conditions. In addition, they change what is stipulated in the work
contracts at will and practice wild functional mobility. Similarly, they
do not respect Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of
Association or article 28 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, which
guarantees freedom of association. This company punishes all people who
report irregularities and defend their basic rights with expulsion or
workplace harassment.

This situation entails insecurity and lack of guarantee in working
conditions, increased psychological suffering and worsening of people's
health and quality of life. All this also affects the quality and safety
of the services provided.

Once again, economic profitability and private profit are being
prioritized over people's lives. The employers enrich themselves at the
expense of the suffering and exploitation of the workers.

The CNT is not willing to allow these violations of rights or to let them
unpunished Therefore, we demand that the company Hammam Andalusi Arab Baths
put immediate solution to these serious problems.

To denounce all this, we call a Concentration on Friday, July 28 at 7:00
p.m. in front of the Arab Baths (in Calle Salvador, Jerez)
