 This year's autumn congress of the Anarchist Federation was to take place on the

first weekend of October. However, when we learned shortly before that it would
be at this time that the Zapatistas would visit us, it was clear that the
priority was their "Expedition for Life" and the meeting would have to wait a
while. But it was not necessary to wait long, so the members of the AF (and
invited guests) met in mid-October, this time in Prague. Some joined the congress
via online broadcast. ---- Groups outside Prague were represented by their
delegates, so only the organizing Prague group had a more numerous
representation. For the ignorant, we will explain what the role of a delegate of
a local group is. The delegate at the congress submits a report on the activities
of the local group and ensures that everyone from the local group is informed
about the congress. He has no authority to decide for the local group.

Since the spring congress, many events of various kinds have taken place, so
there was something to report on across the groups. These were often one-off
events, such as May 1, a block for an FFF demonstration, a banner against Orbán,
an anarchist book festival, the Bratislava Climate Camp, an IT workshop,
participation in the LITR festival in Olomouc, etc. At the same time, some of us
are involved in various teams. such as infoPavlac, various Food not Bombs groups,
the Committee for the Defense of the Revolution in Rojava, Really Good Squats,
Shared Houses, the Zdena Autonomous Area and others. There was talk of ongoing
activities, such as the sticker of the A3 wall newspaperor distribution of
publications of our publishing house. We were pleased to welcome the revival of
activities in Slovakia in connection with the opening of the Malatesta info
shop in Šurany, which we supported by sending materials to the library and
distribution, and the activity of the Internet newsletter Zdola.

Some mini-campaigns were also evaluated, which also met more than usual in
previous years. We expressed our protest against the coup in Myanmar and support
for the local FNB groups by demonstrations, support for further protests, charity
events, thematic number A3 , a series of texts on the website or a lecture. We
joined a coalition coordinating the visit of Zapatistas to the Czech Republic
during their European stay - we helped with the promotion of texts and events, we
created reports, we published texts from the Zapatist Existence., we contributed
financially to cover the costs, joined the open letter to the Mexican embassy, we
participated in the sale of the game "Zapatista Autonomy", we realized on May 1
as part of a pan-European event "We are waiting for you", participated in
demonstrations in front of French and Mexican embassy, as well as during a visit
to public events in Prague and a meeting on a farm in northern Bohemia. In
connection with the coronavirus crisis, we participated in the Stop Covid
initiative together and fairly, and focused on monitoring anarchist responses to
the crisis around the world. We were part of the informal coalition for justice
for Stanislav Tomáš and took part in a spontaneous protest and subsequent
demonstration in Prague, we issued thematic A3, commented on the development of
the case and brought theoretical texts on the purpose of the police (despite our
insistence, however, we in the coalition did not find the will to continue
further activities). During this year's election fury we questioned the Left
Party because of her adoration of the Cuban regime, as well as nonsense under "Do
not vote Urza.CZ" We confronted the Minister Malácová in its attempt to leftist
agitation among the youth, we went (in) the electoral code A3 , handing it and
hung banners in Olomouc and in Prague thwarted the agitation of the TOTAL
coalition in a traditional workers' pub.

We discussed the further expansion of the project "Anarchism for Beginners". We
recapitulated the result of financial assistance from the Prague bistro Sabotáž,
the Brno café Tri Ocásci, the Pilsen cooperative café Družba, the Trencín club
Lúc, the Prague space39 or infoPavlaci, as well as the shared houses and Jako
doma initiatives. We have made charity pancakes - the proceeds from their sale
will be sent to help people on the run.

We have discussed our (voluntary) commitments arising from membership in the
International of Anarchist Federations (IFA) and have expressed the desire to
attend a major anarchist meeting in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, next year, as was
the case ten years ago.

We also discussed our work on social networks and the management of our website.
Published publications were dealt with under the Publishing item. Unfortunately,
in just a few days, the intention to publish a new issue of the anarchist
magazine Existence with the theme of the Paris Commune by the date of the
congress did not materialize. So far, no editorial plan for the next period has
been prepared and the main topic of the next issue of Existence has not yet been
determined .

Since one is not alive by speaking alone, one had to think about lunch. We
finally combined this popular part of all the conventions with a visit to the
Žižkov infoPavlace, where excellent dumplings were served as a benefit for the
Feral Crust Infoshop. We were thus able to continue in the next program, which
was action planning, pleasantly saturated. Among other things, the appearance of
the next May 1 was discussed. This was followed by a more general discussion
about the further practical direction of the Anarchist Federation.

The autumn congress, as they say, backed off, in a constructive spirit. We
managed to discuss everything we set out to do, and there was still time for fun
in the evening. The most pleasant part of the whole day was undoubtedly the
admission of new members - it must be said that this was the largest increase in
the last few years.

And that is good, because after previous experiences with right-wing parties that
are about to take over the government troughs, we will undoubtedly meet in the
streets soon.
