Anti-LGBT+ hate and homophobia has claimed the life of a proud ally of the LGBT+ community. This tragedy shows all of us just how dangerous anti-LGBT+ hate and homophobia is regardless of your sexual orientation or gender identity.

Laura Anne Carleton was gunned down for hanging a Pride Flag in her California store. And now, Lauri's family (including nine children), the local LGBT+ community, and friends from around the world are left to mourn this devastating loss.
