It will thus happen that a self-employed worker and an employee, depending on the
income produced, will have different tax regimes: lower taxes for the
self-employed worker, higher for the employee. The tax rates will be reduced by
benefiting the highest incomes in accordance with the fact that it is better to
tax the poor who are many and not the rich who are few, when in reality there are
many. Just look around and look at the owners of assets, the owners of boats
anchored in marinas registered to shell companies, the cars owned and exhibited
on the streets or in front of trendy clubs and compare them with the respective
tax returns.

Less taxes for everyone

But what does "less taxes for all" mean (more correctly, less taxes for the
richest) and not less public resources available and therefore less services for
everyone, less health care, less schooling, less training, less transport, less
services: this choice it impoverishes society as a whole, it impoverishes
everyone. Be careful to rejoice in the suppression of basic income because+ the
presence of a group of structurally poor people is a powerful pole of attraction
that draws the poorest into poverty and desperation, first of all those who,
while working, have an income that is insufficient to meet the needs of a
minimally decent life. These are first of all the holders of precarious and
temporary jobs, the vast majority of young people, older workers who are victims
of company crises, sucked into the precariousness, all called to face a tax on
the poor, inflation, which hovers around 10%.
To achieve this result, the Government wields the weapon of the flat tax which
means flat tax, or rather a taxation without progressiveness, with the result
that behind a formal equality of treatment, those who have more or earn more pay
less. The basic idea of this approach is that everyone must think for themselves
and that the role of the state and public authorities must be reduced as much as
possible. So if you want health care you pay for it and you do the same with
school, transport, services, everything. A selfish society where the strongest
classes and classes see their privileged positions guaranteed and secured.
Furthermore, in the intentions of the Government, to strengthen and support the
process of redistribution of income and wealth, the implementation of
differentiated autonomy will have to contribute, which will have the function of
concentrating the country's wealth and income towards some Regions. In this way,
the basis of consensus necessary to establish a social and income hierarchy will
be created which will profoundly restructure society, contributing to changing
social sentiment.
This ambitious project of redesigning society is accompanied by that of removing
ethical behaviors and visions such as the fight against the so-called gender
theory, a revision of customs, the restoration of the values of the so-called
traditional family, thus seeking the consent of the most retrive of the country,
having as models Orban's Hungary or the very Catholic Poland of the free-gay
areas, in the belief that the change in economic and structural conditions can
affect to the point of conditioning and determining customs.

For an open and supportive society

The economic, social and institutional project of the right needs a strong and
decisive response, an articulated strategy that overturns this design by
following a path and with clear and shared actions. In the absence of an
alternative majority in Parliament, the only viable path is that of social
mobilization and struggle, starting with opposing the project to implement
differentiated autonomy through the construction of a refusal of the project
starting from the territories which acts on the level of mobilization of
citizens, residents and which also involves local institutions regardless of the
political majorities that hold its management. The same political elites of the

At the same time, the opposition must open a battle front for everything
concerning the right to work, against precarious work, for a minimum wage to be

feed a parallel labor market, underpaid and undeclared which it depresses wages
and competes unfairly with other workers. Only by breaking this perverse spiral
and creating a great alliance of all regular and irregular workers is it possible
to overturn the balance of power and create the seeds of a change in the
political situation in society.
At the same time, the struggle for housing must be developed and supported as
everyone's primary right to be able to dispose of an essential good to lead a
dignified life; the battle must be fought for the strengthening of health care in
the area and for more resources for the public health service, putting an end to
the trade in patients between rich and poor regions, to the full advantage of
health care managed by private individuals who thus erode the already scarce
public resources.
In this direction, the changes in political line that can be glimpsed at least in
some reformist parties can be of help, but this must be able to happen without
delegating anything, trusting in the charismatic role of young and old leaders,
women or men. It is the concrete facts and behaviors that make the difference and
show the real intentions of the political forces that are proposing themselves
for the management of the country, but even more so is everyone's personal
commitment to direct action.

Towards a new round of struggles

The crisis of the globalization process induced by the Ukrainian war and the
process of transition from a bipolar world to a multipolar world require all
political forces to carefully reflect and reconsider their strategy and even
their vision of society. There is no more room for nationalisms and sovereignties
and the dimension of the areas of economic and political management of the
companies goes beyond the dimension of the nation and moves towards that of macro
areas that gravitate around converging interests. It remains to be established
whether conflicting relations or peaceful coexistence, even if competitive, are
established between these different areas.
The choice seems to be forced because, while the scenario of conflicting
relationships moves in the direction of nuclear conflict and therefore mutual
annihilation, only the second scenario guarantees the survival of mankind. But
for this new balance to work, it is necessary that even within the different
areas the shared management of society prevails over the conflictual one.
In this perspective and taking into account this reference framework, it is
necessary that the revolutionary forces operate, but also the political forces of
the reformist left and that they move within the perspective and open up to
different behaviors, preparing themselves to play a positive and constructive
role, which can only happen
abandoning and denying the ordoliberal drift embarked on in the 80s of the last
century to share a strategy of profound restructuring of social and productive
relations, characterized by the egalitarian redistribution of wealth, resources
and well-being, not only within some areas of the planet but all over the globe.
The ongoing social struggles seem to be going in this direction and it is the
duty of those who lead the forces of the left today, including reformists, to
implement behaviors, strategies, propose disputes which, operating simultaneously
on both sides, that of economic and social rights and that of civil rights and
freedoms, make possible an ever greater participation of all in the choices and
management of society.
Only in this way is it possible to prevent society and the entire planet from
falling into social regression, succumbing to the progressive reduction of the
possibilities for a dignified life, escaping wars and mutual destruction, fueled
by hatred and the desire for power, by the search of wealth and selfishness.
