Socialist Organization (OSL), a national anarchist politicalorganization, which was born as an outcome of almost three decades ofconstruction of especifism in Brazil. ---- The OSL was founded on July9th of this year, in São Paulo, as a result of the first session of thejoint Congress held by the militants of the Anarchist Federation of Riode Janeiro (FARJ), by the Libertarian Socialism Anarchist Organization(OASL), by Rusga Libertária and the Coletivo Mineiro Popular Anarquista(COMPA), as well as activists from other locations in Brazil. The stateorganizations dissolved, and we began to build a single anarchistpolitical organization, with the aim of reaching all regions of Brazil.We claim organizational dualism, that is, anarchists acting in popularmovements (social level) and also in specific political organizations(political level). At the social level, our proposal is close to thehistorical forms of revolutionary syndicalism; at the political level,it has references in the historical forms of homogeneous andprogrammatic organizations: platformism and especifism.At OSL, we work to invest in the construction and regular and permanentparticipation of/in popular movements, with a clear and defined program.To form a real political force, which can replace anarchism as a toolfor intervention in the struggles of the oppressed classes. We alsoadvocate breaking with principism, dealing concretely with reality, byacting as a "fish in water" among the working class. Furthermore, wepropose to definitively abandon synthesis, in favor of a programmaticorganizational position, with theoretical, ideological and practicalunity, with collective responsibility and discipline.
