After six days of strike, the college of Escholiers-de-la-Mosson, in Montpellier,
obtained the departure of its principal, accused of ill-treatment. ---- " At the
school of Escholiers / Smiles are found / There was a villainous leader / And now
he is no longer there / A self-managed strike / Renewed at each GA / Put him out
of harm's way / Him and his lamentable people minions "We will have recognized
here a well-known anarchist song, La Java des Bons-Enfants, reinvented by the
strikers of the college of Escholiers-de-la-Mosson after their victory over
arbitrariness! ---- The staff had accused the principal of mistreatment for two
years. An unfinished movement had already taken place a few months ago, but it
was the suicide attempt of a colleague in April that ignited the powder. On
leaving confinement, we built a collective to free the words of colleagues in
pain. It created a strong solidarity and, from there, no one remained isolated.
Self-management has been the key element in the struggle. All the decisions were
taken in GA and all the proposals and concerns were heard and discussed.

We don't go back to work while he's here
While some had already lost all confidence in the institution, others were
pleading to wait for it to react. We had to convince them that only the strike
would work. Fortunately the rectorate has helped a lot by turning a deaf ear and
putting forward unsuitable solutions. We ended up saying clearly that we demanded
the departure of the principal and that we would not go back to work while he was
there.

The strike started at the beginning of the September school year and as we were
in the prospect of a long strike, we created a strike fund, giving priority to
the most precarious colleagues. A lot of donations from relatives and comrades
allowed us to hold out, financially and morally. The unions, in particular
SUD-Éducation, have helped a lot. Always in tune with the collective vis-à-vis
the institution, and disseminating information without however replacing the will
of the strikers.

With such a dynamic, after six days of strike, colleagues felt invincible, and
the rectorate saw it, with a demonstration every day in front of its door. And
then it started to heat up in the neighborhood with the parents wanting their
kids back to class.

The rectorate ended up giving in without admitting it: the principal of the
college was transferred and an investigation by the CHSCT is underway. The
college where he was dropped went on strike even before he landed, refusing this
"game of musical chairs". He has taken up his duties but according to colleagues
he leaves his office very little, while the struggle is still ongoing.

On our side, we celebrated: " At the college of Mosson / They take us more for
idiots / There was a rotten boss / And thanks to us he left! This victory is
good: it is a step towards reclaiming one's life at work, and we place it in the
perspective of our struggle for a society without hierarchy or inequalities!

Gathering Thursday 17 / 12.12m Pl. Georgiou ---- Recently, a dialogue has been
opened between the government and the rectory authorities, central to which is
the proposal to upgrade repression and control in university institutions through
the establishment of a university police force, compulsory student ID and face
control. for the entrance to the university, the installation of cameras in order
to monitor the movements of the students but also the tightening of the
punishments for the "misdemeanors" that will arise. The atmosphere of the
discussion is reflected in the statements of the rector of the University of
Patras, Christos Bouras, who immediately after the meeting stated, among other
things: "I can only argue that it is necessary to create a Special Guard and
Protection Body.

The specific proposal of the government does not come, of course, to surprise us
as it is another link in the chain of repressive attack launched by the state
against students and society. Already last summer, the government, taking the
thread from where the previous state administration of SYRIZA had left it,
proceeded to the abolition of the university asylum and triumphantly stated that
it paved the way for the "fight against lawlessness and delinquency" and within
of the university premises, while he then ordered the invasion of the cops in
ASOEE in order to hit the students who were fighting. The diffusion of the
"theory of the two extremes" plays an important ideological weapon in this effort
to legitimize students and militants. which identifies the world of struggle and
those who fight for a world of freedom and equality with the fascists who, acting
as the long arm of the state and the bosses, hate every notion of freedom and
equality. However, the repressive enterprise of the state through the doctrine of
"Law and Order" is not limited to students but spreads throughout the social
body. In the last year alone, the government's actions include the abolition of
asylum, the passage of the anti-education bill on all levels of education, the
banning of demonstrations and strikes, the evacuation of squatters and the
beating of protesters by students and pupils. teachers, doctors and every
employee. acting as the long arm of the state and the bosses, they hate every
notion of freedom and equality. However, the repressive enterprise of the state

teachers, doctors and every employee.

We can not fail to refer to the situation in which the proposal for the
university police comes to the fore. Since the beginning of this year, we are
facing an unprecedented health crisis that has caused the death of millions of
people around the world. Throughout this period of the pandemic, instead of the
state aiming at dealing with it and protecting society (strengthening the NSS,
recruiting medical staff, mass tests) it used the health crisis in order to
further consolidate its sovereignty and attack the lower classes. with a number
of anti-social bills (education, environment, labor, demonstrations) and
practices (such as the evacuation of squatters and the intensity of the
confinement of refugees and migrants).

The establishment of the university police and the other proposals discussed at
the rectors' meeting, the abolition of asylum, the anti-education bill and the
introduction of e-learning all express the ultimate goal of the rulers which is
none other than disarmament, student movement, so that they can launch their
attacks on our acquis and interests with the best possible terms and
correlations. They seek to form a university sterile from every trace of
political fermentation, friction and discussion among students about their
problems. A university where class student unionism and any attempt to organize
collective resistance as well as any attempt to challenge state and capital plans
will be fully supervised and criminalized. The clear purpose of the police
presence in universities is to break student squatters (or any other form of
struggle), imposing a condition where "law and order reigns". Law and order of
the market, capitalist profitability, all kinds of arbitrariness (teachers and
non-teachers), discipline, intensification and control. They want a university
fully in line with the requirements of the state and capital, a university of
greater class barriers, where attendance is the prerogative of the few, the elite
and the affluent,

We, against the plans of the rulers and the dystopian future that they are
preparing both for us and for the wider sections of the exploiting class, have to
oppose the power that comes from collectivization and struggle. A key guarantee
for the restart of the movement and the overall confrontation with what is to
come is the horizontal organization of the struggles on the basis of our common
material interests, needs and desires. It is the militant defense and guarding of
our acquis that we see numbly take us one by one. It is the appropriation and
transformation of university spaces into living centers of struggle, into places
of collective discussion, fermentation, challenge and resistance. With
decision-making bodies the general assemblies, weapons the coordinated - at the
base - lasting occupations and mass demonstrations and vehicle the autonomous and
militant student - class union, we defend at all costs the asylum and the rest of
our class interests. Against the culture of defeatism, individualization and
assignment, let us promote faith in the collective struggle, solidarity and
self-organization.

NYC Anarchist Black Cross international call to demonstrate solidarity outside
prisons, prisons and detention centers on New Year's Eve ---- This is a call to a
night of strong solidarity with comrades kidnapped by the state. Historically,
New Year's Eve is one of the loudest nights of the year. ---- This year, most of
which has been consumed by a worldwide pandemic, we encourage people to take the
necessary measures to ensure individual and community well-being, in response to
both the virus and the state, understanding the balance that each of us must find
for yourself. Given our current reality, on New Year's Eve gather your compas,
collective, community, organization or simply yourself to make a fuss and
remember those inside the prisons who are not alone.

At the international level, the manifestations of noise outside the prisons are a
way of remembering those who have been kidnapped by the State and a way of
showing solidarity with the compas and loved ones incarcerated. We come together
to break the loneliness and isolation.

We know that the prison cannot be reformed and that it must be completely
abolished. It is a repression mechanism used by the State to maintain a social
order based on white supremacy, patriarchy and heteronormativity. Gathering
outside places of repression is also challenging what they represent.

The logic of the State and capital, punishment and imprisonment, must be replaced
by a rejection of oppression and exploitation. This call is a step in that direction.

Wherever you are, gather together on New Year's Eve in prisons, prisons and
detention centers, be strong in solidarity with prisoners and promote the idea of
a world free from domination.

We send this call for solidarity to those who challenge state repression of
dissent on a large scale: from George Floyd's uprisings to ongoing rebellion in
Greece by those who face repression as anarchists, and all those in the middle.

We want a world without walls or borders.

We will fight together until everyone is free!

" We must continue. You have to raise your fist loud and clear. It can't stop. If
that stops, the place is given to all the predators on earth to continue ".
- Annick Charrette, the only plaintiff retained by the bourgeois courts in the
trial against Gilbert Rozon. ---- We learned yesterday that the bourgeois courts
acquitted the former producer Gilbert Rozon of the charges of indecent assault
and sexual assault which weighed against him. It is a massive and well-felt "Fuck
the system" that we could see on the lips of Mr. Madam everyone, at the
announcement of a verdict based on the "presumption of innocence" well greased by
unequal representation (whoever pays the most has the best lawyers) and a legal
system that places victims in a position where their word does not have the same
value as that of the accused. Rozon was most sloppy in this trial by dismissing
the charges against the complainant as if he was the victim. He's a sordid
character, and the anger and anger are certainly legitimate.

Behind Rozon is a whole system that should not be forgotten once again. Rozon is
not an isolated fact. The systemic Rozon reminds us of the reproduction of
relations of domination by bourgeois justice. Today as yesterday, justice favors
the richest and the privileged categories in the population (men, whites,
straights, cis, etc.). The whole legislature and the state are no different.
Domination is institutionalized through state apparatuses. The systemic Rozon
also reminds us how the patriarchy, as a system of domination, is well embedded
in social and gender relations. Through the systemic Rozon, it is necessary to
wonder about the system of privileges which leads so many men to rape and violate
women and LGBTQ + people.

Awareness is needed, as are changes in behavior. But, we can see it well... The
systemic Rozon will not stop with that. It will take a whole feminist social
revolution to destroy systems of domination and radically transform our social
relations. These changes will never be possible by playing "fair play" and "good
faith" in a system controlled from A to Z by such bastards millionaires or
billionaires.

Solidarity with feminist struggles!
Fuck Rozon and the systemic Rozon!

SOLIDARITY CONCENTRATION: WEDNESDAY 16 DECEMBER, 11.00 IN THE ANNEX ---- THE
ANNEX HAS A HISTORY: NEITHER CEMENTED OR ENTERED IN MUSEUMS AGAINST STATE
SUPPRESSION OR NO DELIVERY - NO CONTRACT ---- In the midst of a pandemic and the
spread of the virus, the criminal, parasitic and anti-social nature of the state
is highlighted in the most crude way, which is indifferent to human life and the
vast majority of the society and is only interested in preserving the privileges
of the powerful and maximizing profits. of bosses. The health crisis of Covid 19
is used by the state to hit the resistance with even greater intensity and to
implement various anti-social-anti-labor plans with as few mobilizations and
conflicts as possible. The junta bill to ban demonstrations, the anti-education
bill, the multi-bill on nature looting, teleworking and distance learning, the
new law coming to abolish the 8-hour work, the special police body for schools is
only some of the designs that have been implemented.

At the same time, the criminal management of the pandemic by the state makes it a
given that in the immediate future we will face an even deeper social and
economic crisis that will dramatically increase poverty, unemployment, and the
looting of the social base. In this condition, the state tries to "end" the world
of struggle through a full-scale attack, precisely because it trembles in the
face of the social explosion that its policies will bring, in the face of the
idea that a radical, massive and militant one can break out. a movement that will
put a stop to the plans of the rulers and will fight for the defense of their
lives from below with the horizon of the total overthrow of the state-capitalist
edifice.

The repressive campaign of the state continues with great intensity lately. The
new repressive arsenal is being implemented. Squats hit, militants arrested
unionism prohibited demonstrations banned and beaten brutally by riot police
(with top recent examples of the mobilizations of the 17 th November, the strike
on 26 November and 6 th December, where the occupation army occupied the center
of all of cities). In this context of the generalized repressive and ideological
attack of the state against the society and its resistances, the occupations and
the self-governing areas are constantly in the spotlight as visible points of
expression of the struggles for life, health, freedom and dignity , as areas that
project in today the vision of social revolution and the creation of a world of
equality, solidarity and justice.

Recently, the scenarios of "utilization" of the historical space of the Branch
have been revived by a number of institutional bodies and bystanders - and not
accidentally. In fact, these moves are a harbinger and companion of the state
repression that ardently wants the closure of the occupation of the Branch, as
well as the erasure of social and class memory.

The Branch is a self-managed social center and reference point of the social and
class struggles in Patras since November '73, the workers' struggles against the
closure of factories, such as those of Ladopoulos and Piraeus Patraiki , the
student mobilizations of '91 until the uprising December '08 and the militant
mobilizations between 2010 and 2013 . Despite the slander and constant attacks
against him that reached its evacuation in August 2013, he continues to this day
to build a roadblock against the onslaught of state and capitalist barbarism and
to keep open the way for the overthrow of the world of rulers that only promises,
poverty, misery, plunder and death.

As such we will defend it!
