threats. The pressure on the
Medical Association is an indication of this.
11. Information Crisis: Who controls knowledge controls the the society and the
individual too. The education system was established with this perspective. In
other words, every education system is another control power. Now, an important
link of the society with information has been broken in the title of distance
education, which was not accessible during the Covid19 pandemic. The excuse is
again Covid19. The education of the rich with private lessons continues with the
"lack of education" of the poor. While parents who cannot provide their child's
education are experiencing the depression of the children who think they are
becoming futile, children also experience the anxiety of futility of future.
12. Health Crisis: It is a persecution experienced by patients facing a pandemic,
from diagnosis to treatment. Here again, the rich-poor distinction is clear.
State hospitals that never reach the level of private hospitals are shown as not
full despite the excessive occupancy. Whether the Covid19 virus is transmitted or
not, to be positive or negative... Who can stay at home and in the hospital? Is
the 14-day period real? Is it transmitted by air? Is it transmitted by water?
Unable to solve this confusion, the society is in a confusion that cannot talk
about the conditions of right to health and service. While the doctor barely sees
the hospital emergency, all channels of the media are treated remotely.
13. Health Crisis: Within the health system transformed into a sector by Akp19,
the psychology of all health workers from cleaners to nurses and doctors has
turned upside down. The heroes, who are cursed from time to time, are
experiencing the contradiction and every day they live with the "I am near"
pressure of Akp19 together with the contagion pressure of Covid19.
14.Termination Crisis: It is the termination crisis of Akp19. Akp19 has been more
contagious than Covid19 during its rule, which will be about 19 years, and its
disease is not mild, it is a deadly virus filled with severe cases. It is the
enemy of the young, the peoples, the worker, the woman, the LGBTI, the tree, the
stream, the land, justice and freedom. Drugs and vaccines are sought for the
treatment of Covid19. We know that this pandemic is not the first. We know that
hundreds of pandemics have been overcome for thousands of years. Covid19 will
also be circumvented. And we know that even though the pandemic of Power against
justice and freedom is more dangerous than Covid19, every Power pandemic will be
destroyed by riots and revolutions. Every virus will be inoculated, every Power
will be destroyed to create a new world.

can be dismissed and / or drawn by lot, representatives of user associations) ,
decides in conjunction with the workers of each industry, who know best how it
works, on the production priorities of each company.
