One of the doormen, leaving the room, stated that she was waiting almost four
years for overdue salaries, and the biggest problem for the court was the

Already in December 2018, OZZ Employee Initiative notified the Prosecutor's
Office about the suspicion of committing a crime specified in Art. 218 § 1a of
the Criminal Code, i.e. persistent violation of employee rights resulting from
the employment relationship, which may even be punishable by imprisonment of up
to 2 years. subsequent offenses: failure to pay benefits related to the
employment relationship despite being obliged by a court decision (Article 218 §3
of the CC), reporting false data to the Social Insurance Institution (Article 219
of the CC), failure to notify about an accident at work (Article 221 of the CC),
disruption of control National Labor Inspectorate (Article 225 §2 of the CC),
forging documents (Article 270 §1 of the CC), as well as participation in an
organized group aimed at committing crimes (Article 258 §1 of the CC), managing
an organized criminal group (Article 258 §4 of the CC).

The prosecutor's office has not led to the formulation of any indictment in this
case for over 3.5 years, although the fact that significant public funds have not
reached the hands of employees is beyond doubt - this was confirmed by judgments
of the labor court. What's more, the companies responsible for this type of
activities also cheated on employees in other public units (and other cities),
which was widely reported in the media, both local and nationwide.

Over 23 aggrieved parties filed complaints about the length of the preparatory
proceedings conducted by the prosecutor's office. The court considered the
complaint negative on 14 July. If the decision were different, the state would
have to pay compensation of PLN 2,000 to everyone, i.e. a total of PLN 46,000.
PLN, which would certainly have a negative impact on the assessment of the
actions of the prosecutor's office. The mere fact that people are guilty of
breaching workers' rights is clearly not a priority criterion in this respect.

PLN 200 for each complaint. In order to pursue your money in court, you will need
another several thousand zlotys. The injured persons want to obtain compensation
from responsible entities (including ZKZL) for hiring dishonest companies that
have not paid their employees wages and have disappeared. This is probably -
after 3.5 years of fighting in courtrooms - one of the last opportunities to
recover money. Court costs would be paid by people who have been waiting for
years to pay arrears, living today on savings or modest pensions.
