friends---- Unlike our friends in Russia who try to use the available legal
avenues to support persecuted anarchists, we are privileged to talk about one of
the avenues that could end their dark prospect of long years in dungeons. It is
not an easy task to claim "rights" in a regime that physically liquidates and
imprisons its opponents for many years with a totalitarian self-evident nature; a
regime that declares, both at home and during the war campaign, that lives are
negligible items for it and freedom and dignity are completely unknown words.
---- The defeat of such a regime is a great hope. However, it turns out that the
regime will not be liquidated from the inside. The hope is, not only for the
people of Ukraine, but also for the Russians themselves, as well as for the
Belarusians, that the Russian invasion of Ukraine will be defeated militarily as
soon as possible. Such a defeat is the hope that the modern tsar could withdraw
from the scene and there could be a change in Russia (and Belarus) (I have no
illusions that it would be different than under capitalist direction) at least in
the direction of political freedoms and the related by releasing political prisoners.

Given that part of the implementation of Z-fascism in Ukraine is a large scale
looting, it is probably not surprising that something similar is happening inside
the empire. When Daniil Chertykov was arrested on the night of August 31, his
house was searched, during which 15 thousand rubles disappeared. On the same day,
Nikita Olejnik was also detained, after a search, 200 thousand rubles disappeared
from Nikita's house.

In the same way, Russian regime propaganda lies, whether it is about events
outside or inside Russia's borders. And so, after the wave of arrests of
anti-fascists, the media rushed to declare that they were members of neo-Nazi
associations who were a danger to society. This is what "denazification" looks
like in the hands of the fascist regime.

Torture is typical for Z-fascism. It not only allows Ukrainian civilians to be
tortured in the occupied territories, torture is a matter of course for Putin's
regime against its own residents as well. Anarchists and anti-fascists could talk
about this at length. It is no different in the "Tyumen Case" - beatings,
suffocation with a bag, torture with water, torture with electric current,
threats of violence against family members, threats of sexual violence...

There is usually no evidence to support the accusation. The principle of privacy
is not preserved during meetings between lawyers and defendants. Lawyers are
forced to sign non-disclosure agreements, which is the same as removing them from
the case. Complaints of torture are ridiculed and swept under the carpet by the
authorities.

It is also not surprising that even those who express their support for the
persecuted and write letters to them fall into the crosshairs of the repressive
machinery. And that's how, for example, the plainclothes ruffians tried to get
into the apartment of St. Petersburg activist Lina Barabašová, where an evening
of writing letters was taking place. At least 10 people were detained in a
similar event in Moscow's "Open Space" after a commando in black hoods stormed
there. The transfer to the police station was not complete without beating the
handcuffed detainees.

It is clear that the fascist regime in Russia must fall as soon as possible. One
of the great hopes for our imprisoned comrades is the total military defeat of
the invading troops in Ukraine. This could break the neck of Putin and his
regime, with which the one in Belarus, where anarchists are also sentenced to
long sentences in fabricated cases, with the help of torture, would very likely fall.

By supporting the Ukrainian movement of resistance to the Z-fascist invasion,
let's also support our friends in Russia and Belarus so that they can get free as
soon as possible and others do not only have to react to the repressive actions
of the regime, but devote themselves to social activities and the development of
their anarchist and anti-fascist communities and goals.
