in 17 countries of the world. M.A.T. sent information about a wide variety of
speeches: some undertook street actions, others campaigned and prepared for the

of conflicts, and finally, the fourth simply published and disseminated

Evaluation of the second international week of the fight against non-payment of wages
First of all, it is gratifying that the number of organizations taking part in
the campaign has grown compared to last year. In one form or another, 16 of the
20 currently existing organizations of the International took part in it, and
information about it was published in at least 6 languages - English, Spanish,
German, Russian, Serbian and Slovak. But the most important was the practical aspect.

In this sense, the message of the Anarcho-Syndicalist Initiative (ASI) in Serbia
is very encouraging that on the basis of its campaigning during the week, workers
who did not receive a salary made contacts with it and expressed a desire to
fight. The first conflict with their participation has already ended in victory.
In Slovakia, one of the workers also established contacts with the RA, and the
trade union began to prepare for the conflict, which also ended in a quick
victory. RA has also prepared an English version of a wage arrears brochure that
can help other organizations launch their own campaign. In Austria, the Vienna
Workers' Syndicate (WAS) used the opportunity of the week to announce its victory
in a labor dispute that began just during the week last year. In Spain, CNT-AIT
took to the streets and expressed solidarity with the fighting comrades. The
Union of Syndicalists of Poland (ZSP) spread the experience of the various
conflicts in which it was involved throughout the year. The Norwegian Syndicalist
Federation (NSF) did the same. KRAS in Russia sent a detailed and detailed report
on the situation with non-payment of wages in Russia and Ukraine.

AUSTRIA

The Vienna Workers' Syndicate WAS has written a summary review of its only
conflict so far, which has involved non-payment of wages. In recent years, WAS
has dealt with several labor conflicts, but most of them have been related to
working conditions and layoffs. This conflict with Seamox and SThree lasted from
June 2020 to September 2021. The employee was a member of the Spanish CNT-AIT; he
went to work in Vienna and did not receive his due wages. It was about fictitious
self-employment with work for the IT firm Seamox, which itself was only a link in
a chain of subcontractors hiring workers for a large Austrian telecommunications
company, bypassing the Austrian social security and tax system. In June 2021,
following a series of small protests against Seamox, a larger demo was organized
at SThree. After that, the firm unexpectedly decided to quickly resolve the
conflict. The day before the demonstration, the worker was awarded a valid
contract and in early September he received the money owed to him (€ 4,730,
including social security); the cost of 6 of his flights to Vienna was also paid.

SPAIN

A number of trade unions in the National Confederation of Labor (CNT-AIT), such
as those in Granada, Albacete and Hellina, in addition to promoting the Week on
the Internet and highlighting the common problem of the wage labor system, have
taken street actions and supported workers fighting against their employers. One
example is the conflict between a comrade from the Barcelona union CNT-AIT and
CEX, which goes beyond just non-payment of wages. It is also associated with
surveillance by an entrepreneur and pressure on workers to join a union. In
Albacete, the union also highlighted common issues such as falsified payrolls,
violation of labor rights, non-recognition of occupational categories, etc. For

In Madrid, CNT-AIT teams from the local federation of trade unions visited 7
Burger King establishments to inform workers of the September 22 court ruling
that dealt with the multinational corporation. "Many Burger King employees showed
great interest in what we told them and were able to distribute the posters and
flyers we brought to their colleagues. We had time to talk to many of them about
the harassment they usually face .. Burger King is a company that not only brings
millions to its shareholders through the sale of junk food, but part of its
profits come from the exploitation of its employees, non-payment of earned money,

NORWAY

The Norwegian Syndicalist Federation (NSF) reported two conflicts (in the service
and retail sectors) in which its members took part in Oslo. She also emphasized
the negative role of the official centralist trade unions, which act as a service
bureau for workers and hinder the independent, direct action of their workers.
Unity is needed, and the official trade unions tend to be the main obstacle on
this path. In both cases reported by the NSF, workers were initially divided and
passive. Gradually, however, they managed to meet each other and create a new
social environment that includes mutual support for each other in things not
related to their work. The resulting unity helped them collectively demand an end
to discriminatory wage differentials, and management in both cases had to give

POLAND

The Polish Union of Syndicalists (ZSP), like last year, reported on its
conflicts, especially in the service and retail sectors, and how the "garbage
contracts" typical for Poland are hitting the working and living conditions of
workers. The union also prepared a survey for workers at the Zhabka chain of

RUSSIA

The Confederation of Revolutionary Anarcho-Syndicalists was prevented from

Serbia

The Anarcho-Syndicalist Initiative (ASI) launched a propaganda campaign to inform
workers in Serbia about the week of struggle that was going on. ASI noted various
forms of non-payment of wages: non-payment of earned money, non-payment of
overtime, inadequate pay for night work, work on Sundays and holidays, as well as
lack of the right to leave and sick pay. ASI urged workers to contact her and
fight for their earnings. The call bore fruit, and many people have contacted

Just a few days before the start of the week, one of the workers contacted the
RA. He expressed a desire to fight for the wages he did not receive, and the
union focused on preparing for the conflict. After the worker came to the boss at
the place of work, accompanied by comrades from the RA and more than a dozen of
his supporters, he promised to pay everything within 8 days, which was the

NORTH AMERICAN UNITED STATES

The Workers' Solidarity Alliance (WSA) has spread the word about the Week on
social media. As in 2020, he prepared his own statement, which spoke about the
specifics of the issue in the country and drew attention to issues such as
overtime, theft of records and the de-qualification of workers.

The International Workers 'Association was proclaimed by the International
Workers' Association in order to draw attention to this phenomenon and to combat
it with anarcho-syndicalist methods. The International has been recalling this
