ensure the safety of the participants, including by means of a declaration prior

In the days following the marches, we saw various accusations appear aimed at
discrediting the radical night pride and the organizations that took part in it:
  * The march was repeatedly qualified as an attempt at electoral recovery,
without any particular justification apart from the presence of political
parties. We are a libertarian organization and we do not endorse our struggles as
a campaign platform for electoral organizations. We have remained vigilant to the
fact that CIEL retains all its autonomy of action and demands, at the very time
when many other organizations of struggle have called, to our regret, to support
the reformist alliance NUPES.
  * We were accused of putophobia, which would have been our reason for
organizing a night pride and not working with Overcuidence. These accusations are
unfounded, abusive and unacceptable(3). We have in our ranks activists who are
actively engaged in the fight for the rights of sex workers (SDWs). UCL
Clermont-Ferrand, sometimes accused of "putophobia" and of being "abolo", refuses
these false and disqualifying qualifiers. We demand an end to the repression
suffered by the TDS and support their self-organization in the face of exploitation.
  * Finally, we have seen a few tweets appear accusing us of hiding certain
information in relation to dangerous events, more precisely on the presence of
fascist militants around political gatherings (pride, demonstrations,
conferences, etc.). We have always wanted to protect those present from possible
dangers, which is why we have always been as transparent as possible and why we
have pushed for the creation of a unitary organized serenity in Clermont-Ferrand.
This misleading information was mainly disseminated by the social network
accounts of STRASS Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, Queer Auvergne, and Outrecuidance
Auvergne and Chat noir 63(4). We know that there is within the management of
these four organizations a former member of the UCL excluded from our
organization in 2020 following anti-democratic behavior, validism and public
insults on the networks. social. We find here exactly the kind of practices and
the toxic atmosphere that this person puts in place around her and which
justified the departure of several organizations from the Outrecuidance
collective after Pride 2021. We recall, moreover, concerning the various problems
organizational problems that the June 4 pride was able to face, that if
Outrecuidance found itself isolated in the setting up of this event(5), it was
because of problems of internal democracy and not disagreements on the presence
of TDS.
Finally, despite these problems, we are happy with the success of the two prides,
the events were massively followed, and we can only be delighted to see so many
people being present in the LGBTQIA+ struggles. To conclude, we recall our
support for LGBTQIA+ comrades and sex workers and also for any initiative for
emancipation and self-determination, whether gender or professional.
