with a multi-level and on all fronts attack that will intensify in the coming
difficult winter. It is obvious that the regime chooses, as its only way out, the
invocation of the internal and/or external enemy. They have the impression that
by hitting the most radical part of the social movement they will succeed in
terrorizing the oppressed and the exploited, rallying the far-right and
far-centrist audiences and avoiding the social processes born from the impasses
of the exploitative system. History will not do them any favors, because History
is made by people who fight against the dark.

But the answers to the repression attacks are not enough for us. We choose to
highlight the peak points of the period, to open up to the social field, to try
to connect and communicate the individual resistances, to demonstrate the
importance of active participation in them, through word and deed.

The "Many roads - Common goals" initiative established in Thessaloniki is an
attempt to contribute to a process of crystallization, synthesis and joint
highlighting of the social problems and necessary struggles of the period, with
the additional aim of their widest possible publicization and the widest possible
social address .

Its purpose is to hold a series of open meetings/events in public places in the
coming months, so that political considerations and action plans are submitted on
the individual social problems that we will try to highlight, there will be a
healthy and friendly debate and fermentation that will to be able to both create
spaces and times for the synthesis of political considerations and positions, as
well as to be able to express them where the evolution of History is judged:
Open and public, in the streets, in the squares, in the neighborhoods, in the
struggle in social life.

The first 4 public meetings/events will take place on September 24th & 25th and
October 8th & 9th.
