the living conditions of people who live from their work, faced by a Peronist

bosses and the different governments, but when the adjustment has a Peronist
brand, the surrender of our rights has the addition of the invisibility of those
responsible and generalized confusion.

Behind the apparent internees within the government and the mobilizations toward
nothingness lies the truth. The truth is that the current government and the
different sectors that make it up are, from the very moment of its inauguration,
the executing arm of the IMF's adjustment policies. In the same inauguration
speech of Alberto Fernández in December 2019, he announced to the applause that
he was not going to present a budget law for the year 2020 until negotiations
with the IMF began. Next came the suspension of pension mobility and the decision
to give increases "by eye" by decree, which were lower than what would have
corresponded to them if the mobility formula had been applied, allowing the
government to finance public spending during the pandemic at the expense of the
need for retirees and retirees. The year 2021 brought with it the approval of a
new downward mobility mobility formula, continuing the historical line of
permanent adjustment to retirees.

All these circumstances show that, from the beginning, the current government
would carry out the classic IMF measures of adjusting those who have the least,
being that organism the one that would assume direct control of the economic
policy in the country. Like the remembered Zero Deficit Law, agreed by the
government of Fernando de la Rúa with the IMF in 2001, the reduction of public
spending in order to reduce the fiscal deficit is part of the measures to
impoverish the working class. This is how the removal of subsidies to public
services, the revision of social plans, the non-hiring of personnel in the public
administration, the reduction of social policies in general, etc. All measures
that directly or indirectly affect the pockets of the most vulnerable sectors.

These measures take place in an inflationary context and in an impressive loss of
purchasing power of salaries and pensions, affecting the quality of life of those
who have the least and plunging them deeper and deeper into poverty. Added to
this are the historical conditions of job insecurity that have been dragging on
for decades since the last genocidal civic-military dictatorship. That is, labor
outsourcing and unregistered work in all its variants, which are the gateway to
the loss of most labor rights and the worsening of working conditions.

Wages and pensions from hunger, job insecurity and unemployment, are the sample
of a crisis that falls on the working class and of an adjustment that continues
to point towards it. In the midst of all this, the Peronist union bureaucracy now
appears to be mobilizing but looking the other way and towards nothingness
itself. Because when the adjustment is made by a Peronist government, it seems
that nobody is doing it and the enemies become somewhat ghostly like the slogans
of a true ghostbusters march.
