1. Electronic subpoenas ---- The main event of the week in Russia is the
legislation on electronic subpoenas. Previously, the agendas were paper, it wasnecessary to catch the drafted or mobilized and give him a ticket to the war. Nowthe paper agenda will be duplicated electronically. The electronic one will besent to "Gosuslugi", and then to a certain electronic register of militaryregistration. An electronic summons will be deemed served seven days after it hasbeen sent. ---- Since the Russian state does a lot through the ass, theelectronic military register is announced only after six months. Public Servicesstill has an account deletion function: the query "delete Public Services"entered the top 20 popular Google queries last week.In parallel, changes in the legislation were adopted, making it possible to sendto combat operations immediately upon reaching the age of majority. Previously, yesterday's schoolboy, in order to conclude a contract with the army, had toserve at least three months on conscription, or graduate from a technical school. The adoption of this law perfectly illustrates how the political system oftoday's Russia works. Andrey Kartapolov, a former official of the Ministry ofDefense, who prepared the law, at first said that "State Services" would notappear in it. And then he turned them on.In the State Duma, only two deputies from the Communist Party, NikolaiKolomeitsev and Nina Ostanina, "dared" to express dissatisfaction: not with theessence of the law, but with the fact that they were forced to vote for a 59-pagedocument submitted a couple of hours before the vote.To this, the speaker of the lower house of the Russian quasi-parliament,Vyacheslav Volodin, asked Kolomeitsev: "Did you become a deputy in order tosabotage decisions?" There were no saboteurs in the State Duma: the document wasadopted unanimously, except that not all deputies voted. In the Federation Council there was one vote against: this was the vote ofLyudmila Narusova, the mother of Ksenia Sobchak. Because she is the widow ofex-mayor Peter Anatoly Sobchak, for whom Putin worked ... That is, she has aspecial position in the system, which gives her the right to sometimes have aconscience. The history of electronic subpoenas is predictable. The second wave ofmobilization is almost inevitable. At the front, things are not very good, manyanalysts predict a large-scale offensive by the Ukrainians. New cannon fodderwill obviously be needed. The state is trying to prepare and drive into thetrenches not with such a mess as it was in the fall of 2022.But legislation on electronic subpoenas tightens the noose around the neck of thePutin regime even tighter. "Gosuslugi" is a communication system that isconvenient for both citizens and the state. Now, in order not to go to war, it isnecessary to leave the "Gosuslug". The state is no longer a life support service, but a bloody maniac with whom you should not conduct electronic communication. One of the measures of the new legislation is a ban on those drafted andmobilized from going abroad. Now another wave of Russians will rush abroad. Therewill be people who cannot leave at all, or who fundamentally do not want toleave. And now this is the perfect fuel not for a fratricidal meat grinder withthe Ukrainians, but for the revolution.Other restrictive measures for those who run from conscription or mobilization -such as a ban on registering an individual entrepreneur or renting out anapartment - obviously cannot be compared with the prospect of dying, becoming acripple or a war criminal in battles with Ukrainians.Note that the telegram has excellent projects: "Go through the woods" - they helpto hide from the army, and "Vyvozhuk" - for those who want to leave the RussianFederation due to the threat of political criminal prosecution.2 Pentagon leakThe coolest international news of the week also concerned the military, butAmerican. It turned out that the largest leak of American intelligence documentswas organized by ... a 21-year-old dude (in the head photo), who had access tothem. He was also a gamer and liked to talk about life with his playmates in thechat. In particular, he threw hundreds of secret documents into the game chat. The dude, of course, will now go to jail in the United States for decades. Butthe residue will remain. The fact that the "second army of the world" - that is,the Russian one - is senile shit, everyone has clearly seen over the past 14months. But now for the American, "the first army of the world," a serious bellhas sounded.Well, yes, the 21-year-old military will sit down for a long time, but what didhe do wrong? Has he trumpeted the secrets of the state to the whole world, whichitself does not know how to keep them?3. Russian newsLet's stop today on two Russian news.First. Moscow entered the top 10 cities in terms of the number of billionairesliving in them. The Sobyaninsky metropolis was the sixth: 61 participants in theForbes rating live in the capital, which is eight more than a year ago. The totalcapital of Moscow billionaires is about 307 billion dollars. According to thisindicator, Moscow ranked third among all megacities in the world. It is clear that in Russia there is a huge stratification between the poor andthe rich. But one must understand that the war has not yet destroyed the veryserious economic potential with which Russia approached February 24, 2022. Thatis, the country is being destroyed by a crazed and fucked-up regime, contrary toeven capitalist economic logic. You can also bet on a bottle of whiskey: none ofthe children of billionaires will be sent a summons to gosuslugi. The second news is, of course, about the Yekaterinburg special school No. 124 forchildren with deviant behavior. There, discipline was maintained, includingthrough rape. And the rapes were filmed as a warning to other students. Not so long ago, stories surfaced from the colonies, where the rape of prisonerswas recorded on video at the initiative of the jailers. But prison is just adistorted mirror of society. If the state allows lawlessness in principle, itquickly spreads on both sides of the grid.4. Our Russian worldMuch more interesting things are happening in the Russian-speaking libertarianspace than you might think. Antizona, an anarchist relocant project in Tbilisi, initiated a program to help emigrants. In Bryansk, located in the war zone, localanarchists managed to organize Food not Bombs actions. We were recently sentphotos of our anti-war stickers being put up by a new group from Khimki nearMoscow. The Akrateia project has published a great deal of material on geographyfrom an anarchist point of view.Belonging to a culture that has formed around the Russian language is not at allsomething that needs to be "abolished" and something to be ashamed of. "Russianworld" is a concept that it is time to wring out from the Kremlin swindlers. Inthe process of overthrowing the regime, we will definitely succeed. After all, in the First World War, the Germans and the French also killed eachother by the millions. But no one "cancels" either one or the other. The Japanesein World War II created such game that even the German Nazis did not reach. Andnow the whole world is doing karate and judo, eating sushi and watching anime.Well, that's all for today! We remind you that in "Trends of Order and Chaos" theparticipants of "Autonomous Action" and other authors give anarchist assessmentsof current events.
