which in the case of structures such as counseling centers should instead have a
prominent role.
The equivalence between public and private is clearly indicated, in the name of a
freedom of choice that in fact becomes a mere class privilege: in the face of a
private healthcare that invests in avant-garde treatments and technologies from
which few will be able to benefit, we find a waxed public health, in which to
book an examination or a visit
we have to wait months and months, thus forcing those in real urgency to turn to
the freelance profession to shorten the time; a real speculation on the skin of
the sick.
Preferential lanes are also envisaged for those who enjoy the stipulation of
private insurance, including those contained in the corporate welfare items of
the various national collective bargaining agreements, thus proving right to
