model explains the intention of the Jujuy government to restrict social

understand that the intentions of China and the United States to take
raw materials to sell us their industrial surplus needs clear paths, and
they find local accomplices willing to clear those paths with jail and
bullets.

The entire history of the Argentine region shows that the primarization
of economic activity is contrary to popular interests. The Argentine
economy is entirely built on the sale of land, whether through
agricultural activity, through oil exploitation or through mining. These
activities seriously harm the population through the plundering of the
working class, a deep concentration of wealth, the destruction of the
environment, the desertification of soils and the precariousness of
productive work.

Extractivism is ruinous for the population and has local, regional and
global significance. It's not just a jujean issue. The situation in
northwest Argentina is linked to a regional strategy, and will not
change with the departure of Gerardo Morales' government. Extractivism
is a State policy, as demonstrated by the parliamentary unanimity
achieved in Jujuy and the promotion of the mining, oil and agricultural
industry in all the provinces that have these resources throughout our
history and throughout the territory of the Argentine region. It is
essential to interrupt this model with a radical transformation of the
production system.
It is imperative to advance the workers' organization to confront the
economic, ecological and social dispossession that unfolds from
capitalist greed and State violence. Without the solidarity of the
working class it is impossible to stop extractivism, just as it will be
impossible to advance the social transformation that is imposed by the
force of necessity.

Let us not let the political fanfare and the electoral spectacle
distract us from the need to deepen the resistance to extractivism
throughout the region and the development of popular economic strategies
that activate the capacity of the working class to overcome the pitfalls
of a capitalism in decline.

Resist, fight and organize. The emancipation of the workers will be the
work of the workers. Let Morales leave, let everyone leave.
