DAVE CHAPPELLE TO HEADLINE NETFLIX COMEDY FEST AFTER ROW OVER JOKES ABOUT TRANS PEOPLE Dave Chappelle is to headline a Netflix comedy festival next year - despite controversy over jokes about trans people he made in his Netflix special this year. The 11-day Netflix Is a Joke Festival will feature 130 comedy names across 25 LA venues from 28 April to 8 May. Chapelle's show is called Dave Chappelle and Friends and will take place at the Hollywood Bowl. Other stars taking part in the festival include Amy Poehler, Amy Schumer, Sandra Bernhard, Seth Rogen and Wanda Sykes.
