Pantin, UCL Saint-Denis ---- Unionist and revolutionary activists are used to
having to play on the balance of power, in the street, with an increasingly
violent police force. But on December 5 in Paris, we also had to protect
ourselves from the aggression coming from certain demonstrators lacking ideas to
prove their radicalism. ---- The demonstration against the Global Security Law of
December 5 was fiercely attacked by the police, who are constantly improving in
their repressive role. These attacks against the movement call for a response:
for us, it is a question of continuing to build unions and other counter-powers:
collectives of victims of police violence, anti-fascist organizations ... able to
ensure our collective defense and to guarantee our right to protest.
However, not all of the attacks during this demonstration were carried out by
state forces alone. There were also several altercations between protesters, with
a climax when some attacked union members and union vans.
This attack is probably not due to any extreme right-wing group, but to a small
group of demonstrators. It was a deliberate attack against comrades in the
struggle, in this case those unionized with the CGT. And let's be clear: this was
not an altercation between a security service and demonstrators.
Whether we have tactical or strategic disagreements between militant groups, it's
normal. But when those disagreements turn into physical assaults, a red line is
crossed, as was the case on December 5th. However, certain militant groups have
publicly rejoiced.
We are saying very clearly that this posture is irresponsible and dangerous.
Regardless of the point of view chosen, this act effectively divides the movement
between "good" and "bad" demonstrators, and exposes us all to further police
repression.
Against all those who want to divide us, UCL will always be on the side of those
who work for the autonomy, independence and unity of the social movement.

The EULEN staff at the RIOJAFORUM work center, affiliated with the CNT union, has
set up a UNION SECTION with the aim of defending labor rights. ---- The new union
representation wishes to start a good relationship with EULEN and RIOJAFORUM;
After a first notification to the company, at this moment we are waiting to
receive a response regarding all the proposals presented. A formal meeting has
been requested in order to discuss matters of importance to the staff, such as
establishing an official, effective and rigorous channel of communication between
the company and the workers; a regularization in the matter of professional
categories, since there are numerous cases in which tasks corresponding to
another professional category than the one hired are performed; or address
excessive temporary hiring. These are just a few examples.
As a starting point, the Section has designated four colleagues to carry out
management functions and responsibilities for all the workers of EULEN, SA in
RIOJAFORUM
This Trade Union Section arises from the constant cuts in labor rights that we
have been suffering for a long time and that have increased considerably since
the pandemic began.
Finally, we call on the workers of EULEN, SA to act together and to contact this
Union Section for any questions or support they need.

Writing letters to detainees is a very important part of prisoner support. It is
a way of showing our solidarity, and it is important to build a strong movement
where we look after one another. Yes, don't ever leave a friend in prison when he
doesn't mention your name to the police. ---- When you're writing for the first
time, put it simply - you don't want to overwhelm your friends. You might be able
to send the first card, with a greeting and a little introduction about who you
are, what you like, what you do. If relevant, add that you are from the same
group. ---- Some people think it's better to be honest about your political
ideology, to give prisoners the choice to keep in touch with you or not. Others
consider it unnecessary to write down your political ideology, to keep yourself
safe. You can consider it, but don't leave any friends. You can tell where you
heard about them.
If you write to a prisoner who is being framed, and you believe they are
innocent, then writing a letter to him or her will help that person to know that
you trust them. If your friend is arrested for clear political accusations, you
should let them know that you support their actions but don't treat them as
martyrs for the consequences of their actions, obviously we are not policemen
against our friends.
Remember: prison guards will definitely open a post before meeting a prisoner and
will theoretically at least read everything that is written, so don't send
anything that could put a prisoner or anyone in trouble; If you weren't going to
say it straight in the cop's face then you didn't have to put that sensitive
thing in. If you have the opportunity and a safe alternative to handing out
letters, books, or anything else that can support a prisoner morally and
psychologically, then do so as safely as possible.
Someone recently sent a "now or never" related message! Features articles on how
to make daggers, brew hooch and make your own tattoo guns for people in various
prisons. As a result, these detainees were subjected to disciplinary action and
particularly bad news as they should soon be released as house arrest (HDC).
Political literature must explicitly be sent if the prisoner specifically
requests it. No matter what their political ideology is, they may not want it and
that could cause them problems.
If you think you can't send other things like books, zines, stamps or large
postal orders, but only offer support that you feel you can afford to be sure is
fine and avoid making promises you can't keep. If possible, find out something
about the first prisoners that will allow you to better relate to them; Are they
immigration prisoners? Are they fighting in prison for the rights of prisoners?
Were they arrested at any of the demonstrations? Were they arrested for sabotage
or direct action?
There are no rules for writing to prisoners, but here are some suggestions to say
if you feel stuck writing for the first time or writing a message.
Useful things to say:
Wish you the best / be careful / stay strong / we support you!
How can we best support you - can we post anything or publish your campaign?
(Although the solidarity campaign does not require permits).
There are many reasons why it might not be a good idea to try and define someone
else's prison experience (eg "prison is the best education", "you should..."). If
you are writing it yourself for the first time try to keep it simple: ask how you
can help, say that you support them.
Tell me where you heard about them and something about yourself (for example if
you were a student, bully, working).

Monday (14/12/2020), a demonstration by PT VDNI factory workers aimed to ask for
clarity on status and increase in salaries. In the strike action, hundreds of
workers were involved and the action lasted for about three days. Workers burn
two excavators and destroy factory facilities. ---- Tuesday (12/15/2020), there
were arrests of IS (27), RM (37), WP (25), NA (23), and AP (23) by the Southeast
Sulawesi Regional Police against five people (two students and three people
workers of PT.VDNI) who were accused of being coordinators and provocateurs.
Thursday (17/12/2020), the five people were named as the alleged mastermind of
sedition, they were charged with Article 160 and or 216 of the Criminal Code (KUHP).
On Thursday (17/12/2020), the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police arrested four
people again, but this time the four people who have been named as suspects were
charged under different articles. The initials of KS were charged under Article
160 and / or Article 216 of the Criminal Code , SP was charged with Article 170
of the KUHP Junto, Article 406 of the Criminal Code , AP was charged with Article
170 of the KUHP Junto Article 406 of the Criminal Code , SS was charged under
Article 170 of the KUHP Junto, Article 187 of the Criminal Code.
Saturday (19/12/2020) Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police again arrested AF
(Konawe), IR (Konawe), LN (Muna) and named the three as suspects, they were
charged with the same article, namely Article 160 and or 216 of the Criminal
Code. Altogether twelve people were arrested.
We preach and support every act of rebellion against demands for the rights of
individuals and groups. We also support the organization of workers that is
carried out seriously and without compromise to the trade union elite, the
government, political parties and corporations.
No one deserves to be arrested for defending him. Free all prisoners. Not a
single comrade is left! We support any accumulated anger regardless of the
diversity of strategies used.

What happened in Belarus during the hot summer of 2020? Why did news from a
relatively quiet post-Soviet country suddenly attract the attention of the whole
world? "Spontaneous self-organization of society, the revolutionary situation,
the illegitimacy of elections, these are all myths that are easily refuted by
in-depth analysis," Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko cynically said in
September 2020. ---- This pamphlet is an attempt at such an analysis: it
describes the causes of the real revolutionary situation in Belarus and the
reasons that led to the self-organization of Belarusian society to finally stand
up to the brutal regime there - other than with the active participation of
Belarusian anarchists.
The texts of our friend Max Šcur published here were created in June to September
2020 in immediate response to developments in Belarus and are marked by an
emotional trace of events there.

For years, it was necessary to campaign despite the stink balls and the rumors.
But the accusation of moral harassment following the hanging of a worker is
undoubtedly the most painful affair that the CGT union of Constellium, in
Issoire, has had to face. Everything seems to blame lean management and the
company's new financial culture. ---- Fire any wood - even the most twisted and
rotten - to strike its target. This seems to be the strategy at work to smear the
CGT union in Constellium-Issoire. Unless it is a diversion ? Because creating a
scapegoat can be tempting for an industrial site which, in less than four years
(2011-2015), has recorded six suicides among its 1,600 employees [1]... ----
There is in Issoire (Puy-de-Dôme) one of the main aeronautical sheet factories in
the world, a jewel of the Constellium group (see box) .
Four large workshops are spread over 100 hectares. The sheet metal works and its
rolling hall of more than 500 meters, with 300 workers producing thin sheet. The
heavy plate, which also employs 300 workers, is in a brighter and more spacious
building, the "ATF". At the spinning, an old concrete building, 30 to 40 workers
manufacture profiles by extrusion. Finally, at the foundry, a steel building full
of corridors, machines and piping, 300 workers make alloys and cast trays. The
high technicality of the work would make relocation difficult. The employees are
aware and proud of this, and this translates into a fairly high level of
combativeness.
In Issoire, the struggle unionism is embodied by the CGT, with 115 members, and
which has its main point of support in the sheet metal, considered a "Gallic
village" - understand "irreducible" - by the management. Obviously, the
Constellium union weighs heavily within the UD-CGT of Puy-de-Dôme where, when we
call for interpro action, it always responds.
His secretary, Christian Lacoste, briefly publicized in 2011 for refusing to
shake hands with Sarkozy, plays a leading role. Not surprisingly, this is the
target to shoot down. It is the field unionist whom Constellium asks to be
removed from the CGT delegation during a meeting on suicides at the UIMM in
Paris, in 2013. It is the nuisance whose management of Issoire offers to finance
the temporary secondment to the UD-CGT, in 2019 ... on condition that he no
longer sets foot in the factory !
During a walkout on the site in support of an employee who was the victim of an
unfair dismissal (on the left, Christian Lacoste).
cc France 3
The family files a complaint for "harassment"
Because Issoire is a factory where we suffer. In the 2010s, the takeover of
Constellium by a pension fund with a purely financial culture created a
deleterious climate. The implementation of lean management - inspired by Toyotism
- has created stress and competition between employees. The first drama occurred
in May 2011: a young engineer threw himself into a molten furnace.
In 2012, an executive hanged himself at his home. An independent expert's report
and an investigation carried out by the CHSCT, unsurprisingly, called into
question the working conditions [2]. There will be four other victims: two
workers and a technician hanged at their home in 2013-2014 ; a worker immolated
near the factory in March 2015.
But it is a particular drama, in 2013, which will be used to strike the CGT. On
July 31, 2013, in a locker room, an altercation broke out between two employees,
characteristic of the discord created by the atmosphere of suspicion and
denunciation to which the "lean" grows . One of the two is made redundant, which
is felt to be an injustice within the factory [3]. The CGT denounces this
arbitrariness, no blow having been struck. In a very tense atmosphere, the second
employee, Mathieu Lèbre, more and more uncomfortable, went on sick leave. On
September 10, he hanged himself at his home.
At the factory, it's a shock. A drama can give rise to awareness, in seriousness
and dignity. But it can also lead to opportunistic instrumentalization. In this
case, it took the turn of a violent anti-CGT campaign. Its managers are called by
the management ; then by the gendarmes. The professional email of his secretary,
Christian Lacoste, is blocked to prevent him from speaking. The management will
go so far as to take advantage of the funeral of the victim to spread insinuations.
Lean management is abandoned
A few months later, the Labor Inspectorate, like the CGT, concluded that the
organization of work was responsible for suicide [4]. Two years later, in 2016,
after three additional suicides, lean management will finally be abandoned. For
the CGT, which has never ceased to denounce it, it is a victory. We're going to
make him pay it.
In 2017, Christian Lacoste was again summoned to the gendarmerie. The reason is
nebulous: a clash between two employees at the coffee machine ; a worker
sanctioned, again wrongly, was assisted by the CGT. Nothing else ? No. Bullying.
It starts again in 2018. The gendarmerie summons Lacoste for a new story of
altercation and graffiti in the toilets ! And suggests that the management will
send it willingly to the convocation. Furious, Lacoste hangs up ; he won't go.
Rally in support of the secretary of the CGT union of the plant, October 23, 2020.
cc CGT Randstad
In September 2020, finally, it is a real "stink ball operation". Christian
Lacoste is accused of theft of sheet metal, liable to dismissal. The accusation
is so grossly false that it will collapse in less than two weeks: an
extraordinary CSE votes unanimously against his dismissal.
But in the meantime, the "case" created from scratch has allowed an internal
Flash management press release announcing the suspension until further notice of
the transfer of metal to employees for their personal use. Collective punishment.
"Thanks to whom ?"We can read shortly after on a photomontage decorated with a
crocodile (Lacoste) relayed by a phony Facebook account launching: "Without me on
October 5", the day of a rally in support of the trade unionist.
"Obviously, nothing holds, comments Christian Lacoste: harassment, theft,
graffiti ... But by the time justice proves us right, the management will have
obtained what it wanted: media evoking our indictment, rumors of theft...
Anything that can encourage employees to be wary of the CGT." [5]
Finally, since June 2019, the Lèbre affair has rebounded, with a new complaint
from the family. This time, the judge is indicting three employees, including
Christian Lacoste, despite a still empty file. In the spring of 2020, the
prosecution also issues a notice of dismissal. Despite this, the judge persisted,
and referred the case to correctional. We're waiting for the trial date.
Except that at the same time, the situation was complicated for the management of
Constellium. On May 14, the Lèbre family also lodged a complaint against the
company for failure to meet its obligations to protect the "physical and mental
health of employees" . On June 30, the CGT in turn lodged a complaint for "moral
harassment" and "manslaughter" over the period 2011-2015. For the lawyer of the
CGT, Me Duplessis[6], the trial "will be an opportunity to highlight the poor
working conditions in this company, in which the State holds shares.[...]There
have been deaths and everyone is washing their hands of them. In this
investigation, we covered the employer."
Zouheir (UCL Livradois), with Guillaume (UCL Montreuil)
THE CONSTELLIUM UNIVERSE
Constellium is specialized in the transformation of aluminum for aeronautics,
boxing, automobile, road transport, naval, rail... It is present in several
countries, but especially in France where it has 13,000 employees. The Apollo
Management investment fund took control in 2011 ; the State retains 12% of the
capital via Bpifrance. In 2019, the turnover was 6 billion euros, for 64 million
profits.
The CGT union, with 115 members, has its main point of support in the sheet metal
industry. Here at a rally in December 2015.

Send emails to the General manager to support miners in their claim. ---- FOR
RESPECT AND DIGNITY, THE MINERS OF TOUISSIT TAKE DIRECT ACTION AND OCCUPY THEIR
MINE: SOLIDARITY! ---- According to Aziz Rebbah, Minister of Energy, Mines and
Environment of Morocco, «the mining sector is a pillar of the economic and social
development of the country». Economic development may be, but socially
development certainly not. Working conditions in mines often remain primitive,
whether in terms of wages, health or safety. ---- Take the example of the Mont
Aouâm mine (Jbel Aouâm) located in Mrirt, the second municipality in the province
of Khenifra, in the Moroccan Middle Atlas. It belongs to the Mining Company of
Touissit (CMT), Moroccan leader in the production of silver lead concentrates.
This company is listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, among its main
shareholders are the company OSEAD MAROC MINING, itself a subsidiary of the OSEAD
FUND, and the CIMR (Moroccan Interprofessional Pension Fund). One would therefore
expect that with a shareholder made up of a pension fund, the company would treat
its employees well. Well not at all!
Already in 2019, the miners had to start a protest movement on basic points: the
improvement of working conditions and their social situations, as well as the
guarantee of the health security measures essential for working in the mines. The
unions had rush to supervise the movement, and had negotiated a protocol with the
management which should finally take into account the health and working
conditions of minors. To show the importance and the seriousness of the protocol,
a representative of the Minister of Mines had even made the trip to testify to
the signature and thus signify that the Minister, also a member of the PJD
(Justice and Development Party, Islamist), would be attentive to its execution.
Of course, in return, employees had to commit to increasing their productivity
and achieving higher production goals. The employers never give anything for
free, they always seek to increase their profit and therefore our exploitation ...
One year after the union-boss agreement, the workers did their accounts: they
kept their word and achieved 98% of the production targets set out in the
protocol, despite a complicated 2020 year due to the Covid crisis. . On the
boss's side, it's very simple: nothing. He didn't put into place what he said he
would do ...
So on December 10, 2020, the miners said enough, and took direct action. They
occupied their work tool to put pressure on the boss: 100 striking miners held
the mine, 700 meters underground. And 200 others remained on the surface,
alternating demonstrations and sit-ins of solidarity in order to popularize the
strike and also to organize the logistics and the supplies of the occupants. For
the despotism and stubbornness of the administration have grown to the point of
prohibiting the supply of food and a living for the miners holding the sit-in at
the bottom of the mine.
Of course this situation was unbearable for the unions: the non-respect of the
protocol by the boss while the workers had worked more, clearly shows the
uselessness (and even the perversity) of these union-boss negotiations. The fact
that the workers decided to take direct action by occupying their workplace, in
order to put pressure on the boss, could set a bad example for other workers if
their struggle is successful, namely that of self-organizing in without reformist
unions ... the UMT (Moroccan Labor Union) and its international organization
(Industriall Global Union) therefore urgently contacted the Prime Minister to
draw his attention to the risk that this situation could pose and to the urgency
to demine the situation by opening new negotiations. The message was well
received and in less time that needed to say it, Miloudi Moukharik, the Secretary
General of UMT, came in person into the discussion with the Director of the mine
... Of course, the first thing the union asked the strikers to do before opening
negotiations was to end their sit-down strike. The strikers therefore abandoned
the mine on December 21, after 10 difficult days of occupation.
The leader of Industriall Global Union then congratulated» the UMT and the
workers for the progress made. We welcome the important steps towards launching
negotiations. We urge the company to seize the opportunity to engage in genuine
dialogue with the union for sustainable production and respect for workers'
legitimate rights. «. He urges the company to seize the opportunity to engage in
a dialogue: in other words, the union is crying to the boss for him to agree to
speak to them, but the union hasn't gotten anything yet.
A new meeting to resume negotiations is expected to begin on December 24 to
discuss demands for wage increases, improved working conditions in the mine, the
issue of contract and agency workers, and a management commitment to respect the
right of association and not to fire the strikers.
The miners have shown exemplary courage and strength by occupying their mine 700
meters underground, in conditions which are dangerous to their health. Hopefully
they will not be betrayed once again by the unions in the negotiations.
In the meantime, let's give them as much support as possible. For example by
sending emails to the CMT management to demand:
- Respect and dignity for the miners, who are the only creators of wealth in the CMT.
- Worthy wages allowing a living, for all employees whatever their status
- Dignified working conditions, in compliance with international standards for
worker safety and the environment
- Respect for freedom of association and expression, as well as the right to strike.

On Monday night, during the night shift, Amazon employees at six locations in
Germany stopped working. The strikes in Werne, Leipzig, Rheinberg, Bad Hersfeld
and Koblenz are to continue up to and including Thursday, i.e. Christmas Eve.
Ver.di expects around 1,700 strikers. ---- And the workers at Amazon are on
strike for a good reason: The order volume at Amazon has increased enormously in
the last week thanks to the Christmas shopping frenzy and pedestrian zone
lockdown. For the workers, this means an enormous additional burden in an
otherwise inhumane work environment. Despite all this, Amazon continues to refuse
to pay collectively, an absolute minimum!
Instead of relieving the workers and paying them decent wages, Amazon continues
to make delivery promises, which are carried out on the workers' backs.
We say: stop it! Our solidarity goes to the strikers and we stand behind their
demands: Recognition of the collective agreements of the retail and mail order
business and conclusion of a collective agreement for good and healthy work.
Amazon workers have been demanding all of this for 8 years, nothing has happened.
At the same time, Amazon and its boss Jeff Bezos are getting richer and richer on
the backs of the exploited workers. Bezos and his billionaire company are among
the greatest beneficiaries of this crisis. It is long time to ask them to pay for
the cost of this crisis.
Therefore: Solidarity with the strikes at Amazon, whether here or in other
countries worldwide! Let the rich pay for their damn crisis themselves!

BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST THE URGENT CONSIDERATION LAW ---- After an arduous
process of debate, the group of social organizations nucleated in the Intersocial
have resolved to carry out a campaign to collect signatures to lead to a
referendum and to be able to partially repeal the Law of Urgent Consideration
consisting of 476 articles but only 135 are being repealed. ---- The debate
process that ends up lauding the so-called "small table" of the Intersocial,
given the lack of consensus of all the groups that make it up, was traversed from
the beginning in order to support the interests of the FA in order to contest the
next national elections.
Since the campaign to collect signatures began to be discussed, the discussion
about repealing the law in whole or in part has been on the table. The reformist
sectors within the popular camp, especially within the PITCNT, opted for a
partial repeal. With the argument of adding the Frente Amplio militancy to the
campaign they defend the partial repeal, since the FA voted more than 200
articles that make up the law. Therefore, for these sectors it is more relevant
to "take care" of the FA and its electoral possibilities in 2024 than to confront
the entire building of the LUC, which is a real eyesore. This law is the
government project of the "multicolored coalition" and has received significant
support from the "opposition."
But the worst of this whole process has been that several social organizations of
size and history such as FUCVAM and the FEUU had defined going for the total
repeal of the law. Moreover, FUCVAM in a public statement argued that it was
inadmissible that the decision that the Intersocial had to make was subject to
the FA. And what if there was an operation of the FA and its political sectors so
that the largest social organizations that make up the "small table" changed
their position and resolved to go for the partial repeal! This is resolved by the
much-talked about "small table" due to the lack of consensus in the Intersocial
and outside of it, inviting other social organizations to join for the repeal of
135 articles. Ultimately, the only consensus that was sought was with the FA.
Previously, the internal PITCNT voted on three occasions, that is, in three
Expanded National Representative Tables, the campaign for the total or partial
repeal of the LUC. In the three votes the correlation of forces was favorable to
reformism and to those who have as a political practice to place the union
movement as the caboose of the FA. It is that they do not want to break "the
social and political bloc of changes", but the Intersocial has been tense enough;
this was no problem. It has even been public that some unions and plenaries of
the interior voted against those decided by different own bodies, adding votes
towards the partial repeal.
In fact, then FUCVAM and FEUU change their position, so does the Feminist
Intersocial and all these organizations subordinate the campaign to the FA
joining. So far the FA has not said much on the subject, it has only indicated
that it is not going to put a burden to carry it forward.
All this debate that has taken months, and for which time has been lost in
collecting signatures, has been to join the FA, which should not be a priority or
concern of the popular movement that must make its own decisions and actions.
without tutelage or political calculations and without incidence of electoral
interests on the popular field. Popular field and FA are not the same and the FA
is not the political representative of the popular field. Not to intertwine the
decks.
Class independence is at stake, neither more nor less. The popular movement has
subordinated a decision of vital relevance to the interests of the FA and in
order not to denounce that they have voted almost half of the law, and therefore
participated in its elaboration, the LUC being a project of the right, as already
we point out. The popular movement pays a very high cost after 15 years of
progressive governments and having subjected its politics to them. The impact of
this process on the popular movement is notorious and negative. It subtracts
forces from social organizations and ties them to the mechanisms of the
capitalist system.
The LUC is disastrous wherever you look at it. The "urgent consideration"
mechanism enables little discussion in limited times, but in addition, several
aspects that are not urgent were included in it. The original project presented
by the National Party was a rough project, but with a very intelligent strategy,
since it allowed all possible modifications and additions to be made, that is,
they had a large margin to move and negotiate and «put everyone inside». And so
they did, and the FA entered into that dynamic of putting makeup on Frankestein.
They only did not modify Chapter 1, that is, what they pompously call "citizen
security," that is, repression. There was no negotiation there. That "leg" of the
project remained intact.
In this sense, globally the content of the LUC is disastrous because it expresses
the advance of adjustment and repression at the scale of the entire society and
must be decisively confronted. In addition to the repressive increase and the
empowerment for the development of a general policy in that sense, providing
legal status to police arbitrariness, we find the fiscal rule and the
modifications to the entire housing issue for the benefit of large speculative
capital, the modifications to the already disastrous FA Education Law that make
it even worse, etc.
* That is why the position of the FAU anarchists has been to go against the
entire LUC and that proposal is the one that we have promoted in our places of
insertion as militants and the one that we have placed on the table in each
debate. We have participated in countless occasions of plebiscites, referendums
and campaigns to collect signatures promoted by social organizations for felt
issues, Human Rights case, in defense of water, Antel, Ancap, etc. But we do not
deify the referendum mechanism either, we understand that the fundamental thing
is that the people are in the street fighting, that is the guarantee of the
changes and advances that the people achieve. In this sense, we will be
accompanying the processes that the Uruguayan people develop in the fight against
this law in its different modalities,
Finally, we emphatically denounce the curtailment of public liberties recently
voted, where a path unfortunately already known to our people is beginning to
walk, where social rights are attacked for the benefit of order and those who
dominate. These are times of struggle. *

---- The new union
representation wishes to start a good relationship with EULEN and RIOJAFORUM;

It is that they do not want to break "the
social and political bloc of changes", but the Intersocial has been tense enough;
this was no problem.
AGAINST LUC AND REPRESSIVE ADVANCE, RESISTANCE!
UP THOSE WHO FIGHT!
