how the state crackdown on militant anti-fascism and resistance activists has
intensified across Germany. Last summer was marked by several trials against
leftist or anarchist militants: activists and structures.
In Nuremberg the trial of our anarchist comrade Jan, accused of having shouted at
a policeman, ended. He is now to be jailed for 14 months. The trial of
anti-fascist Lina has opened in Saxony, which is accused by the public prosecutor
of having been at the head of a group which attacked neo-Nazi cadres in the
vicinity of Leipzig. And finally the trial against the two Stuttgart
anti-fascists Jo and Dy ended. They are said to be behind bars for around 4.5
years and around 5.5 years for their alleged involvement in a conflict with
activists of the fascist pseudo-trade union "  Zentrum Automobil ". In the
summer, Findus, another anti-fascist from Stuttgart, was sentenced to several
years in prison. A few hundred kilometers to the north, Ella is also sitting
behind bars, condemned for having resisted the clearing of the Dannenröder
forest. We must not forget the constant repression against the Kurdish liberation
movement.

This whole wave of repression is no accident. This coincides with the nationwide
tightening of police and rally laws in recent years. The state targets resistance
movements and tries to break them down with repressive laws, arbitrary police
forces and long prison terms for individual activists as a whole. People should
be dissuaded from defending themselves against their oppression. The state wants
to break down the structures that support the resistance. The reason is clear.
The contradictions of the capitalist system are becoming more and more acute. A
turn to the right, isolation from the outside world, the climate crisis, wars and
impoverishment show that this system has no future for the wage-dependent class.
So that they do not defend themselves,

This is exactly what we must not allow ! When the state attacks individuals, we
must unite and repel those attacks. We therefore declare our solidarity with the
political activists who are currently in detention or who are still on trial.
Your fight is also our fight and we will not leave you alone !
