Theseevents are repeated from time to time and call into question the normaldevelopment of capitalist "common sense" that there is no alternative. Of coursethere is! The action of the rebellious peoples, who put their bodies to defeatauthoritarian regimes, dictatorships or coups, demonstrates the importance ofpopular power and revolutionary preparation for great social transformations tooccur. ---- On July 19, the anniversaries of the Spanish Revolution of 1936 andthat of the Rojava Revolution of 2012 are celebrated. Both processes indicate thetremendous capacity of the peoples, although our tradition claims the 1936Revolution for being driven by those people who professed our same ideas.What we must assume is that, in times of greatest darkness, of greatestuncertainty, of greatest affronts against the working people, they are capable ofperforming the best feats, those that no one was capable of dreaming of a fewdays before. Our responsibility, as Organized Anarchism, is to cement, givecoherence and articulate that power of the people so that it derives in aLibertarian Social Revolution.
