While the war is raging, a handful of brave activists in Russia, continue to defend LGBT+ people and queer rights under increasingly hostile and dangerous conditions.
In fact, authorities are finding ways to shut down human rights and LGBT+ organizations that are opposing the hateful politics and actions against queer people.
On April 21st, a court in Russia might decide to liquidate Charitable Foundation Sphere, an organization operating all the programs of the Russian LGBT Network.
The Russian LGBT Network is the largest Russian queer group. It is this group that evacuated dozens of people during the anti-LGBT+ crackdown in Chechnya that began in 2017.
Time is running out – so we must act now!

In fact, authorities are finding ways to shut down human rights and LGBT+ organizations that are opposing the hateful politics and actions against queer people. –
A few years ago, All Out members helped fund the emergency evacuation of LGBT+ people at risk in Chechnya. With their support, dozens of people whose lives were at risk were relocated to safety by the Russian LGBT Network.
Today, it's the Russian LGBT Network that needs your help.
The Russian authorities are trying to shut down our organization. They're arguing that helping LGBT+ people is against traditional Russian values.
We know they're serious about this. In December, they shut down Memorial, one of the oldest civil rights groups in Russia. We could be next in just a few weeks' time.
It's not too late yet. Please sign our petition and help ring the alarm.

We help provide legal and psychological assistance to LGBT+ people across the country, support various initiatives and organizations, lend emergency assistance in crisis situations, and engage in monitoring and advocacy. Shutting us down will leave those who rely on our assistance without support.
