Today, the most conservative voices in America will be joined by one of the world's leading messengers of LGBTphobia – Viktor Orbán, Hungary's xenophobic and anti-LGBT+ prime minister.
Orbán has been invited to spread his message of hate at the upcoming CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) event in Texas. Although he won't be alone in his messaging, fellow speakers include former President Trump and Texas Senator Ted Cruz – Orbán may be one of the most dangerous.
Viktor Orbán was one of the chief architects of Hungary's anti-LGBT+ propaganda bill – which has greatly affected the country's LGBT+ community.
We need to show, that his propaganda tour in the U.S. will not go unchallenged!

There is an ongoing roll back on the rights and freedoms of LGBT+ people across the U.S. and the world. That is why we need to stand shoulder to shoulder to defeat hateful policies in Hungary, in the U.S. and everywhere our LGBT+ siblings are under attack.
Across Hungary, Orbán's anti-LGBT+ law has already had devastating effects. Major media networks and TV channels have started self-censoring, even refusing to run any coverage of Budapest Pride, and cancelling interviews or segments on LGBT+ topics. Even finding books about pro-LGBT+ topics feels like doing something incredibly illegal, as most bookshops are now reluctant to offer pro-LGBT+ books.
