The current teleworking due to COVID, the company and ingeneral the sector expects to continue until February March 2022, if not longer,it depends on the evolution of the pandemic. Konecta still has the compensationfor telework expenses pending for all this time, which as we mentioned isappealed and that the National Court ruled that it would have to be seen in thecollective agreement,Labor inspection: our hard and courageous union work and the correspondingcomplaints, albeit with delay, are bearing fruit. We are already being able toaccess part of the documentation that is specific to all the unions in thecommittee but that SOLI was not being provided with, although not all therequested doc and the inspection is behind it. Obviously it is a well-plannedstrategy because they know that SOLI with all the documentation does its job andits function of representing everyone, not only its affiliates, and raises andfights to get things done right, looking for solutions and effective measures tothe day to day, without medals or nonsense.Also, in what is an inappropriate and unacceptable attitude of a self-respectinglarge company, and thanks to the labor inspection, SOLI was again summonedyesterday and to be able to participate in a Health and Safety Committee. Thiscommittee is the highest participation body for all workers and theirrepresentatives in matters of prevention and occupational hazards.We have to point out that the meeting did not go as we expected. We know that thedept. Prevention wants to go its own way, without fulfilling its functions anddoing what it wants, but we expect more from the business side, that all itsmembers attend and be there throughout the meeting, since they are an importantpart of that committee to seek solutions, and in what we can express as a veryrude and embarrassing attitude, neither the prevention delegates nor thedepartment. prevention wanted us to intervene. After getting serious andexpressing our right to have a voice like any worker in that committee, and inaccordance with the law, we were able to expose the points that SOLI hadreceived, receiving a harsh language, full of interruptions and taunts, which wehope will be redirected in future meetings. With an adequate time for everyone,not just for some.Because all parties must be clear that SOLI will continue to come and speak andexpose the problems that many workers, including members of other unions,transfer to us to improve our working conditions and seek measures to reduce theenormous psychosocial risks that exist in our company . Points that we carry andthat we will continue to address in future psychosocial meetings such as timesbetween incoming calls of at least 20-23 seconds between calls, improvingtraining, digital disconnection, alleviating part of the workload and stress ofvarious campaigns of Santander Consumer and other services, know the criteriathey use to de-escalate or send home, etc.We have tried to silence our voice, which is the voice of many and many workers,and now we will speak loud and clear: with education, respect and to seeksolutions or enforce the rules. We have been indicating for some time that COVIDhas had a brutal impact on everyone in the company, many and many of us know thatyou are at the limit, and it is not something specific to one or two campaigns,and we will continue to defend as we have done in the meetings of the improvementof the working conditions of the Social Security general treasury service andothers, that the minimum times between incoming calls are at least 20-23 seconds,that there cannot be dozens of colleagues pending relocation while many take80-90 calls in six hours , without adequate training, with not the best treatmentin some cases, and we will continue in that line that you mark us.We also have the conviction that the labor inspector shares that we are neithermachines nor goods, that we are people with rights and that both prevention andpsychosocial risks are fundamental in our sector, traditionally underpaid andwith poor conditions, and despite whom despite him, we will go as far as possibleto improve our day to day.PLUS:We remind you of the importance of ordering the masks, always, and of keeping thedistance of 1.5 meters.
