only through struggle and resistance. And trying to transcend the
academic, let's think that our rights are actually linked to interests
that, beyond justice, are part of our essence as people.

But what are the rights that we must enforce? It was once said that
where a need exists, a right is born, but I think we should encourage
ourselves to stop for a moment and consider that where a need exists,
interests are actually evident. And if the latter are not functional to
power, it is very likely that it will not allow the birth of any right,
but in the event that a right is recognized, let us know that it is very
likely that this will be the case because power is clear that those in
need /interested parties will not have the capacity to exercise it
effectively, perhaps it is because they know very well what can be done
to prevent it from being effective, or simply as a matter of
convenience. And if there is eventually a conflict of interest, then the

not enough organization to counteract the effects of this order of things.

Now, maybe we can be very clear about all our rights and know which ones
are not yet effective. We can also identify these rights based on our
needs, and we can even relate them directly to our interests, which is
much more interesting and attractive. And if we are able to analyze
these interests, it will finally be very likely that we will be able to
conclude whether they are fair or unfair, where they come from, and
where we could go accordingly.

Speaking of the current order of things, some colleagues in the
workplace have told me that it seems that the employers think they have
rights superior to ours, as well as greater risks, and it may also
happen that someone subordinate, without being aware of it, validates
that supposed hierarchy of rights. But whether or not the boss believes
that he has more rights than us, let us notice and focus on the fact
that plundering and exploitation occur, whether we want it or not,
whether the boss wants it or not. And whatever union we are in, our
economic interests, a priori, are closely linked to needs generated
specifically within this capitalist economic and social system, whoever
is in charge, or if you prefer to think of an illusory delegation,
represents you. who represents you, within this class society.

Beyond the particularities of power, of the Law acting at its will, and
of how society is organized today, if we are able to identify that many
needs are generated by the economic and social system and that they are

order of things, the system itself, not by believing in the Law or by
living fighting for immediate interests, but because by starting from
