1. The military are bastards ---- On April 20, the residents of Belgorod, who had
already suffered a lot from the so-called NWO, were shocked by a powerfulexplosion in the very center of the city. A 20-meter funnel was formed from theexplosion, miraculously no one died. A couple of hours later, the near-warnewspeak was replenished with a new wording - "an abnormal gathering of aviationammunition". Simply put, a Russian military aircraft accidentally dropped anaerial bomb in the center of a Russian city of 350,000. There was supposed to bea joke about the bombing of Voronezh, but somehow there is no time for jokes.Since nothing exploded, the story of April 21 turned out to be much less resonanton one of the roads in the Tula region, neighboring Moscow. The drunk driver, whowas driving the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system, accidentally overturned thecar, it fell up with its wheels up. S-400s are hundreds of kilograms ofexplosives, and yes, they are transported in Russia on ordinary roads. The authorof the text of this issue somehow got into a traffic jam, there was a column ofmilitary vehicles with an anti-aircraft missile system nearby. It was very scary.Dangerous idiots are not only the Russian military. The United States continuesto investigate leaks of Pentagon documents. In the last episode of the podcast,we already talked about a 21-year-old gamer who merged them into a game chat. Butit turned out to be more grotesque. Another suspect who had access to the secretfiles of the American military is a certain officer who administered theEnglish-language pro-Putin telegram channel Donbass Devushka.Professional soldiers are dangerous both for themselves and for others. There isa wonderful song about this by the old punk band "Purgen" "Military Bastards".2. 25 years for politics and life for treasonLast week, the most resonant political sentence - liberal politician VladimirKara-Murza received 25 years in prison. For high treason, well, they threw it onlittle things under other articles. This is indeed the longest term in apolitical criminal case so far. And in general, the longest term under theRussian criminal code. Then comes life imprisonment.Vladimir Kara-Murza is far from being the most publicized character of theliberal opposition, but he collaborated with Khodorkovsky and spoke openly in theWest many times, calling for the imposition of sanctions - in fact, this isqualified as treason. And before that, Kara-Murza was one of those who lobbied for the "Magnitskylist", the first sanctions list introduced against the Putin regime. It seemsthat Kara-Murza was twice poisoned for this. The 25-year cannibalistic term for a political position, of course, did notappear in a vacuum: for example, Muslim traditionalists receive 10-20 years inprison for one participation in the activities of the Islamic party Hizbut-Tahrir - which is engaged in propaganda, not violence. . In the end, DmitryPchelintsev from Penza is 18 years old in the "Network" case, in fact, forchattering around the campfire about politics.Well, yes, in the outgoing week, the maximum bar for high treason was raised tolife imprisonment.Sentences and laws become more severe day by day. If earlier cases under thearticle "treason" were piece stories, now they hang "terrorism", "sabotage", thesame "treason" on anyone. The police system of the Russian Federation has clearly reached its ceiling inthe nightmarishing of the population. On a political case, they imprisoned themfor at least 8 years, at least for 25 - it is clear that these are the terms "aslong as Putin is alive." How many years they do not draw in the verdict, ingeneral, is not so important. There are two fundamental steps left that the Kremlin police have not yet taken. The first is to bring back the death penalty. Yes, this is an opportunity toseriously raise the stakes. The second is to take away property from the Russianswho have relocated. But this is just not very scary: even if suddenly the Putinand post-Putin regimes drag on for decades, there are a lot of confiscatedRussian assets.A lot, of course, will be spent on the restoration of Ukraine, but it will alsobe enough to compensate for the property taken away (in a possible bad future) byrelocators, and to pay for the decisions of the European Court of Human Rightsagainst Russia.3. Indicative figuresOn April 19, at a meeting of the Russian Union of Rectors, the permanent rectorof Moscow State University, Viktor Sadovnichy, who is absolutely loyal to theregime, said that over the past 10 years, the number of scientists under the ageof 30 working in Russia has decreased by 25%. Sadovnichy attributes this to alack of funding.Let us add that what is happening in the country hardly suits many youngintellectuals. The slide of the Putin regime into totalitarianism does not take place in avacuum. According to the Swedish research center V-Dem, in 2012, 46% of theworld's population lived in countries with authoritarian regimes, and in 2022 -72%. Humanity has returned to the indicators of 1986.Why this happens - we have no quick explanation. But we note that bourgeoisrepresentative democracy is, to put it mildly, not an ideal for anarchists.4. Our crowdfundingAutonomous Action announces new crowdfunding.
