The legal procedure concerned 60 agents andagents of four services to whom the management refused collective passage atthirty-two hours.But in January 2020, the day before the official decision of the TGI which ruledin favor of the unions against the management, the latter outright denounced thelocal agreement of 1999! The fifteen months of discussions that followed were asham negotiation: the local management proposals were on many points totallyincompatible with the national agreement, which had not been denounced.Impossible for a union worthy of the name to approve such a regressive localagreement, so the CGT and SUD, majority in the DTG, did not sign it. Throughoutthis period and despite the health context, SUD and CGT co-organized staffgeneral meetings which were able to bring together hundreds of employees.Reorganization at the center of angerAt the same time, the management announced a complete reorganization of the unit,breaking up all the work collectives. Currently the services mix technicians,engineers and experts around the same technical field ; the new project promisesto separate everyone to better open up to subcontracting and consolidatemanagement focused on profits. Faced with this, the employees are standing firmand 95% have spoken out against this reorganization.Finally, the management tried to pass its agreement by referendum (possible sincethe Labor law if unions with a representativeness of at least 30% have signed theagreement) under rather deleterious conditions: past employees by force atthirty-five hours, executives with fixed-price days who were able to vote on anagreement that did not concern them, poll organized in August, hierarchicalpressure ... Despite everything, the result of the referendum was final: 65% ofno ! In response, the management calls the agents on the move "thieves" , thosepart-time "lazy" and a trade unionist "intellectual terrorist" .However, on the strength of the last social movement dating from the spring of2017 (concerning travel expenses), the agents have come back up, always with anactive participation in the AGs, systematically counting more than 100 present.
