Over two thousand years ago, the war between empires for land grabbing,
for natural resources and geostrategic zones for trade, was based on theconquest of territories and the building of borders, always at the costof the destruction of civilizations and the blood of indigenous peoples.---- This history of genocide and plunder, centered in present-dayEurope, spread to Africa, Asia and Oceania, and out of this massiveplunder were formed the great economic and political forces that wouldchallenge the hegemony and power of a world under construction, itsborders and its trade routes.This ambition would finance expeditions of "exploration" to all cornersof the globe, one of them, more than 500 years ago, when "the discoveryof America, the clash of worlds," would be written by the victors in theblood of millions slain natives and the genocide of millennia-old cultures.At this point in history, looting and plundering is global, the maintrade routes of big capital are established, and with the advancement ofindustry and technology, this history would become increasingly violentand happen everywhere at the same time.Here and now, when we think about RE-COLONIZATION, we think beyond thetheory, the reasons and the historical debt of the GLOBAL NORTH, (issueswe must continue to work on individually and collectively); to talkabout RE-COLONIZATION, is to talk about the threats and violence in allcorners of the GLOBAL SOUTH and MOTHER NATURE, which destroy our PRESENTand threaten the FUTURE of us all.However, this is also a story of resistance, we are the rebellionsagainst the pharaohs and the kings, we are the revolts against thelandlords and lords, we are the guerrillas, the independences, therevolutions, the strikes, the occupations, the reclaiming of the lands,and of course we are also, Organization and Autonomy, Cultures andTraditions, Alliances, Networks and Joints, we are our Ancestors and ourLands, we are equal because we are different and among so manydifferences, there are more things that unite us than what they areseparating us.In order not to forget, to remember, to unite in the face of so manyadversities, WE CALL the Peoples, the Communities, the Organizations,the Collectives, the Cooperatives and all the expressions of theNatives, the Farmers, the People, the Anarchists, the Feminists, of theDefenders of the Environment, the Defenders of Human Rights, the FreeMass Media or whatever they are called, to organize and carry outactions on October 12 in an organized, coordinated and localized manner.Stop the expropriation, looting and destruction of nature and lands bybig global capital and corporate states!Stop racism, fascism and the imposition of new military and industrialborders, immigration is not a crime!Stop the violence and repression against social movements,organizations, communities and peoples who defend nature, the future andlife itself on the planet!Stop the war of extermination against the peoples of ZAPATISTS, KURDS,PALESTINIANS and all the peoples of the GLOBAL SOUTH who are fightingand resisting for a human life with dignity and solidarity!Enough with violence, trans-killings and femicides, respect fordiversity and different identities and expressions of sexuality andgender (disidencias sexo genéricas)!We demand Truth and Justice for our disappeared and murdered!Freedom for political prisoners!For housing and a decent life, stop gentrification and predatory tourism!If they touch one of us, they touch us all!For an Anti-Patriarchal, Anti-Capitalist, Anti-Colonial, Anti-Fascist,Anti-Racist and Anti-Imperialist struggle!
