Vyacheslav Volodin, asked Kolomeitsev: "Did you become a deputy in order to
sabotage decisions?" There were no saboteurs in the State Duma: the document was
adopted unanimously, except that not all deputies voted.

In the Federation Council there was one vote against: this was the vote of
Lyudmila Narusova, the mother of Ksenia Sobchak. Because she is the widow of
ex-mayor Peter Anatoly Sobchak, for whom Putin worked ... That is, she has a
special position in the system, which gives her the right to sometimes have a
conscience.

The history of electronic subpoenas is predictable. The second wave of
mobilization is almost inevitable. At the front, things are not very good, many
analysts predict a large-scale offensive by the Ukrainians. New cannon fodder
will obviously be needed. The state is trying to prepare and drive into the
trenches not with such a mess as it was in the fall of 2022.

But legislation on electronic subpoenas tightens the noose around the neck of the
Putin regime even tighter. "Gosuslugi" is a communication system that is
convenient for both citizens and the state. Now, in order not to go to war, it is
necessary to leave the "Gosuslug". The state is no longer a life support service,
but a bloody maniac with whom you should not conduct electronic communication.

One of the measures of the new legislation is a ban on those drafted and
mobilized from going abroad. Now another wave of Russians will rush abroad. There
will be people who cannot leave at all, or who fundamentally do not want to
leave. And now this is the perfect fuel not for a fratricidal meat grinder with
the Ukrainians, but for the revolution.

Other restrictive measures for those who run from conscription or mobilization -
such as a ban on registering an individual entrepreneur or renting out an
apartment - obviously cannot be compared with the prospect of dying, becoming a
cripple or a war criminal in battles with Ukrainians.

Note that the telegram has excellent projects: "Go through the woods" - they help
to hide from the army, and "Vyvozhuk" - for those who want to leave the Russian
Federation due to the threat of political criminal prosecution.

2 Pentagon leak
The coolest international news of the week also concerned the military, but
American. It turned out that the largest leak of American intelligence documents

them. He was also a gamer and liked to talk about life with his playmates in the
chat. In particular, he threw hundreds of secret documents into the game chat.

The dude, of course, will now go to jail in the United States for decades. But
the residue will remain. The fact that the "second army of the world" - that is,
the Russian one - is senile shit, everyone has clearly seen over the past 14
months. But now for the American, "the first army of the world," a serious bell
has sounded.

Well, yes, the 21-year-old military will sit down for a long time, but what did
he do wrong? Has he trumpeted the secrets of the state to the whole world, which
itself does not know how to keep them?

3. Russian news
Let's stop today on two Russian news.

First. Moscow entered the top 10 cities in terms of the number of billionaires
living in them. The Sobyaninsky metropolis was the sixth: 61 participants in the
Forbes rating live in the capital, which is eight more than a year ago. The total
capital of Moscow billionaires is about 307 billion dollars. According to this
indicator, Moscow ranked third among all megacities in the world.

It is clear that in Russia there is a huge stratification between the poor and
the rich. But one must understand that the war has not yet destroyed the very
serious economic potential with which Russia approached February 24, 2022. That
is, the country is being destroyed by a crazed and fucked-up regime, contrary to
even capitalist economic logic. You can also bet on a bottle of whiskey: none of
the children of billionaires will be sent a summons to gosuslugi.

The second news is, of course, about the Yekaterinburg special school No. 124 for
children with deviant behavior. There, discipline was maintained, including
through rape. And the rapes were filmed as a warning to other students.

Not so long ago, stories surfaced from the colonies, where the rape of prisoners
was recorded on video at the initiative of the jailers. But prison is just a
distorted mirror of society. If the state allows lawlessness in principle, it
quickly spreads on both sides of the grid.

4. Our Russian world
Much more interesting things are happening in the Russian-speaking libertarian
space than you might think. Antizona, an anarchist relocant project in Tbilisi,
initiated a program to help emigrants. In Bryansk, located in the war zone, local
