Federation meeting on May 27, 28 and 29, 2023 in Caulnes ---- The recent news of2023, concerning the rogue and unjust reform of the increase in the retirementage is quite revealing. This government, like the previous ones, claims to bedemocratic but this is only a sinister parody and an intellectual and politicalscam. ---- The Anarchist Federation has always denounced the governments which,all, deprive the populations of their rights to decide for themselves and bythemselves the management of their life and their future.According to the governing elites, the population is not sufficiently qualifiedand able to make decisions that concern it directly, relegating us, in fact, to aposition of artificial dependence on elected officials. However, we do not need aleader or elected officials to manage our affairs ourselves.Let us recall here that the legality they use is nothing but a fossilized classrelationship. On the other hand, anarchists carry the legitimacy of aspiration tobring about social justice, here and now.The Anarchist Federation denounces all strategies to build the single thought,the single identity and the establishment of files tending to qualify andquantify the population to better control it and subject it to the service of thecapitalist system (France Travail and others) .Class contempt and terrible repression to establish their designs are thebreeding ground for the emergence of the rise of ideologies of rejection of theother, xenophobia and fascism.The systemic repression of protest movements is totally uninhibited, unbridled,deleterious, mutilating, deadly: arbitrary arrests, systematic, unjustifiedpolice custody, police violence such as in Sainte Soline and Mayotte, thereintroduction of motorcycle brigades Brav- M highly dangerous...The state uses increasingly sophisticated technical means to reach bodies andminds: artificial intelligence, facial recognition, DNA tests, drones, etc.These actions are intended to track, locate, trace, file, arrest, and imprisonany individual who dares to have ideas contrary to the interests of governments.The windfall effect of the Olympic Games allows them to test "intelligent"surveillance devices which will obviously become permanent and generalize to alltypes of situation.In the long term, this could lead to a liberticidal and dissuasive control of anyprotest movement. This is neither fantasy nor science fiction: these are methodsalready used in China, and increasingly in other countries.This is why we must continue our struggles, diversify our tactics to protectourselves, organize ourselves, continue to inform, create a counter-culture andcounter-information and above all, unite in the face of current and future struggles!NEITHER GREEN NOR NUCLEAR CAPITALISM!Motion Congress of the Anarchist Federation meeting on May 27, 28 and 29, 2023 inCaulnesDue in particular to agro-industry and pesticides, wildlife is disappearing to agreater or lesser extent, sometimes even irremediably, the soil is becomingpoorer, pollution is increasing, access to water is becoming scarcer and the wararound it is approaching (as in Sainte-Soline), mineral resources areoverexploited, the living is too often understood as a "resource", which must beappropriated.The States organize and support this situation (adapted legislation, dedicatedfunding, repression of opposition, voluntary increase in fears to appear as thesole savior).All this ensures the expansion of capitalism by developing its "green" variant.States play on numbers, distort reality, modify vocabulary by creating aNewspeak. Thus, as the alchemist changes lead into gold, nuclear energy becomes agreen, low carbon and neutral energy. While it is a centralized energy, based onthe extractivism carried out in particular in our former colonies, polluting andwasting water, generating waste for millennia and imposing a safe andmilitaristic society.Faced with this observation, the Anarchist Federation reaffirms in its 81stcongress in Caulnes, the need to fight against capitalism whether it is green ornot and for a libertarian "degrowth" understood as the slowing down of theproduction-consumption cycle (de-escalation) according to the capacities of theplanet and provided that the basic needs of populations are satisfied in any partof the world.
