transcend the local world and break the proximity and raison d'être of these.Governing today is manipulation and seeking personal gain for those who do it andfor their own. ---- From anarchism we believe that it is the same who is placedin the position of governing, since the creation of a structure with thesecharacteristics creates situations of power in which human beings make decisionsabout others, and over time, the spaces of power become habitual and comfortablespaces in which the decisions taken go from being about or in favor of a group tobeing a personal struggle. ---- It puts any person, no matter how good they are,no matter how free they may be, no matter how much of an anarchist they thinkthey are, in a position of power over others, that in time, the decisions theymake will be about their point of view, about their perspective, about theirreality and lived experiences. Power, like all things created by human beings, isnever neutral. It has a personal component intrinsic to the person who exercisesit. Even if it's thinking about the good of all the people you're trying torepresent.It must be borne in mind that power or governance structures are spaces wherecertain people are given the right and the ability to decide, not only on others,but on any relational aspect of life, which is not it should be easy to delegate.But the current and past social structure has made us believe that it is the onlypossible form of social organization.Power, over time becomes domination. The authority that was granted by acollective, becomes demanded by whoever holds this power, who automaticallybecomes authoritarian.So, under this prism, this vision of governance, which we want to separate fromthe concept of leading, coordinating and leading a specific project, power doesnot corrupt, but is a system of social organization that generates inequalities.It is a form of organization of society that alienates and generates insanestructures that we do not want.Since anarchism we don't believe in governments. We create structures fordecision-making and debate, because we think they are necessary, but we do notcreate governance structures.
