The Festival runs from Thursday 8 September to Sunday 18 September. In the film, set in 1950s Brighton, Harry plays the titular policeman, Tom Burgess. The Crown's Emma Corrin plays his partner Marion Taylor, a teacher while David Dawson plays museum curator Patrick Hazlewoodas, whom Tom has an affair with.
