Parts of thepopulation that are considered powerless by the authorities (imprisoned inprisons and refugee and immigrant concentration camps) are at the same timevirtually excluded from health care, fully exposed daily to the deadly pandemic.At the same time, the world of power is attacking the anarchist movement head-on,upgrading the doctrine of "zero tolerance" to a unified strategy of "preventivecounter-insurgency".For us, the uprising of December '08 was decisive. On the one hand, it showed tothe struggling, lower, Plebian strata of society that resistance to stateinstitutions is possible, dissolving - even temporarily - the face of theomnipotence of power, radicalizing the consciences of a large portion of people,leaving behind a large political capital as a legacy to theanarchist-anti-authoritarian movement. On the other hand, he pointed out thelimits of a spontaneous uprising but also the need to deepen self-organization atall cinematic levels, with the constant anarchist presence in social and classstruggles, always on the horizon of the social revolution. It has become apparentthat occasional grouping around a front of the fight is not enough, but durationis necessary, the constant meeting of the struggles from below and the creationof new fronts for the spread of the conflict with every aspect of state andcapitalist barbarism. That is, it is necessary the social and class organizationin libertarian basic forms as well as the political organization of theanarchists to overcome the partial and reflexive protest, in order to create atotal anarchist revolutionary proposal. This need became even more apparent whenthe social and class resistances that had developed in the previous period triedto exploit, manipulate and drive the left with a vehicle the electoral delusionsfor a supposed justification of the given struggles, of the blood shed bythousands in the streets, those who were tormented by the uniformed bastards ofdemocracy, of the street battles in the metropolises, of those who wereimprisoned and persecuted. The justification of the oppressed can be nothing lessthan the revolutionary overthrow of the existing system of power by the veryPlebian base of society.Our utopia does not stop at the outbreak of a spontaneous uprising, nor is itblinded by alternative administrations of capitalism and state institutions.
